    Hello, I've filled petrol for Rs.500 from Indian Oil Pump in Manipal County Road, Singasandra, Bangalore on 23rd April 2016. Though their meter was reading, I didn't get a single drop of petrol in my tank. I reported this issue with in ten minutes of drive and the owner said, meter would display the fuel after driving for some time or it may be my car meter complaint. Since I could not see the fuel in tank, I checked the meter/tank in Honda service center and they confirmed that my car meter is working fine. Twice I went to the pump on the same day and couldn't meet the owner and staff's were not taking the responsibility; but they have agreed that it has happend to another car day before my experience..

    Again I went to the pump on 24th April and the owner was not at all accepting the fact or ready to reimburse the amount. Instead he was arguing that it won't happen like that and so can't do anything. I am sure that either they are doing it purposefully and cheating the customers or there is a technical error in the machine. In either case, it's a cheating since they were not ready to accept the mistake and refund the amount.

    If this is my experience as a regular customer, they would have done more to other customers. Please bring this into the notice of concerned authority and take necessary action against this petrol bunk in Manipal county Road, Singasandra, Bangalore and it's owner for the fraud.

      I have booked gas on 23.02.16 with reference no - 614007.my customer no - 22562, several time i have done complain at kalindi gas agency gorakhpur regarding delivering of gas but still gas is not delivered by the agency.
      The gas agency holder can not resolve my problem so you are kindly requested to plz resolve my problem and take necessary action against gas agency.

        I booked a cylinder two time reason of cancelled,
        First booking no.716035 and cash memo [protected] on 01 april 2016
        Second booking no.720366 and cash memo [protected] on 11 april 2016
        My consumer no is :: cx7114243. After that
        I complained to iocl . Compain no:: 2613834 on 13.04.2016 .Feedback details attached & i also talked to
        Our local distributor "kandhari gas agency" & they
        Confirmed me to deliver & suggested to contact delivery person.
        I everyday i contacted him and he promised me to deliver but still no one came to deliver cylinder.
        Now today(22.4.2016) when i asked to telephone executive about my refil delivery status it answered same as like before

        i called to several times on toll free number [protected] till 25th april 2016, but didn't get satisfied regulation,
        i booked approx 3 times gas, but they cancelled my booking for giving a lamb excuse that reason is closed the door while i live with my joint family approx 20 member. and when i called him to know reason, they have not any satisfied reply,

        my gas agency is doing fraud and cheat to me. they are not hearing my problem, if i call him they disconnected my call. and they are not giving any single percent positive feedback.

        I booked 4th time again gas cylinder dt.[protected] to kandhari gas services(107217), Rohini Delhi-110085 & the message are received that cash memo generated & cylinder delivered[protected] but i have not found gas cylinder.

          Present Gas distribution agency is Al Guhan, Kazhakuttam, Trivandrum and it has been changed to S.M gas distribution agency, Kazhakuttom. Now a message has been received from the agency that the gas distribution is changed to NIrmal Indane, Venjarammoodu, Trivandrum which is more than 15 km from the present agency . This change has been made without my permission or knowledge. When I inquired to NIrmal gas agency, they reacted very rudely and they are unwilling to change the agency. I deeply regret with this incident and request you to take necessary action.
          Please do not force me to knock the doors of consumer court. Kindly revert me the action taken to [protected]@gmail.com

          I am Priji G S ( consumer number CX8230378) and i already posted a complaint regarding the change of agency on 23 April 2016. why IOC not responding my complaints which i have already send to you on 23 April 2016.if you are processing my complaints please let me know through mail or through SMS ([protected]).Being a costumer of you am expecting prompt response but it is unfortunate.I already informed you that the new change of agency is not at all convenient to my family includes 65 years old mother and one little child .

              On 20/04/2016 at around 7.50 p.M. Or thereabout, our managing partner advocate s. R. Shukla got filled up his car by diesel of rs.1810/- for 33.8 liters and sought to make the payment by his credit card. For single diesel filling, his credit card was swiped twice by the dealer, thus recovering two times of an aggregate sum of rs.3620/- from his credit card account for filling of one time diesel of rs.1810/-. The concerned attendant mr. Mahendranath pandey and the manager mr. Chunnilal refused to return the extra charges. Thus cheated deliberately. The extra charges should be immediately returned and strict action should be taken against the dealer, manager and attendant.

                        Dear Sir,
                        This is in regard of my experience with a Sukhwani petrol pump at waked chowk pune its Indian Oil Petrol Pump.
                        I filled petrol of 530 rs ( wanted to fill 500 rs petrol) the petrol attendant engrossed me in talks to fill 530rs petrol and while I was having conversation with him he made sure I dint pay attention towards zero meter and he started filling from 250rs (filled previously for bike) and when I confronted the petrol pump attendant for the same, it lead to 3 4 people arguing n fighting with me for the same.Kindly look into this matter as we as consumers feel cheated for the hard earned money.

                          I am a subscriber of Indane Gas, under the Distributor : Radharam Gas Services, 72, Purba Putiary Dakshin Para Road, Kolkata - 700093.
                          A couple days ago, when I tried to book via IVR, the booking did not go through. The IVR system was not presenting me any option fro Refill booking. Next I tried to book via SMS. There I received an SMS that by subscription has been suspended, and I need to contact my distributor.
                          Accordingly, I called up Radharaman Gas Services, where they informed me that I need to pay Res.75/- in order to get my connection reactivated. They think that my kitchen is "Unsafe" and therefore, they need to inspect my kitchen (at my cost), extort Rs.75/- in the name of inspection. And in order to force me to pay that amount, they suspended my connection !!

                          I have enquired around, and found that no other LPG company or Indane Distrubutor is forcing this Inspection Fee.

                          Kindly Look into the issue, and probe into what is going on with Radharaman Gas Services. This is one of the many unscrupulous activities that go on, on a regular basis in Radharaman Gas Services.

                          Kindly resolve the issue and help reactivate my connection. My kitchen is completely safe, and my oven has Suraksha pipe installed. If Radharaman wants to conduct a safety inspection, they should so at their own cost, and its totally ridiculous to suspend a connection to extort Rs.75.

                            Dear sir, i am d. Srinivasan consumer number 5351. My dealer name is ma kruba gas agency, mugappair, chennai 600 037. I regret to inform your goodselves each and every month the delivery was irregular. And ask about the irregular delivery with gas agency, their officials not answer properly and not to take any action against consumer complaint. I think they sold out the cylindert in block market.In this month also i had booked the cylinder on 7.4.16, bill generated message came to me by sms on 11.4.16 but as on time cylinder yet to deliver, they are not give any responsible reply against our request. Pl. Take immediate action against the dealer in this regard. My mail id [protected]@gmail.com

                                I am a consumer of your indane gas consumer no. cx2736106, Rohini, Delhi. I had booked for a cylinder ref. no. 550749 on 11th apr 2016but till date now it is not delivered to my home. on 15th apr i received a massage from yours that the booking has cancelled becauae door was closed. i immideately conformed by my neabour but anyone not seen the representative. this problem has been facing mostly during deleverd the cylinder.

                                  I had receive following delivery massage from indean,
                                  Cash memo [protected] of amount rs.537 generated for booking no. [protected], shall be delivered shortly.Insist for pre-delivery check while receiving refills

                                  Every time i had inform at our distributor after received my delivery massage, then the distributor will be deliver otherwise distributor don't care about delivery

                                  Also the distributor don't take any complaint about cylinder delivery.

                                  Also distributor argument with customer.

                                  I am senior citizen,

                                  Sir nobody accept my complaint at my dankuni distributor.

                                  Sir, please help me...
