On friday, 8th of april (Gudi padwa), two families were travelling on a rented cab from pune to tuljapur for darshan.On the way the driver stopped at tuljapur -nandanwan petrol pump to fill petrol. I would like to inform you that i am a customer of indian oil corporation for long time and my gas distributor is sikarwar gas agency model town agra.I have book online gas 4 april and i have received massage for delivery as same day . I can pick up delivery only sunday. There is no person in home and i am job person ...Now the matter is my cash memo no.[protected] and booking no is 581881.

It's a shame that I chose to go to this petrol pump knowing that they do not fill fuel for the money paid its always less. Twice I felt cheated by them. For eg I fill for Rs 100 I find that only about Rs 40 is filled. N rude behavior from the staff when you ask them why they do this. Very disappointed, since I did not want to argue with them there I am raising it here. Hoping some kind of action.

Today dated 5th April I had very bad experience by petrol filling boy Mr Patil. This person is always very arrogant and suddenly stopped my two wheeler and permitted one of his friends breaking the queue allowed him to fill the fuel. When I asked the Mr. Patil he started shouting on me and started giving threat to me. He was acting like 'bhai' of the area. I had several other incidents about this person previously also and always behave rudely....

I am m srikanth residing at plra 125 thulasi upstairs ponnoth lane kaloor ernakulam (Phone [protected] and email [protected]@gmail.com ) i have a gas connection (No 34727) with anand gas agency palarivattom ernakulam. The agency is not supplying gas refills within the specified time. It takes 35 to 40 days to get the cylinder after booking through ivrs system . For the last two months we had received the refills after registering complaint...

I am lpg consumer of indane gas, my consumer no. Is cx24755302. I want to draw your attention that our lpg distributer " sharma gas agency " is denying to deliver gas cylinder at my home. Its hectic work to take self delivery from agency.Every time need to take leave from office for delivery work.

Kindly help me and resolve the problem asap

I filled petrol for my car at Mettupalayam Road, Narasimhan Naicken Palayam Indian OIl Petrol Bunk. I saw the meter running for 500, but later I noticed that, they did not fill any petrol in my car, because after leaving the station I noticed that my fuel indicator showing same level as it was before the filling and soon the car came to reserve. Please be informed, my LPG distributor named Pattammal Gas Agency collecting more delivery charges. Today (6th April 2016) cylinder delivered and asked me to pay Rs: 270. I have asked since I got bill amount only Rs: 213. He said
it was only bill amount, Rs 57 is delivery charges per cylinder.

Please advise how can we stop / avoid this kind of delivery charges.

1. I am a a customer of lpg( indane gas) and dependent for refilling of cyls on poonam gas agency, gola ka mandir gwalior (Madhya pradesh) 474005. The above gas agency is working in a arbitrary manners without caring the needs of customers. The following are the examples of its working styles:-

(A) the above gas agency never attends the telephone calls from customers.

Gas booked for connection no 4728B in name of Madhusudan Singh, Address:- 1/323 Vikrant khand, Gomtinagar, lucknow-226010 on 26.03.2016 vide reference no 689306 but gas cylinder not delivered till date. Automated system says it has been delivered on 29.03.2016....

I booked refill on 19/03/2016. On enquiry it is known that my refill has been delivered on 30/03/2016. But in reality the refill has not reached my home. I did not book refill on 01/04/2016 but my distributor informs that i have booked on 01/04/2016. Please demand from my distributor the evidence of booking and refill delivery.

Online booking as well as payment done against refill booking order no: [protected] on 16.12.15. dealer denied to supply cylinder saying I Have blocked supply for online payment booking.
online complaint registered with IOC, they have assure to solve the problem.
I have call many times to dealer's office n tried to meet them but no positive response received till date....

I have one gas connection wide consumer no. CX25076501. We got one cylinder wide booking no. 200849 on dated-: 15.03.2016.

We found that cylinder was refill with black water. We intimate to deal M/s Prabhat indane gas service - Mohanpura- Mohmadpur - Roorkee.
