My new connection online reg. No. N[protected] I applied 3 days before by online. Today came distributer for verification my house and he told me "You will pay 2 cyls Rs 6800 or 1 cylinder Rs 5500 including stove and other things; compalsary you could buy all for me this is government rules". I already bought new stove and other things. Please reply me how much amount I will pay in the new connection or Is the Rs 6800 government fixed price?

            I have booked gas cylinder vide booking no.900467, against which cash memo no. [protected] was generated on 05.07.2015, with Amar indane, Raipur, CG. consumer no.4116. inspite of my repeated reminders cylinder has not been delivered to me till date..Pl take necessary action at the earliest.
            The delivery boy had come to my residence today i.e. 27.07.2015. He has not delivered the gas cylinder. He is openly demanding that if you pay Rs 200=00 extra than the receipt amount it is then he will give the gas cylinder. Sir, it is open corruption. Please take harsh steps against the erring Gas Agency and its employees.

                  Dear sir, this is to inform you that i, ramendu gupta, a customer of imdane gas, recently, faced a problem in the booking process of gas. I am an old aged person and a pension holder. I am not in a position to give up gas subsidy. By mistake in the booking process i pressed '0'and received a message for not getting subsidy further. Under i am very puzzled. Pl. Rectify it and allow me to get subsidy which i am having so far. Your earlier positive response is mostly expected.                       Unauthorised lpg booking through my phone number

                      Hi Team

                      I am not the registered consumer of LPG .There is no connection on my name but I am yet recieving the messages on my phone number regarding the GAS bookings.
                      Unknown distributor is booking the LPG by using my phone number-[protected].

                      I request to stop this unauthorised bookings from my above mentioned number ASAP.I will not be responsible for any further actions .

                      I am Somenath Roy residing at Kolkata Customer of Indane Gas . My Indane Gas Consumer No.CX11968928. Dealer : M/s. Green Indane, Kaikhali, Kolkata 52, W.B. I tried for refill booking but the IVRS system is not allowing booking. I visited Dealer they intimated that the gas connection has been suspended by IOC, Central Server and not knowing the reason. Iodged complaints with Customer Care IOC, SRN Nos.2232829, 2237672, 2240335, 2242371 every time the encrypted msg to the said complaints is advise to visit CC office. I visited IOC CC Office Kolkata on 14/07 and 23/07. They are saying they are not aware of reason of suspension and could not help. All documents submitted to the Dealer are perfectly right. Till date neither the suspension illegally made by IOC has not been revoked. Dealer expressing that they can't help as it is done by IOC Central Server. I have no gas in house both cylinders exhausted. My old parents aged over 80 handicapped are suffering for lack of gas. Dealer and Customer Care Office, Kolkata are not helping to lift suspension and I am running from pillar to post between Dealer, IOC CC office and writing complaints for revoking suspension. Til date problem not solved. Is it fair on the part of IOC to harass a genuine customer as they are having monopoly in business of LPG in the country. It is shameless on their part to harass customers. I would appeal to the IOC, Consumer Forum and other Forum to come to my aid to restore supply of gas immediately.

Customer no. 13498 narmta gas service jahnsi at the time of gas booking, by mistake i press the digit zero (0) . I have heard that for that reason the subsidy facility withdraw for ever on my gas connection, if it is true, then please advise me how to get further subsidy facility. I am a simple home maker and it is very big burden for our family, all the procedure regarding this gas booking has been done by me, so i am convicted. As well as it is not fare that just one mistake and subsidy facility remove for ever. Please advise what to do?

Today Mr. Deepak Sharma ( [protected] ) called up who was very rude & ill mannered person but was too confident to convince me for getting my subsidy back on my new account. He took all the my ICICI Bank ATM details with the Pin no. & debited Rs. 10, 000/- immediately. Its my foolishness that i trusted that man thinking that consumer forum is for helping people. If there is anyone decent who feel shame on such act of your employee please help me out in getting my amount back in my account immediately. These words are for only Mr. Deepak Sharma - "Trust me Mr. Deepak Sharma this money is my hard earned money which you cheated from me & you will suffer only ill in your life from now onwards. Every step every minute every second of your breathe will be a curse on you coz this was the last amount I had in my account to survive & you cheated on my trust & faith".                                     My gas connection No is cx10993743 with Himani Gas Service, Dehra Dun. Till date they have never supplied gas cylinder without my visiting their agency. Online booking has not given me any benefit. Their delivery boy keeps supplying to either unauthorised persons or out of turn . I had booked gas on 07Jul15, booking status given by automated service is that it has been delivered on 14Jul15, whereas till date no cylinder has been delivered to me. Request for the needful.
