Sir i booked my cylinder online. After some days deliveryman came to my home for delivery and asked 670.00 rs for delivery. I asked him every time i pay 30.00 rs for home delivery. He told me that talk to his office. I told him that i will take delivery from godown. On 19 sep i gone to Krisna gas agency for delivery. The office lady told me that we sent door delivery and you have not taken. I told that deliveryman was asking for 60.00rs. The lady told me that stock is not available we will deliver the cylinder to you on monday. I asked him to show the stock in computer because the stock board was not updated. She refused to show the stock. I asked her to see the stock in godown. She told me that godown is not open. I asked her to call her owner. She told me that call from STD booth. I told that why should i go to STD booth to call your owner. She told me that where you want to complaint make complaint. I asked her to give complaint register. She told that we donot have complaint register. I told that my lpg has finished so i wanted to take delivery today. She told that today is not possible. I gone to godown and taken vedeo o[censored]nloading of truck. I came back to office and asked that truck is getting unload. She told me that Now it came. I told it was getting unload since one or two hrs. I asked her to make bill but she warned me that where you want to complaint you can complaint. I recorded her voice in my phone. I told her l will leave the office after meeting your owner. She told me that r u blackmailing me. I told that l have recorded your voice. She told me that it is your last delivery further we will not give you refill. I asked her where l should complaint she told l donot know. I asked her last time l told you that you should tell your owner for complaint register. She told that l have told my owner but he has not taken action. I asked why your stock board is not updated. She told it is our problem.

I stay in bangalore.(near sanjaynagar new bel road: iti layout) There is a veeresh gas agency- indane which is @3km from my house(nagashettyhalli).everyday morning at 10am they get more than 30 cylinders and dump in front of my house, from here one by one they start distributing. This keeps happening for whole day till night 10.in the nyt one vehicle will take all the empty cylinder back. Its highly unsafe for us here as they keep throwing cylinders for whole day just besides the cars and our house. If there is any leakage or blast then the agency and indane will be responsible.I believe the gas agency should have proper storage space for cylinders without which their license will be cancelled.we are really fed up of cylinder noise whole day from past 2 months.the whole road is occupied by cylinders too. sine's last six month i have not receive the cylinder on time,
gas agency will take time of 20 to 30 days for delivery, i have book gas cylinder on date 01.09.2015 your REF.no.250649 but till date cylinder is not delivered by you or your gas agency when we call on your gas office they give answer it will take one or two days
to day date is 18.09.2015 but gas cylinder not delivered by you or your gas agency

so i request to you please take necessary action and give me replay what type of action you have taken.

Sir, I sanjeev sharma my IOCL cust no-4468905. AGENCY NAME- FREEDOM GAS SERVICES balram nagar loni ghaziabad up-201102. Our delivery man not give full gas in cylinder, he cut gas 4 to 5 kg in a cylinder. and he do overcharge on cylinder delivery.

I never get Indane cylinders on time. Just to give you an example, I (Consumer No. 24553) booked a cylinder on Sep 1, 2015 with reference no. 385155. I got an SMS that a cash memo [protected] generated for booking no. 385155 on Sep 4, 2015. On Sep 9, 2015, I again received an SMS saying cash memo [protected] (note the difference in cash memo numbers) generated for booking no. 385155. Finally, the cylinder was delivered on Sep 17, 2015. So, the point is it took me 17 days from the date of booking to get one cylinder .

Dated.10.09.15 genetated cash memo no.[protected], dated.12.09.15, time-9.31am mail me for cancelled my booking, reason-invalid address, why? as per dealer record my address is valid.Again same day time-10.01 am mail me for generated new cash memo no.[protected], cash memo dt.11.09.15, again today(17.09.2015) mail me for booking cancelled, reason-others(administrative). Why this type of harassment, last sunday go to dealer shop, manager says already cash memo giving to delevery boy, but fully false statement( attach voice rec.), pl. Immediate solve the matter.Last 4 days no lpg gas in my house, this is the major problem of my family.This is the lpg gas corruption case? pl. Verification & pl. Send full lpg cylinder immediately.

I, Rajesh Shukla, Consumer no 26952063, SV No[protected] dated 06 Aug 15, am a consumer of Shukla Gas Agency, Gorakhpur (agency code-SAP No 154506). I took this connection on a TV voucher from Naval Indane, Minnie Bay, Port Blair. The agency is notorious of trying to extort money from every consumer on any pretext they approach the agency. The LPG cylinders are delivered after a minimum of 21 days from the day of booking which is quite shocking. My regulator delivered to me on 11/08/15 was unserviceable since day 1. I went for replacement of the regulator on 10 Sep 15 but they asked for Rs 50 without giving any receipt. In today's world, if a consumer is being challenged like this, he should lose the right of doing business ( to put it bluntly, he does not fit into the scheme of "ease of doing business") and i request the vigilance wing of IOC for conduct a free and fair inquiry and cease the liscence of Shukla Gas Agency, Gorakhpur. Sir/Mam, I am holder of LPG connection of INDANE, having Distributing Agency Name MOHAN & MOHAN {Ashoka Enclave-II, Sector - 37, Faridabad - 121003}. It has been a practice followed by the distributor in our area to deliver the underweight cylinder in our area and because of this such private distributors are earning handsome money. Today, I waas at home and the delivery man delivered the filled cylinder having prescribed weight of 31.4 k.g but on weighing it on scale i found it 25 k.g. and i denied to accept it and they said we will not deliver it again. Even though i have contacted my dealer ( dealer code[protected] but they are not giving any output as to why the gas is not delivered to me. I am a consumer of Indane lpg gas. My consumer no. is 09949. i have booked for a cylender on 18 augest 2015 which is registered with the Ref no. 260853. i have complaint many times to the distributer which is Lipi Gas, Sambalpur, odisha. But they have no responce and every month we are facing this problem. please look into the matter.

My gas booking was put on hold due to some issues and I submitted all my documents on 3.9.15 which was accepted by gas agency but still they are not delivering gas cylinder at my home as I visited 5 times in agency but still they are not responding. ​ We are facing problem without cylinder so please help. Dear sir, it has passed since more than 45 days my consumer no. 40357 is suspended, i have submitted all kyc forms & other documents as per demand from distributor office. They are only giving assurance only about next week activation of my connection. I am unable to perform daily work due to this domestic disturbance. I request you to attend my complain on urgent basis for restoration of my normal life in domestic living. I request you to update immediately with tat. I got updated from agency that my connection has been suspended by iocl, but could not advised me tat of restoration of my connection, they are also not in a position to advise any further requirement of documents at my end. I may assume you can realise any person with family can not manage without lpg connection pending for more than 45 days since booking of gas cylinder was declined at mobile no. last one year i am facing this happen. by Maya on[protected]:54:23 Agency:- SAI SEWA ENTERPRISES, VASANT KUNJ, New Delhi I have booked for cylinder refill on o2/09/2015 booking Consumer No. CX9591085 but gas cylinder supply not yet executed. This has happening twice with me in last one year bookings without any response. Furthermore I am forced to chase you peoples over the phone for repeated booking and most of the time your phone was engaged or not answering. As per cash memo invoice 3 landline telephone, 1 mobile please check and do some thing. Pls the needful without further delay.
