    While installing a gas Pipe Line in Home they have damage a sewage pipe line. Because of this all dirty water of sewage is spread all over the society and no body is coming to repair this, this duty water is cause lot of danger diseases in the society. kindly look this seriously and repair it immediately.       Sir, we have booked a LPG Cylender on date- 28.7.15 and have got the massage, that cylender has been delivered on date 4.8.15 by booking no 224926, cash memo no[protected], and consumer no.- M15336, . the distributer is Mukund gas servisce lanka, varanasi, not send the cylender till date, they told we have not trolly man. the saleman behavior is not good.

        Sir, I have booked my cylinder on 01.08.15 but till date the cylinder has not been supplied. Most of the time I personally have to go to collect the cylinder. I don't see any change in their working culture even after repeated verbal requests. It has been two or three times when have delivered the cylinder at door steps over the past several months. Sir, I am working and there are no one else elderly person whom I can send to distributor every time for this job. Therefore I request to see this matter humanly & do the needful.             I asked the attendant at KARAPPARA FUELS, IOC Dealers, Manganam PO, Kottayam to fill HSD worth Rs 1000 at 8.45 am on 15th Aug 2015. I asked the attendant whether he is charging me as per the reduced rate and he answered in the affirmative.Later I realised that he had not changed the rates and was charging the higher rate. On 20 Aug I went to the outlet and made a verbal compalaint. The attendant misbehaved with me. Later I went to the pump aagain and made a compaint to the manager. He agreed to pay me Rs 27.00. It was not acceptable to me as I had incured another Rs 500 to travel to the pump twice. I demand that I be compensated for the loss. I had not collected a bill at the time of filling HSD.               Dear Sir, I am Indane gas consumer, my gas connection no CX5316655, SANDHAN GAS SERVICES, GUWAHATI ASSAM (INDANE GAS DISTRIBUTOR) I have booked cyclender 30/07/2015. Registered with ref.no.217307 & cash memo generated no.[protected] generated date : 19.08.2015. But today delivery manual booking 13/14.07.2015. Can you explain me, how much time taken for delivery. Please reply my question. I hope you reply me. Take action as soon as possible.

                Indane Gas - Delay refill delivery I have gas conection with kasana indane dist- greater noida gautam budh nagar My consumer no CX14502778 i have booked for refill cylinder 13 days back still it is not delivered. So went to the office and they told that the cylinder will delivered within 2 days yet they didn't delivered. The behavior of staff towards the customer is very indecent.                   I have gas conection with mahajan indane sindewahi dist- chandrapur (maharashtra) My consumer no 4891 i have booked for refill cylinder on 8th August 2015 with refill booking reference no 900059 it had passed 13 days still it is not delivered. So went to the office and they told that the cylinder will delivered within 2 days yet they didn't delivered. The behavior of staff towards the customer is very indecent.                     I had lodge a complaint with the IOC on 11/08/2015 regarding transfer of my LPG connection with out my knowledge as My Complaint No. With IOC : 2282692 Dated 11/08/2015 in the Name Rajni 1. The parent IOC agency is very near to my House 2. The alloted agency or transfer agency is for away from my house and it takes time to reach there 3. No rickshaw, No Auto available for New agency. 4. It is taking one hour up and down from my house to attendt the agency. 5. In all the New Agency is not convenient at all to me. 6. I am a widow and nobody is there who can visit agency for any work I request you please resort my LPG connection to my parent Agency. Regards and Thanks

                    Day by day the service of IOC is going down and officers appointed never bother to resolved the problem of consumer. This case is a bad experience to consumer who has to visit for away IOC out let and specialy for a widow. I think IOC should not take the step without consulting consumers. Company like IOC should improve its efficiency. Customer Satisfaction should be the MOTO of IOC

                          At Gospadu Mandal, Kurnool District, A.P, there is one consumer outlet. From last one month the outlet is selling Petrol where Consumer oultets can sell only Diesel that too for particular use only, not for free selling. Kindly look in to the issue and take necessary action.

                            Dear sir, we the consumer of south most town sabroom of tripura state are suffering severely due to the malfunctioning & carelessness of the above mentioned retail outlets of iocl. Most of the day in month no fuel are found available in both. Barely 6-7 days ms & hsd are sold to customers. Rest days nil signboard is displayed. Whereas 80-100 kl p.Oil & disel are reqiured in sabroom only 12-36 kl are being brought by the dealer. Condition of p.M.Filling station at manubazar is worse. No fuel is being provided for last 5 months & the ro is under lock & key. Due to this black marketting of ms & hsd is at rampant in sabroom subdivision. It is also found that most of the time even if some fuel is brought that is finished within 1 day by selling the same in barrels depriving the common consumers of vehicles.

                                  I was indane coustomer with number15015 and agency was SRI PERUMAL GAS SERVICE Arakonam Tamilnadu As per indane website my LPG ID is 3 [protected] and my consumer name is recorded as MR.VIJAYA GOPAL. which is wrong and my actual name as per records is Vijay Gopal .                                     I'm F. S. Kankerwal, indane cust. No. 23859, distributer:Marikamba gas agency, Maruti extn. Malur. (contact no.[protected], 232400, 233532). Complaining regarding every time overcharging by delivering person for home deliver of refilled cyclender (40/- extra out of invoice). He told that 40/- is auto rickshaw charges it is not included in bill (invoice). But as per norms delivery charges 5/-is including already in bill. Why they are charging 40/-extra . please take necessary action to stop corruption.

                                      My cylinder booking ref no is 313230, on 08/08/2015, Till yet not delivered the cylinder. i got an SMS “ Cylinder has been delivered “ cash memo no[protected] on 13/08/15 but till yet not delivered the cylinder. My consumer no is CX10790599, Agency Name: Arjun Enterprises, 17 dda shopping complex, munirka, new delhi. This is happening frequently with me since last six month. Agency always make excuse and send the cylinder after 2-3 follow-up. Pls look in to this matter.
