Respected sir, I have submitted my bank a/c details and LPG id to distributor and bank by filling non aadhar form. I have checked my pahal CTC status and also checked in consumer console at indane.co.in website which stated that my bank a/c detail is not available. Both bank manager and distributor says that your LPG Id is registered. Good after noon once again, In your Petrol pump dealer is not ready to check petrol measurement using measuring cylinder more over not ready for filter-paper test in Boring road patna this petrol pump is near saguna moar patna and even they show off dada-giri, if asked for testing and the name of petrol pump is pravhash service station (somebody told the name) and they dont have written name on petrol pump just kept it blank. And says its bihar the junglee Raaz and i am the lion, king of junglee so if you want keep complaint against me i always keep all officer in my pocket.

I have booked my gas since Feb, 2015 to September 2015 but I did't receive the subsidy. Although my S B A/C No. [protected], Allahabad Bank, Pathna, IFSC Code - ALLA0210429 is already entered in my Consumer No. but subsidy amount is not being transferred in the account . I have inquired in the agency but they are not in position to state whether subsidy is not transferred.

Sir i want to file case against fraud against domestic LPG gas booking as PIL due to they took booking of domestic LPG gas consumer and they generate more than one cash memo but every time they not delivered the cylinder to consumer. No.: 599358 1- First cash memo generate on.:23 Sept 2015 First cash memo No. [protected] 2- Second cash memo generate on.:01 Oct 2015 Second cash memo No. [protected] before that on 22 august they was take booking and generate the Cash memo but not delivered and after conformation they replied your cash memo become canceled My register no. [protected] in total since last 2 month they are not delivered a single cylinder. but they conformed three time your cylinder will delivered shortly. and they generate new Cash memo. After long conversation with Agency they said " this will be happen till the cylinder was not delivered". this is not a single case in agency if you search you will find most of cases. in reply agency said go and complained to any where we are not able to resolved the problems. I have all recorded evidence. My consumer no: CX2 5556617. i booked gas booking no:263214. but still not get delivery . after asking to dealer, reply is that gas will deliver on 10 th oct or take from agency. kindly tell me till 10 th oct what should i do or take leave from company for receiving the cylinder.how can a dealer reply it?

Dear Sir. after booking my gas i recieved booking no.263214. on date 26.09.2015 i recieved messege that my booking has been cancelled. when i ask my dealer he told do not worry your cylinder will delivered soon. but still i have not recieved cylinder delivery. again asking to dealer reply is that your cylinder will deliver on 10 th oct . or other wise you take from gas agency. why? i do not aspect this type of answer.what i will do till 10th oct or i will take leave from my company.

I applied gas connection online from Indane distributor M/s NAMRATA GAS AGENCY, Hyderabad with registration number N150818125484356947299.No one contacted me, I call all cust care numbers, no one picked up the call.I cancelled the connection on 12 Sept and left online feedback that I cancelled it due to delay in delivery.Got automated responce(Your online new connection request with Registration no: N150818125484356947299, stands cancel)Again No calls, No Refund, No Response on cust care num. The complaints page online is screwed by them so that no one can make a complaint and the feedback I left was Not answered as well. They are holding my money for more that a month and Not Contacting, Nor providing Refund.

My consumer no. is CX11354927. I have booked my indane gas cylinder with reference no. 884776 on 19th September 2015, and cash memo (no. [protected]) generated on 28th September 2015 against reference no. 884776. On 29th September, I have received message on my registered mobile no. [protected] that "Dear Indane customer, your cylinder is delivered against cash memo no. [protected]". This is the service render by the Indane gas agency. What a pathetic service by them. J-BLOCK LOCAL SHOPPING CENTRE NEW DELHI Gas agency employees not providing accurate information about delivery also. Even gas delivery agent (Mr. Awdhesh) also not responding accurate delivery time of cylinder. If today i have not get my cylinder delivered, in this case i am going to file a complaint in consumer court.

HI team, my name is s.r.imran babu, i took gas connection in june month in bangalore. today night means[protected] i got message from indane gas company as i rigistered for give it up subsidy.i didnt applied any give it subsidy option while applying gas cylinder.so i requested you please revert back that option from my account.i hope you will remove my name from give it up subsidy. consumer number:[protected]CX[protected]

I tried to submit my application for new gas connection to 'Sri Revathi Gas Agency' in Medavakkam, but they refused to take my application. Because they asked me to buy Cooker and other accessories from them. I mentioned them that I am not interested in buying those. They just refused to collect my application, they said that they will give connection only when we buy the accessories. I contacted the IOC customer care number and they told me that it is not mandatory to buy but sill this distributor is not at all listening. IOC has to take action against them to avoid losing their customers.. I hope they will.. No email communicatio to registervemail. called Toll free number but cannot get hold of any agebt to register complain.

I would like to bring in notice about you about cheating on a petrol pump. Ioc petrol pump is in nala road corner, rajendra nagar, patna -800016. Whenever i got petrol in my car from that pump, fuel meter reading is very less always and thus creates 30-40 kms less difference from other pumps. Petrol quality is also very bad. Please consider this problem very seriously. They are cheating from long years back.

I applied for indane gas connection online through 'sahaj' portal. after 20-25 days of application my waitlist cleared and i had to pay 2120 (single cylinder+pipe of 1.5 metre and pressure regulator) either through online or offline. i choose offline option but when i went to distributor they demanding 4400rs and they not explaining the charge and just told to me if you want to take then pay 4400 otherwise you will not get connection.

I have a Gas Connection No. 22049 in the Name of Balam Ram and Address Birla Vidyamandir, Nainital . I have booked a refill on 10/08/2015 which is delivered same date against which advance amount of Subsidy has been not yet transfer in my account.

My name is Sushila devi my indane gas connection no is 2591. My gas connection is attached from Shri Radha Govind Gas Agency. I have booked my gas cylender on date 13/09/2015 by my mobile booking no is 606058, cash memo generated on 21/09/2015 no is-[protected], delivery sme came 22/09/2015, Sir but till now I am not received my cylender. Sir it is repeated case the agency does not respond for these type of problems.

I was there at pump to get petrol fill in my bike at 01:45 pm.I asked for petrol of 300 rs. to be filled in my bike.The person entered rupees 300 and started filling in tank but he stopped at 30 rs.(the actual figure at that time was 30.6) and told me to pay 30rs. I told him that i asked for 300rs. then he again started the machine and charged me 330 rs. for 4.6 litre of petrol. Please take action immediately. Dear Sir/Madam, I am the user of Indane Gas and booked my Gas for home consumption on 13.09.2015 but till date we have not received the cylinder and we are facing lot of problems at home without the cylinder . This is not the first time that our dealer has created this problem but we had faced similar type of non delivery issues in earlier also.Their delivery boys are not behaving in good manner and sell their cylinders in black to other customers.
