This is to inform you that I have booked a Cylinder on the above mentioned date under the consumer name Renu Sinha and consumer number 09712T and it has not yet been delivered till 13/08/2015.

Dear sir, i have a complaint against gas agency and hocker. Agency name Priyanka gas agency. When i book my cylinder engine so i get delivery of the cylinder very late. When i contact agency so they say will b delivered tomorrow but the don't deliver. I booked my on 27 july and bill got generated on 6 Aug and delivered on 13 AAug. U can see bill and date of delivery in attached files. Actually hocker and agency staff sell the cylinders in black. And hocker says (jaha chaho complaint kar do koi kuch nai kar sakta)...please help me out out. For any information u can cal me on [protected] Adnan faruqui

I refilled fuel for my bike. for Rs.200. But they cheated me by filling fuel only for Rs.100. I saw lot of complaints about this dealer and there is no use of complaining repeatedly. Even though I adding my grieves. Myself Shobhit. I am with Indane Gas (Giridhar gas agency) Connection, bangalore, Karnataka Consumer No. CX7132500. They never deliver cylinder on time.I found him many times delivering other people cylinder .I asked the delivery person to deliver my cylinder he was making excuses. Myself Partha Sarathi Lakshman. I am with Indane Gas (Surabhi Gas Service) Connection, Durgapur, West Bengal, Consumer No. CX-5854988. They never deliver cylinder to my door. Every time I have to bought the cylinder at my own cost in my bike in risky way. When I ask for delivery at door, they told they don't know when it will come to my door. But after some days the booking automatically cancelled. Then I have to book again & have to meet distributor storage with my empty cylinder in my bike & take a filled cylinder without any receipt. Sir, With respect i sate that I am retired ex serviceman from Air force. I Transferred my LPG connection on 01 Aug 15 from allahabad to Hooghly district as I am staying at Arambagh (dis-Hooghly) at rental house. I reported to my nearest Gas agency Ganapati Gas service (arambagh, Hooghlly) for my connection on 08, 10, 11 &12 Aug 15. But no body want to entertain me . At last on 12 Aug 15 they told me that your TV voucher ([protected]) is not transfer properly, It needs correction and first you correct your TV voucher then come to us. Even they told me you are not my customer we will not entertain to you, where ever you want to go . Such type of experienced i never faced from your organisation since year 2003. Always I got full support from indane. Now I am going through very critial situation and every day myself, wife and my child going Hotel for food. Is there any procedure . i can get lpg connection from anather distibutor like HP from same transfer voucher because HP available at my location . If possible pls enlighted me regarding this matter. Dear Sir, this is to inform you that I Chetan Darji a customer of indane gas. recently, faced a problem in the booking process of gas. My monthly income is too low. My position is not good to give up gas subsidy but By mistake in the booking process I pressed '0" and received a message for not getting subsidy further. This is regarding leakage in gas cylinder. My consumer No. is 24059 and distributor"s name is M/s. Chirantani Gas Agency, Bangur Avenue, Kolkata. I tried to call all possible nos. provided in the Company's website but nobody is there to response. Distributor was contacted several times to replace my leakage cylinder, but nobody was attended.The cylinder which is leaking is kept in the open barranda. Is there anybody to help me? M. I have already booked on 1 day of previous month when I went to take cylinder they have not given me my cash memo was already generated and still not received they have provided my cylinder on 30/7/2015 not talking properly with us. They are blacking the cylinder.

Hello sir/madam, i am amit kumar from kanpur. my cunsumer number is CX15151066.my gas ajency provider is ajay gas. i have booked a cylinder on 27 july 2015. on 5th august 2015 i have received a message of cylinder delievery on my number but i did not receive any cylinder on this date. i have complained for this two times but i didnot get any response from ajenccy. please solve my problem as soon as possible. my details are as- name- amit kumar consumer no. Dear concern, My customer no. is[protected], booking no. is 268141 on 06/08/2015. Distributor's code, They are charging Rs. 50 extra for delivery charge.should I pay extra money for delivery. I am unable to gas booking for last month. I went to dealer office they told me my bank a/c no. is same with another customers bank a/c no. So I provide my bank details, but they are unable to help me, now what can I do? I am in great trouble with my family, This is my request please solve the matter as soon as possible.

I never receive my cylinder in time, I have taken indane gas connection from Triveni Gas Service, Jaipur(Rajasthan). I always received the message on my mobile that, "Cash memo generated for booking no XYZ and shall be delivered shortly..". After this message I never got my cylinder untill I make a call to them, After my call they deliver cylinder to me. Need immediate help.
