Aadhar no[protected] My connection was deactivated about 11 months back. I submitted all necessary documents to dealer for activation.       my native location rajnandgaon city chhattisgarh, there is INDANE lpg distributors name name home pride, near oswal line, this gas agency had many disgusting customer services, many customer had complaint previously, but this company had neglects long time customer problem, company had survey your dealer relationship . know your real feedback and opinion your services . IN other city customer called and book lpg cylinder . this agency give customer mostly problem, you want gas cylinder you will wait 1 month or you take cylinder from storehouse situated out of city .

        Dear Sir, I am a customer of IOC having LPG ID[protected] & Consumer no-CX2244728 under Distributor Code-160794 and my bank account also linked with this ID. Earlier I have received subsidy in my bank account. But unfortunately without knowing one day I have clicked in the Subsidy give up option given in the Customer portal of IOC. After that my subsidy is blocked from their end. Their after I have requested them for two times to cancel that option so that I can receive Subsidy as earlier through their portal. But nothing is done from their end. So, my humble request to you please cancel the subsidy give up option in my LPG ID[protected] & Consumer no-CX2244728 so that subsidy is available for me.           I had visited the IOL Bunk on New BEL Road, Bangalore to fill petrol for Rs.500. The amount was fed on the petrol dispensing machine and after I switched on the engine the needle was on the same place as before and i did not get the petrol that was filled. The station attendant told me to check the needle float of the car but when I checked with the mechanic he told me the needle was perfect. I was also isuesd a Bill for Rs.500 but I did not get the Petrol.This happened on the 10th JUNE 2015 at around 6.30 PM.

            I had filled my car with petrol worth Rs. 2000/- on[protected] from one of your authorized petrol pump namely ABHISHEK MOTORS, Meera Bagh, New Delhi. In this regard I had observed that the concerned person of petrol pump has done some cheating with me while pouring the petrol in the car there is 8-10 litres less petrol from 30.18 liters i.e. the total petrol which should be there in petrol tank after paying Rs. 2000/- . I came to know this via petrol meter of my car. Thus kindly take strict action against the concerned person of the petrol pump so that they will not repeat the same cheating with any other passenger and compensate me with the appropriate amount of compensation for the inconvenience caused by them to me.

              At about 1900 hrs on 11 jun we stopped at IOC petrol pump for fuelling. This was SK Fuels, Paripally on NH 66 on the way to trivandrum. The ladies were unable to use the toilet at the pump for the following reasons :- 1. The approach way to the toilet was poorly lit. 2. The toilet had no light inside. 3. The toilet was very dirty. 4.                 i register cylinder in 5/06/15 when the deliver day no one is in home. so i saw the deliver message and reach the agency office and get gas boy number and call him he said no stock.But i register in my name and my number. And i said agency office they does not give correct response. they having two telephone numbers [protected],[protected] these two are ringing but no response. i dont know what the hell is going on. Because all people in my family is going to office. is there any seen over here "i was call for registering and press buttons and they said registered and before cylinder delivered delivered message is delivered". very good agency JEYABALAJIAGENCY jai ho!!!

                  I have registered for gas cylinder on 18/04/2015, but till this, the agency is not willing to deliver the cylinder, also they are not ready to hear my complaint. They are always not ready to attend the phone.I request that urgent steps may be taken to deliver my cylinder.

                    Date - 10th June 2015 I asked fuel for Rs 500. There were two person, one was collecting money and other was filling the fuel. The first one asked for the money before starting the machine. I gave him Rs 500 and while I was busy dealing with first one, the other person started filling without showing 0 on the machine. I assumed that he must have set to 0. Now he stopped when Rs 100 was shown on the meter. I asked him that I paid Rs 500, so he again started filling, he didn't reset the machine to 0 this time.yelahanka HP fuel oil pumb So I thought he would be filling till machine shows Rs 500, but he stopped again when... ph=[protected].                       15 days late delivery of cylinder. ANUSHKA indane agency NERUL, NAVI MUMBAI Every month we r facing this problem. Is this your policy to deliver cylinder after 15days after booking it on time???. Even the staff is so rude that if you ask them they will give bad words. It is so pathetic. Every month we go n collect our cylinder. Please take some action. This problem is only with indane gas. As we see HP and Bharatgas has good service . I have complained many times but there is no such good response this is not problem of mine but the consumers of indane gas of ANUSHKA agency of NERUL NAVI MUMBAI

She has not got the subsided amount against the cash memo[protected] dated 06.06.2015. Please send the subsidy into her bank account, and she do not want to giveup the subsidy.

                          My LPG distributor is Sri Rama Agency at Rama Murty Nagar.. I had booked my Indane gas for consumer no 17007 on 20-05-15. My ref no was 676909. On 22-05-15 I got a msg saying that cash memo [protected] has been generated and gas would be delivered shortly. We followed up after a day or two and it was told that it would be delivered soon. On[protected] we got a message saying that the booking with above ref no stands cancelled and to contact the distributor to know the reason. Since there was no response from distibutor we again booked on[protected] and were given a new ref no 687252. On 5-6-2015 we got a msg saying that cash memo no [protected] had been generated. On[protected] the distributor assured that it would be delivered the same day. But on[protected] we again got a msg that the booking stands cancelled and to book again. The same problem had occurred during January and March bookings too.

                            This is inform that I am consumer of Indane gas agency with Capt. Saurav Kalia Gas Services (Distributor Code-110239) against my Consumer No-13421 in the name of Raj Kumar. I informed u that I submit my aadhaar Card in the bank (SBI) under my bank a/c no [protected] as on 11/04/2015 and told me your aadhaar no is linked with my bank a/c no.on written basic but till date my aadhaar no is not showing in your system.I am very harassed with your system last two month and not solved my problem, I also sending to bank receiving photo copy of aadhaar card So you are requested to kindly do the something on earlier basic

                              Delivery boy cheat my mom take the money and take my mothers sign on the gas receipt but they did not give us the gas... and full my mom... now they ignored and threat my mom to not delivered the gas... Do some thing this is the new business of Indian gas now and i also complain it to the branch manager but he simply ignored that.. and tell me i am not supposed to talk with you..

                                        Dear sir, This complain is regarding the unfair trade practice of petrol filling station in Gwalior, M.P. I have a Hero Pleasure Scooty on my name Adv.S.D.Varshney vehicle no. MP07 SA 6825 . It has fuel tank of 5 ltrs as prescribed in the manual. When the fuel gauge enters the red band the fuel left in the tank is approximately 1.2 ltrs which means that the remaining tank has the capacity of approximately 3.8 ltr(5 ltr-1.2ltr). I everytime fill the tank when it enters the red band. Everytime when i full the tank it is 3.5, 3.8, or hardly 4 ltrs sometime. On[protected] when the fuel gauge was on red band i went to Indian Oil Police Welfare Filling Station, Kampoo, Gwalior, M.P., India and asked to full the tank. They gave me bill of 5.7 ltr amounting Rs. 369.87. When the tank capacity provided by company manual is 5 ltr and upto red band it has approx 1.2 ltr . The fuel tank capacity provided by the company is 5 ltr then how can it be possible they filled 5.7ltr+ 1.2 ltr= 6.9ltr. When i filled it again in[protected] when it enterd the red band it was filled 4 ltr amounting to Rs.259.56 which shows 4 ltr+ 1.2ltr= 5.2 ltr which is considerable but 6.9 ltr which is approximately 7 ltr is not considerable. Everytime when i full the tank it is 3.5, 3.8, or hardly 4 ltrs sometime how it could be filled by 5.7 ltr on date[protected]. I complained regarding it to the filling station manager. He took my mobile no. and assured me to call and short out the issue but i never got any call from his side. How can the filling station fill the quantity which is not supported by the tank? The filling station have been found practicing unfair means while filling the fuel they are found adding the previous customers fuel balance to the later customers. And i too have doubt regarding the same that my quantity was added to some other previous customer's filling amount. Such practices are against public welfare and comes under unfair trade practice so it should be stopped immediately. I kindly request u to generate such order that the filling station correct the bill from 5.7 ltr to 3.8 ltr and refund the excess amount and pass such rules that discourage such fraud and unfair practice. The pictures of the billes provided by the filling station and my scooty level before filling and after filling are attached here with. Regards, Adv. S.D.
