Sir/Madam, My gas consumer no. CX7984975 and the concern Gas Supply agency is Deepa Gas of Purasawalkam, Since the Sanction of Subsidy for Gas Consumers, I had approached the above agency numerous times, submitted, my KYC as well bank account no, details, to link, but still i am unable to receive and utilise the Subsidy till date. Evey time I book for Gas, The above Gas agency excert Trouble to me"Saying, we cannot effect the supply, as I had not submitted the requisite documents or bank details for enabling the subsidy " resulting me in a great mental torture, physical, economical and financial trouble, like wise they delayed to supply the gas, in previous days, which entitled me and my family to have breakfast, lunch and dinner for continuously for a period of 7 days from HOtel, spending costs equalent to rs.3, 500/[protected]@500/day of 5members in a family, beside, i was made to run to gas agency, indian gas co.teynampet, and to bank, spending petrol, conveyance costs of rs.1000/- and time, energy, and keeping me to Job, on leave, on loss of pay which again amounts to rs.5000/[protected]@1000/day. I had submitted bank statement, address proof, all the requisites, when ever i book for refill, even i went to my bankers, i got linked from there, beside I also went to Indane Oil Corporation, Teynampet, but inspite of all fullest efforts, the result is in vain, till date, neither i received Subsidy till date, nor my bank account got linked with, and who's is responsible for this act, is not know, every employee says, we did our job, but still, i unable to get linked with my bank account and get subsidy. Hence, this complaint, I should report to P.M.O. beside i may need to proceed to Consumer Forum, as i found something is Fishy at Indian Oil Corporation or at Deepa Gas Agency, as i feel, its their responsible to do this job.With hope, i remain for results in favour for prompt supply of gas, with subsidy, at least in nearing future. . .
