We are using indane gas connection through the agency m / s anand gas agencies in palarivttom cochin. The last booking of lpg refill was made on 11. 05. 2015. On enquiry it was informed that the delivery would be made after 11. 06. 2015. But we did not get the refill till 15. 06. 2015. When contacted over phone the agency intimated that the refill has already been billed and the supplier would deliver the same soon. But we did not get the refill on 16th or 17th. Though tried over phone several times the agency had not been attending the phone. When talked on 19th morning they told that the delivery will be made on the next day ie, saturday. When contacted on saturday (Today) , the reply of the agency was astonishing. They have no supplier today!!!. They further intimated that the billed invoice was also cancelled and supply will be made monday next.

The agency lacks credibility and the behaviour of the staff is highly unethical and impolite. Suspect that they are selling the billed refills to some other persons accepting bribe. It is learnt that the cutomers of this agency have lot of similar complaints.
Pl look into the matter and do the needful argently to get my refill on monday (22. 06. 2015) at nay cost.

    Sir, I a m consumer of Indane gas of Anupama Adhoc Spurthy Gas Alwal Secunderabad 10 and my Cust No. CX 10895792 LPG ID[protected]. During Apr 2015 gas cylinder was delivered against order No [protected] dt 17 Apr 2015.The delivery boy demanded a heavy tip and when my wife reused he shouted at her and threatened that next time he will not deliver the gas.I had reported the matter to the Manager who promised to take necessary action. Again against Order No.[protected] dt 22 may 2015 the same was repeated with my daughter. Imediatly she made a complaint with the gas distributor and the toll free number and also with the complaint portal. So far action seems to have been taken and same delivery by is happily serving the area with the same attitude .May I request to kindly intimate the action taken and also instruct the gas distributor to ensure the the delivery boys does not misbehave with ladies while no male members are at home.         I am transferred from Kolkata in the month of July’14 where I was having Gas connection of Hindustan Petroleum and upon transfer to Lucknow, I opted for the services of your esteemed organization being the nearest one. I had to face frequent harassment by your Distributor M/s People’s Gas Service, Indira Nagar, Faizabad Road, Lucknow against my consumer no. CX 15978685 in the name of Ashish Kumar Banerjee. A brief of the same is as under : PART – 1 OF HARASSMENT : I have been told at Kolkata while obtaining transfer of the connection that I only required to approach the distributor from where I intend to take the services. But, I was highly surprised when I approached M/s People’s Gas Service (nearest to me residence) while they advised me to approach to the office of Hindustan Petroleum for no objection for transfer of service provider and then I should obtain approval from Indian Oil office and then only my request for transfer and issue of connection will be considered. Accordingly, I approached the office of HP and got their no objection although they advised me that it is not necessary. I then approached M/s People’s Gas Service and told them about the same and requested them to release the connection but they insisted me to get your approval. I, then, approached your office to get the approval. Although you issued the approval but you also told me that the same is not required. And only then I was issued the new SV (you can not read anything what is written over the same), Pass Book on 29.12.2014 after submitting all the required documents including KYC documents like Aadhar card etc while two cylinders filled with Gas alongwith regulator was delivered to my residence on 30.12.2014. I would like to mention that while giving delivery of the gas cylinder they charged Rs 50/- as installation charges although they did not do anything in this regard, even they did not enter my kitchen and only made the door delivery. But I regret to note that you did not take any action against the distributor for such harassment. Are you encouraging them ????????????? PART – 2 OF HARASSMENT : Few days back, in the month of Jun’15, I was trying to book the gas but I failed to book it and I have been messaged that I should contact the distributor. I also tried to book online but it also mentioned that my booking is suspended. Then I visited the distributor on 10.06.2014 and asked them the reason thereagainst. The person dealing with the matter was ill behaved and had no courtesy to talk to a person. He told me that I have not submitted the KYC documents. I reminded him that on 29.12.2014 they issued me SV and pass book and on 30.12.2014 they delivered me gas cylinders and regulator then how it is possible that I did not submit the KYC documents. I also clarified them that the KYC documents must have omitted to be entered in the system and requested him to have a relook. Then he accepted that I have submitted the same and are entered in the system and that’s why I have been issued the SV, pass book, cylinders & regulator but he continued his argument by saying that I have not submitted DBTL alongwith relevant documents I am required to submit the same if I intend to get the gas booking further. I clarified them that submission of DBTL is not at all related to Gas Booking and they can not block my gas booking for not submission of the same. It is my prerogative whether I submit the DBTL or not. I also told him that I have already submitted the same on 14.02.2015 and shown him the receipt thereagainst. Upon this, he INSTRUCTED me to submit the KYC documents and DBTL form alongwith all the relevant documents if I require their services and left from his work place without informing anything. He was not made available for a long time and I had to surrender to leave their office without any conclusion. What to do, I am dependent on them as you also, I re-submitted all the documents as they INSTRUCTED me on 11.06.2015 and requested him to check it’s veracity and that it fulfills their requirement. He confirmed me that everything is OK and they will unblock the booking the same day. But unblocking was made on the next day and I was able to book the gas. PART – 3 OF HARASSMENT : On 17.06.2015 one person from M/s People’s Gas Service (name not disclosed) came to my residence and gave me documents and advised me to submit DBTL form alongwith all relevant documents. SURPPRISE - SURPPRISE - SURPPRISE - SURPPRISE - SURPPRISE – SURPPRISE. CONCLUSION : Considering the above, should I conclude that you alongwith the distributors are equally involved in the SCAM to deprive the consumers from being getting subsidy with unnecessary harassment ?????? otherwise the distributors will not get courage to harass the consumers like this. You must have full sympathy with them. YOUR ACTION IN THE MATTER IS SOLICITED WITH POSITIVE APPROACH WITHIN A REASONABLE PERIOD.

            Dear Sir/Madam, Recently i have (Brother) taken New Indane gas connection in Manchar village 410503. Kulswamini Distributor officer, Manchar has taken Rs.8700 for double cylinder connection. If we want only double cylinder, regulator & Shegadi then its really require Rs.8700 amount. We dont want anything extra apart from this item then what is actually price. And give me suggestion what should be i do for minimizing that amount.

              My consumer number with Navadeep Gas Agency, Maligaon, Guwahati is 31771. I have received several messages in my phone about booking and delivery of gas against my account, while I had made no booking. When I approached the agency, they admitted that their staff is involved in using my consumer number to book and sell gas. My family is small and we use gas with discretion, so we do not have to make too many bookings in a year, and 6 or 7 cylinders for the year generally are sufficient for us. I am upset with someone using my account to make money in the black market. My complaints with the agency have not borne any result. I had booked for cylinder on 15.05.15 (booking number - 632414) and the same was delivered to my home on 17.06.15. When I going for further booking through IVRS, I have been informed that my cash memo of previous cylinder was generated on 29.05.15 (number - [protected]) and due to which, booking of further cylinder could not be made. As such, please intimate to me that 1) Under which circumstance my cylinder was delivered on 17.06.15 whereas the cash memo of the same was generated on 29.05.15. 2) Further, why the message regarding generating of Cash memo has not been received by me till date in my mobile as per prevalent practice. 3) Lastly, when my further booking for cylinder will be made.                     I am a senior citizen residing at 21/1 Biren Roy Road (E) Kolkata- 700008 under Behala PS. I have an Indane LPG connection with the distributor ‘’ Gas & Gadgets’’ Manton Super market, Behala, Kolkata-700034 since the year of 2000. Very recently the distributor Gas & Gadgets has transferred my Indane LPG connection suomoto to another distributor “ Thakurpukur Indane” Janapriya Park, Amgachia, PS. Bishnupur without my knowledge. The new distributor ‘’Thakurpukukur Indane” which is situated at Bishnupur PS is far away from my Behala residence and therefore difficult for me to communicate. Therefore I want to change my present distributor to any other Indane distributor situated in Behala area. If the change of Indane distributor is not possible then transfer my LPG connection to other LPG service provider viz, HP LPG in the Behala regeion. It is very unfortunate that the Indane distributor ‘Gas & Gadget’ has transferred my LPG connection on his own motion “without giving me any opportunity to know” in this democratic set up. My Indane LPG ID is 3-[protected] and Consumer No is CX24286401 & Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. Complaint No. is 2192313 dt.[protected]. Praying for early redressal of grienvances.                         Dear sir, my consumer no:6250, we booked cylinder on May 26, we contacted anbu gas agency and they informed booking cancelled due to door closed on June 16. We raised an complaint as we were not gone outside for the past 2 weeks. Agency called me and they asked to book the cylinder so that they can send within 2 days. We booked on June 16 and still now we didn't received gas cylinder. Kindly let us know how to transfer the gas agency as it is happening frequently to us.

                            This is with reference to gas cylinder supplied on 30th May, 2015 against receipt number 2905015 LPG ID No..[protected] RB 04776 KYC 6491 Gas cylinder was stored under proper seal and suddenly a smell of gas was felt on 16th June, 2015 3:30 PM .immediately the vendor of GAS was contacted (Rani Bagh Gas Service). We were told that gas cylinder will be changed . We also complained to Indane gas emergency service number [protected]. They immediately sent a engineer, who checked and issued a certificate of Gas Leakage at 07:00 PM vide S. No 747 dated 16th June, 2015. Now the Gas agency Rani Bagh is saying that cylinder will be exchanged only after the deduction of amount of weight of gas leaked from cylinder which is not justified because the cylinder is still under proper seal. The toll free complaint number of Indane is saying due to technical reasons they cannot take the complaint right now also you can lodge complaint on their website as page is not opening for complaining about distributor.                                 Respected Sir I, myself - SK RAJESH ALI My LPG Id - 3 [protected] LPG Consumer No. - 12671 This is to reference my LPG Refill Booking No. 663935, Dated - 06.02.2015 I am yet receive my refilled LPG Cylinder and when I tried to contact with our Local Service Provider / Distributor M/s. PAL Enterprises, Bauria they insist to Book another one and my order might have vanished from their system. Moreover when I checked on 'www.mylpg.in' site I come to know that there was already a cylinder have been booked on my account on[protected], vide booking no. [protected], Status as shows Refilled LPG Cylinder was Delivered vide their Cash memo No. [protected], Dated[protected], and was delivered on[protected] and a sum of INR 234.00 as Subsidy been transferred in my bank account on[protected], but unfortunately I have neither received such Refilled LPG Cylinder nor the subsidy amount been credited in my account as of yet. I have also complained twice, one on 23.05.2015 and another few days thereafter the exact date I could recall to Indane Customer Care No. [protected] & 155233 and offer a docket no. 2149300 but both my complains been unresolved as of yet. Please suggest what I should do. Should I book another LPG refill cylinder and do continue to regularize my LPG Supplies as advised by the distributor or be an responsible Indian Citizen and raise my voice against that culprits who practice Black Marketing in virtue of their customers keeping in dark. And in all these, my family is suffering by a lot, as we received my Last LPG Cylinder 4 months back which were dried in 30 days thereafter and since then my wife is managing on alternate source like wood & coal to feed her family. Hope you could understand our situation how it hurts mentally & financially Hope you will do something the needful at the earliest Best regards SK RAJESH ALI

                                  Dear sir, M/s Krishna Agencies (Indane gas distributors at Nellore town, Andhra pradesh) is taking and demanding more money(more on MRP) on each and every full gas cylinder that they are delivering to customer, in addition to the delivery charges . when we are refused to give additional amount, except delivery charges they were stopped our connection by mentioning fake reasons in their records and was caused us to take the rounds around their office for couple of days. Finally krishna agencies staff collecting Rs 2000 /- from existing customers to reissue the cylinder Even they were not provided any receipt for the additional amount they were collected from last few years from customers. We are requesting you, to take necessary action. Hope you will stop their black market games. This is for kind information and necessary action from your end was appreciated. They are not providing any receipt for additional charges.

                                        1) I am a retired scientist from ISRO.I am a Indane Gas customer having consumer no. 17355607 serviced by Rohith Indane gas service, Bengaluru. I have booked for refill on 8th June 2015 using automated gas booking system. I got the receipt no. on 9th june 2015. Today it is 17th June and I am yet to receive the cylinder.On 12 th June I enquired with Rohith Indane gas service about the delivery. I was told that the cylinder will be delivered on 16th. So on 16th morning again I enquired and I was told that the cylider will be delivered by afternoon. I kept aside all my important work and stayed in the house for full day till night 10 PM waiting for cylinder delivery. But there was no delivery. Now today morning I again asked why cylinder was not delivered as promised. To that I was told that it will be delivered today. I really do not know when that ' today ' will come . I want to ask Indane Gas; Why are you taking customers for a ride by announcing customer friendly schemes? What is the use of automated gas booking system? When will the dealers will abide by the date of delivery given by them? What happened to the booking with specific mention of preferred date and time of delivery ? 2) Earlier Anusha gas agency was our dealer. Four months back without our consent we were shifted to Rohith Indane Gas Service. The dealers did not bother to inform me about the change in dealer. When I tried to book for refill, I was not able to do that on automated System. So I went to Anusha gas agency to book the gas. There I was told that our dealer is now Rohith Indane gas service. When Anusha Gas agency is still operating in our colony why my dealer is changed? and that too without my consent? I want Indane Gas on their own to revert me back to Anusha Gas Agency.
