Sir i am a customer of indane lpg gas .i live in darbhanga majholiya. We have a godown in majholiya named majholiya indane gas service where no receipt for taking cylinder is provided .the rate of non-subsidized cylinder in darbhanga is Rs 710 while the dealer takes Rs 730 per cylinder i.e Rs 20 extra per cylinder without home delievery.The customer has to agree with the price whatever the dealer says wheter it is 730 or 760 the customer has to give it and we do not know the updated price and the dealer takes the benifit of it.So would like to request you to please take stringent action against the concerned.lokking for further co-operation from you.In lpg cylinder charge Rs 20 is included as delivery charge and dealer takes Rs20 to Rs40 extra so he takes 40 to 60 rupees more from each customer Dealer Detail:- Dealer of Indane gas Village- Majhouliya Block- Hayaghat District -Darbhanga State - Bihar PROBLEM DETAILS ARE STATED IN PREVIOUS STATEMENT LOOKING FORWARD FOR FURTHER COOPERATION FROM YOU

    dear sir/madam this is Vishnu Chandra pandey distric jaunpur uttar Pradesh, i have connected with indane gas service since last year I have been purchased my gas conection from kiran indane gas service kerakat, my consumer no. is k-24100 and now I inform you with very sad the complaint against my service provider that he naver giving service. for your kindly information I have booked my gas dated 6/5/2015 since I have not recived yet I have also called on [protected] dated 20/06/2015 my complaint id is 2197496 but my problem is still not resolve. my mobile no. is [protected]

      The Dealer M/s Mahabir Gas Agency, Dhanbad, Jharkhand, My Cons. No. 08850, MSG received on 6/6/15 that bkg is cancelled.Again bked on 9/6/15.MSG received on generation of cashmemo no [protected] against new bkg no [protected] with "shall be delivered shortly".No delivery till 30/6/15.When reached agency they again asked for papers while KYC form already submitted long back.After literally insulting and still asking for more papers, given me gas on 30/6/15.I AM NOT AVAILING SUBSIDISED CYLINDER FACILITY. May I expect better treatment next time ? Pushpa Labh

        I m having consumer no. 17220 linked with M/s Burari indane gas, Burari, Delhi-110084. Sir i booked for gas on dtd 18.5.2015 thru my registered mob. no. [protected].But I hv not received till date. Several calls were made in this regard to the agency. kindly look into the matter as i m sufferer to buy the gas from the market on higher rate.hoping for early action on it.                   sir, i was trying for new LPG connection around four months in Indian oil M/S Uttarkashi Gas Service, Garwal Mandal Vikas Nigam, in disst. Uttarkashi, State -uttarakhand . but whenever i go to the office I found Manager absent from the office, many times I call on his government mobile no but he did not respond. he is doing his private business therefore he generally found absent from the office. and other staff lock the gate of office and deny entry in the office in office time. whenever i asked new LPG connection to the office staff they denied me about new connection saying that connection is not available now come later next month. after spenting four months I went to the HP Gas where i got the new connection. My complaint is that why indian oil giving free salary to the employees if they do not attend the office. The salary of the employees comes from public money. if my complaint will not attend and suitable action do not take on Manager, then I will be force to complaint to Prime minister.                     Dear Sir, My name is Latha Shaji, my consumer number is 35493 attached to Trinity Indane Services, Vellangallur, Thrissur distributor code 127447 the delivery person does not gives the receipt for cylinder refills and every time charge me 30 to 35 rupees extra though my place with in the delivery area my place is about 1.5 kms from their office and godown. I had complained about the same to the dealer office, Their reply was don't take cylinder please do the needful Thanks and Regards

                                  Indane complaint against the kanchanjangha gas service, siliguri; code: 140502--

                                  1. Ever since the inception of the mobile booking system, i rarely get my refill cylinder on my own booking. Whenever i book through mobile, the agency (Distributor) cancels it after a few days without assigning any reason. After that, they (The agency and its staff) never respond to telephone calls and as a result we have to go and face them. Then they book it for us and deliver after a few days; as a result we get it after a month or more of our own (Actual) booking. Why it happens every time? It losses the very purpose of mobile booking system.


                                  2. Many a times, the cash memo also gets cancelled and we wait for a few days and are compelled to go to the agency office for inquiry and after a few days of that inquiry, the gas gets delivered. Why such harassment??

                                  3. Sometimes, the agency insists for godown delivery instead of home delivery. Why? The agency takes the mrp including the cost of ‘home delivery’. Then, why they insist for ‘godown delivery’ (“take it from our godown”)???
                                  4. How long will it continue????
                                  5. My latest booking was on 21-06-15 with reference no. 834808. Around midnight of 25-06-15 a message came: cash memo [protected] generated for booking no. 834808, shall be delivered shortly. Whether ‘shortly’ means 1 day or 15 days or till the consumer complains? It has happened many a times in the past also. When will my ‘refill’ be delivered?????
                                  6. My gas connection is registered in the name of my sister having consumer no.: kg 16437.

                                    Sir, I (Tanusri Pathak, Con Cx 4672017) am booking (no.-308745) for cylinder on 20 th June 2015 but not delivered until today. But I have received a sms on 24.06.2015 that your cyl is delivered against cash memo no [protected]. After received that SMS, I cotact my delivery man and distributor. both disagree to that mater. What shall I do ? plz. solve this. My gas agency name is PATULI INDANE, S/B/G-14 PATULI GHOSH PARA, KOL -94 Phn, no.[protected]/0491. SAP code is 268043.

                                      dear sir, last 3 months subsidy not transfer in my account. we have 3 times all document submit in vishal gas agency ahemdabad civil road asarwa yesterday meet personlly manager discuss issue is back hand old data system in bank account no. manager not modify in system due to area office blocking system. your system & service folt why customer suffering every time. dear nagrekarji pls old bank account no delete & update new bank account no. pls attached snap of gas book & bank account passbook. i hope u r working on this. so pls help in this. i m waiting for 2 days another we complain for top management. thanks & regards, kasmirlal sharma.                                         I went to fill petrol worth rs. 300 in my two wheeler one evening. When my turn came, the guy asked how much and I responded. Quickly, the other guy came around and stood beside. Once, I removed the lid and the guy started filling the petrol, the other guy asked for money. I still did not look away. Then he shoved a coupon on my face and showed me the discount amount. I just took it and when I looked up, I saw that he was resetting the meter for the next customer. I felt something was wrong so checked the meter reading in my vehicle. It was much lower than usual as it would be completely filled in rs. 300 petrol but it was much lesser. I just had to leave i disapointment and anger as I had no proof.
