This is with reference to my Indane Gas Subsidy. Twice I got my Gas cylinder refilled in 6-7months. I expected direct credit of my Gas subsidy twice till date but all in vain. Called up many times to our gas agency for the information / reconfirmation of the subsidy but response was neutral. I provided them with my account details again & again to recheck but their reaction was too shocking saying that we are not responsible for your subsidy credit in your account. 2nd day when I called up they refused to attend the call saying that we never informed them earlier about our subsidy issues. Again on pleading to please check for our account no. details ….. she informed that the account no. was mentioned as [protected] ( incorrect no. ) instead of [protected] ( correct no. ). Requested them to rectify the same immediately & process for our subsidy. Shocking is that after a week we receive a message on our watchman’s no. ( who might have given the no. just for contact as he was following up for the subsidy with the gas agency ). The message was as : “ Transfer of LPG subsidy Rs. 165/- failed with your Account No. xxx0277 in Bank of India. Please contact your Bank / Distributor / Call Centre[protected]”. Now this is truly carelessness which is not at all acceptable. Kindly get the issue solved at the earliest by getting our Account no. rectified & updated & also please get our 2 outstanding subsidies credited in our correct account no. [protected].     I have mistake by lack of knowledge i have pressed a “give-up subsidy” button and then immediately message to my phone as “henceforth you will be receiving LPG cylinders at non-subsidized rates only”
    sir, it is requested to cancel my request “give-up subsidy” I am a very Poor. so I want a LPG cylinders at subsidized rates.

      I, Mrs. Rumpa Bhattacharya Mob No. [protected], email :[protected]@gmail.com, at the time of gas booking, by mistake I press the digit zero(0). I have heard that for that reason the subsidy facility withdraw for ever on my gas connection, if it is true, then please advise me how to get further subsidy facility. I am a simple home maker and it is very big burden for our family, all the procedure regarding this gas booking has been done by me, so I am convicted . As well as it is not fare that just one mistake and subsidy facility remove for ever. Please advise what to do?

            I am Sunil Kumar Bamrara, village-Palikhal, Distt- Pauri Garhwal Uttrakhand, a regular customer of indane gas. my gas agency name is garhwal gas service in pauri garhwal. they are delivering cylinder once within two months. this type of problem in frequent from last so many years. when I called to agency than they said that lake of delivery from haridwar plant, he is not able to delivery once in a month. after that I called to area office haridwar at this no.[protected], call pick by S.S.Gusai and he misbehave with me. when i say to him for his e-mail id than he disconnect the phone. sir now what should I do?

Sir as i have submitt the ID proff and bank account no. and the required document for the dtbl scheme . but as my account no was given and at tanu Agency. they have entered wrong account no. and my refund was not done in my account no. since last 5 times and the i enquired the reason the manager told that it was by mistake entered and he wrote letter and told me to go to bank as it is transferred in another account the bank person will transfer that amount to your account as i enquired in bank they told this is not valid no. again i went to manager of tanu gas agency he told now i cannot do anything i went to him for 6-7 times as i am a businessman i leave my business and from last one week i am suffering and manager is directly telling now it is not possible. sir pls tell me what to do as my refund has not been done for last 5 Subsidy cylinders as he had given letter and told only three refund will be done and he tells govt. ihas not given to you other refunds . is it so? i didnt understand how can one bank have different digit account no. same branch with same name.the letter and statement i am attaching. so please refund my whole amount of dated from 23-02-15 to 18-06-15 . i have been visited 9-10 time to agency so pls help us.As manger always talks rudely so i have come to you . so please with your help only it is possible sir . i hope my toatal amount will be refunded soon.

                    Respected Sir/Madam. On dated 22.06.2015 I booked a gas cylinder against customer No. 00203. The cylinder had been delivered on 25.06.2015. But still I am not getting my subsidy. I went to your Konnagar office for enquiring on 7.7.2015. The lady who sits in front of office, told it has alreday been entered into your account, you just go and update your passbook. I did it according to her advise and return to her. After going through the passbook she told me you again update the passbook to deposit some money because your passbook has not been updated so long and you would come after 15 days. Today I have deposited money and updated passbook. But there is no seen any subsidy. I took the book and handed over to the lady, look through the passbook and monitor as well she told me that you will get your subsidy within july, 2015.                       INDANE had sanctioned a connection to me long back (Con. 15998) and this is Aadhar linked. My super senior mother (aged about 88 years) has been using this connection at 1/57 M.M. Ghosh Road, Kolkata-700074 (W.B.) and the cylinder is being delivered at this address. My mother is having PAN, Electricity Bill (CESC) & BSNL Landline bill bearing the address where the cylinder is being delivered. The unit is also owned by my mother. At this address my mother has of late been enrolled under Aadhar and the relevant card is yet to be received. The connection is KYC compliant. I am a senior citizen and having a connection of HP (Con. 609018) at 1/94, M.M. Ghosh Road, Kolkata-700074 (W.B.) and this is also Aadhar linked. Cylinder is being delivered at this address which is owned by me. I am also having PAN, voter ID card, Aadhar card, Electricity Bill and BSNL Bill bearing the aforesaid address. This connection is also KYC compliant. Keeping in view my mother's old age both these connections were linked to my Aadhar and Savings Bank a/c with United Bank of India and the relevant subsidy is being disbursed through this account. On 22/07/2015 it has been informed via sms from DZ-IODBTL that connection has been blocked due to multiple connections. Sir, these two connections are used by separate two families at two separate addresses. The cylinders are also delivered at two separate addresses. Under the above circumstances, I request you to kindly look into the matter so that the connections are not blocked and a super senior citizen like my mother and senior citizen like me may not have to face difficulty in availing the connections and facilities.                         I, Syed Raza on behalf of my father is writing this complaint which goes as below: Consumer Name: Syed Md Aslam, Consumer no. [protected], Distributor name: R D Indane, 177160. District Rohtas, Bihar. This isn't just regarding the non-receipt of my subsidy even after submitting all the relevant documents under Non-Aadhaar-based Direct Benefit Transfer scheme (Form 4) on 18/02/15 (I've an stamped receiving of the same) but a complaint on behalf of all the consumers in my town who are being regularly harassed by your distributor and are being scammed by his wrong doings. Few examples are as below: I have taken 3 cylinders between Feb and Apr-15, out of which two were not even accounted by the distributor and were given without any records quoting some technical problem in printing receipts. We were asked to pay 75 rupees without any receipts as processing charges. The distributor is extremely ill-behaved and non-cooperative and often found man-handling innocent consumers who are not so literate to raise their voice against him. These are just few examples. If you dig deeper there would be many cases and scams worth crores underlying black money being skimmed on account of the subsidy of the innocent consumers. It is our request and appeal to the concern officials to immediately set up an audit against the distributor, take strict actions and compensate the harassed consumers as soon as possible.                                   Sir/Madam, I want to bring your mind at my complaint that I am facing problem from this agency Trupati Gas Service, Chandpur Fatak, Railway Road, Bulandshahr again. Agency honour and its workers are not working their work properly for customer. Agency hocker is supplying delivery in my mohalla but after wait from dated 11.7.2015 (my booking date) to till now I am not taking my home delivery from this agency. I had visited many times at this agency after book my gas on phone but agency attendant had given false promises to me not delivery on time. I want to say that Agency decision / promises is only one time when I complaint at it. My previous complaint that was against agency that its honour and hocker do empty gas in middle after supplying clyiner from agency and supply without seal cylinder to customer that was resolved after putting many mail to higher officers. At this agency manager had called to me that he will not give bad service in future to me. But now do not supply home delivery on time shows it was only one time promises to customer. Agency hocker daily are supplying gas in my mohalla but when I called him on his no. he had not attended call and after trying many times I contacted from him and he told me that my booking is ready to deliver home supply but agency is not giving slip to him and when I visit at agency, agency manager do not meet from me. At this matter agency attendant provided me hocker number after booking and told that he had given slip to hocker after booking and he do not know why hocker is not giving your delivery. Sir I want to say that agency honour, attendant and hocker are playing a game with me and I am unable to take my home delivery supply. Look this matter and has taken a legal action above them so that a valuable customer might take his right. Thanking you.                                     Dear Sir, I have registered for a new connection of subsidized LPG for domestic use on 16th Jan 2013 with Anu Gas Services, Chavakkad, Trichur. Yet on date not received any connection and they are keep on saying that you are in queue. The temporary consumer number provided on the form is as under: Consumer Number : [protected] S.No: 23537 Dated : 16th Jan 2013 Kindly note that I have purchased 2 cylinders on cash basis and refilling LPG on non subsidized price. There is no proper contact there in Anu Gas to check the status as well as in the regional office. You are requested to update me the current status and facilitate an early subsidized LPG connection.                                       My Consumer No. CX4272042 & Gas agency name is Mahamaya Gas Agency, Indore (M.P.) I have taken approx 6 cylinders (Refill) between Feb 2015 to June 2015 with paying full rate of each refill. No any subsidy credited in my bank account.                                         Since feb'15 I am not getting LPG subsidy on my account, which was successfully updated in my account. Last year even I got the same in my bank account.
                                        Herewith I am providing you the details of cash memo no along with mentioned subsidy amt on slip, kindly look into this and revert accordingly.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I am very sorry to inform you that since the starting of the plan in which gas subsidy will transfer in the account of consumer I unable to receive my subsidy in my a/c. I have booked my gas since Feb, 2015 to September 2015 but I did't receive the subsidy.
                                        Although my S B A/C No. [protected], Allahabad Bank, Pathna, IFSC Code - ALLA0210429 is already entered in my Consumer No. but subsidy amount is not being transferred in the account .
                                        I have inquired in the agency but they are not in position to state whether subsidy is not transferred.
