My consumer no: CX2 5556617. i booked gas booking no:263214. but still not get delivery . after asking to dealer, reply is that gas will deliver on 10 th oct or take from agency. kindly tell me till 10 th oct what should i do or take leave from company for receiving the cylinder.how can a dealer reply it?

Dear Sir. after booking my gas i recieved booking no.263214. on date 26.09.2015 i recieved messege that my booking has been cancelled. when i ask my dealer he told do not worry your cylinder will delivered soon. but still i have not recieved cylinder delivery. again asking to dealer reply is that your cylinder will deliver on 10 th oct . or other wise you take from gas agency. why? i do not aspect this type of answer.what i will do till 10th oct or i will take leave from my company.

I applied gas connection online from Indane distributor M/s NAMRATA GAS AGENCY, Hyderabad with registration number N150818125484356947299.No one contacted me, I call all cust care numbers, no one picked up the call.I cancelled the connection on 12 Sept and left online feedback that I cancelled it due to delay in delivery.Got automated responce(Your online new connection request with Registration no: N150818125484356947299, stands cancel)Again No calls, No Refund, No Response on cust care num. The complaints page online is screwed by them so that no one can make a complaint and the feedback I left was Not answered as well. They are holding my money for more that a month and Not Contacting, Nor providing Refund.

My consumer no. is CX11354927. I have booked my indane gas cylinder with reference no. 884776 on 19th September 2015, and cash memo (no. [protected]) generated on 28th September 2015 against reference no. 884776. On 29th September, I have received message on my registered mobile no. [protected] that "Dear Indane customer, your cylinder is delivered against cash memo no. [protected]". This is the service render by the Indane gas agency. What a pathetic service by them. Consumer no.: CX11354927 My area Indane gas agency name: Trimurti gas agency SHOP NO.31. J-BLOCK LOCAL SHOPPING CENTRE NEW DELHI Gas agency employees not providing accurate information about delivery also. Even gas delivery agent (Mr. Awdhesh) also not responding accurate delivery time of cylinder. If today i have not get my cylinder delivered, in this case i am going to file a complaint in consumer court.

My consumer no. is CX3627972. I have booked my indane gas cylinder with reference no. 279137 on 23th Nov 2015, , I have received message on my registered mobile no. [protected] Still Now Cash memo is also not Generated and I called to Service Provided Person i.e S S Indane Service Laggare Bangalore they are not Responding Properly and still they Saying it Will take another 15 days . Please Resolve Complaint Otherwise i will Rise complaint in Consumer Court

HI team, my name is s.r.imran babu, i took gas connection in june month in bangalore. today night means[protected] i got message from indane gas company as i rigistered for give it up subsidy.i didnt applied any give it subsidy option while applying gas cylinder.so i requested you please revert back that option from my account.i hope you will remove my name from give it up subsidy. consumer number:[protected]CX[protected]

I tried to submit my application for new gas connection to 'Sri Revathi Gas Agency' in Medavakkam, but they refused to take my application. Because they asked me to buy Cooker and other accessories from them. I mentioned them that I am not interested in buying those. They just refused to collect my application, they said that they will give connection only when we buy the accessories. I contacted the IOC customer care number and they told me that it is not mandatory to buy but sill this distributor is not at all listening. IOC has to take action against them to avoid losing their customers.. I hope they will.. No email communicatio to registervemail. called Toll free number but cannot get hold of any agebt to register complain.

I would like to bring in notice about you about cheating on a petrol pump. Ioc petrol pump is in nala road corner, rajendra nagar, patna -800016. Whenever i got petrol in my car from that pump, fuel meter reading is very less always and thus creates 30-40 kms less difference from other pumps. Petrol quality is also very bad. Please consider this problem very seriously. They are cheating from long years back.

I applied for indane gas connection online through 'sahaj' portal. after 20-25 days of application my waitlist cleared and i had to pay 2120 (single cylinder+pipe of 1.5 metre and pressure regulator) either through online or offline. i choose offline option but when i went to distributor they demanding 4400rs and they not explaining the charge and just told to me if you want to take then pay 4400 otherwise you will not get connection.

I have booked my gas cylender on date 13/09/2015 by my mobile booking no is 606058, cash memo generated on 21/09/2015 no is-[protected], delivery sme came 22/09/2015, Sir but till now I am not received my cylender. Sir it is repeated case the agency does not respond for these type of problems.

I was there at pump to get petrol fill in my bike at 01:45 pm.I asked for petrol of 300 rs. to be filled in my bike.The person entered rupees 300 and started filling in tank but he stopped at 30 rs.(the actual figure at that time was 30.6) and told me to pay 30rs. I told him that i asked for 300rs. then he again started the machine and charged me 330 rs. for 4.6 litre of petrol. Please take action immediately. This is not the first time that our dealer has created this problem but we had faced similar type of non delivery issues in earlier also.Their delivery boys are not behaving in good manner and sell their cylinders in black to other customers. Sir, two months ago i go for filling connection form and submit documents for a new connection at KAILASH GAS SERVICE and i don't want to take stove but they force me to buy it and when i strictly refuse for it then they less just half amount of stove and dont give me connection form .then i online do all the process ang my
registration number for new connection request is N[protected] and after that my kyc form is genreted online and i have to pay only2100 RS for connection.then i go at agency for submit my money and kyc form but they demand for 3000 RS for accepting the form.
sir please take some action as soon as possible.and inform me about them.

My Consumer No- CX 22903665. I am a senior citizen aged 75. Today a vendor of Shiv Sai Indane distributor has not made home delivered as I refused to pay Rs 50/- for home delivery of refilled cylinder. Also, he was leaving cylinder on the road in front of my house. I am going without cooking gas. Kindly direct the distributor to ensure supply as per the norms.

We CON NO=CX12937356 tried to complain about gas leakage from regulator nobody lifted the call by all means by all phones . we called a private mechanic he couldn't do . Atleast advise me how to change my leaking regulator and where, MY CELL NO IS [protected]

My consumer card number is KSEO 009748. My supply agency Ajoy has was closed and the same was not intimated to me. After 3 months of non supply of the booking confirmed cylinder I came to know from friends that ajoy agency has been closed and I had to approach Gokul gas agency at Vytilla for the cylinder . Gokuk staff has informed me to collect the confirmed cylinder from their office. On approach I could see that there is a long queue of ladies with empty cylinder in front of the Agency which is same for the last one week. The supply staff has parked their vehicle on the Highway and I have to pay the bill at office and collect the cylinder from thier supply van while the staff is on rest. The entire approach was wrong towards customers and due to my physical ailments I could not care the full cylinder to my car. Kindly help.me Priya Sreenivasan

As my consumer number cx14421341 i wanna raise a complaint about the delivery person of my area supplies the lpg gas very very late, as he gives the gas after a month or odd even when we try to contact him he never receives the call and we use the induction stove mean while, and its not only my complaint its the same complaint for even rest of the users of the area ... there was even a rumor that he is selling those in black his name is shankar of nataraj enterprises - indane gas ... sooo please do take this complaint seriously

They say you will need to purchase the kit or else left it. we will not give the connection, do what you can do and who you want to tell. i am able to show the receipt of cook top there.
