Dear Sir, My Indane con no is 14842. My agency is Sree Ram agencies, Rammurthy Nagar, Bangalore. Last month they have supplied me a refill cylinder which is leaking. The delivery boy says I have to lodge a complaint with the agency. It's impossible to contact them on all the nos listed. I have tried complaining on [protected] also but not successful. I complained on 155233 last week and the complaint no is 2190750. Tried contacting the admin office at Bangalore but no one attends the phones. Request you to kindly help. NR Shamanewadi Con no 14842

    I am wing Commander Shyamal kanti Nandy having the customer no.CX12875923 with M/S Sri Ranisati Indane, Shiv Mandir, Dt-Darjeeling was delivered with a LPG Cylinder against Cash Memo No. [protected] dated[protected]. The state of cylinder is worst I could ever imagine maintained by IOC. Moreover, the most concerned issue is the cylinder was last tasted in 08/99 and batch no of cylinder is A1432. The cylinders are supposed to be tested for their safe handling at every 10th year. It is failed to understand how the untested cylinders are in circulation and totally ill maintained. When I told the delivery boy to change the cylinder, it was communicated that all the cyliders are like this and if you dont accept I shall go back. Taking into account of my need I accepted the cylinder and later on checking, the other horrifying aspects of the cylinder were revealed. Now in this situation why IOC should not be penalised and legal action should not be initiated, for the grievous lapses?

        DEAR INDANE DISTRIBUTOR: 1. Ever since the inception of the Mobile Booking System, I rarely get my Refill cylinder on my own Booking. Whenever I Book through Mobile, the agency (distributor) cancels it after a few days without assigning any reason. After that, they (the agency and its staff) never respond to telephone calls and as a result we have to go and face them. Then they Book it for us and Deliver after a few days; as a result we get it after a month or more of our own (actual) Booking. Why it happens every time? It losses the very purpose of Mobile Booking System. 2. Many a times, the Cash Memo also gets cancelled and we wait for a few days and are compelled to go to the agency office for inquiry and after a few days of that inquiry, the gas gets delivered. Why such harassment?? 3. Sometimes, the agency insists for Godown Delivery instead of Home Delivery. Why? The agency takes the MRP including the cost of ‘home delivery’. Then, why they insist for ‘godown delivery’ (“take it from our godown”)??? 4. How long will it continue???? 5. IS THERE ANY MECHANISM TO STOP THESE MENACES!

Mother told him he is gone for work so we can’t give calendar and banged the door' and never gave the gas. My mother was calling him to provide his number or call me to speak with me but he did not bother to stop. Prime minister Narendra Modi's "LEAVE THE SUBSIDY" i have adopted that and given papers for leave the subsidy. On full price also he showed attitude and did not leave the gas.                   Need to surrender the connection because of irregular supplies of cylinder, whether booking confirmation is taken by SMS. The supply agency (Sonar Bangla Gas Service, code No: 207079) is told us they do not have the booking entries, they were suggest to contact the company by phone. Out of that agency is told us that the regulator and cylinder you are given is not match with the connection registered, the subsidy returns were not taken on account from last 5 months. Sir when we have taken the new connection the mid men is supply us the same one, now he is also not able to taken the responsibility. Kindly suggest us to better results, or we can go for G.D by police to agency and mid men. Our consumer No: 10063436

                    My indane consumer number is 21763 doiwala gas service, dehradun, uttrakhand. I had booked my cylinder on 25.05.15 through phone call booking system..and got message for confirming booking with reference no. 204898...after that I got cylinder on 04.06.15..but I didn't get the message for this delivery[ cash memo and delivery report]... (after keeping an eye with the availability of cylinder i got cylinder on the same date as i mentioned above ...as there is no home delivery system we hv to get the cylinder from designated area provided by agency and there is no fix date for delivery to consumer.only truck comes once or twice in a week which keep waiting the consumers till his or her number comes.delivery process is some time running behind schedule some times faster than expectation) Now I m unable to book another cylinder...when I make call for booking ..it says that I booked on 25may 2015 and delivery has done till 16th June ..earlier it was 4th June than 6th June... I complaint on[protected] to Indane custmor care...my complaint no is ...2194668.I was told to fix this prob with in 48 hrs... Today 20th I asked about complaint...I got really funny answer that problem will be solved in 48 working hours.(per day 8)...what is this crap of working hours...it means 6 days to wait if there is no Sunday or any other holiday...its a misguiding concept for consumers.. Hope to solve this crap soon...25 days passed away from the previous date when I booked..and it may take another few weeks to short out this query n delivery for next...

                      Hi, Indane has updated wrong aadhaar number in my account even after around 6 months of follow up since dec 2014, they have updated the wrong number and saying that correct no is linked to my account. I doubted when not receiving subsidy after 6 months and with regular visits to the office, Today my son checked it online and found that the account is linked with some another aadhaar no and bank account with Canara bank. I want all my subsidy amount transferred to my account and I think the Canara bank account is gaining unfair advantage and must be verified. My booking dates as below: 1. 9Jan2015 2. 16Apr2015 3. 11Apr2015 Please look into the matter on urgent basis, many people are harassed by Indane way of working but unable to raise their voice due to monopoly of Indane gas and distributers. I am also attaching the proof from Indane website for my aadhaar linking page. My aadhaar card is linked correctly with the bank.                           We are using indane gas connection through the agency m / s anand gas agencies in palarivttom cochin. The last booking of lpg refill was made on 11. 05. 2015. On enquiry it was informed that the delivery would be made after 11. 06. 2015. But we did not get the refill till 15. 06. 2015. When contacted over phone the agency intimated that the refill has already been billed and the supplier would deliver the same soon. But we did not get the refill on 16th or 17th. Though tried over phone several times the agency had not been attending the phone. When talked on 19th morning they told that the delivery will be made on the next day ie, saturday. When contacted on saturday (Today) , the reply of the agency was astonishing. They have no supplier today!!!. They further intimated that the billed invoice was also cancelled and supply will be made monday next.

                          The agency lacks credibility and the behaviour of the staff is highly unethical and impolite. Suspect that they are selling the billed refills to some other persons accepting bribe. It is learnt that the cutomers of this agency have lot of similar complaints.
                          Pl look into the matter and do the needful argently to get my refill on monday (22. 06. 2015) at nay cost.

                            Sir, I a m consumer of Indane gas of Anupama Adhoc Spurthy Gas Alwal Secunderabad 10 and my Cust No. CX 10895792 LPG ID[protected]. During Apr 2015 gas cylinder was delivered against order No [protected] dt 17 Apr 2015.The delivery boy demanded a heavy tip and when my wife reused he shouted at her and threatened that next time he will not deliver the gas.I had reported the matter to the Manager who promised to take necessary action. Again against Order No.[protected] dt 22 may 2015 the same was repeated with my daughter. Imediatly she made a complaint with the gas distributor and the toll free number and also with the complaint portal. So far action seems to have been taken and same delivery by is happily serving the area with the same attitude .May I request to kindly intimate the action taken and also instruct the gas distributor to ensure the the delivery boys does not misbehave with ladies while no male members are at home.                                 I am transferred from Kolkata in the month of July’14 where I was having Gas connection of Hindustan Petroleum and upon transfer to Lucknow, I opted for the services of your esteemed organization being the nearest one. I had to face frequent harassment by your Distributor M/s People’s Gas Service, Indira Nagar, Faizabad Road, Lucknow against my consumer no. CX 15978685 in the name of Ashish Kumar Banerjee. A brief of the same is as under : PART – 1 OF HARASSMENT : I have been told at Kolkata while obtaining transfer of the connection that I only required to approach the distributor from where I intend to take the services. But, I was highly surprised when I approached M/s People’s Gas Service (nearest to me residence) while they advised me to approach to the office of Hindustan Petroleum for no objection for transfer of service provider and then I should obtain approval from Indian Oil office and then only my request for transfer and issue of connection will be considered. Accordingly, I approached the office of HP and got their no objection although they advised me that it is not necessary. I then approached M/s People’s Gas Service and told them about the same and requested them to release the connection but they insisted me to get your approval. I, then, approached your office to get the approval. Although you issued the approval but you also told me that the same is not required. And only then I was issued the new SV (you can not read anything what is written over the same), Pass Book on 29.12.2014 after submitting all the required documents including KYC documents like Aadhar card etc while two cylinders filled with Gas alongwith regulator was delivered to my residence on 30.12.2014. I would like to mention that while giving delivery of the gas cylinder they charged Rs 50/- as installation charges although they did not do anything in this regard, even they did not enter my kitchen and only made the door delivery. But I regret to note that you did not take any action against the distributor for such harassment. Are you encouraging them ????????????? PART – 2 OF HARASSMENT : Few days back, in the month of Jun’15, I was trying to book the gas but I failed to book it and I have been messaged that I should contact the distributor. I also tried to book online but it also mentioned that my booking is suspended. Then I visited the distributor on 10.06.2014 and asked them the reason thereagainst. The person dealing with the matter was ill behaved and had no courtesy to talk to a person. He told me that I have not submitted the KYC documents. I reminded him that on 29.12.2014 they issued me SV and pass book and on 30.12.2014 they delivered me gas cylinders and regulator then how it is possible that I did not submit the KYC documents. I also clarified them that the KYC documents must have omitted to be entered in the system and requested him to have a relook. Then he accepted that I have submitted the same and are entered in the system and that’s why I have been issued the SV, pass book, cylinders & regulator but he continued his argument by saying that I have not submitted DBTL alongwith relevant documents I am required to submit the same if I intend to get the gas booking further. I clarified them that submission of DBTL is not at all related to Gas Booking and they can not block my gas booking for not submission of the same. It is my prerogative whether I submit the DBTL or not. I also told him that I have already submitted the same on 14.02.2015 and shown him the receipt thereagainst. Upon this, he INSTRUCTED me to submit the KYC documents and DBTL form alongwith all the relevant documents if I require their services and left from his work place without informing anything. He was not made available for a long time and I had to surrender to leave their office without any conclusion. What to do, I am dependent on them as you also, I re-submitted all the documents as they INSTRUCTED me on 11.06.2015 and requested him to check it’s veracity and that it fulfills their requirement. He confirmed me that everything is OK and they will unblock the booking the same day. But unblocking was made on the next day and I was able to book the gas. PART – 3 OF HARASSMENT : On 17.06.2015 one person from M/s People’s Gas Service (name not disclosed) came to my residence and gave me documents and advised me to submit DBTL form alongwith all relevant documents. SURPPRISE - SURPPRISE - SURPPRISE - SURPPRISE - SURPPRISE – SURPPRISE. CONCLUSION : Considering the above, should I conclude that you alongwith the distributors are equally involved in the SCAM to deprive the consumers from being getting subsidy with unnecessary harassment ?????? otherwise the distributors will not get courage to harass the consumers like this. You must have full sympathy with them. YOUR ACTION IN THE MATTER IS SOLICITED WITH POSITIVE APPROACH WITHIN A REASONABLE PERIOD.

                                  MY consumer no. Is 13257 and gas agency is H.S.Gas service, Jalandhar. I booked my refill booking on[protected] vide booking number 410200. Cash memo no. [protected] ft.[protected] issued subsequently the same cancelled without assigning any reason.WHY???                                     Dear Sir/Madam, Recently i have (Brother) taken New Indane gas connection in Manchar village 410503. Kulswamini Distributor officer, Manchar has taken Rs.8700 for double cylinder connection. If we want only double cylinder, regulator & Shegadi then its really require Rs.8700 amount. We dont want anything extra apart from this item then what is actually price. And give me suggestion what should be i do for minimizing that amount.

                                      My consumer number with Navadeep Gas Agency, Maligaon, Guwahati is 31771. I have received several messages in my phone about booking and delivery of gas against my account, while I had made no booking. When I approached the agency, they admitted that their staff is involved in using my consumer number to book and sell gas. My family is small and we use gas with discretion, so we do not have to make too many bookings in a year, and 6 or 7 cylinders for the year generally are sufficient for us. I am upset with someone using my account to make money in the black market. My complaints with the agency have not borne any result.                                         For the past 4 to 5 months, cylinders are not delivered, but i am getting the subsidiary credited every month to my account. The agency cylinder van never comes to my area. I am booking a cylinder, bill is getting generated, amount is getting credited but there is no delivery of cylinder and bill. cus No:22131 sree veeraraagava agency, Tiruvallur.
