    I booked LPG cylinder in (18.07.2015)Arthi indane gas services Thiruchirapalli, Tamilnadu. They delivered me on 21.07.2015 the bill amount is 654 so I paid the bill amount but the delivery boy Mr.Manikandan asked me 40 rupee for delivery charge so please take action in the matter

        My name is Debasish Saha, consumer no. is CX21565264. I have submitted my aadhaar no.[protected] in the bank A/c and also submitted to the distributor. But against my order no. 537881 whose cash memo no.is [protected] I have not received any subsidy till date. I informed this to my distributor. They suggested me to put up an application for informing them change of IFSC code, due to transfer of my bank A/c from one branch to another. Today I send the application by my father who is seventy years old. Being a senior citizen he faced lots of harassment by the distributor. They even denied for giving acknowledgment of the application.I am taking this matter very seriously. Please help me out. Contact details - Mobile Nos.           Hi All, Customer no is CX4357159 in Name of Vasantha Kumar . Gas cylinder was delivered today and the bill amount was Rs.624/- and the delivery person says that we need to pay Rs30/- as delivery chargers. His name is Ramachandra and he works for SNS Indane Gas Agency Bangalore-60. The way delivery person spoke was very rude and he says that next time onwards he wont delivery the cylinder.               My consumer no. is CX1393696, My connection got suspended without any reason and inform me. after that again i submitted the KYC form and all required document to activate my connection but still my connection is suspended. i call may time to customer care and Distributer (Verma Gas Agency) but no responce for there side after that i called area manager but he/she not pick my call 100 times. i am very irretrate with this and Indane services.                     res Sir/madam
                    we are living in avalsuranpatti village, madurai(district) we have gas connection with SRI VISHNU PRASATH INDANE GAS SERVICE, VIRUDHUNAGAR.
                    Every time they are collecting Extra amount for each gas cylinder. normal charge for a cylinder is 649.50 Rs but they are collecting extra 35.50Rs we already complaint to gas agency(sales officer) at several time. but they are not response to our complaint.please take action quickly

                      Hi, Today I had witnessed how the Indian oil petrol bunk employees plan and loot money using their cheap tactics. I had witnessed this in Royapettah, Peters road petrol bunk (near new college) 1st Guy asked me how much to fill.I gave 500 and told him to fill for 500. Meanwhile the second guy(around 30-35 years of age) started filling and the first guy(around 55 years of age) was trying to grab my attention by telling that I need to check tyre air pressure. Then I knew something is going wrong and then there begins the drama. The second guy stopped filling petrol when it reached 408 rupees and he called next customer to fill. I had asked him why he didn't fill for 500 rupees. The first guy as planned earlier sensed that I had found their tricks. So he just grabbed a 100 rupees note and said that he was about to give this 100 as he heard me to fill for 400 rupees. Finally he filled again intermittent and stopped again. Such a daytime looters the employees are. Please employ someone who are trustworthy, from now on sure am going to fill in other petrol station. Please take some action and teach the employees to be sincere in what they do! Best regards, George

                                Sir I had booked a gas cylinder on 15-7-15, booking no. Was 265516. I have not received gas cylinder till date i. e. 20-7-15. Today I received a sms that "your cylinder is delivered against cash memo no. [protected]. This happened Two times with me(1st time in June15). When I tried to contact to agency, they answered me that "we generate delivery report just after booking And we will send u cylinder shortly If available and cut the phone rudely. They are harassing again and again, so please take the legal action immediately against distributer .                                     Dear Indane Manager

                                    My LPG connection (Consumer No:CX9302383) is in suspended state since last few days. After contacted to the Agency they conveyed that due to extra amount deposited in the account it is been suspended and they can not do anything on this.

                                    I am surprise why a consumer has to suffer. What kind of system is there where number of times subsidy amount got deposited. Due to that the connection has been suspended without bothering to inform the consumer.

                                    I need a solution immediately. I am unable to book my cylinder.
                                    As per agency there is no solution provided by GOVT. I am seriously not sure what is this going on.

                                      Today, 19th July 2015, at about 1.00 PM, I went to Sharma Filling Station, Near Shri Ram Sharnam, Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana, (Punjab) to purchase Petrol for my I-10 Car for Rs. 500/=. The salesman, Raja Babu, at this Pump started filling petrol in my car. I noticed that petrol was continuously leaking drop by drop thru the nozzle & was getting wasted/falling on the floor. I brought this fact to the notice of the said salesman who just ignored my words and continued sipping his cup of tea and eating biscuits. Approximately 100-120 ML petrol was wasted during this process. After having filled petrol for Rs. 500/= the said salesman demanded Rs. 500/= from me. I objected and expressed my grievances to all the salesmen available there. I requested them to provide me COMPLAINT BOOK and I wished to bring this fact in writing to the higher officials. About four Salesmen and one accountant, Sandeep Kumar, refused to provide me COMPLAINT BOOK. One salesman, aged about 30-35 years, who refused to disclose his name, threatened me with the words : "JAB FAMILY KE SAATH TRAVEL KARTE HAIN TO AISE JANJAT MEIN NAHI PADNA CHAHIYA, Paise do aur jao." I telephonically approached Sh. Ajinder Singh, Sales Officer, (M[protected] who very patiently attended to me over phone and assured me to resolve this issue. I got badly harassed with the way I was attended to at this Filling Station. Hoping for a justice and fair dealing. S K Babbar [protected]
