My consumer No. is 32228A and residing at 486, Krishi Kunj, Inderpuri, New Delhi. Joginder Enterprises, Naraina, New Delhi is distributor for LPG Cylinder. I booked LPG Gas on 7/7/2015 through IVRS mode under reference No. 560134. I received a message on 14/7/2015 stating that cash memo [protected] generated for booking No. 560134, shall be delivered shortly. Thereafter, I received a message on 17/7/2015 stating that your refill booking stands cancelled. I discussed with Joginder Enterprises distributor on telephone on 18/7/2015 about cancellation of LPG Gas Cylinder and stated that Cylinder will be delivered on 20/7/2015 but not delivered. Again I called to distributor on 23/7/2015 and stated that Cylinder will be delivered today but till date LPG Gas Cylinder has not delivered. Therefore, it is requested to take necessary action against the said distributor for not delivering LPG Gas Cylinder after lapse of 21 days even.
