Hello sir/madam, i am amit kumar from kanpur. my cunsumer number is CX15151066.my gas ajency provider is ajay gas. i have booked a cylinder on 27 july 2015. on 5th august 2015 i have received a message of cylinder delievery on my number but i did not receive any cylinder on this date. i have complained for this two times but i didnot get any response from ajenccy. please solve my problem as soon as possible. my details are as- name- amit kumar consumer no. CX15151066 moble- [protected] gas cylinder provider-AJAY GAS.

        Dear concern, My customer no. is[protected], booking no. is 268141 on 06/08/2015. Distributor's code, They are charging Rs. 50 extra for delivery charge.should I pay extra money for delivery.           I am unable to gas booking for last month. I went to dealer office they told me my bank a/c no. is same with another customers bank a/c no. So I provide my bank details, but they are unable to help me, now what can I do? I am in great trouble with my family, This is my request please solve the matter as soon as possible.

            I never receive my cylinder in time, I have taken indane gas connection from Triveni Gas Service, Jaipur(Rajasthan). I always received the message on my mobile that, "Cash memo generated for booking no XYZ and shall be delivered shortly..". After this message I never got my cylinder untill I make a call to them, After my call they deliver cylinder to me. Need immediate help.

            Again I have not received my cylinder, they said hocker is on leave. what should i do?

              Please refer to my gas refill booking no.764036 of 30.07.2015. you have subsequently confirmed on 31.07.2015 via SMS that Cash Memo No.[protected] has been generated and refill will be delivered subsequently. suddenly this morning (7.08.2015) at 3.16 a.m. I am surprised to find a SMS message informing me that above booking has been cancelled and am required to book again. I would like to know why my booking has been cancelled. I am a senior citizen and ailing. I have been waiting for the delivery regularly and require the refill urgently. I am being put into great hardship and harassment. Please look into the matter urgently and arrange to deliver the same immediately.                 Gas Connection No. B-10638 Consumer Name: M.Devi Agency- Bajrangi Indane Gas Service, 179/41, Pashupati Nagar, Kanpur. I had booked for cylinder on 31.05.15 & cylinder recd on 07.07.15 but the regulator is not being fit in cylinder . I complaint by phone and visit personaly but today is 06.08.15 my complaint is as it is. I am using my neighbour's cylinder. Agency Owner Mr. Virendra Singh is sleeping with their workers for attending complaints but for Chorbazari they are awaking. On Monday dt.03.08.15, I took leave from Office and went to agency. Booking person said to me that you would get two cylinder on next day but nothing have done by them. Now what do I do? Please tell me.

                  I book my gas with consumer no. 14987 from Cook N Cook agency Ajmer (Rajasthan) from my registered mobile no. they always cancel my bookings and after repeated perusals they deliver the cylinder. They do not supply the gas within stipulated time.

                    Suman ghosh, consumer no.11505, distributor-survey park gas service [phone no.24161546, address-c-215, survey park, kolkata-700075].my address-srabastee co-operative housing society ltd.b-13, sammilani park, flat-a-103, kolkata-700075, phone no.[033]24161541, m-[protected]/[protected], ----gas bookings cancelled thrice from may to july, both me and my wife are sick people[treatment is going on at cmc, vellore], despite my wife visited the ditributor for transfer of service provider as hp, distributor is assuring to deliver the gas by the next day and next days are not coming, and also is reluctant to trnsfer the gas to hp, today my wife has gone again to transfer the supplier as hp, you please extend your help to complete the job today as it is not possible for a c.o.p.d patient or a patient suffring from meniers disease to visit the distributor regularly for such hazardous tasks

                        Respected Sir/madam since OVER a MONTH my LPG gas connection was suspended without any reason. Why they suspended connection. When I asked them, they did not give any proper answer. Both cylinder are empty now & want to refill, I can not book refill till a/c get Active. Please help, its kind of a mental torture to customer & urgent to prepare food. Con.No. CX15753017, as per LPG customer care it will require 7 days BUT only after action taken by IOC officer / distributor, there is no facility to know whether the did / take action or not for change from SUSPENDED to ACTIVE mode with date

                          I am trying the following telephone nos.[protected], 25085414, 25087549, [protected]) of Jai Jawan Gas Service, Dwarka, since morning i.e. February 2015 and many times i refill my cylinder in black. They are constantly coming busy. How is it possible that even the mobile no. is constantly busy. I have to book the cyclinder and it has waisted my lot of time in ringing these numbers if i able to book cylinder i could not get reply. I would be thankful if something has been done to help the consumers.

                            I have registered with South Madras Gas Agency for my LPG cylinder requirement. My LPG cylinder was ready for supply three weeks back. Since I am a working person, I opted for delivery only on Saturday. Three Saturdays have gone and the cylinder has not come, inspite of the cash memo being generated. The staff do not respond responsibly and they keep asking me if they can deliver during the week. When I asked for a phone number for register complaints, they said no such number exists.

Further again booked on 1/8, ref no. 283884 is not yet delivered. UR services are very poor. The distributor does not respond to call. U R office at Nagpur do not respond. This height of negligence.                                   Respected Sir/madam Recently my LPG gas connection was suspended without any reason. I want to know the reason why they suspended my connection. When I asked them, they did not give any proper answer. Its been around 30 days now. My both cylinder are empty now and I want to refill. I can not refill till my account get Active.                                         I have lodged a complaint earlierRef.No. NDO/R/COMPLAINTVIDE REG.NO. MPANG/E/2015/04030 around 7/7/15. I am informed by a latter dt.29/07/15 that the complaint is of generic nature and FO S Sing delt with it.
                                        I disagree that I have not made myself available to FO. In fact I have named and given address of RO where the less petrol is supplied. He was to call me and we were to discuss the problem.
                                        I may not be wrong to say that all the fuel stations are automatic. The fuel post/station appears to have a tampering. The meter is to be fixed for the value/amount is paid for divelary or discharege of fuel. The nob at the nosal is to be clinched and left so that the fuel at the exact quantity id put out from the nosal and the machine is stoped. The person delivering fuel never fix the nob but handles it time and again i.e . pressing and stoping the dilivery of petrol. In result the quentity is delivered less to 1-3 ponts a litter. THIS WAS COMPLAINED TO MR.S SING ON TELEPHONIC COMMUNICATION. NOW I HAVE EVERY REASON THOUGH NOT COMPLAINING TO SUSPECT OF DELEBARATE AVOIDENCE TO LOOK IN TO THE MATTER FOR THE RESONS BEST KNOWN TO HIM AS WELL THE SUPERIOR OFFICER FOR NOT GETTING IN CONTACT FOR THE REQUIRED CONFIRMATION OR ENQUIRY INSTED BLINDELY BELEAVING Mr.Shailendra Sing.
                                        RO at, Opposit VJNIT, Dhantoli, Medical College SQ, Agaramdevi, Amraoti Road where I have noticed the tampering off.
                                        I just do not find the reason as to why the Concerned officer is not strict n vigilant to protect the money of poor people. When we the layman are pointing to the miss-deeds how the expert in the fields are missing from their sight. Please do the needful.
