Dear sir/madem, i was requested for new connection of indane gas at 2.9.2015 and paid rs. 3570 at 4.9.2015. but any causes i had cencelled that request at 18.09.2015.but my paid money is not refunded till now.
so plz kindly return me that paid money as soon as possible.

    Dear Sir/Madam This is my painful email to you because of harrshed by the distributor since JULY 2015 and I m very much shocked about such type of poor services and behaviour by esteemed company like INDIAN OIL CORP.I am going through very upset situation since last couple of month due to the small problem created due to some mistake. I have logged a complain on 22/07/2015 regarding suspension of my existing LGP connection vide reference complaint no.is 2255639. After a week due to repeated pressure given on your customer care I have got reply and they said that you can submit your KYC to the distributor, next day I went and submit the KYC to the distributor but they didn’t give me any receiving of KYC document while asking they said that unless and until we don’t know how to feed this KYC to your consumer ID we didn’t give .After a week again I went to the distributor and asked my queries regarding suspension of my LPG connection they told we are working on this and will be sorted out within fort night .After fortnight again i went and contact the distributor he said plz again submit the KYC because your previous one was somewhere lost again I have logged online complait vide reference no.2332829 dt 13/09/2015 .Again I have submit the KYC to the gas distributor and again he didn’t give me any receiving and said that you want your suspension revoke so what is the purpose of receiving the proof of KYC You can go we will do immediately .Again yesterday i, e on 23/09/2015 while i asked sir what about my complaints have you done KYC and revoke my suspension he said the concerned person told that he has no time and will do after 2-3 days .This is very poor customer service’s want the contact no. area manger of indane gas of that particular area he said I don’t know then i search the complaint no . on display board of gas agency and the no is [protected] the no. Is out of order then i contacted the customer care and asked the no.he suggest me the no.[protected] but this no. Is also out of order. So being a PSU employee I don’t have enough time for resolved such type of simple problem and allegedly harrshed by the gas agency. So finally I am deciding to go to consumer forum against such type of worst service so its my humble request you can treat this matter personally and do the needful .       I am consumer of indane gas dealing with abhinav gas service karnal.behaviour of staff of agency is very disappointing.they donot pick phone after many calls.their way of talking is very rude.Supply is very poor.i am fed up with their service.so please help us to solve our problem.

        I have booked Gas Cylinder on 13/9/2015 and my consumer no. CX2280770 is registered with ref no. 321532, but i haven't received my gas cylinder till this date 23/9/2015. My cash memo is [protected] which i had received on 19/9/2015. For which i am facing inconvenience. it is my humble request as soon as possible please send my gas cylinder.
        My LPG gas subsidy amount of Rs. 200/-still not credited in my Central Bank of India a/c. against Cash Memo No. [protected] generated for booking no.676156 Date 29th September, 2015 kindly look in to this matter and may give the direction Agent of LPG Indian Oil Agent, which they are residing near Police Station, Najafgarh, New Dlehi-43.

          I, Sumit Kumar Goenka (Consumer Number 22457), facing some issue with the receiving of cylinder. After I book my refill, I use to get a message regarding generation of cash memo and after 2-3 days I again receive a message stating that the cylinder has been delivered. However the cylinder does not get delivered to me. I believe that delivery boy is giving my cylinder to some other person and making his own commission. Please can you check on this and ensures 100% transparency in your process.

                The petrol pune located at yerwada does log of cheating while filling petrol.
                They play tricks to distract customer and start filling petrol from ahead of last fuel meter reading. When reported the staff is very rude and it seems complete management works like mafia. Please take action against such pumps or else public should boycott them.

                  REf No : N150824107312172014681. I have made payment for Rs 3400 and due to your Distributor issues, that is, they forced me to buy a new stove which i have puchased. And they keep on asking several documents which is not asked online.I have cancelled the process. I am still wandering when will i get my refund, or i need to look a legal way to fight for my money, when i call your customer service first they dont get connected and once connected agents do not have any answer for this.

                    I am a customer of m/s. sheela Gas Agency at Ramgarh Colony, Kanpur Rd, with consumer no. D-11605, SV no. 088126. We took gas refills through agency in March 2015, June 2015 and July 2015 but the subsidy was not released. The Aadhar was not updated in bank a/c. it has been updated, but the agency people are saying that subsidy of said three refills shall not be released. Is there any such rule. Raj Dhingra

Mobile No [protected] and Bokking No 395673 dated 4th september 2015. But after 18 days the gas is not delivered by the Distributor.

                        I, Sri Utpal Kumar Biswas, had given my Aadhaar number[protected] to DENA BANK (a/c no.[protected], STATE BANK OF INDIA (a/c no. [protected]) and UNITED BANK OF INDIA (a/c no.[protected] . My Adhaar Number was already seeded/registered/linked with all the banks . My Subsidy amount would go to DENA BANK account. Now, I need subsidy amount in UNITED BANK OF INDIA instead of DENA BANK, as in the last month I closed my DENA BANK account due to some personal reasons. Still, as per NPCI record as well as IOCL (Indane) website my Adhar linking status in bank is showing with DENA BANK. That’s why my LPG subsidy for the month of September, 2015 was not credited due to the reason as informed by IOCL that Aadhar Number not Mapped to Account Number. Now, you are requested to link my Adhar number again with UNITED BANK OF INDIA (a/c no.[protected] as earlier. So that, from now my LPG subsidy amount may kindly be credited to my UNITED BANK OF INDIA account. Meanwhile, I contacted IOCL regarding the matter. They advised me to contact Bank & Distributor and solve the issue accordingly. I contacted, but it is yet to be solved.                           Hello,
                          I am sanjib baran khan a inden gas holder my consumer id.cx14952137. I got my gas cylinder at 05.09.2015 but that was a lickge cylender.my mom told the delivery boy for change because that cylinder was so old damaged and broken, he didnot also he took rs.57 for delivery charge. When came at home i saw room was fully gas smell. I open the door and windows.i complaints many time to rani inden gas office at least 25 time to change . Thay send a man to check gas cylinder after 12 days . But still today no response from gas office. I have done two mail to online inden gas complaint, they also did not any reply. I have no gas from last 10 days.i complaint same day when gas arrived and untill today I couldnot any positive information from them. Now I have to complaint to you for my harassment, phone calling expenses, serious accedent, extra pay for gas delivery man.i have all Prof like how to licking gas, what the condition of the gas cylinder and all phone call conversion and list. Please help me to get proper gas delivery next time .

                              My LPG ID is[protected]. My cylinder was leaking. I tried to complaint on No. [protected] from 12 noon to 12.45 pm. It kept on giving busy tone continuously for 45 mts.I tried another IOC No.[protected]. That also kept me telling about subsidy continuously. Finally I switched over to induction cook - top.                                   Sir i booked my cylinder online. After some days deliveryman came to my home for delivery and asked 670.00 rs for delivery. I asked him every time i pay 30.00 rs for home delivery. He told me that talk to his office. I told him that i will take delivery from godown. On 19 sep i gone to Krisna gas agency for delivery. The office lady told me that we sent door delivery and you have not taken. I told that deliveryman was asking for 60.00rs. The lady told me that stock is not available we will deliver the cylinder to you on monday. I asked him to show the stock in computer because the stock board was not updated. She refused to show the stock. I asked her to see the stock in godown. She told me that godown is not open. I asked her to call her owner. She told me that call from STD booth. I told that why should i go to STD booth to call your owner. She told me that where you want to complaint make complaint. I asked her to give complaint register. She told that we donot have complaint register. I told that my lpg has finished so i wanted to take delivery today. She told that today is not possible. I gone to godown and taken vedeo o[censored]nloading of truck. I came back to office and asked that truck is getting unload. She told me that Now it came. I told it was getting unload since one or two hrs. I asked her to make bill but she warned me that where you want to complaint you can complaint. I recorded her voice in my phone. I told her l will leave the office after meeting your owner. She told me that r u blackmailing me. I told that l have recorded your voice. She told me that it is your last delivery further we will not give you refill. I asked her where l should complaint she told l donot know. I asked her last time l told you that you should tell your owner for complaint register. She told that l have told my owner but he has not taken action. I asked why your stock board is not updated. She told it is our problem.

                                      I stay in bangalore.(near sanjaynagar new bel road: iti layout) There is a veeresh gas agency- indane which is @3km from my house(nagashettyhalli).everyday morning at 10am they get more than 30 cylinders and dump in front of my house, from here one by one they start distributing. This keeps happening for whole day till night 10.in the nyt one vehicle will take all the empty cylinder back. Its highly unsafe for us here as they keep throwing cylinders for whole day just besides the cars and our house. If there is any leakage or blast then the agency and indane will be responsible.I believe the gas agency should have proper storage space for cylinders without which their license will be cancelled.we are really fed up of cylinder noise whole day from past 2 months.the whole road is occupied by cylinders too.                                         I have registered with anushka inden with number AI-4782 Navi mumbai sea wood,

                                        sine's last six month i have not receive the cylinder on time,
                                        gas agency will take time of 20 to 30 days for delivery, i have book gas cylinder on date 01.09.2015 your REF.no.250649 but till date cylinder is not delivered by you or your gas agency when we call on your gas office they give answer it will take one or two days
                                        to day date is 18.09.2015 but gas cylinder not delivered by you or your gas agency

                                        so i request to you please take necessary action and give me replay what type of action you have taken.
