I am staying at Durgapura, Jaipur and registered Indane consumer No. 15166 with Triveni Indane Gas distributor . I got a message from IOC Auto gas booking facility that my booking for gas cylinder has been accepted under ref no.869053 on 06 March 2016. later on I received another message that the cylinder has been supplied against cash memo no.30002396 on 09/03/2016. But I have not received any cylinder.

Kindly investigate in the matter and arrange for the delivery of the cylinder at the earliest.

    Hello Sir,

    I had raised a complaint on the fuel station Kenchamba service station, BM road HASSAN, came to know from HP that this fuel station belongs to IOC not HP, and they asked me to contact IOC.

    Complaint description,

    On 5th march around 7.30 PM, I filled the fuel and requested for Air, he dint even respond anything to me and he went inside the office, I followed him and asked the group of people sitting an watching the cricket match there, no body responded anything, they dint even say yes or no. after i shouted on them they said no Air in the action. This is extremely fair from the IOC petol bunk, i had very less air in the tyre and I had to travel Bangalore around 250 kms. Please dont hear the reason from them that the air compressor was not working and all, usually they switch it off after 7 PM and they say no air.
    This is not acceptable, I am waiting to hear from you and your action on this fuel station

      My father sh manohar lal solanki also loged a complaint in this regard. i have lpg connection cn 3839767. ptrviously connection was working in my mother name cn 41910 .said connecrion transferred in my name and alloted new no cx 2206360. in said cn my aadhar no[protected] linked to cn cx2203630.in transferring connection spelling mistake done by distributer. then distributer closed cn cx22036030 and alloted again new cn cx3839767.aadhar is not releasing from closed cn cx2203630 pl releaseaadhar from closed cn cx2203630 and link to present cn cx3839767 to avoid further ay type of complicacy regarding subsidy i have requested distributer severel times but due to your system /technical problem, all in vain

          My Consumer No. is 168936 with M/s. Pooja Gas Agency, Unichira, Ernakulam, Kerala. I have booked Gas Refill on 11.02.2016 vide reference no.656834 and your cash memo [protected] dt.11.03.2016 of amount Rs.547.50 generated. But till time they have not supplied the refill cylinder. My cylinder is emptied on 07.03.2016 and I have informed the same to the agency. But they have not supplied the refill till date and time. So kindly intervene in the matter.

            My consumer no is CX17215127. i use to take cylinder from the agency godown. my cylinder gets emptied in 30-35 days but
            Since 3-4 months i have taken the home delivery option, but i have not received fully filled cylinder any time due to which it gets emptied in 10-15 days. i have complained all the time to the delivery boy but have not received any solution yet.
            Kindly do the same.

              My consumer is AP2298.I booked my gas cylinder in February fir which I received a text on my registered mobile saying that my cylinder has been delivered having cash memo no. [protected] on 8th of March.
              But till date I haven't received my cylinder.
              On calling the IVRS booking no., it says my cylinder has been dispatched on 7th of March, how can this be possible.
              The cylinder is ought to be exhausted in 2 to 3 days of time.Now I wonder whether will I get my next cylinder or not.
              Please help me to get my cylinder as early as possible.

                On 11th March, 2016 night I had book LPG (Consumer No. 33590) on centralised number for refill of my subsidised gas cylinder. At 20.10 hrs on the same day, I received 2 contradictory SMS messages simultaneously on my registered mobile -- one confirming supply of LPG (vide ref. no. 630204) and the other thanking me for giving up my subsidy. I wonder how the second msg with regard to giving up my subsidy was sent to me. In this connection I wish to add for your information that I am a senior citizen with monthly pension of less than Rs. 20, 000 and am such entitled to the govt subsidy which I have been getting since the scheme was introduced. Since in that msg it was also stated that a representative of my gas agency (R.K. Agencies, Hauz Rani, Malviya Nagar) would be contacting to complete the other formalities. On th 12th instant I also contacted the Gas Agency (Ms. Soni) who told me that they do not have any information on the issue. Hence I am writing to you how erroneously subsidy withdrawal msg has been sent to me.

                I shall be grateful if you would kindly look into this urgently and get the second erroneously sent msg withdrawn at your earliest convenience.

                A line in confirmation will be highly appreciated.

                    My Customer no is 18393 &my Distributor is Gemini Gas&Appliances, Railway station Road, Tellicherry-670104, Kannur Dist, Kerala. Eventhough my house is located less than 5 kms from the Distributor's office, they are charging additional transportation charges while delivering the cylinder.When contacted he informs me that the distance is calculated from the centre of the Town ¬ from his office as my house is outside city limits.I do not agree with his contention.The distance shd be from his office/Godown ¬ from the Town.
                    Hence it is requested to enquire in to the matter&advice him to stop charging transportation charges while delivering the cylinder as my house is located less than 5 kms from the Distributer's premises.

                      I don't receive the cylinder.again I booked on 22 July 2017, for which I got the following message on 22 july:

                      Booking for Con No 4351362 is registered with Ref No.689405.Refill expected delivery:4-6 days.Now pay for Indane refills by ur Debit/credit cards, e-wallets.

                      Then again on 24 July 2017 I received this message:

                              Booked for refil of gas on 10/02/16 and booking no. 296636. I was inform that it was cancelled. Then I booked the gas again on 1/3/2016. Booking no. 299605. And again I was informed that it was cancelled. When called the agencies I was informed, if not delivered, the booking is cancelled. When the gas is not delivered to me how can it be cancelled. Kindly look into this matter since it a month. And in another 2 days I won't have gas for cooking.

                                  I booked for a refill cylinder on 01.02.16. Till date refill has not been delivered. I am being harassed by "sonarpur gas service", dist-south 24 parganas, west bengal, kolkata-700150. Repeated attempt was made to register a complint through customer care but failed. I personally met on 27.02.16 and 05.03.16 but every time it was told that tomorrow it will be delivered.Particulars are --connection no.08622, booking no.216161.

                                  I will be happy if appropriate action is taken.

                                    I travel from Rajkot to Amreli on 7th March, 2016. I feet petrol in my bike at Shah petroleum, (Dealer of IOC Ltd.) Babra, Dist. Amreli. There is old price in filling pump and they till today collect Rs. 61.81/ltr I ask for bill but they said that we don't give bill for just Rs.100/- petrol filling. You can check surprisingly at that filling station. Plz take action and save other to paying high petrol price.

                                      I am a customer of ROHITH INDANE GAS SERVICE, Bangalore. I have received a refill cylinder on 25th January 2016. But the subsidy for the same is yet to be credited to my bank account.

                                      In view of the above, I had posted a complaint on the portal on 16.02.16. Final reply given for the complaint was completely irrelevant. As such, I again reiterated the grievance on 19.02.16. But the earlier reply was repeated. I attach copies of the complaints and the replies for your ready reference. (Docket No.2546374 and 2550898 respectively).

                                      In view of non-redressal of my grievance, I called on your offices on 02.03.16 along with relevant records. I was informed by your official that as per your records, I have given up subsidy. In the regard I wish to appraise you of the following facts:

                                      Firstly, as I cannot afford to forego subsidy, I have never opted to give up the same.

                                      Secondly, why was this fact not conveyed to me when I posted my grievance on portal twice earlier?

                                      I was informed that the above said option, falsely said to have been exercised by me, was recorded on 25th January, 2016. It was on this day that I had a verbal dual with the distributor's office manager for their persistant unethical trade practices. It is their regular practice that the bill generated will be cancelled unilaterally. The same will be regenerated after long delay and repeated reminders. As I had verbal dual with the distributor regarding the same on 25th January, it is obvious that my present grievance is a result of their mischief.

                                      I request you kindly to look into the matter personally and help me get my eligible subsidy. You may also kindly cause setting right the wrong noting in the records.

                                        Good after noon,

                                        I had taken a new GAS Connection from INDANE GAS SERVICE AGENCY on January 2016. I had submitted all the required documents at the time taking new connection from the distributor. Though the bank account is not linked within the GAS AGENCY or INDANE GAS.

                                        For this issue, I had visited multiple times to the local distributor office and they told me that they had already placed a request for my account linking within the Indane Online Gas Service site but somehow the request is still in pending status and due to this I had to purchase a GAS bottle at normal price. They told me that the subsidised amount will not transfer to my bank account until the bank account is not linked within the INDANE GAS SERVICE software.

                                        Today, I had called again the local distributor office for further inquiry and again they told me the same sentence that I had mentioned in the above conversations.

                                        Please do something as I have to book a new refill at any time and this time I don't want to loose my subsidies.
