    A gas cylinder was issued to me on 19 Aug 15 from Vayusena Gas Agency AF Station Bamrauli, Allahabad .due to non availibility at home, it was not used . on 10 Sep morning when we were going to connect, it was found empty but the seal is still as it was handed over.

      I applied for gas connection online after all document submission when i go to gas distributor safidon, they told me that you have to show us bill of gas stove or have to purchase new from us. But i am unable to show bill as i had already gas stove which is ISI marks but i have lost my bill . They are not giving me new gas connection . Please help me so that i can get new gas connection

We had register our gas via online booking 1 week ago bt still didnt get delivered to us and not only this time it happens to be continuted for more than a year. Last delivery was on 3 - 07 - 15, i request the authority to probe into the matter as early as possible because we are suffering a lot.

          we resident of jangamakote sidhlagatta (tk) chikkaballapur district one of your gramin vitarak lpg distributorship has been alloted to my village and the alloted distributor not following basic parameters for building godown and shop .
          The indane gas authorised godown and the shop built under the school compound and 800 to 900 children are studying in school this environment doesnt suits for godown unfortunately if explosion happens then field inspection officer and iocl is responsible for that as you know each truck carries defective cylinder some times kindly think about children studying in school please find attachments copy village residents signature enclosed

            On date 10 / 09 / 2015, indane gas agencies ms periya palayathanamman indane gramin vitrak of thiruprour kanchipuram district tamilnadu has collected rs 630 / - against bill amount of rs577 / - in the name of delivery charges without any valid receipt. No option left with us to pay and get cylinder on date which was delayed for quit some. This is happening in each and every delivery of cylinder in our locality and at last filed complaint

After that, I have visited Kamla Karan Gas Agency to inform about closed the syndicate Bank Account. The Agency Officer said that you must submit your current Bank Account documents in agency to get your subsidy in future. After that, I have submitted all documents as per require on dated 08/08/2015. But jut now; I have not received any kind subsidy in my new current account No.[protected], IFS Code OBRC0101436 & Bank Name: Oriental Bank of Commerce. I have received cylinder at market price, but subsidy payment has not yet reached although OMC says it has been transferred to bank.                           Sir/Madam, My gas consumer no. CX7984975 and the concern Gas Supply agency is Deepa Gas of Purasawalkam, Since the Sanction of Subsidy for Gas Consumers, I had approached the above agency numerous times, submitted, my KYC as well bank account no, details, to link, but still i am unable to receive and utilise the Subsidy till date. Evey time I book for Gas, The above Gas agency excert Trouble to me"Saying, we cannot effect the supply, as I had not submitted the requisite documents or bank details for enabling the subsidy " resulting me in a great mental torture, physical, economical and financial trouble, like wise they delayed to supply the gas, in previous days, which entitled me and my family to have breakfast, lunch and dinner for continuously for a period of 7 days from HOtel, spending costs equalent to rs.3, 500/[protected]@500/day of 5members in a family, beside, i was made to run to gas agency, indian gas co.teynampet, and to bank, spending petrol, conveyance costs of rs.1000/- and time, energy, and keeping me to Job, on leave, on loss of pay which again amounts to rs.5000/[protected]@1000/day. I had submitted bank statement, address proof, all the requisites, when ever i book for refill, even i went to my bankers, i got linked from there, beside I also went to Indane Oil Corporation, Teynampet, but inspite of all fullest efforts, the result is in vain, till date, neither i received Subsidy till date, nor my bank account got linked with, and who's is responsible for this act, is not know, every employee says, we did our job, but still, i unable to get linked with my bank account and get subsidy. Hence, this complaint, I should report to P.M.O. beside i may need to proceed to Consumer Forum, as i found something is Fishy at Indian Oil Corporation or at Deepa Gas Agency, as i feel, its their responsible to do this job.With hope, i remain for results in favour for prompt supply of gas, with subsidy, at least in nearing future. . .

                                We have a single cylinder indane gas connection in the name of my son shri souvik mukherjee, consumer number - 1147209, m / s shreeji enterprises, kolkata - 26. We are shifting residence in dum dum area (Kendriya vihar - ii, bl - d - 8;6th - fr;fl - 601, 169 badra north, saktigarh birati, kolkata 700051) . It is located on belghoria express way, just about 1 km west of dum dum airport.
                                After a local inquiry i ascertained that the following agency covers the above address:
                                Freedom services godown 4 mahajati nagar jessore road. Kolkata 51 distt north 24 pgs tel[protected]
                                I am unable to contact by phone. Please confirm the agency address and code number for supply of indane gas to us.

Most times the agent cancels my booking and I have to repeat the booking process. Recently the same happened that the agent canceled the booking and again I booked on 22 Aug 2015. I have been enquiring through the automated booking service several times and I am getting the messages that the agent has cleared all bookings till 29 Aug as on today and surprisingly I did not get the cylinder yet. Most times the agent cancels my booking and I have to repeat the booking process. Recently the same happened that the agent canceled the booking and again I booked on 22 Aug 2015. I have been enquiring through the automated booking service several times and I am getting the messages that the agent has cleared all bookings till 2 September as on today and surprisingly I did not get the cylinder yet. The agency has given two telephone numbers but they never work. Several times I am trying to contact the Indane toll free number but they also never reply. Therefore I request you kindly look in to this matter urgently because now we do not have gas in our home. Thanks.

                                      My consumer no cx12863765 it is bought to your notice that despite booking for three consecutive weeks the distributor saint jude indane meenangadi did not supply the gas cylinder. every distribution day i had to take a day leave from my job and wait for the distributor vehicle as they do not have fixed time to reach our location. more over they flatly refused to give the telephone no of the distribution vehicle. when we query about failure to supply the cylinder they give silly reason for the do not pick up the call at all. needless to mentioned difficulty we are under going. we are requested to advice the distributor not to trouble costumers and also deliver the cylinder as per booking. thanking you and requesting for a prompt action.
