Since long indian oil web is not working
properly which also hampered services such as booking, other required details like subsidy etc

I have filled fuel - Petrol (speed) for my car on saturday -4.11.2021 approx 11am, I immediately had a problem with my car due to the fuel. This was confirmed by Maruti Suzuki Mechanics - Guindy. I have evidences/samples of the fuel and it was agreed by the employees in the Petrol pump that there is an issue with the Fuel and the services was immediately stopped. I need the severe action against the Agencies and also 10000Rs which i spent directly and indirectly due to this.

Keshavpuram petrol pump members are not resetting their meters and not giving reciept please take strict action if someone is in hurry and applying for more than 200 rupees in bike they start meter with directly 100rupees

I had received a message on my reg mobile number for booking of2nd cylinder.Kindly note that I am out of country& I had not lodged any request for 2nd cylinder.I had tried to contact my LPG dealer at Zirakpur district SAS Nagar Mohali(Punjab)but no body attended my call. Your co had given me cus ID [protected] for future communication.Kindly ensure fraudulent misuse& let me know as to how a request no[protected] stand generated without my written consent

I am indane lpg gas consumer.
Complaint {1} I have booked 3-Dec.-2021 gas cylinder throw Modasa indane distributor (Pin-383315) than I will waiting for Home delivery my booked botel but gas distributor At 07-Dec.-2021 without delivery mentioned Delivered bottle. Now say no to another bottle.
Complaint {2} Before 1 month's I have complaint for payment issues. He want Rs. 1, 000 per bottle and say I don't accept online payment only accepted cash payment.
Than I have check my online generated LPG INDANE GAS CYLINDER BILL there mentioned with Home delivery charges Rs. 925.
Distributors do not do home delivery.
Even then they charge.

Today Morning 7/12/21 2am i had to go Pondicherry town, im a scholar at Pondicherry central university. Near to university Indian oil workers even its a 24 hours pump they denied us to give fuel. Please take necessary action against them.

I hv booked the tkt wd cleartrip in flexi fare and changed the dates bcz I couldn't travel on the date and paid fare difference .and while changing I hv asked customer care agent if I change next time do I hv to pay for Changing fee which was informed I can change any no of time in a year without paying any changing fee .now when I am again Changing it cleartrip is asking me to pay for changing fee apart from fare difference. Pls advise what to do in this case.

I would like to highlight some of the issues I have personally faced in one of your petrol pump.

Address of the refilling center.

Indian Oil petrol pump, Patgaon, Kokrajhar District, Assam.

The issues are as bellow:-
1. No proper wash room. Even they don't allow public to use the wash room.
2. No proper Drinking water facility.
3. No security for the trucks at night.
4. Very unprofessional staff.

Hope these are very serious issues which are to be resolved on urgent basis.

Maari kaala parisu malai I am win the parisu but not received

I'd booked one refill of domestic gas cylinder vide order id[protected] Ref Num[protected] on 16/11/2021 with M/s Kwick Gas Agency, Paschim Vihar through Indane.co.in paying Rs.899.50 as pre-paid payment. But so far I've not received the refill cylinder. M/s Kwick Gas Agency doesn't pick their landline phones i.e[protected] and[protected]. My refill cylinder hasn't been delivered even after a lapse of 19 days. Kindly help me to get my supply of refill gas cylinder or refund of my advance payment to Indane Gas Company (Indian Oil Corporation Limited).

MAWANA INDANE Seva ([protected]) is not give CNC to any customer.

The Authorised Distributor M/s. Commonder Gas Service Rajajipuram Lucknow Uttar Pradesh India has taken my original Paper at the time of issuing of DVC on . From then, they are not returning the said original Paper .

Yesterday i fill petrol at M/S M H KARIGAR PETROL PUMP(Indian oil petrol pump) of rs 200 and gave him rs 500 note but he gaves me back only rs 200 when i ask for remaining cash he told me i have given money or you have filled rs 300 petrol then i went to manager he told I can’t do anything do what can you do then i ask for complaint register and lodged complain then he told me to come tomorrow the cash will tally next day at reading time of dealer.when i went to dealer today he denied me about excess cash and threatened me and said get out of here and told his workers that dont give petrol to me next time.Mr Karigar dealer of petrol pump is shouting at me in bad words in very bad manner and supporting his workers to cheat with consumers by denying about excess cash taken so i request you to take necessary action against dealer who threats his customer and request to give justice to common peoples voice.

My allocated IndianOil share is 7000. An interim Dividend of Rs.5 per share was declared with closure date of 12.11.2021. I was to get Rs.35000/- as interim dividend against 7000 nos. of IndianOil equity shares. However, on 23.11.2021, vide transaction remark "ACH/IOCL/12224729", Rs.31500/- has been credited to my following account. A short payment of 3500/- has been made for which reason not understood. Request you to kindly credit the remaining amount.

I fill petrol for Rs. 720 @ manikam & Co. IOCL DEALAR, KANCHIPURAM - 631502 on 30/11/2021 at 7:33 AM. The machine said the volume of 7.05L filled in my car. But almost 2 L of petrol got teft by that bunk, within 75 km the petrol got dry. And I own a alto car which mileage is 18-19 km.

When I try to reach the same bunk @10.30 they building harsh arguments. They are claiming they are very influence person so i can't do any complaint or action against them.

IOC dealer Balaji filling station is supplying spurious quality diesel abd petrol which is causing vehicle break downs.

This petrol pump refused to accept payment as upi . Each and every pump nowadays accepts upi payment but why only this pump isn't?

Complaint for ujjwala connection . Demand 315 rupees extra money..and I paid . I want clearification by Indian oil as fast as. I did connection from dhirendra gas service satna Madhya Pradesh .. dhirendra gas service want 315 rupees extra for ujjawala connection ...I want clearification as fast as ..if this payment demand is not right then I want fast action by Indian oil

Instead of 210 they have swiped 2100 also they are saying that by mistake it as happened afterwards they r returning cash, my question is that how can they swipe also if customer without knowing that if he as gone what will happen they r miss using of every customers money you want to take strict action against them also if credit card makes charges for swipe means it will be loss for us
