My name is Anil Kumar. Consumer I'd is 20846. Complaint about is D.S. Gas Service.

We got a cylinder just 15 days before and now cylinder is empty. However at the time of delivery we weighted cylinder and it was okay but now just after 15 days it is empty and out of these 15 days we were out of town for a week.

Also we are now trying to check the cylinder, it is still heavy and we are getting some water presence in the cylinder.

It's completely a scam and we want a strict action on it.

    I have booked a cylinder through this agency on 8th of december and 9th of december i received a message stating that the cylinder is delivered. i am following up with the agency and they are not giving a proper response i went personally to collect the cylinder but still they denied to hand over the cylinder.

        Dear Team,

        I MANGAT RAI BANSAL, R/o #39, Green Avenue near Mittal City Mall, BATHINDA & my works address is KISHORE ELECTRICALS, #3, Dev Samaj Chowk, Dhobi Bazar, BATHINDA use Amrik Singh Road for commuting regularly.
        I always go to your Fuel station M/S GURU KIRPA PETROLIUM, Amrik Singh Road, BATHINDA for filling of Fuel in all my vehicles and I visited again today evening around 8:20pm to my way to home and my scooter was full for Rs 478/- and I gave 8/- change of Rs. 5/-2/-1/- but it was not accepted by your staff at pump and also used foul language by saying this currency is not acceptable so he had charged Rs. 480- against my bill of 478.
        I have visited the Manager JYOTI inside the office for the same and he
        confirmed that currency note below Rs. 10/- is not accepted at our Petrol
        Pump
        So kindly do the needful.

          I have been a prestige member of indane gas agency for years .Being a proactive customer, though I have shifted from ground to first floor of my house on same land of which I am the owner, I thought of getting my address updated to first floor as indane provide door step delivery so I walked up to six mile, Guwahati indane gas agency for the same. To my shock I was asked to pay extra Rs. 20 additional on top of the charges I pay to indane gas agency which already includes delivery charges. Also, people at the agency don't even know how to the behave and talk to a women.If this is how a customer is being treated, I would like close my connection with indane immediately and approach for better agency.

          Therfore I want to raise a complaint against INDANE GAS AGENCY, SIX MILE GUWAHATI ASSAM

            Toilet was extremely dirty. No one can ever use that toilet. Worst ever. It was so bad and still locked. didn't understand why would such dirty toilet needs to be locked. We asked for petrol pump's ID number, they said they don't know it. It was not mentioned anywhere.
            We could not even dare to click the pictures, it was so dirty.

                Dear Sir,

                The arrogance behaviour and attitude is there in Prison Petrol Bunk, The Superintendent Bunk in Vellore, Thorapadi. They employed prisoners as workers and police personnel also there to manage. But both workers and police also show arrogance behaviour to all customers. Please withdraw the contractual from them.
                They are spoiling Indian oil brand and service.

                  I am from Nagpur, hingna road. We have a petrol pump here which always messes with the quality and quantity of petrol. Ye indian oil ka petrol pump jab bhi maine unhe kaha ki mujhe petrol ka test krna hai unhone hamesh kuch bahanas. So finally i decoded to file a complaint against the oil corporation of india.

                      I am a regular customer and consumer of your petrol and LPG Today ion 17 December 2021 one petrol attendant Mr Sunil misbehaved with me verbally further he continued arguing even on intervention by manager Sikh gentleman of the petrol pump
                      I hope the company while understanding the importance of the customer service as well for maintaining the dignity of their customers would take strict action against him under information to me
                      The action becomes important to save future customers from his misbehaviour

                          I fuelled petrol for Rs1800 for my car from Indian Oil - KSM Fuels Gas station, Kochuveli Industrial Area, Veli, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695021 from machine in front of their office but the meter showed that fuel entered was not proper. I checked with the petrol pump owner but he behaved harshly later his employees brought certain mechanics to drain the fuel from my vehicle, but I noticed that almost 15 ltr of petrol was available in the vehicle. The mechanic charged me 700 rs for his work.. Kindly cross check and do needful as they informed me no one in their area can do anything for stealing of petrol as the police force are even in their hands. Kindly cancel there licence and do needful and give a unexpected check for stealing fuels against those criminal minded personnels..

                              Fraud by the petroleum pump regarding not fill up of petrol or wrong bill handover
                              Today, I fill up the petroleum of ₹ 500 I.e 4.4 litres of petrol from Ashish services . after the filling the petrol, they have denied to provide the electronic receipt generated from system and thereafter, when I check my petroleum indicator in my car no MH 46 BA5364, there was no change in it. On raising the issue, they asked to fill more petrol but avoid to check & investigate the matter in concern.
                              Please check issue & investigate the matter & share the report with bus.

                                This is my usual fuelling place. I went for fuel at late night this guy hadn't reset the meter and was standing right in front of it. I didn't look into it as it was raining and I was in distress and being soaked already the last thing on my mind someone will take advantage of that. I trusted with this outlet.

                                As I plot my fuel expenses came to know that something wasn't adding up. This guy had siphoned around 1l of petrol.

                                Have attached screenshots of the "Fuelio" app below which I use to track my fuel expenses in the latest fill-up dated 13/12/2021 you can see my mileage dropped well below the average of 30.99 kmpl.

                                Request you to take action and refund the same.

                                  Then I pay 100rs but they don't accept they asked for new 100rs note
                                  I asked the employee why you don't accept old 100rs note IS THERE ANY GO PASSED MY OLD 100RS NOTE ARE BAN they said in this petrol bunk they don't accept old 100rs note

                                  That time i only have old note only

                                    I have filled my fuel in IOCL near Koyambedu chennai on 27th Nov 2021.
                                    Immediately after filling, vehicle didn’t start. It stopped with a warning symbol of engine. Later vehicle towed to Mahindra service Center and found that fuel had water in it. This costed me 1.35lakhs to replace all the filters and HPpumps. Petrol pump owner has given 1.34 lakhs but the fuel I put he is reluctant to pay back also 2 weeks I have been with out vehicle which has costed me a lot. Also I want this should not get repeated.

                                      Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                                      I requested for a new connection on Monday 6th Dec. And distributor assure us that the connection with gas will be delivered within 3days. Also I got a invoice with Delivered statement via sms. But got nothing of any cylinder. Now distributor is also not picking up my phone call.
                                      It's my urge request that please look into this issue. Please help me out from this problem.
