I am a subscriber of Indane Gas, under the Distributor : Radharam Gas Services, 72, Purba Putiary Dakshin Para Road, Kolkata - 700093.
A couple days ago, when I tried to book via IVR, the booking did not go through. The IVR system was not presenting me any option fro Refill booking. Next I tried to book via SMS. There I received an SMS that by subscription has been suspended, and I need to contact my distributor.
Accordingly, I called up Radharaman Gas Services, where they informed me that I need to pay Res.75/- in order to get my connection reactivated. They think that my kitchen is "Unsafe" and therefore, they need to inspect my kitchen (at my cost), extort Rs.75/- in the name of inspection. And in order to force me to pay that amount, they suspended my connection !!
I have enquired around, and found that no other LPG company or Indane Distrubutor is forcing this Inspection Fee.
Kindly Look into the issue, and probe into what is going on with Radharaman Gas Services. This is one of the many unscrupulous activities that go on, on a regular basis in Radharaman Gas Services.
Kindly resolve the issue and help reactivate my connection. My kitchen is completely safe, and my oven has Suraksha pipe installed. If Radharaman wants to conduct a safety inspection, they should so at their own cost, and its totally ridiculous to suspend a connection to extort Rs.75.

i booked approx 3 times gas, but they cancelled my booking for giving a lamb excuse that reason is closed the door while i live with my joint family approx 20 member. and when i called him to know reason, they have not any satisfied reply,
my gas agency is doing fraud and cheat to me. they are not hearing my problem, if i call him they disconnected my call. and they are not giving any single percent positive feedback.
I booked 4th time again gas cylinder dt.[protected] to kandhari gas services(107217), Rohini Delhi-110085 & the message are received that cash memo generated & cylinder delivered[protected] but i have not found gas cylinder.
