    I was indane coustomer with number15015 and agency was SRI PERUMAL GAS SERVICE Arakonam Tamilnadu As per indane website my LPG ID is 3 [protected] and my consumer name is recorded as MR.VIJAYA GOPAL. which is wrong and my actual name as per records is Vijay Gopal . Now i have transferred the connection to Ponda Goa from Tamilnadu Arakonam due to my job transfer but agency here is refusing to give connection due to decrepency in name I was receiving LPG subsidy through bank at Arakonam, my aadhar card number is[protected] and as a additional proof i am attaching PAN Card :AGWPG1218L Kindly correct my name to Vijay Gopal at earliest Vijay Gopal gvijay.[protected]@gmail.com

      Booking for refill of cylinder remains pending

      I have an Indane LPG connection. My consumer No. is 648, my distributor is Fidelia Indane Service, My LPG ID is 3 [protected] and my distributor code is 171920. I booked for refill of cylinder using online facility on 8th August, 2015 and my order no/reference no. as displayed on the cylinder booking history page is 900006.       I'm F. S. Kankerwal, indane cust. No. 23859, distributer:Marikamba gas agency, Maruti extn. Malur. (contact no.[protected], 232400, 233532). Complaining regarding every time overcharging by delivering person for home deliver of refilled cyclender (40/- extra out of invoice). He told that 40/- is auto rickshaw charges it is not included in bill (invoice). But as per norms delivery charges 5/-is including already in bill. Why they are charging 40/-extra . please take necessary action to stop corruption.

        My cylinder booking ref no is 313230, on 08/08/2015, Till yet not delivered the cylinder. i got an SMS “ Cylinder has been delivered “ cash memo no[protected] on 13/08/15 but till yet not delivered the cylinder. My consumer no is CX10790599, Agency Name: Arjun Enterprises, 17 dda shopping complex, munirka, new delhi. This is happening frequently with me since last six month. Agency always make excuse and send the cylinder after 2-3 follow-up. Pls look in to this matter.

                    Dear sir, I went to get petrol of rs 500 on dated 15 aug 2015 at sachan filling station in my scooter and the bill no is 115470. When i was waiting for my turn a man came and snatched the note of 500 from my hand, when i asked what are you doing he said giving you change, again i asked why you want to give me change i don't require it.but at the same time petrol was filled in my scooter.I was shocked and went to manager and asked him to give complaint register but he never provided and said that accountant had kept it and he had not yet come.

                                MY SELF NEVIN JACOB FROM THANE MIRAROAD I stay in same place from from 12 years and im facing this problem last 8 years and i stopped filling petrol from indian oil. my complaints are mentioned below, last week i went to full bike tank my bike tank capacity is 13 lit and my in my petrol tank there was more than petrol of 400 rs means up to 5 liters. and when i said to full the thank they filled for 11.5 lit how it possible can the please explain me the same. and why petrol smell hardly like kerosene i never seen such thing other petrol station. this complaint is about indian petrol pump on mira-bhayender high way just opp sk stone police station and you will get 1000 more customer with the same complaint. please do something needfull

                                    Dear sir, i have a complaint against gas agency and hocker. Agency name Priyanka gas agency. When i book my cylinder engine so i get delivery of the cylinder very late. When i contact agency so they say will b delivered tomorrow but the don't deliver. I booked my on 27 july and bill got generated on 6 Aug and delivered on 13 AAug. U can see bill and date of delivery in attached files. Actually hocker and agency staff sell the cylinders in black.
