When i had gone to medical sqr petrol pump i had given him rs 100/- but petrol is not properly filling its less than rs 100/- Because when i fill petrol in my bike and i started to go towards my home but passing 7 to 8 km petrol finish in my bike i think petrol not fill properly in my bike tank and varies complaints against this petrol pump ... so please consider my complaint and take action immediately Thanks...     outlet (Rambag) at Main Road Subash Marg INDORE M.P is the most un reputed retail outlet in this area since many years . But no one from company (IOCL) has bothered to look in to the details of its operation. on sunday at 5p.m i have noticed that air inflation machine was out of order 1. VERY POOR HYGINE 2. AIR filling is in out of order always 3. Right Quantity is always doughtfull 4. No responsible person at outlet

      My indane gas(LPG) CONSUMER ID no.91041 and my reg.ph no is[protected].

      My give up subsidy reference no.214978 dated 31/07/2015.

      I will want to cancel my give up subsidy because i am not able to give up my subsidy due to financial problem's..

      So i will want to requested to you please cancel my give up subsidy.

        Hi, I had very bitter experience today while filling up my scooter for Rs 300 at M/s prodduturi services, habsiguda, Hyderabad. Since edc machine not in order they are unable to redeem my rewards on Citibank card. However I had informed them to make the payment in 15 mins since I stay near by this bunk. But sales person behaved very rudely and threatened me to keep my vehicle as security for Rs 300 till I pay . I never anticipated this from reputed organisation like IOC.             I Mr p k pandey consumer no 23482 of indane company, and my gas agency is jay jawan gas agency located in Dwarka sector 7 in new Delhi. Since last six months I unable to book cylinder by calling to booking center, and every time I book cylinder through agency dealer but this time they refused to book, I try many time to indane help line but helpline no is every time busy. I loss much time for bookings but could not get help. I would be very thankful if my issue will solve.

              1.08.2015 Pl. refers to my previous mail dated 13 May 2015 and 4th July 2015 regarding supply of gas cylinder. I am struggling with the present agency for more than a year. I have sent mails and complaints continuously for the last 4 months regarding delayed supply of refills and cancelling the booking and annoying me every time for the tips. This time also I have booked for cylinder on 21st July 2015.I got mail without date; regarding generation of cash memo on 25th July 2015.I contact the agency on 27th July 2015.they replied the cylinder will reach you tomorrow. But it was not supplied. So I contacted the agency on 29th July 2015.they replied your booking cancelled. Again I booked on 29th July 2015.I tried to lodge a complaint through toll free no. The information I received that the above helpline temporarily out of order .When I tried through other customer complaint no’s, I am asked to enter agency phone no with STD code I tried with which are printed on the cash memo and I received information as the nos(i.e., [protected], [protected], [protected])are not agency phone nos. This is for your kind information and necessary action please.Also suggest me what shall I do to get uninterrupted supply of refills.Hoping that now onwards the supply may be regularised. Thanks Prema Gopal (Poor aged senior citizen) Please note for your ready reference, I am furnishing the previous mails dated 13th may 2015 and 4th July 2015 as follows. 13th May Dear sir this time also I received a message "cash memo [protected] generated for booking no. 211342, shall be delivered shortly. Ensure pre delivery check while receiving refills." On 19-Jun-2015 12: 53:26pm. On 24Jun 2015 supply boy came to me and demanded Rs. 650. I said I can give you Rs. 630. Immediately he said I going to cancel this supply with a remark "door closed" and went. On the same day i made a complaint to customer service and the complaint no 2204271. I received the refill on 25 Jun 2015 with a cash memo dacted 25 Jun 2015. I have not received any communication of this new cash memo. I like to know what action initiated on this agency. Or I will have to make complaint everytime to get the refill. Kindly advise me on the above. 4th July My customer Id no:cx11736580. I came to know that my bookings were cancelled because of my house door closed. I am a homemaker and I stay at home all day long even in my absence my husband will be their at home as he is a retired person. I assure you that no attempt was made to deliver any cylinder whatsoever. I demand a proof from distributor if he thinks a delivery was attempted. This kind of service is pathetic & needs attempting from IOCL'S higher authority. Delivery boy not accepting RS. 10 as tips they demand RS. 30 every time and they also state that they have no salary and surviving only on tips. They annoy me like this and my husband is a retired person. Kindly suggest me suitable solution to avoid recurrence of above problem. I booked gas on 16. 4. 15 the gas memo was generated on 29. 4. 15 after contacting agency several times in person & through phone the booking was cancelled on 8th. I again booked on 8 th, the cash memo was generated on the same day the agency was contacted in person through phone still the gas cylinder was not delivered. Thanks

              Till now we have not received the gas and the delivery boy supplied the gas to all the other consumers in our street .On August 2nd when we enquired about our supply he told that our bill is there but he will deliver only in the next supply today or tomorrow but till now there is no response.we think that they are purposely doing this since we are not giving the tips that they are demanding us.Please do take necessary actions or suggest me the way to sort out the problems.Thanks.

                This is regarding the continuous leakage in gas cylinder.consumer no. 17027996 in Nort Delhi Mangol puri area. The distributor name is Raveena Gas service. I have recived leakage cylinder on yesterday. I tried to call toll-free and followed the instructions however no executive is picking up the call. Also tried to reach distributor number mentioned on slip but the numbers are switch off. Kindly somebody call me at [protected] and do the needful. Also, the cylinder which is leaking is not in use and it is kept as it is in the store room. Is there anybody who can call me at my number or can...

                  I have been to the above petrol pump on 29th July 2015 at around 10PM. I have asked the guy to fill petrol of Rs.200 and gave him the money.H e shown me the initial reading as 0, but later he did not show me the reading.He told 200 amount was filled. Later I realized that he has filled only 50rs petrol. I have also came to know from others that this petrol pump is not a good one.It cheats the public in the same way, Please take proper action and dont give license to such people.

                    My consumer no.7719581 of SANDHAN GAS SERVICE has been transferred to ADITI GAS SERVICE without my consent and khowledge and till date I did not get any call from the new agency namely ADITI GAS SERVICE which is violation of consumer protection act. You are therefore requested to immediately and unconditionally transfer myu LPG consumer no. 7719581 to my old agency SANDHAN GAS SERVICE at an early date as the new agency is 4 Km away from my residence.

                      HI, I have been to Indian Oil Petrol pump beside kalanikethan, Punjagutta on 29th July 2015 at around 10PM, ..I have asked them to fill for 200Rs, I gave them amount. Later when i have checked the petrol meter, it was showing less than half..Generally for rs200/- my pleasure will be filled fully. Later I have came to know from others that the petrol pump fellows loots people, they make public fools and earns money.Please take action immediately.This is not at fair. It would be great loss to public.

                      Hero Pleasure has 5 litre fuel tank. If you have to fill it full, it shall require you petrol of around 350 rupees.

                        i pankaj jain had submitted name change form on[protected] at rana gas agency service lalkurti meerut paying full charges, s.v. original, all necessary documents after that complaint made on[protected] its feed backdated[protected] that collect new s.v., receipt in your name but till today agency did gave papers and told each time on contacting new papers in your name not available as till yet name not changed .today i submitted photocopy of feedback, name change receipt, s.v., one photograph.by when i will get papers, connection started why i should not get subsidy as to other consumers due to fault of agency of indane

                                I have recently book indane gas service and when i received my first cylinder with indane there is a leakage issue with that cylinder and the cylinder was empty with in 25 days even we did not use as such so i booked another indane cylinder that has the same issue so i called service man to check two times and found gas was leakage from the cylinder (Not from regulator or burner) but issue was not resolved and my second cylinder also empty with in 25 to 30 days

                                The leakage is due to the fact that whenever the cylinder is delivered, the gasket inside would have worn out. The distributors claim that the cylinders have to be checked on delivery by the supplier- IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CONSUMER! that's what the IOC claims,
                                - How can you know instantly the kind of leakages of the type observed above?
                                - what about only old people in the house as customers? how will they be able to handle such things?
                                - MORE THAN THE CYLINDER NOT LASTING FOR MORE- WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS ANY EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT???
                                WHY CANT IOC MAKE IT A HABIT AND INTRODUCE A PROCESS OF CHANGING THE WASHER/GASKET EVERY TIME THE CYLINDER IS FILLED = IF THEY ANOTHER Rs 2/- IS ANYONE GOING TO QUESTION.
                                TYPICAL LETHARGY IN SOLVING ISSUES BY THE ROOT CAUSE THAN BLAMING THE CUSTOMER.(whenever we ask the distributor, he does not take any responsibility- simply they say complaint to the 'Gas leak; phone no??

Received a SMS as cash memo has been generated vide no [protected] on 22.7.2015 and delivery of riffle cylinder shortly. I am yet to receive the riffle. Especting early delivery.

                                    My consumer No. is 32228A and residing at 486, Krishi Kunj, Inderpuri, New Delhi. Joginder Enterprises, Naraina, New Delhi is distributor for LPG Cylinder. I booked LPG Gas on 7/7/2015 through IVRS mode under reference No. 560134. I received a message on 14/7/2015 stating that cash memo [protected] generated for booking No. 560134, shall be delivered shortly. Thereafter, I received a message on 17/7/2015 stating that your refill booking stands cancelled. I discussed with Joginder Enterprises distributor on telephone on 18/7/2015 about cancellation of LPG Gas Cylinder and stated that Cylinder will be delivered on 20/7/2015 but not delivered. Again I called to distributor on 23/7/2015 and stated that Cylinder will be delivered today but till date LPG Gas Cylinder has not delivered. Therefore, it is requested to take necessary action against the said distributor for not delivering LPG Gas Cylinder after lapse of 21 days even.

                                    My consumer No. is CX17375859 and residing at E-22, Vim Square colony Kichha road, Rudrapur. Rudrapur gas agency is distributor for LPG Cylinder. I booked LPG Gas on 17/8/2015 through IVRS mode under reference No. 336955. then after we have trying to collect gas cylinder but we have not received then after we have calling to customer care and he is given a complaint no.- 2327293 but after lodging the complaint distributor has cancelled the booking then after again call to customer care then he has given a no.-[protected] .But unfortunately when i called this no. then he is saying wrong number then again we have booked gas on dated 13/8/15 and get new booking reference no.-352455 and then again we have called to customer care again he has given different complaint no.-2337948 and we have continuous follow up with distributor for home delivery for cylinder but again different no. given for follow up and when i called this no- [protected] he is saying cylinder will be deliver within 2 days but still we have not received cylinder till date. Therefore, it is requested to take necessary action against the said distributor for not delivering LPG Gas Cylinder after lapse of 40 days even.
                                    Non Deliver of LPG Gas Cylinder.My consumer no.4689 and residing at Chandannagar, hooghly 712136, WB. Distributor United Novelties & Gas Supply Co.I booked LPG Gas on 18/9/15 through IVRS Vide ref.no.519968 .Cash Memo no.[protected] dt.24/9/15. Till date gas cylinder has not being delivered. Every time this distributor deliver gas cylinder lately.It is requested to take necessary action against said distributor.

                                        Today indane gas cylinder drlivered in my home. Delivery man give me a bill, that was 654. Then i gave 700rs he dnt returned me any changes and i asked why?? He said "remaining 46 rs was service commision and all of them also compulsarly pay for us". And also he noticd he wnts to giv 10 - 15 rs / cylndr to their auorites too. I saw that he had 6 cylinders fr delivery. Then apporximately per month he had 8000 as commision only. An middle class indian compulsaory give bribe for their essential things?? I dnt want to complaint that individual i want to complaint this whole system!!!
