​Respected Sir, I have a Gas connection with Consumer No 01534. I made a booking for gas cylinder on[protected] but still now the cylinder is not delivered to me. Even though i have contacted my dealer ( dealer code[protected] but they are not giving any output as to why the gas is not delivered to me. I would request you to to look into this matter urgently and help me out in this regards. Regards, Mainak Jana

I am a consumer of Indane lpg gas. My consumer no. is 09949. i have booked for a cylender on 18 augest 2015 which is registered with the Ref no. 260853. i have complaint many times to the distributer which is Lipi Gas, Sambalpur, odisha. But they have no responce and every month we are facing this problem. please look into the matter.

Dear Sir, I am Indane Gas consumer my consumer ID is 25697 in MOhan & Mohan Faridabad. My gas booking was put on hold due to some issues and I submitted all my documents on 3.9.15 which was accepted by gas agency but still they are not delivering gas cylinder at my home as I visited 5 times in agency but still they are not responding. ​ We are facing problem without cylinder so please help. Dear sir, it has passed since more than 45 days my consumer no. 40357 is suspended, i have submitted all kyc forms & other documents as per demand from distributor office. They are only giving assurance only about next week activation of my connection. I am unable to perform daily work due to this domestic disturbance. I request you to attend my complain on urgent basis for restoration of my normal life in domestic living. I request you to update immediately with tat. I got updated from agency that my connection has been suspended by iocl, but could not advised me tat of restoration of my connection, they are also not in a position to advise any further requirement of documents at my end. I may assume you can realise any person with family can not manage without lpg connection pending for more than 45 days since booking of gas cylinder was declined at mobile no. last one year i am facing this happen. by Maya on[protected]:54:23 Agency:- SAI SEWA ENTERPRISES, VASANT KUNJ, New Delhi I have booked for cylinder refill on o2/09/2015 booking Consumer No. CX9591085 but gas cylinder supply not yet executed. This has happening twice with me in last one year bookings without any response. Furthermore I am forced to chase you peoples over the phone for repeated booking and most of the time your phone was engaged or not answering. As per cash memo invoice 3 landline telephone, 1 mobile please check and do some thing. Pls the needful without further delay. Sir; My self Madina khatoon C.No is CX5173388 R/o Y-382 Mangol Puri Delhi-83. Delivered boy always give me my refill cylinder less then the full weight and did the misbehave with my small children s. I am a consumer of indane gas and my connection no. is 9155 with Zhirka Indane, but at the time of filling the form, the contact number was furnished as [protected] in place of [protected]. However the contact number [protected] is already connected with the gas coonection of my son Raj Kumar Gupta bears No. 12757 and now very much problem to book the gas refil. Now i want to change my contact No. in the form as [protected] in place of [protected]

Date of incident= 13/09/2015 service provider gas Agency= Modern Gas Agency, 34-c, 200 feet road Shyam Nagar, Kanpur (U.P.) gas connetion no. cx6012946(Aneeta Singh) At the time of delevry customer asked about the weight of cylinder, the delevery-man (DHARMENDRA) assured about the wieght and seal of cylinder. but after weighting the cylinder, customer found weight 28.4 kg insted of 29.5 kg. when customer complained to delevery man he told that he has deleverd the cylinder provided by the Gas agency rest he is unaware of this insindance. after 2 hours companies distributer have excused and had replaced the cylinder. comlainig person: AKSHUN PRATAP C/O ANEETA SINGH.

I filled the diesel from maan filling station, opposite bus stand karnal of 510 rupees on 12 / 09 / 15, but the quantity of fuel is not correct, as i checked from the filling meter and also through fuel meter in my car. I demanded for the slip generated from machine but the manager on duty denied / refused.

Sir I have a connection no 33241 from sonker gas service kanpur uttar pradesh bearing DBTL no[protected] .while doing the online registration i have filled all the data but a/c no given is in joint name with Dr rashmi nigam . The connection is closed. kindly restore the connection so i may submitt the fresh data with account no in my name alongwith adhar card, please restore the connection so i may get my cylinder anil kumar nigam [protected]

A gas cylinder was issued to me on 19 Aug 15 from Vayusena Gas Agency AF Station Bamrauli, Allahabad .due to non availibility at home, it was not used . on 10 Sep morning when we were going to connect, it was found empty but the seal is still as it was handed over.

I applied for gas connection online after all document submission when i go to gas distributor safidon, they told me that you have to show us bill of gas stove or have to purchase new from us. But i am unable to show bill as i had already gas stove which is ISI marks but i have lost my bill . They are not giving me new gas connection . Please help me so that i can get new gas connection

I am shweta singh my customer no is 20812. We had register our gas via online booking 1 week ago bt still didnt get delivered to us and not only this time it happens to be continuted for more than a year. Last delivery was on 3 - 07 - 15, i request the authority to probe into the matter as early as possible because we are suffering a lot.

we resident of jangamakote sidhlagatta (tk) chikkaballapur district one of your gramin vitarak lpg distributorship has been alloted to my village and the alloted distributor not following basic parameters for building godown and shop .
The indane gas authorised godown and the shop built under the school compound and 800 to 900 children are studying in school this environment doesnt suits for godown unfortunately if explosion happens then field inspection officer and iocl is responsible for that as you know each truck carries defective cylinder some times kindly think about children studying in school please find attachments copy village residents signature enclosed
