    My self Saumitra Ghoshal, Consumer Number 39902. I booked for refilling on 26.05.2015 vide booking no. 793154. My cash memo was generated on 02.06.2015 vide cash memo no. [protected]. I was waiting for the delivery and contacted the Distributor (Sreema Agency) for almost everyday and they alwways keep on saying that the cylinder will be delivered within a day or two. Finally on 13.06.205 I got an SMS from Indane that my booking is cancelled. Today I went to the distributor's office to know the reason of the cancellation but tey are not ready to for that that and their behaviour is not accepatable. Please solve the problem at the earliest.

          I have been facing problem in getting Gas Cylinder Refill in time. Usually booking can be done only after 21 days after delivery. Gas Cylinder will be delivered mostly after 1 month after so many follow up. That means 51 days 1 gas cylinder and in an year 7 cylinders.Since the demand is for every 40 days for a normal family more than 9 cylinders are required, even though ready to pay any excess than entitled.Here the problem is that every month cylinder is delayed for one or other reason like, vehicle did not come delivery boys were on leave etc etc and .with rude behavior ..This has become a regular practice with nobody to check or question this severe irregularities and harassment. .We can understand delay in one or two months .But for every month such dame excuses makes something fishy.It seems the Indane Gas agency is misusing the Gas, by such tricks by giving maximum harassment to the consumer every month.It seems the demand for Gas is more than supply and the staffs are very less for effective serviceHence the consumers are suffered, harassed and being fooled every month, with least efficiency of services as if there is no supervision.The customer is forced to use electricity and has to arrange own transport his own risk which is very inconvenient.Can the higher authority make a note and increase the efficiency at the earliest and save the customers from such harassment.

            I'm an indane customer. I booked gas on 18th of May 2015 while the last cylinder was taken on 5th May, today its over one month. Today when I Contacted the agency for new cylinder they said they cant issue as the bill is not issued yet. Since the gas is a basic need, this kind of adamant behaviour can't be entertained. Pls take an action!

                T. V. Rmakrishnan I filled my forms on Febuary 11 gave it to the Distributor but I got the linkage only after 3 months on May 11 with the indulgnce of IOC Officials of Coimbatore. Indanecare Officils told me that I will get the ADVANCE MONEY with the booking of first cylinder. I have got the subsidy two times but I have not reeived the ADVANCE MONEY yet. I am supposed to receive Rupees 568 like other citizens since I gave the form filled on February 11 and gave 50 days to process before March 31 to the distributor. I have not received even the lessor amount of ADVANCE MONEY. I would like to receive the full ADVANC EMONEY of Rupeees 568. Please do the needful. CUSTOMER NUMBER 48302. Thank yoy.

                    ON DECEMBER 31 I HAVE BEEN INTIMATTED that my LPG ID[protected] has been successfully to my SBI Account Number. But even then the transfer of LPG subsidy has never been done in my SBI account as per the filled up form. The failure for transfer of LPG subsidy to my SBI account at IIT Kharagpur 0202 branch, West Bengal, has been intimated to me through mobile message on my registered mobile number for few successive months or more. This has been complained to the dealer at IIT Kharagpur, West Bengal, and it was detected after a lot of arguments that the Account Number was wrongly fed in the computer against my consumer No. 9214, although the form was correctly filled up by me. But even then instead of correcting their mistake the problem was delayed and dragged by asking me to again fill up the form with new set of requisite attached documents. this was again done in the month of May 2015. Even then on 12th June 2015 another message is received in my registered mobile number that there was another failure for LPG subsidy transfer. Under these circumstances i am requesting to do the needful so that the LPG subsidy for subsequent months be deposited to my bank account. Also kindly see to it that I also get back my previous LPG susidies which could not be transferred due to typographical error from the distributor end.

                    Sir, Iam Indanegas consumer with consumer No. MJ03884, ID3 [protected] and gas distributor is Mann Gas Service BATHINDA (PUNJAB). My Aadhaar Card No.is[protected]. Gas Subsidy was used to be transfer to the IDBI Bank a/c [protected] .IFSC of the IDBI Bank is IBKL0000352. Since 01/04/2015 the Bank has been changed to ICICI Bank .I had my a/c with the Bank which has been closed now. I request to do the needful so that gas subsidy be tranferred to my IDBI Bank a/c. I shall be highly thankful to you.

                        Dear sir I booked the on 06th june 2015 for refilling. My consumer no . is 8143.with ref. to 258844.Cash memo [protected]generated on 06.th june'15 at 01.18 pm.. I enquired from distributor on that day afternoon that they told me you will received on next day. But till today I did not received it but i got a massage that my booking is acancelled. Some time i got subsidy in my account but not get any cylender .My family have old aged Patient. . and here it is regular feature to supply the gas irregularly.Either it is sold somewher or negligency.                                   my native location rajnandgaon city chhattisgarh, there is INDANE lpg distributors name name home pride, near oswal line, this gas agency had many disgusting customer services, many customer had complaint previously, but this company had neglects long time customer problem, company had survey your dealer relationship . know your real feedback and opinion your services . IN other city customer called and book lpg cylinder . this agency give customer mostly problem, you want gas cylinder you will wait 1 month or you take cylinder from storehouse situated out of city .

                                    Dear Sir, I am a customer of IOC having LPG ID[protected] & Consumer no-CX2244728 under Distributor Code-160794 and my bank account also linked with this ID. Earlier I have received subsidy in my bank account. But unfortunately without knowing one day I have clicked in the Subsidy give up option given in the Customer portal of IOC. After that my subsidy is blocked from their end. Their after I have requested them for two times to cancel that option so that I can receive Subsidy as earlier through their portal. But nothing is done from their end. So, my humble request to you please cancel the subsidy give up option in my LPG ID[protected] & Consumer no-CX2244728 so that subsidy is available for me.                                       I had visited the IOL Bunk on New BEL Road, Bangalore to fill petrol for Rs.500. The amount was fed on the petrol dispensing machine and after I switched on the engine the needle was on the same place as before and i did not get the petrol that was filled. The station attendant told me to check the needle float of the car but when I checked with the mechanic he told me the needle was perfect. I was also isuesd a Bill for Rs.500 but I did not get the Petrol.This happened on the 10th JUNE 2015 at around 6.30 PM.

                                        I had filled my car with petrol worth Rs. 2000/- on[protected] from one of your authorized petrol pump namely ABHISHEK MOTORS, Meera Bagh, New Delhi. In this regard I had observed that the concerned person of petrol pump has done some cheating with me while pouring the petrol in the car there is 8-10 litres less petrol from 30.18 liters i.e. the total petrol which should be there in petrol tank after paying Rs. 2000/- . I came to know this via petrol meter of my car. Thus kindly take strict action against the concerned person of the petrol pump so that they will not repeat the same cheating with any other passenger and compensate me with the appropriate amount of compensation for the inconvenience caused by them to me.
