sir, i was trying for new LPG connection around four months in Indian oil M/S Uttarkashi Gas Service, Garwal Mandal Vikas Nigam, in disst. 1. Ever since the inception of the mobile booking system, i rarely get my refill cylinder on my own booking. Whenever i book through mobile, the agency (Distributor) cancels it after a few days without assigning any reason.
