Dear Sir/Mam, We have received cylinder of different Ga scompany, i.e'H.P' by distributor. Vendor boy named :-'Vinod Kumar' from Raj Flame, Dwraka Mor, Delhi has kept Cylinder named 'HP' in our house in the absence of our family.Our Landlord has told him to change this cylinder but he refused telling that the concerned person is knowing him.After then When we called him to change the cylinder and give us indane cylinder he always tells us that he will do the same, but the current scenario is that HP cylinder is with us and he has left his job. Now the new person doesnot take the responsiblity. Now what to do.we have to order two cylinder at a time, but only get 1. Please help us.

      Hey. I went to fill petrol of rs 100 in my honda activa in new delhi.. the price per litre is 66.62.. they gave me 1.50 litres only.. while the price of 1.50 litre petrll is 66.62+33.31=99.93.. which is not 100.. shot of 07 paise. . When asked for the reason. They answered it is done this way only..they are doing this with every customer.. i have a proff as well attached under my info name-updesh kumar gaba ph no. -[protected]

        I am an Indane consumer for the last 10 years. But in the last 5-6 months, i have observed that the delivery boy, who comes to deliver the LPG cylinder at the doorstep, purposely removes the seal while handing over the cylinder. He does this to show that he has removed the seal in front of the customer. The reason of him removing the seal is that it is a duplicate seal. The seal is so loose that it can be easily taken out without damaging the plastic of the seal. I have seen the seal of other cylinders, which are original, that can't be removed without tearing it apart. If i ask the delivery boy not to remove the seal, he starts arguing that he has to check the leakage that’s why he removes the seal and check. Now, when i got the cylinder, i weighed it on the scale. It was 3KGs less than the actual written weight of the gas. This is repeating in last 5-6 months. Every time he argues and removes the seal (fake one) in front of me with the same excuse. This time i refused to accept the gas and asked him to give a cylinder which has proper seal on it. There was one in his cart. I demanded him that particular gas. After lot of fight he gave me that and threatened me that if i want to take cylinder next time, i have to go to distributor. He will not deliver. The actual price of cylinder is Rs740 but he takes Rs770 from everyone. That’s ridiculous, we pay Rs. 30 extra on each cylinder and still I get 3-4 KG less volume that too after lot of fighting. That’s disappointing. My distributor is Adarsh Indane Hajipur Road, R D S College, Muzaffarpur - 842002, Near Zenith Petrol Pump The delivery boy’s name is Manish. I want IOCL to take strict action in this regard. At least stop the fake sealing. I am attaching the picture of the seal.

          I have provide my bank details to my lpg distributor and my aadhar no. Is updated with my bank. Despite that i am not getting my due subsidy in my bank account. My distributor says he is help less and can not do any thing for the same. Please look in to it and start my subsidy.

              THE TEN QUESTIONS
              Nowadays, some Indane distributors of Siliguri, who are involved in whimsical/haphazard cancellation of the refill bookings, are sending such messages (SMS) to their consumers: ‘Kindly book again or contact your distributor to know the reason of cancellation’.
              Here, the following questions arise:
              Q.1. Why to book again? What about the ‘cancelled’ booking?
              Q.2. Why to go to the distributors’ office? Can’t they message (through SMS) the ‘reason of cancellation’?
              Q.3. If the consumers have to go to the distributors every time the booking cancels, then what remains the benefit of mobile booking (IVRS/SMS) system?
              Q.4. Before the inception of the ‘mobile booking system’, the consumers used to go to the distributors’ offices for booking and those bookings never cancelled. So, the previous system was more ‘consumer friendly’ than the present one. Then, why not bring back the previous system, so that the consumers should not have to contact the distributors again and again.
              Q.5. The distributors should make ‘public’ the ‘reasons for cancellation’. It can be messaged through SMS. Why to call the consumers at their offices? It losses the very purpose of mobile booking system (IVRS/SMS)!
              Q.6. Actually, the distributors cancels the bookings of some of their consumers, just to ‘facilitate’ OUT OF TURN delivery to their ‘distributor friendly’ consumers. These consumers are of 2 types:
              (a) Those consumers who pay TIPS to the delivery boys/men at the time of Home Delivery, thus saving the distributor’s ‘commission’ that they might have to pay to their delivery boys/men. This amounts to ‘illegal saving’ by the distributors.
              (b) Those consumers who ‘take it from the godown’(Godown Delivery), thus saving Rs.20/-per refill cylinder which should actually be ‘discounted’ to the consumers who ‘take it from the godown’.
              For example, let us assume that a distributor has 10, 000 consumers. Out of them, 5000 consumers take the refill cylinder from the godown. Here, the distributor ‘saves’ in 2 ways:
              (a)By not ‘discounting’ the consumers: @ Rs.20/- per refill = 5000 x 20 = Rs.1, 00, 000.(Rupees one lakh ) every month.
              (B)By saving the ‘carriage’ (transportation) which they would have to expend during Home Delivery.
              Thus, (a) + (b) amount to ILLEGAL PROFITTING.
              Q.7. These are the REASONS behind frequent cancellation of bookings of those ‘unfriendly’ consumers who either: (a) Do not pay TIPS to the delivery boys/men at Home Delivery or (b) Do not agree to ‘take it from the godown’.
              Q.8. So, these are the actual ‘reasons of cancellation’ which the distributors CANNOT disclose in PUBLIC. That is why; they are calling the ‘cancelled consumers’ to their offices, just ‘to negotiate’ over the REASONS mentioned above, and nothing else!
              Q.9. Otherwise, what are the REASONS that they cannot disclose them?
              Q.10. Are those REASONS detrimental to the UNITY and INTEGRITY of India? If not, why don’t they make them PUBLIC?
              THE MESSAGE OF THE DISTRIBUTORS IS CLEAR: EITHER YOU PAY THE TIPS or TAKE IT FROM THE GODOWN or FACE CANCELLATION OF BOOKING!

Petrol pump located at Sachin Palsana T- Point, Named as Sai Petrolium, always make issues with the clients and I always feel the fuel at that place but the owner of that petrol pump always deal with bad words to the clients even today he give me the bad words with mother and sister It is not fare to all I always use IOCL Petrol pump now you suggest what I have to do with that rude guy Jignesh Parmar [protected]

                    My consumer no is-CX20938870, Authorised Distributor Name:- M/S Sadhanpur Aloka Indane Service, Burdwan, Distributor code:-281385. First of all from first day there all stuff's behavior is really too bad, Few days before I booked my gas through online as per process.Every time personally myself collect my gas.But Today[protected] Wednesday one delivery person came to my house and told my mother she have to received gas cylinder and have to pay Rs.690.00 (Received printed bill amount is Rs.655.00) where as from my home to distributor point distances is around 1/2 km. Delivery person threaten my mother and told if she not received then from next day they given punishment .At least they collect Extra Rs 35.00 .Please do something.We expect from your side necessary action.Do some needfull.                         i am an indane gas cylinder consumer with national indane services, south kalmassery, kochi, kerala. my consumer no is 1427. we are not getting cylinder in time . since we are working people we want the cylinder to be delivered in the after noon after 2.30. unfortunately always the cylinder gets delivered on morning when we are not available in the house.besides the sms also are not getting early .agency is not supplying the cylinders at office premises.another issue is that if we plan to take it from godown which is 5 km away from our residence and they are are not supplying cylinder in office timings too. they will supply cylinder in godown only after 4 and 6 . 30 pm so we request indane company to direct the dealer to deliver cylinder after 2. 30 pm or make it available in the godown in any time. thanks dr teny([protected])

                          Hello Sir, When I submitted a form for linking to Bank in Shree Chella Gas Agency on 20 Dec 2014, I was told to make the form directly to the bank and so I made it to the bank on 24 Dec 2014 ( with out Adhaar Card). I revisited to the bank after a month for checking my status and was told that will be done. Later after 15 days, I was said that it is complete. But I did not receive the Subsidy till today. When checked with bank, they say your LPG ID is not matching and so rejected. When checked with Shree Chella Gas Agency, Selaiyur, the lady sitting in the front office insisting me for filling up Give IT form rather then solving my problem. This is unreasonable. I have been using Gas for more than 17 years and denying for me results frustrating. There are many people who are turned out with out proper response for linking in this Gas Agency on the same that I have seen.                             I booked the cylinder for refill on 26. 06. 2015 8. 08 pm with ref no. 241585. When i contact the gas delivery person on 28. 06. 2015, which mob no is [protected] he tell me that gas will be dilivered shortly in one or two hour but gas not provided and daily i call the person for delivery but he is cheating and today till 02. 06. 2015 he is not delivered the cylinder. The expairy date was 2007 year, but cylinder distributed on the year 2015. I report to my delear by they shows no interest about my quiries, and they said if i am not satisfy then i refuse to take cylinder, the delear could not do any thing

                                Ian the consumer of indane gas vide no. Lpg id[protected] name of the agency is sathy gas agency dr. Radhakrishna road, mylapore, chennai 4.
                                On 27 - 6 - 15, the gas cylinder man delivery the cylinder at the time he spite the gudka near our kitchen are our ladies are object that. But the man used unwanted words. On 27 - 6 - 15 i reported the matter in agency also.

I booked my cylender on 25th June 2015 & receiving SMS Cash memo [protected] generated for booking no 417659, shall be delivered shortly, waiting of 5 days I received a SMS my booking is Canceled then I called to Agency they given me resion delevery time your door is locked & you booked again & the delivery person every time charge me 30 to 35 rupees extra though my place with in the delivery area my place is about 1.5 kms from their office and godown. I had complained about the same to the dealer office, Their reply was don't take cylinder please do the needful Thanks and Regards...

                                    I am consumer of Indane gas with consumer No.42587 of Bindu gas Agencies, Aluva. I booked gas on 23.5.15 and the booking number is 639829. After repeated requests they delivered the cylinder on 2.7.15. Bill not given to me. When I tried to book another cylinder today I was informed that the booking of 23.5.15 is already there. The suppliers delivered to me the gas booked on 14.5.15 and in bill NO. is [protected]. I did not booked such refil on 14.5.15. This is done by the staff of the supplier and they issued the cylinder to somebody for more price. Now I could not book the cylinder as the booking of 23.5 is still pending. I request you to enquire about this and take necessary action to enable me to book the cylinder online.

The LPG subsidy amount is been deposited to SBI account since Jan 2015.But I noticed that since from last 4 months it is been deposited to Vijaya bank account.I hereby requesting you to change the subsidy account to SBI bank.I expect you to do the needful at the earliest.
