I applied for indane gas connection online through 'sahaj' portal. after 20-25 days of application my waitlist cleared and i had to pay 2120 (single cylinder+pipe of 1.5 metre and pressure regulator) either through online or offline. i choose offline option but when i went to distributor they demanding 4400rs and they not explaining the charge and just told to me if you want to take then pay 4400 otherwise you will not get connection.

      My name is Sushila devi my indane gas connection no is 2591. My gas connection is attached from Shri Radha Govind Gas Agency. I have booked my gas cylender on date 13/09/2015 by my mobile booking no is 606058, cash memo generated on 21/09/2015 no is-[protected], delivery sme came 22/09/2015, Sir but till now I am not received my cylender. Sir it is repeated case the agency does not respond for these type of problems.

        I was there at pump to get petrol fill in my bike at 01:45 pm.I asked for petrol of 300 rs. to be filled in my bike.The person entered rupees 300 and started filling in tank but he stopped at 30 rs.(the actual figure at that time was 30.6) and told me to pay 30rs. I told him that i asked for 300rs. then he again started the machine and charged me 330 rs. for 4.6 litre of petrol. Please take action immediately.             Dear Sir/Madam, I am the user of Indane Gas and booked my Gas for home consumption on 13.09.2015 but till date we have not received the cylinder and we are facing lot of problems at home without the cylinder . This is not the first time that our dealer has created this problem but we had faced similar type of non delivery issues in earlier also.Their delivery boys are not behaving in good manner and sell their cylinders in black to other customers.               Sir, two months ago i go for filling connection form and submit documents for a new connection at KAILASH GAS SERVICE and i don't want to take stove but they force me to buy it and when i strictly refuse for it then they less just half amount of stove and dont give me connection form .then i online do all the process ang my
              registration number for new connection request is N[protected] and after that my kyc form is genreted online and i have to pay only2100 RS for connection.then i go at agency for submit my money and kyc form but they demand for 3000 RS for accepting the form.
              sir please take some action as soon as possible.and inform me about them.

                My Consumer No- CX 22903665. I am a senior citizen aged 75. Today a vendor of Shiv Sai Indane distributor has not made home delivered as I refused to pay Rs 50/- for home delivery of refilled cylinder. Also, he was leaving cylinder on the road in front of my house. I am going without cooking gas. Kindly direct the distributor to ensure supply as per the norms.

                    My consumer card number is KSEO 009748. My supply agency Ajoy has was closed and the same was not intimated to me. After 3 months of non supply of the booking confirmed cylinder I came to know from friends that ajoy agency has been closed and I had to approach Gokul gas agency at Vytilla for the cylinder . Gokuk staff has informed me to collect the confirmed cylinder from their office. On approach I could see that there is a long queue of ladies with empty cylinder in front of the Agency which is same for the last one week. The supply staff has parked their vehicle on the Highway and I have to pay the bill at office and collect the cylinder from thier supply van while the staff is on rest. The entire approach was wrong towards customers and due to my physical ailments I could not care the full cylinder to my car. Kindly help.me Priya Sreenivasan

                      As my consumer number cx14421341 i wanna raise a complaint about the delivery person of my area supplies the lpg gas very very late, as he gives the gas after a month or odd even when we try to contact him he never receives the call and we use the induction stove mean while, and its not only my complaint its the same complaint for even rest of the users of the area ... there was even a rumor that he is selling those in black his name is shankar of nataraj enterprises - indane gas ... sooo please do take this complaint seriously

They say you will need to purchase the kit or else left it. we will not give the connection, do what you can do and who you want to tell. i am able to show the receipt of cook top there.                             Dear Sir/Madam This is my painful email to you because of harrshed by the distributor since JULY 2015 and I m very much shocked about such type of poor services and behaviour by esteemed company like INDIAN OIL CORP.I am going through very upset situation since last couple of month due to the small problem created due to some mistake. I have logged a complain on 22/07/2015 regarding suspension of my existing LGP connection vide reference complaint no.is 2255639. After a week due to repeated pressure given on your customer care I have got reply and they said that you can submit your KYC to the distributor, next day I went and submit the KYC to the distributor but they didn’t give me any receiving of KYC document while asking they said that unless and until we don’t know how to feed this KYC to your consumer ID we didn’t give .After a week again I went to the distributor and asked my queries regarding suspension of my LPG connection they told we are working on this and will be sorted out within fort night .After fortnight again i went and contact the distributor he said plz again submit the KYC because your previous one was somewhere lost again I have logged online complait vide reference no.2332829 dt 13/09/2015 .Again I have submit the KYC to the gas distributor and again he didn’t give me any receiving and said that you want your suspension revoke so what is the purpose of receiving the proof of KYC You can go we will do immediately .Again yesterday i, e on 23/09/2015 while i asked sir what about my complaints have you done KYC and revoke my suspension he said the concerned person told that he has no time and will do after 2-3 days .This is very poor customer service’s want the contact no. area manger of indane gas of that particular area he said I don’t know then i search the complaint no . on display board of gas agency and the no is [protected] the no. Is out of order then i contacted the customer care and asked the no.he suggest me the no.[protected] but this no. Is also out of order. So being a PSU employee I don’t have enough time for resolved such type of simple problem and allegedly harrshed by the gas agency. So finally I am deciding to go to consumer forum against such type of worst service so its my humble request you can treat this matter personally and do the needful .                                 I have booked Gas Cylinder on 13/9/2015 and my consumer no. CX2280770 is registered with ref no. 321532, but i haven't received my gas cylinder till this date 23/9/2015. My cash memo is [protected] which i had received on 19/9/2015. For which i am facing inconvenience. it is my humble request as soon as possible please send my gas cylinder.
                                My LPG gas subsidy amount of Rs. 200/-still not credited in my Central Bank of India a/c. against Cash Memo No. [protected] generated for booking no.676156 Date 29th September, 2015 kindly look in to this matter and may give the direction Agent of LPG Indian Oil Agent, which they are residing near Police Station, Najafgarh, New Dlehi-43.

                                  I, Sumit Kumar Goenka (Consumer Number 22457), facing some issue with the receiving of cylinder. After I book my refill, I use to get a message regarding generation of cash memo and after 2-3 days I again receive a message stating that the cylinder has been delivered. However the cylinder does not get delivered to me. I believe that delivery boy is giving my cylinder to some other person and making his own commission. Please can you check on this and ensures 100% transparency in your process.

                                        The petrol pune located at yerwada does log of cheating while filling petrol.
                                        They play tricks to distract customer and start filling petrol from ahead of last fuel meter reading. When reported the staff is very rude and it seems complete management works like mafia. Please take action against such pumps or else public should boycott them.
