It 's painful to inform, you that Indane gas Distributor of Charging 1027 Rs for each cylinder in Malda, West Bengal. we receive receipt for 997 Rs. When we asked the local supplier, he told that 30 rs is rural servies charges . Can you explain me About rural serives charges? my receipt slip is attached.If this charge is legal please make sure that in future this extra charge should be mentioned in receipt slip.

Today I refilled petrol Of Rs 3000 in my car vide bill 551679 . When I visited to petrol pump and asked to the on duty staff (name not provided by staff) and no tag was there on his dress to redull petrol in my car then he shown misbehaviour and and when I started to oppose and teact then he started argumemts instead of polote words . I strongly request to make necessary enquiry against this staff and if required to remove from pay roll so that in future any customer.does not feel such bad experience.. when other staff intervene then only he stopped making arguments .. Hope u wll take necessary action and revert .. Thanks and regards

पेट्रोल पम्प के लिये प्रस्तावित भूमि का विवरण खसरा नम्बर 2681 / 6064 पेट्रोल पम्प के लिये प्रस्तावित 45 मीटर ( चौड़ाई ) 45 मीटर ( लम्बाई ) क्षेत्रफल ग्राम नाडोल तहसील देसूरी जिला • पाली राजस्थान दर्ज किया गया है ।

प्रस्तावित भूमि की LEC 17.06.2021 को इण्डियन ऑयल उदयपुर के कमेटी मेम्बर द्वारा की गई थी LEC के विवरण / रिपोर्ट मे नक्शे के अनुसार पेट्रोल पम्प के लिये प्रस्तावित भूमि का क्षेत्रफल सड़क के मध्य से नियमानुसार 40 मीटर ROW ( समर्पण ) छोडकर 45 मीटर लम्बाई व 45 मीटर चौड़ाई दर्ज है । किन्तु तहसील / उपहाण्ड कार्यालय के राजस्व रिकॉर्ड व मौका रिपोर्ट के अनुसार सड़क के मध्य से 40 मीटर ROW ( समर्पण ) को छोड़कर भूमि की लम्बाई का नाप चौक किया तो 43 मीटर भूमि लम्बाई में शेष रहती है किन्तु LEC रिपोर्ट व LOI में क्षेत्रफल 45 बाई 45 मीटर दर्ज है । अर्थात् राजस्व रिकॉर्ड व मौका रिपोर्ट के अनुसार भूमि की लम्बाई मे 02 मीटर भूमि कम है ।

महोदयजी को अवगत करवाना चाहता हूँ कि LOI हॉल्डर ने पेट्रोल पम्प ( वाणिज्य ) के वास्ते समपरिवर्तन (लैंड कन्वर्जन) के लिये कलेक्ट्रेट कार्यालय पाली को आवेदन किया गया था नियमानुसार तहसील व उपखण्ड अधिकारी के द्वारा मौका मुआवना किया गया तो पेट्रोल पम्प के लिये प्रस्तावित भूमि सड़क के मध्य से 40 मीटर छोड़कर ROW ( समर्पण ) का नाप चौक किया गया तो भूमि 43 मीटर लम्बाई ज्ञात हुई ।

LOI व नक्शे ब्लूप्रिंट मैं भूमि का क्षेत्रफल 45 बाई 45 मीटर दर्ज था नक्शे के अनुसार सड़क के मध्य से 40 मीटर छोड़कर ( समर्पण ) करके 45 बाई 45 मीटर क्षेत्रफल पेट्रोल पम्प के लिये दर्शाया गया है किन्तु तहसीलदार व उपखण्ड अधिकारी के मौका रिपोर्ट के अनुसार 38 मीटर समर्पण के लिये भूमि शेष रहती है, नक्शे में भिन्नता व गलत जानकारी के आभाव में सम्परिवर्तन के आवेदन को निरस्त कर कलेक्टर साहब को भेज दिया गया ।

LEC की रिपोर्ट में भूमि से KM STONE No. 74 की दूरी 295 मीटर बताया गया है किन्तु भूमि से महज 130 मीटर पर स्थापित हिन्दुस्तान पेट्रोलियम का रिटेल आउटलेट पेट्रोल पम्प स्थापित है उसे दर्शाया नहीं गया है ।

प्रस्तावित भूमि से महज 60 मीटर पर देसूरी की दिशा में सड़क पर विकट भयंकर मोड है दुर्घटना स्थल होने के कारण मोड पर दोनों ओर सड़क पधीकरण RSRDC के द्वारा रिफलेक्टर / रोइ साईन बोर्ड लगाये गये है किन्तु LEC रिपोट के नक्शे मे भूमि के दोनो दिशा मे ( पाली -देसूरी ) सड़क को सीधा सपाट दर्शाया गया है व सड़क पर बने विकट भयंकर मोड को लापरवाही से छिपाया गया है व LEC मौका रिपोर्ट नक्शे को गलत बनाया गया है ।

महोदयजी से निवेदन है कि भूमि की LEC रिपोट दोबारा से जाँच की जावे तथा मेरे द्वारा पेश तथ्यों की अन्य इण्डियन ऑयल के मण्डल के अधिकारीयो व कमेटी के द्वारा दोबारा मौका मुआवना LEC किया जावे ।

तथा गलत तथ्यों व जानकारी दस्तावेज पेश कर कमेटी के द्वारा मिलीभगत से ली गई LOI को तुरन्त प्रभाव से खारीज की जाने की नियमानुसार कार्यवाही करावें, तथा LEC कमेटी के सभी सदस्यों पर विभागीय जाँच करावें ।

Dear sar or Medam, am every day filing the diesel on mechine more by the 5k, so am narmal gooing the rest room side but petrol bunk gays not use the rest room not use Customer then locking also, Drinking water also not give how the Indian Bunk customer service, what say Indian low ...?

I am writing this with respect to a malpractice which I have observed at Indian Oil Petrol Pump Dealer - SIDDHI VINAYAK INDIAN OIL PETROL PUMP, NEAR NADI KA PHATAK, NIRMAL VIHAR, JHOTWARA, JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN, PINCODE - 302012

NEAR TIME - 9:00 AM - 9:20 AM

Today when i go to siddhi vinayak indian oil petrol pump which comes in between the way of my college. I tell them to fill the full tank of my activa (repeatedly 2 - 4 times clearly) but some staff over their are fraudsters, i don't know if they are cheat everyone who goes to there petrol pump but i tell them to fill the tank full (2-4 times) but the worker put Rs.50 amount in machine intentionally, I saw him entering that 50rs amount, then just in second i again tell him to full my activa and also said that i don't want rs50 petrol and i want to full the tank and with repeated time i also said that not for 50, its full tank, then I also said and warn that petrol should not stop in between during filling full tank, but when he actually started filling the full tank, meter stops at Rs.50 automatically as predicted then i tell him to take out pipe from my activa and paid 50rs as online for a proof ..you and me all know they are trying to cheat with rs.50 and you can see i already tell them many times clearly for full tank but even then they put wrong details asking me to start again from starting but they are starting for rs.50 itself. so i order to take out pipe from my activa and i paid them 50rs by upi.
The thing you can clearly see is that before filling i told them many times for filling the full tank in clear voice...How machine meter automatically stops at 50rs exact i have machine bill also... it is nearly impossible to stop the petrol meter at exact at Rs.50 by hands when you are filling full tank. so it fully clear that amount was entered intentionally to make a fraud of Rs.50 and looting the customers.
if he fills the petrol correctly and in right way my petrol tank will cost more than 400rs but he tries to make a fraud of 50rs and i understand that types of fraud because that are not first time, so i paid only 50rs and stops him not to fill now and as you clearly see dealer and IOL sale decreased with more than 350rs because of these frauds. i also have blurred photo of that person and photo of petrol pump name and the problem is that 2-3 workers all are supporting each other in this malpractice.
if we keep quite only sufferers are from Us by these fraudster and they also take wrong benefits of faith on petrol pump name and IOCL.

**2nd problem - As i already told that this petrol pump comes in between the way of My college, i saw many times and even i experienced that their is no person appointed for filling air in vehicles from more than past 2-4 months. As per relevant act, it is mandatory for petrol pump to appoint a worker for air filling but their is no person appointed for that from 2-4 months ( i get this knowledge by talk with complaint care of IOL on toll free mobile number available for complaint on site of IOCL)-

For an organization like IOCL its really a disgrace to have dealers employing staff indulging in malpractice. Vigilance officers of the IOC should make surprise checks to book the culprits and take strict action on this complain which i written above and for any more details contact me.

ഞാൻ 27/01/2022 തീയതി രാവിലെ തിരുവനന്തപുരം വിജയ് എന്റർപ്രൈസസ് ഐഒസി പെട്രോൾ പമ്പിൽ നിന്ന് 2 ലിറ്റർ പെട്രോൾ അടിച്ചു. ഞാൻ ഒരു മെഷീനിന്റെ അടുത്ത് നിർത്തുകയും ഇവിടുത്തെ ഒരു ജീവനക്കാരൻ കൈ കൊട്ടി അയാൾ ഇരിക്കുന്ന മെഷീനിന്റെ അടുത്ത് വിളിക്കുകയും അവിടെ നിന്ന പെട്രോൾ അടിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. ഞാൻ കാർഡ് പെയ്മെന്റ് ചെയ്‌തു റീവാർഡ് പോയിന്റ് ചെയ്യാൻ പറഞ്ഞു. എന്നാൽ ഇയാൾ എന്നെ മറ്റൊരു മെഷീനിന്റെ അടുത്ത വിളിക്കുകയും അവിടെ വന്നാലേ പോയിന്റ് ആഡ് ചെയ്തു തരാൻ പറ്റുകയുള്ളു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു മറ്റു കസ്റ്റമേഴ്സിന്റെ മുൻപിൽ വച്ച് ഹരാസ് ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്തു. ഞാൻ ഇ പരാതി അയക്കുന്നത് വരെ എനിയ്ക്ക് റീവാർഡ് പോയിന്റ് മെസ്സേജ് കിട്ടിയിട്ടില്ല. ആയതിനാൽ കസ്റ്റമേഴ്സിന്റെ അടുത്ത് പെരുമാറാൻ അറിയാത്ത ഇയാൾക്കെതിരെ നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

I got my vehicle to the Gaimukh petrol pump, Kasarvadvalli, Thane to fill in petrol. This was my first visit to the petrol pump. I asked the operator to fill up petrol agains Rs 2480. He asked me to check 0 on the screen, post my confirmation he proceeded. However he suddenly stopped at ~483.55 and another operator started to shout at him saying that the customer has asked you to fill petrol worth 2, 480 and not 480.

He snatched away the nozzle and said that now fill it up worth 2000 more. The point to note here was that instead of starting from 0, he started from the same point, that is 483.55 onwards. After filling up for 2000, he said that he was done.

When we argued he said that the meter was at zero when he started the 2nd time. However, we couldn't discuss further as we didn't have proof.

Point to be noted and why I am sure that he cheated is because, if the other operator who was filling up earlier heard us wrong, and set the meter to stop at Rs 480, it wouldn't have gone above 483, it would have ejected at 480 but this thing didn't happen. I am very sure that this looked like a planned event.

I heard stories of people being cheated at petrol pumps, this happened with me for the first time today. I don't want someone else to become a part of this cheating once again so as a vigilant citizen, I think it is my duty to raise such an issue. another coincidence is that it's republic day eve :)

Please do look into this issue. I don't bother about my lost Rs 480, but I worry about this thing happening to someones' hard earned money on every other random day. I hope some one takes an action and my request goes noticed.

I want to cancel a prepaid booking i made by mistake to another account with "lpg id/registered number: [protected]" & lpg booking id :[protected], distributor name : illan 85 gas agency, customer name : kishan lal.
I was booking for lpgid: [protected]([protected]) but instead it got booked for another account. Hence please cancel above booking and refund the amount to original payment method.

On 29.10.2021, i made a payment of rs. 897.50 RS with LPG Id [protected] at 9.56 Am against an indane gas booking through Gpay with ref. No.[protected] After that a message received in my mobile from cylinder booked, but no information we received about cylinder delivery after an hour on same day we have booked another cylinder from the nearest as agency in Cash that was delivered My issue is I have made payment by gpay and...

Upi transaction id[protected], amount paid and deducted for cylinder booked but transaction confirmation not received. Delivery is expected on 24th january i.E. Tomorrow. I need transaction status and payment confirmation before delivery of cylinder.

On 12.01.2022, I had gone to Indian Oil Petrol Pump Shakti Service Station Saharanpur Road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248001, to get a top up of Nitrogen for my Car. Subsequently, I was asked to pay an amount of Rs. 40.00 for the same. Upon, asking and contrary to prevalent practice, I was given to understand that the Nitrogen is chargeable. However, the same was neither displayed near the Nitrogen Pump, nor anywhere in the Petrol Pump. Complaint with SR no.[protected]. From reply Customer Feedback Officer it appears we are really not interested in developing a fair transparent system even the Indian oil officers are hand in gloves with petrol pump owners to promote a unethical system. Reply of Feedback Officer: “However, as checked through CCTV footage, N2 facility was being provided to customers without paying any charges.”

I asked to fill 1100 normal petrol in my car. But he didnot filled 1 Rs petrol and my range is not increased by even 1 km. Worst service by petrol pump. I want my money back

By mistake, I have linked an unknown person lpg id with my registered account. Now I am unable to delink that account from my number. Please help, otherwise I can be punished by police . My registered mobile number in Indian oil website is [protected]

Indian oil commercial LPG gas cylinder supplying vehicles are being parked in our area regularly. It's a residential apartments area and we are feeling very unsafe as full cylinders are parking here and if something goes wrong out lives will be at risk, hence kindly look into thia.
