I had ordered(order no.[protected]) a cylinder on 18.07.15 & received the same on 21.07.15, I was out of station, hence could not check the weight as mentioned in bill(Bill no.[protected]). When i came back on 23.8.15, i found out the weight of cylinder was 22 kgs instead of 29.9. When i complained it to my distributor he said since its more than a month they cannot replace it.Moreover your customer care no.[protected] was not accessible. Consumer no.01513. id no.3 [protected]. distributor:S.G.E.C.C.S.LTD. unofficially delivery time from12noon to 2:30pm in week days caused i face problems every time to receive cylinder as they do not give any prior information about expected time & date of delivery. we both have to go out from home in week days for service & the distributor has no policy to deliver the cylinder in any holiday or in my comfort time. i request to look after this problem as i think most of the consumer faces this problem regularly & sort out for the shake of consumer.

My old customer no. is 149468 distributor rathwa gas agency vadodara gujarat. I have booked cylender against booking no-[protected] on 08/04/2015 and cyl was delivered against cash memo no- [protected]. but till date i have not yet received lpg subsidy. as and when i try to contact ditributor it comes to know that the distributor's agency was cancelled. now my new distributor is anuj indane vadodara gujarat and my new connection is CX[protected]. i have complained to help line videcomp no-2253344 dt. 24/07/2015 and 2264008 dt 31/07/2015 but no result has yet come.so it is requested to look into the matter and resolved the problem

I have had one gas connection number S13266 registered in my name at Delhi which i submitted back to avail subsidy at Bhiwani, Haryana vide connection no. B-23054. I have been trying for last 4 -5 months to avail subsidy but no proper response from either of agnecies. One (at Bhiwani) says that my Aadhar has to be delinked first from previous distributor whereas previous distributor (at Delhi) says he has done his part and new distributor has to take care of it. While installing a gas Pipe Line in Home they have damage a sewage pipe line. Because of this all dirty water of sewage is spread all over the society and no body is coming to repair this, this duty water is cause lot of danger diseases in the society. kindly look this seriously and repair it immediately. Sir, we have booked a LPG Cylender on date- 28.7.15 and have got the massage, that cylender has been delivered on date 4.8.15 by booking no 224926, cash memo no[protected], and consumer no.- M15336, . the distributer is Mukund gas servisce lanka, varanasi, not send the cylender till date, they told we have not trolly man. the saleman behavior is not good.

Sir, I have booked my cylinder on 01.08.15 but till date the cylinder has not been supplied. Most of the time I personally have to go to collect the cylinder. I don't see any change in their working culture even after repeated verbal requests. It has been two or three times when have delivered the cylinder at door steps over the past several months. Sir, I am working and there are no one else elderly person whom I can send to distributor every time for this job. Therefore I request to see this matter humanly & do the needful. I asked the attendant at KARAPPARA FUELS, IOC Dealers, Manganam PO, Kottayam to fill HSD worth Rs 1000 at 8.45 am on 15th Aug 2015. I asked the attendant whether he is charging me as per the reduced rate and he answered in the affirmative.Later I realised that he had not changed the rates and was charging the higher rate. On 20 Aug I went to the outlet and made a verbal compalaint. The attendant misbehaved with me. Later I went to the pump aagain and made a compaint to the manager. He agreed to pay me Rs 27.00. It was not acceptable to me as I had incured another Rs 500 to travel to the pump twice. I demand that I be compensated for the loss. I had not collected a bill at the time of filling HSD.
