I surrender my gas along with bond on 08.06.2015 at the counter.They refused to give the reciept of it and instructed me to come on 10.06.2015 or give authorisatrion to some other to recieve money . 2. On 10.06.2015 the authoriser approached the gas agency who also refused him to make payment. 3. While on 08.06.2015 i sought the email address or phone no. any other contact detail of the higher autorities or even sought the complain cum suggestion book .The father and son duo showed gundaism and treated with barbarian manner. 4. My money has neither been refunded nor my gas transfered to cuttack odisha. 5. Is this service if Indane? 6.I have been transfered to cuttack odisha since 10.06.2015. N T Consumer Number: CX3406951 Indane Distributor: KUTHUPARAMBA GAS AGENCY Booking Reference Number - 900077 Cash Memo Number - [protected] Cash Memo Date - 24 Jun, 2015 Order no: [protected] Booking was made on 18 May 2015 and the actual date of delivery is 25 June 2015 The bill shows an amount of Rs 658 but the delivery person demanded Rs 690 The delivery date is way too late for a family of four to adjust with On top of that we are being charged extra for reasons we are unaware of There is no transparency in the the process at all We keep paying amounts which we are not sure are subsidized or not The long wait and lack of transparency are frustrating Please look into the issue and respond immediately Thank you

      Dear Sir/Madam, I Sussanta Kumar Padhy custome ID CX19845740 booked a domestic gas with Utkal Indane, Aska Road, Berhampur, Ganjam ( Odisha ) vide Reference No302524 .. and billed for the same vide agencies ref No [protected] datwd 18 Jun 2015 and the same being brought by delivery boy to hone on 24 June 2015. The delivery boy demanded Rs50 extra to my spouse and Mom . While refuse to give extra he has taken back and threatened how you can get the gas and no gas will be delivered at home and went beck. The same was complained to the customer care No [protected] immediately over phone. As per customer care the same will be taken action after confirmation and he will be intimate over phone. But as of now also no information is received. It is requested to look into the mater and awaiting for your valuable feed back.         Respected Sir, I'm one of your customer named Krishnamoorthy.S(Cust.No:3/68 LPG ID:3/[protected]. I have seen a problem regarding service provider that he is collecting money more than the net amount.The printed amount is not clear.This incident had happened on[protected] that the delivering person mentioned an amount of Rs, 661 while the actual amount was Rs, 641.This happens for a while and this has not been the first time.I kindly request you to make some arrangements to rectify this problem and one of my suggestion would be to sms the net amount while sending the delivery sms and asking the service provider to behave in a pleasant manner.             I have booked gas on No[protected] on 1/6/15.My gas provider No is[protected] and[protected].I have recd subsidy but not recd gas cylinder till now.I am a old lady. I approached to my gas provider he told me that gas will be provided within one or two days but till not recd. Also i have called many times on2222500 and223010 get no replied

                My father was a customer of IOC since 45 years. He had passed away last year and my mam is now dealing with the gas agency[ananthapuri gas, Trivandrum Kerala]. My sister n me with family is not in station. We got informed by mama that this gas person is now regularly fooling her n she is in her 80s with a servant in home. As informed by mama my sister came down to trivandrum n went to the outlet n asked what is the problem. They asked her to submit the bank details along with IFSC code six months back. Again the same thing repeated n 15 days back she came over to Trivandrum n went to the dealer, they told her they didn't got the bank details which she gave by-hand six months back. So she once again do the same n took leave n stay in mothers home. Till 15 days nothing had happen, so she called the outlet n one Mr Sasidharan spoke to her in abused language n he is telling the registration didn't came from IOC. Kindly register a strong complaint n give me a contact person from your higher-ups in Kerala. Responding back asap is appreciable.

                  DEALER: SHIV CHHAYA GAS, INDORE. Booked the gas on line on 23/05/15 Ref no. 243366, the cylinder is not supplied, when contacted to vendor he says he cannot deliver just one cylinder and will have to wait. The Agency, when contacted is not giving satisfactory reply. Pl. inform how to get the cylinder.

                    Sir a petrol bunk in adambakkam has been cheeting many people many times including me I got cheated 4 + times in that petrol bunk display in that petrol meter is very worst more over that the labour who workes there blocked the view of customer and another labour operates the fueling from back side of the machine thus cheeting the public.you would have that customers to that petrol bunk is very less and also because of this one bunk the total name of you consern will go low I would have filed a case against this but I am trying you first so don't fail us please take action against them are remove that petrol bunk from that area or at least change that in sincere labourers I have submitted you the photo of the bill they gave time is also wrong there and they have mentioned that they have fueled for 100 R's but I have only a fuel value of 60 rs

I contacted the agency but there is no response given to me, please solve my problem.

                          My consumer no. 18998 and distributor name is Sudheendra gas agency, bangalore. the following are reference no. which shows cancelled without any valid reason: 1. ref no.578514 dated: 31.05.15 2. ref no.586848 dated: 08.06.15 3. ref no.589760 dated: 11.06.15 After lodge complaints directly to indane customer care service and to the gas agency, no action was taken nor they supplied the cylinder till date. now we have planned portal the connection to Bharat gas agency and also going to sue in consumer court.

                            I am an INDANE customer of M/s Anand Gas Agencies Palarivattom.My consumer No. is 33519. The last refill was booked on 11.05.2015 with booking ref no.460025.After one month the agency was contacted to know when the refill would be supplied.They told that the refill cylinder would be delivered on 15.06.2015. But the same was not delivered on that day.Since the agency failed to deliver the refill even on Thursday(18.11.2015) contacted them over phone.To this they told the refill has already been billed and the supplier has already left the agency to deliver the refill.But we did not get the cylinder on Thursday or Friday and the reply from the agency was that the supplier was on leave.It is still not understood as to what the customer can do to make availability the agency staff like the supplier.On further enquiry on Saturday they reported that the cylinder would definitely be made available on Monday(22.06.2015). To my astonishment the agency intimated today(22.06.2015) that the supplier is on leave and the cylinder would be delivered on Tuesday(23.06.2015). Sir, Really fed up...There is no news in the news paper or TV that there is shortage of Indane gas.Further the agency itself admits that the refill was billed and the supplier had already gone to deiliver it.The reason told by them is that they don't have suppliers!. I strongly feel that there is some foul play behind such an attitude of the agency.Being a customer I am totally helpless in ensuring sufficient number of supplier staff to the agency.My two children are going to school at 06.45 am and we find it extremely difficult to prepare their breakfast and snacks in time depending on electric heater or Induction cooker which are all working on electricity and the electric supply is not reliable. I therefore request you to take necessary action to get me my booked refill cylinder today itself and to ensure that the agency behaves in a more responsible and customer friendly way in the future.                               Consumer No. 20070, Name -Neeraj Dubey, Agency Gujral Gas Company, Jabalpur Booked on 01.06.15 through automated system, but upon telephonic enquiry the system is reporting the booking as cancelled without any reason. The agency office being contacted daily but false assurance is being given for delivery on the next day. 23 days have passed. Please look into the matter that how the booking of 01.06.15 got cancelled and why there is undue delay ? This problem is of recurring nature for last two months.                                 1. Ever since the inception of the Mobile Booking
                                System, I rarely get my Refill cylinder on my own Booking. Whenever I Book
                                through Mobile, the agency (distributor) cancels it after a few days without
                                assigning any reason. After that, they (the agency and its staff) never respond
                                to telephone calls and as a result we have to go and face them. Then they Book
                                it for us and Deliver after a few days; as a result we get it after a month or
                                more of our own (actual) Booking. Why it happens every time? It losses the very
                                purpose of Mobile Booking System.


                                2. Many a times, the Cash Memo also gets
                                cancelled and we wait for a few days and are compelled to go to the agency
                                office for inquiry and after a few days of that inquiry, the gas gets delivered.
                                Why such harassment??


                                3. Sometimes, the agency insists for Godown Delivery
                                instead of Home Delivery. Why? The agency takes the MRP including the cost of
                                ‘home delivery’. Then, why they insist for ‘godown delivery’ (“take it from our
                                godown”)???

                                  Dear Sir, i the costomer of indane gas conaction no. 30547. i faced every time this type of problem according to SMS Show your cylinder is delivered but actually i have not received cylinder. this type of problem i faced every month. after SMS cylinder is delivered i received cylinder three to four days. Gas Agency Show We are working on time but they show wrong data.so please take action. to cylinder deliver on time according. SMS agency name Khwaja Garib Nawaz Indane Gas Service Ghaziabad.

                                    Hi, my name is Vaibhav and I am a regular customer of IOCL. Last week I was travelling from Katni to Bilaspur. I was near amarkanthak and fuel tank was nearly empty. There is only 1 fuel station in that 100km area which is open 24hrs and that fuel station is in amarkanthak. I reached at the pump and looked for the guy and he was sleeping in the cabin. I asked him for the fuel and he said he will give only after 6am. It was around 2:30am and the board by IOCL outside the fuel station says 24hrs service. When I said this to the operator than he start using abusive language and said he will not give fuel. I was travelling with family and I have to wait there I middle of night for 3 and half hour to get fuel service at a 24hrs operating fuel station, on the top j listen abusive language from the operator. Is that kind of service should I expect from IOCL in future. Name of the fuel station- Raywa petrolium
