sir, i was trying for new LPG connection around four months in Indian oil M/S Uttarkashi Gas Service, Garwal Mandal Vikas Nigam, in disst. Uttarkashi, State -uttarakhand . but whenever i go to the office I found Manager absent from the office, many times I call on his government mobile no but he did not respond. he is doing his private business therefore he generally found absent from the office. and other staff lock the gate of office and deny entry in the office in office time. whenever i asked new LPG connection to the office staff they denied me about new connection saying that connection is not available now come later next month. after spenting four months I went to the HP Gas where i got the new connection. My complaint is that why indian oil giving free salary to the employees if they do not attend the office. The salary of the employees comes from public money. if my complaint will not attend and suitable action do not take on Manager, then I will be force to complaint to Prime minister.     Dear Sir, My name is Latha Shaji, my consumer number is 35493 attached to Trinity Indane Services, Vellangallur, Thrissur distributor code 127447 the delivery person does not gives the receipt for cylinder refills and every time charge me 30 to 35 rupees extra though my place with in the delivery area my place is about 1.5 kms from their office and godown. I had complained about the same to the dealer office, Their reply was don't take cylinder please do the needful Thanks and Regards

                  Indane complaint against the kanchanjangha gas service, siliguri; code: 140502--

                  1. Ever since the inception of the mobile booking system, i rarely get my refill cylinder on my own booking. Whenever i book through mobile, the agency (Distributor) cancels it after a few days without assigning any reason. After that, they (The agency and its staff) never respond to telephone calls and as a result we have to go and face them. Then they book it for us and deliver after a few days; as a result we get it after a month or more of our own (Actual) booking. Why it happens every time? It losses the very purpose of mobile booking system.


                  2. Many a times, the cash memo also gets cancelled and we wait for a few days and are compelled to go to the agency office for inquiry and after a few days of that inquiry, the gas gets delivered. Why such harassment??

                  3. Sometimes, the agency insists for godown delivery instead of home delivery. Why? The agency takes the mrp including the cost of ‘home delivery’. Then, why they insist for ‘godown delivery’ (“take it from our godown”)???
                  4. How long will it continue????
                  5. My latest booking was on 21-06-15 with reference no. 834808. Around midnight of 25-06-15 a message came: cash memo [protected] generated for booking no. 834808, shall be delivered shortly. Whether ‘shortly’ means 1 day or 15 days or till the consumer complains? It has happened many a times in the past also. When will my ‘refill’ be delivered?????
                  6. My gas connection is registered in the name of my sister having consumer no.: kg 16437.

                        I went to fill petrol worth rs. 300 in my two wheeler one evening. When my turn came, the guy asked how much and I responded. Quickly, the other guy came around and stood beside. Once, I removed the lid and the guy started filling the petrol, the other guy asked for money. I still did not look away. Then he shoved a coupon on my face and showed me the discount amount. I just took it and when I looked up, I saw that he was resetting the meter for the next customer. I felt something was wrong so checked the meter reading in my vehicle. It was much lower than usual as it would be completely filled in rs. 300 petrol but it was much lesser. I just had to leave i disapointment and anger as I had no proof.

                          Ref: Termination Vourcher No.[protected] dated 19.06.2015. I voluntarily surrendered my two cylinders as I have joined a common kitchen as a Senior Citizen. To return the empty cylinder I was asked to pay Rs.100/- per cylinder, which I rejected and made alternate arrangement. When a customer by surrendering his entitlement and save the Exchequer the subsidy he is penalized. This is strange. I want to know what is the rule and if there is a change high time the government reconsider it as it is unreasonable.

                                  This is to inform you that it was wrongly enrolled the “GIVE IT UP” SUBSIDY option for my LPG connection by one of my family members who is ignorant to understand English Words .So, I request you kindly to deactivate this enrollment, my Consumer No. 35810.So that I can avail the LPG cylinders in subsidized prices. It's my humble request to kindly deactivate my “GIVEITUP” option and credit my subsidy in my account as I don’t want to lose my subsidy. I want to avail to subsidy cylinder.                                     Consumer No.-[protected] Name- Purna chandra Mishra A/c No.-[protected] IFSC-PUNB0009900 Mobile No. -[protected] E Mail [protected]@gmail.com Name of The Gas- Modern Gas Agency, 334, GT Road, Badamtala, Bally, Howrah-711201 Complain Details-Non Transfer of gas to cuttack, odisha. 1. I surrender my gas along with bond on 08.06.2015 at the counter.They refused to give the reciept of it and instructed me to come on 10.06.2015 or give authorisatrion to some other to recieve money . 2. On 10.06.2015 the authoriser approached the gas agency who also refused him to make payment. 3. While on 08.06.2015 i sought the email address or phone no. any other contact detail of the higher autorities or even sought the complain cum suggestion book .The father and son duo showed gundaism and treated with barbarian manner. 4. My money has neither been refunded nor my gas transfered to cuttack odisha. 5. Is this service if Indane? 6.I have been transfered to cuttack odisha since 10.06.2015.                                       Sir, My name is SOMASEKHARAN . N T Consumer Number: CX3406951 Indane Distributor: KUTHUPARAMBA GAS AGENCY Booking Reference Number - 900077 Cash Memo Number - [protected] Cash Memo Date - 24 Jun, 2015 Order no: [protected] Booking was made on 18 May 2015 and the actual date of delivery is 25 June 2015 The bill shows an amount of Rs 658 but the delivery person demanded Rs 690 The delivery date is way too late for a family of four to adjust with On top of that we are being charged extra for reasons we are unaware of There is no transparency in the the process at all We keep paying amounts which we are not sure are subsidized or not The long wait and lack of transparency are frustrating Please look into the issue and respond immediately Thank you
