On 20/04/2016 at around 7.50 p.M. Or thereabout, our managing partner advocate s. R. Shukla got filled up his car by diesel of rs.1810/- for 33.8 liters and sought to make the payment by his credit card. For single diesel filling, his credit card was swiped twice by the dealer, thus recovering two times of an aggregate sum of rs.3620/- from his credit card account for filling of one time diesel of rs.1810/-. The concerned attendant mr. Mahendranath pandey and the manager mr. Chunnilal refused to return the extra charges. Thus cheated deliberately. The extra charges should be immediately returned and strict action should be taken against the dealer, manager and attendant.

    I am having cooking gas connection from Kalpana agency Vijayanagara, Bangalore. They sent a person when I was out of station and harassed my family members recently.He threatened them the locking of gas connection.. Supply is always delayed.

        Our local distributor "chirodeep" & they
        Confirmed me to deliver & suggested to contact delivery person. I everyday i contacted him and he promised me to deliver but still no one came to deliver cylinder. Now today(19.4.2016) when i asked to ivrs system about my refil delivery status it answered that cyllinder already delivered on 8.4.2016. How ????

            Dear Sir,
            This is in regard of my experience with a Sukhwani petrol pump at waked chowk pune its Indian Oil Petrol Pump.
            I filled petrol of 530 rs ( wanted to fill 500 rs petrol) the petrol attendant engrossed me in talks to fill 530rs petrol and while I was having conversation with him he made sure I dint pay attention towards zero meter and he started filling from 250rs (filled previously for bike) and when I confronted the petrol pump attendant for the same, it lead to 3 4 people arguing n fighting with me for the same.Kindly look into this matter as we as consumers feel cheated for the hard earned money.

              I am a subscriber of Indane Gas, under the Distributor : Radharam Gas Services, 72, Purba Putiary Dakshin Para Road, Kolkata - 700093.
              A couple days ago, when I tried to book via IVR, the booking did not go through. The IVR system was not presenting me any option fro Refill booking. Next I tried to book via SMS. There I received an SMS that by subscription has been suspended, and I need to contact my distributor.
              Accordingly, I called up Radharaman Gas Services, where they informed me that I need to pay Res.75/- in order to get my connection reactivated. They think that my kitchen is "Unsafe" and therefore, they need to inspect my kitchen (at my cost), extort Rs.75/- in the name of inspection. And in order to force me to pay that amount, they suspended my connection !!

              I have enquired around, and found that no other LPG company or Indane Distrubutor is forcing this Inspection Fee.

              Kindly Look into the issue, and probe into what is going on with Radharaman Gas Services. This is one of the many unscrupulous activities that go on, on a regular basis in Radharaman Gas Services.

              Kindly resolve the issue and help reactivate my connection. My kitchen is completely safe, and my oven has Suraksha pipe installed. If Radharaman wants to conduct a safety inspection, they should so at their own cost, and its totally ridiculous to suspend a connection to extort Rs.75.

I regret to inform your goodselves each and every month the delivery was irregular. And ask about the irregular delivery with gas agency, their officials not answer properly and not to take any action against consumer complaint. I think they sold out the cylindert in block market.In this month also i had booked the cylinder on 7.4.16, bill generated message came to me by sms on 11.4.16 but as on time cylinder yet to deliver, they are not give any responsible reply against our request.                     I am a consumer of your indane gas consumer no. cx2736106, Rohini, Delhi. I had booked for a cylinder ref. no. 550749 on 11th apr 2016but till date now it is not delivered to my home. on 15th apr i received a massage from yours that the booking has cancelled becauae door was closed. i immideately conformed by my neabour but anyone not seen the representative. this problem has been facing mostly during deleverd the cylinder.

                      I had receive following delivery massage from indean,
                      Cash memo [protected] of amount rs.537 generated for booking no. [protected], shall be delivered shortly.Insist for pre-delivery check while receiving refills

                      Every time i had inform at our distributor after received my delivery massage, then the distributor will be deliver otherwise distributor don't care about delivery

                      Also the distributor don't take any complaint about cylinder delivery.

                      Also distributor argument with customer.

                      I am senior citizen,

                      Sir nobody accept my complaint at my dankuni distributor.

                            Hi sir,
                            Indian petrol bunk situated at nizampet x roads, near jntu, kphb colony, hyderabad. These petrol bunk staff are cheating customers like anything.

                            1) there are two people come to you one guy open the cap and another guy try to stand behind the meter showing machine, and the first guy try to deviate your concentration on other topic and when we deviated from the meter, the person behind the machine hit one button, it will jump by 250/-.

                            2) when i asked to fill 1000/-, first they will fill 250/-, when i asked, then they will start filling from there, but at the end of the day the petrol is not worthy of 1000/-.

                            3) 2 times i caught them while cheating and they were requesting me not to complaint to owner, since they dont have any other job and they were in deep trouble.

                            4) even same thing happened to couple of customers, i told them, but they did not shown any interest.

                              Name simon jayakumar, indane gas consumer cx18452828.
                              Gas booked and cash memo generated on april 6th no [protected]. The agency name is lord balaji telephone number [protected]. Without attempting delivery they have cancelled the booking on 9th april itself saying door closed. While we were very much available at home. When we called and said nobody came they told they will deliver the gas shortly. But without our consent another booking has been made via cash memo number [protected] and giving us the cylinder on 15th april.

                              This is not the first time they are doing like this. So i wanted to complain as they may be involved in some practises like this at the cost of the general public.

                              I go in the petrol pump pathik indian (idar, gujarat, s.k.), i fil 100/- rupees petrol but not received me all 100/- .

                                Booking for con no 26914 is registered with ref no.413550.Refill expected delivery:6-8 days.Pl submit aadhar to ur distributor, ignore if already done. But still not get the gas, as today gas van distributing gas in colony, he said he dont have my name reciept.I had booking on 30 march.

                                  This in with regards to an Indian Oil Petrol Pump - Rajkumar Service Station located at the IIT Crossing, Hauz Khas.

                                  Date of latest incident : 15th April, Time: 9:47am

                                  Below is my Experience:

                                  This is around the 7th time that this has happened to me at this petrol pump.

                                  I always get autocut, full tank petrol filled. But at this petrol pump, as they start filling the petrol, by the time the reading comes to around Rs. 300 (Rs. 321 to be specific), their electricity gets cut and they start restart the filling of petrol. Afterwards, they add this extra 300 rupees to the total cost. The petrol filled in the next round (after electricity cut) is already a little more than the normal full-tank cost (at the other petrol pumps). On top of that they claim that they have filled Rs 300 worth of petrol, which is beyond the capacity of me petrol tank!!

                                  How is it that they always have an electricity cut when the meter reads around Rs. 321! I just spent Rs 2550 for full tank when it never goes beyond Rs 2200!

                                  On top of it, the employees tell me that if I don't pay the (cheated) money, it will get deducted from their salaries.

                                  How do I get serious attention to this ongoing scam here?

                                    My name is dr. Gagandeep kaushal and i have an ioc gas connection no. Cx19163080 with manimajra gas agency. I have been facing problems with this agency for the last one year regarding delivery of gas cylinders. It has been erratic and very long delays in delivery. It is always a cumbersome task to get cylinders and most of the time i have to go personally and fight it out with them. Earlier i went to tel bhawan, sector 19 chandigarh and filed an application to change my dealership to farid gas agency, manimajra but after 15 days ioc again changed my membership back to manimajra gas. So please either change my dealership to farid gas or make manimajra gas mend his ways

                                    It is almost 15 days cylinder was booked but it is not deliver. I contacted with agency still not yeat received.

                                        I had booked cylinder on 4th april 2016 but the cylinder has not been delivered to me even today on 14th april. Seven working days have passed but delivery still not given. My consumer no is [protected] and my receipt no is 910438. My gas agency is ananth gas agency from bengaluru urban karnataka. Kindly send me the cylinder today because it was promised by indane that delivery will be done within 3 to 4 days and today 10 days have passed. Kindly keep your promise and deliver the cylinder today.
