BY mistake click on give up subsidy. I do not wish to have my name put in the 'Scroll of honour' for opting out of subsidy. Request you to arrange kindly LPG subsidy to my Bank A/C as soon as possible.

    LPG connection suspended without intimating reason

    Respected Sir/madam since OVER a MONTH my LPG gas connection was suspended without any reason. Why they suspended connection. When I asked them, they did not give any proper answer. Both cylinder are empty now & want to refill, I can not book refill till a/c get Active. Please help, its kind of a mental torture to customer & urgent to prepare food. Con.No. CX15753017, as per LPG customer care it will require 7 days BUT only after action...

    I am trying the following telephone nos.[protected], 25085414, 25087549, [protected]) of Jai Jawan Gas Service, Dwarka, since morning i.e. February 2015 and many times i refill my cylinder in black. They are constantly coming busy. How is it possible that even the mobile no. is constantly busy. I have to book the cyclinder and it has waisted my lot of time in ringing these numbers if i able to book cylinder i could not get reply. I would be thankful if something has been done to help the consumers.

      I have registered with South Madras Gas Agency for my LPG cylinder requirement. My LPG cylinder was ready for supply three weeks back. Since I am a working person, I opted for delivery only on Saturday. Three Saturdays have gone and the cylinder has not come, inspite of the cash memo being generated. The staff do not respond responsibly and they keep asking me if they can deliver during the week. When I asked for a phone number for register complaints, they said no such number exists.

        Consumer no.18561, vimal gas service Ref.no. 276464, cash memo no. [protected] booked on 3/7/15 is not yet delivered. Further again booked on 1/8, ref no. 283884 is not yet delivered. UR services are very poor. The distributor does not respond to call. U R office at Nagpur do not respond. This height of negligence. Please arrange to delver gas immediately. Thanks.             LPG gas connection was suspended without reason

            Respected Sir/madam Recently my LPG gas connection was suspended without any reason. I want to know the reason why they suspended my connection. When I asked them, they did not give any proper answer. Its been around 30 days now. My both cylinder are empty now and I want to refill. I can not refill till my account get Active. Please help me, its kind of a mental torture to me and urgent to prepare food. We are 5 member family....

            Dear Sir, I have mistake by lack of knowledge i have pressed a “give-up subsidy” button and then immediately message to my phone as “henceforth you will be receiving LPG cylinders at non-subsidized rates only” sir, it is requested to cancel my request “give-up subsidy” I am a very Poor. so I want a LPG cylinders at subsidized rates.                 I have lodged a complaint earlierRef.No. NDO/R/COMPLAINTVIDE REG.NO. MPANG/E/2015/04030 around 7/7/15. I am informed by a latter dt.29/07/15 that the complaint is of generic nature and FO S Sing delt with it.
                I disagree that I have not made myself available to FO. In fact I have named and given address of RO where the less petrol is supplied. He was to call me and we were to discuss the problem.
                I may not be wrong to say that all the fuel stations are automatic. The fuel post/station appears to have a tampering. The meter is to be fixed for the value/amount is paid for divelary or discharege of fuel. The nob at the nosal is to be clinched and left so that the fuel at the exact quantity id put out from the nosal and the machine is stoped. The person delivering fuel never fix the nob but handles it time and again i.e . pressing and stoping the dilivery of petrol. In result the quentity is delivered less to 1-3 ponts a litter. THIS WAS COMPLAINED TO MR.S SING ON TELEPHONIC COMMUNICATION. NOW I HAVE EVERY REASON THOUGH NOT COMPLAINING TO SUSPECT OF DELEBARATE AVOIDENCE TO LOOK IN TO THE MATTER FOR THE RESONS BEST KNOWN TO HIM AS WELL THE SUPERIOR OFFICER FOR NOT GETTING IN CONTACT FOR THE REQUIRED CONFIRMATION OR ENQUIRY INSTED BLINDELY BELEAVING Mr.Shailendra Sing.
                RO at, Opposit VJNIT, Dhantoli, Medical College SQ, Agaramdevi, Amraoti Road where I have noticed the tampering off.
                I just do not find the reason as to why the Concerned officer is not strict n vigilant to protect the money of poor people. When we the layman are pointing to the miss-deeds how the expert in the fields are missing from their sight. Please do the needful.

                  When i had gone to medical sqr petrol pump i had given him rs 100/- but petrol is not properly filling its less than rs 100/- Because when i fill petrol in my bike and i started to go towards my home but passing 7 to 8 km petrol finish in my bike i think petrol not fill properly in my bike tank and varies complaints against this petrol pump ... so please consider my complaint and take action immediately Thanks...                     outlet (Rambag) at Main Road Subash Marg INDORE M.P is the most un reputed retail outlet in this area since many years . But no one from company (IOCL) has bothered to look in to the details of its operation. on sunday at 5p.m i have noticed that air inflation machine was out of order 1. VERY POOR HYGINE 2. AIR filling is in out of order always 3. Right Quantity is always doughtfull 4. No responsible person at outlet

                      My indane gas(LPG) CONSUMER ID no.91041 and my reg.ph no is[protected].

                      My give up subsidy reference no.214978 dated 31/07/2015.

                      I will want to cancel my give up subsidy because i am not able to give up my subsidy due to financial problem's..

                      So i will want to requested to you please cancel my give up subsidy.

                        Hi, I had very bitter experience today while filling up my scooter for Rs 300 at M/s prodduturi services, habsiguda, Hyderabad. Since edc machine not in order they are unable to redeem my rewards on Citibank card. However I had informed them to make the payment in 15 mins since I stay near by this bunk. But sales person behaved very rudely and threatened me to keep my vehicle as security for Rs 300 till I pay . I never anticipated this from reputed organisation like IOC.                             I Mr p k pandey consumer no 23482 of indane company, and my gas agency is jay jawan gas agency located in Dwarka sector 7 in new Delhi. Since last six months I unable to book cylinder by calling to booking center, and every time I book cylinder through agency dealer but this time they refused to book, I try many time to indane help line but helpline no is every time busy. I loss much time for bookings but could not get help. I would be very thankful if my issue will solve.

                              1.08.2015 Pl. refers to my previous mail dated 13 May 2015 and 4th July 2015 regarding supply of gas cylinder. I am struggling with the present agency for more than a year. I have sent mails and complaints continuously for the last 4 months regarding delayed supply of refills and cancelling the booking and annoying me every time for the tips. This time also I have booked for cylinder on 21st July 2015.I got mail without date; regarding generation of cash memo on 25th July 2015.I contact the agency on 27th July 2015.they replied the cylinder will reach you tomorrow. But it was not supplied. So I contacted the agency on 29th July 2015.they replied your booking cancelled. Again I booked on 29th July 2015.I tried to lodge a complaint through toll free no. The information I received that the above helpline temporarily out of order .When I tried through other customer complaint no’s, I am asked to enter agency phone no with STD code I tried with which are printed on the cash memo and I received information as the nos(i.e., [protected], [protected], [protected])are not agency phone nos. This is for your kind information and necessary action please.Also suggest me what shall I do to get uninterrupted supply of refills.Hoping that now onwards the supply may be regularised. Thanks Prema Gopal (Poor aged senior citizen) Please note for your ready reference, I am furnishing the previous mails dated 13th may 2015 and 4th July 2015 as follows. 13th May Dear sir this time also I received a message "cash memo [protected] generated for booking no. 211342, shall be delivered shortly. Ensure pre delivery check while receiving refills." On 19-Jun-2015 12: 53:26pm. On 24Jun 2015 supply boy came to me and demanded Rs. 650. I said I can give you Rs. 630. Immediately he said I going to cancel this supply with a remark "door closed" and went. On the same day i made a complaint to customer service and the complaint no 2204271. I received the refill on 25 Jun 2015 with a cash memo dacted 25 Jun 2015. I have not received any communication of this new cash memo. I like to know what action initiated on this agency. Or I will have to make complaint everytime to get the refill. Kindly advise me on the above. 4th July My customer Id no:cx11736580. I came to know that my bookings were cancelled because of my house door closed. I am a homemaker and I stay at home all day long even in my absence my husband will be their at home as he is a retired person. I assure you that no attempt was made to deliver any cylinder whatsoever. I demand a proof from distributor if he thinks a delivery was attempted. This kind of service is pathetic & needs attempting from IOCL'S higher authority. Delivery boy not accepting RS. 10 as tips they demand RS. 30 every time and they also state that they have no salary and surviving only on tips. They annoy me like this and my husband is a retired person. Kindly suggest me suitable solution to avoid recurrence of above problem. I booked gas on 16. 4. 15 the gas memo was generated on 29. 4. 15 after contacting agency several times in person & through phone the booking was cancelled on 8th. I again booked on 8 th, the cash memo was generated on the same day the agency was contacted in person through phone still the gas cylinder was not delivered. Thanks

                              Till now we have not received the gas and the delivery boy supplied the gas to all the other consumers in our street .On August 2nd when we enquired about our supply he told that our bill is there but he will deliver only in the next supply today or tomorrow but till now there is no response.we think that they are purposely doing this since we are not giving the tips that they are demanding us.Please do take necessary actions or suggest me the way to sort out the problems.Thanks.

                                This is regarding the continuous leakage in gas cylinder.consumer no. 17027996 in Nort Delhi Mangol puri area. The distributor name is Raveena Gas service. I have recived leakage cylinder on yesterday. I tried to call toll-free and followed the instructions however no executive is picking up the call. Also tried to reach distributor number mentioned on slip but the numbers are switch off. Kindly somebody call me at [protected] and do the needful. Also, the cylinder which is leaking is not in use and it is kept as it is in the store room. Is there anybody who can call me at my number or can...

                                  I have been to the above petrol pump on 29th July 2015 at around 10PM. I have asked the guy to fill petrol of Rs.200 and gave him the money.H e shown me the initial reading as 0, but later he did not show me the reading.He told 200 amount was filled. Later I realized that he has filled only 50rs petrol. I have also came to know from others that this petrol pump is not a good one.It cheats the public in the same way, Please take proper action and dont give license to such people.

                                    My consumer no.7719581 of SANDHAN GAS SERVICE has been transferred to ADITI GAS SERVICE without my consent and khowledge and till date I did not get any call from the new agency namely ADITI GAS SERVICE which is violation of consumer protection act. You are therefore requested to immediately and unconditionally transfer myu LPG consumer no. 7719581 to my old agency SANDHAN GAS SERVICE at an early date as the new agency is 4 Km away from my residence.
