    This is Vijay residing in Bangalore. I booked Indane refill on[protected]. Order no: 902963.I got cash memo ([protected]) SMS on[protected]. Seems one more cash memo ([protected]) generated on[protected]. On April 11th 2015, I got SMS like "your refill booking ref no.902963 stands cancelled" Don't know why gas agency generating multiple cash memo for singe refill delivery and cancelling refill request automatically after few weeks? Its happening almost all the time when I book LPG refill. I raised complaint on Feb 15th 2015 (Feedback Ref:1930961) and April 8th 2015 (Feedback Ref:2047381) at http://webapp.indianoil.co.in/paribhavam. Seems there is no response for this same.         we have booking 31 days me karaya tha abhi 56 days ho gaya but we have not received till date cylinder my gas no k-27039

            I purchased diesel for Rs 2300 at 1.30 pm at the outlet at Saket district Centre in New Delhi. I used my HDFC credit card to make a payment. And was shocked when the attendant came back with the slip without any requirement for punching in the security code. According to the outlet manager this is a regular feature and happens all the time. In my experience, ever since the RBI rule has been implemented for security code for card transactions, this is the first time that this has happened to me with this card. There is scope for major tampering here at the outlet and many unsuspecting customers may be duped. Indian Oil is obviously not following the guidelines set by the government at its outlets and is leaving it to the discretion of its retailers. In any case integrity levels at Indian oil outlets is very low. This only proves that right. Shame on such a large PSU for not managing your customer interface with better integrity.

              Sir, I am consumer of Indane gas.Consumer is 9076. Existing connection is transfered from Air Force station Rajasansi Amritsar to Air Force Station Barrackpore.(West Bengal. North 24 Pgs).During my tenure at ASR same connection was Aadhaar related and connected with SBI A/C no [protected].After transferring the connection from ASR to BKP again gas agency has told me fresh submission of Aadhaar related document and bank A/C no.I have given PNB bank A/C no [protected].Ihave booked my first gas cylender from AF BKP gas agency on 03/02/2015 @741/ till date no subsidy amount has been refunded in my A/c and second cylender booked on 27/02/2015 @641/and subsidy amount refunded RS/ 220.68/-on 02/03/2015 Vide ref no IOC 3000009617528029921145402. TRF from[protected] inSBI bank A/C.Please give me the confirmation when I will get my first subsidy amount and with which bank my gas connection will be linked.Please look into the matter on priority.Also Ihave lodged the complaint in AKOSHA.com vide complain no #2323285 dated 02Apr 2015.

                Dear Sir/Madam, We are unable to book the gas cylinder since long, regarding this we had visited both of the agencies M/s Madhu Gas & M/s Verma Gas. And after so many follow ups and request not yet got any solution. Both of them nobody are able to provide detail regarding this gas connection. How can we book the gas cylinder please confirm. Necessary documents are attached for your reference. Your quick response is highly appreciated.

                  I am CH YESUDAS, in possession of Gas Connection from indane Gas Agency at M/s Gouri Gas Agency. My details are as follows Cons No.61363 and LPG ID[protected] I booked Gas refil gas cylinder on 26 Mar 15 and same has been cancelled due to non submission of Bank Account details. Again I booked my cylinder on 02 Apr 15 and submitted all requisite particulars of my bank and deposited cancelled cheque with my gas agency. Cash memo has been generated vide No.[protected] dated 07 Apr 15. But cylinder has been delivered on 14 Apr 15 with much delay. I spoke to my gas agency for delay and non receipt of Subsidy amount for the above 1st cylinder in this financial year. Agency told me to contact Indane Company. In view of the above, I there fore request you to send my subsidy to bank account under intimation to my phone No. [protected]. My bank particulars are as follows: STATE BANK OF INDIA, A/C NO.[protected], IFSC CODE : SBIN0010623. (10623 INS INDIA, MICR CODE :[protected] DALHOUSIE ROAD NEW DELHI - 110 011.                     Dear Sir, I would like to draw your attention towards bad services of Our Distributor M/s PANTNAGAR GAS SERVICE, PANTNAGAR, DISTT. UDHAM SINGH NAGAR, UTTRAKHAND 263145.. Being a customer of this Gas Agency i have experiencing a very bad experience... Which include gas not being delievered at home even after deleivery charges..we have to run after the deleivery boy for refill.. No Gas is deleivered unless we call and register complaint... Usually it takes 10-20 after booking...some it is very late . Even if we try to call the manager on the given number [protected], he does'nt picks the call. Being asthametic n a widow it is not possible for me to run after the delievery boy... So please look into the matter n ensure a smooth gas deleivery...                           sir, first of all, i contact to JEWAR INDANE GAS SEWA, JEWAR, G.B.NAGAR, UP then he told me for make registration online, then, i registerd online on 29.03.14, at that time my reference no-N[protected]. when i reached after 5 months on 22.08.14, to JEWAR INDANE, office, he told me for 10/- stamp with some other docu. and said your online registration we dont accept, we registerd again from our office. On 05.02.15, ref.no[protected], he again register to me, after that now he is saying new connection we will not offering now, contact after some months.

                            I have a Domestic LPG connection which details are as follows: Name: Manas Kumar Nayak Company name: Indane Consumer id no: 17969 (Double cylinder) Agency: Pallavi Gas Agency I am working in a pharmaceutical company so I have switched to Baddi, Himachal Pradesh for the same. I have transferred my said connection on dated 18/01/2015, my TV No. [protected]. When I visited to Pallavi Gas Agency for transfer at that time their server or internet connection was not working properly so they updated transfer formalities in their system and provide us TV No. only. They said, they will courier the documents after some days to my Baddi address but till date they do not send us. They do not refund my Security money also. I have visited here in Baddi Indane Gas Agency, but without transfer documents they cant help us. I have try to contacting Pallavi Gas Agency regularly but they are not responding.                               Regading Consumer no. cx20463854 at SHAHEED GANESH INDANE, Bigrahapur, near new bypass, patna. LPG Cylinder booked on 3-4-2015 vide ref no. 721848, Cashmemo- [protected] generated on[protected] with massege for delivery shortly but, no delivery till 11.00 am today. On complaint at agency, they abused, threatened and become ready even to assault and in last, they assured to deliver today itself. But again, no delivery made as the agency have indulged in delivery from Truch itself and thus, no home delivery.                                 Hello, My gas reference number : 609089 . Distributor Code 117441 Distributor Name ANANTH GAS AGENCIES Distributor Address INDANE GAS ROADBEHIND HAL HOSPITALHAL OLD TOWNSHIP BANGALORE 560017 I did online booking of gas on March 10th ( I have email acknowledgement) . When I see the status online I see that booking was cancelled on 10th March. I dont know why was it cancelled. If I call to the IVRS number, it says booking is taken...

I have booked Gas on 20Th Mar 2015 and till date no cylender is dropped and Phones either out of order or Engage.and most of the time they do not delever the cylenders at Home atthe areas of MS Palya, Singapura, Vinayaka Nagr we need to go and pick up by paying Extra Rs 50 the Boy .Request you to do the need full.                                       Respected sir/mam, i have book my cylinder 13 march 2015 my connection number is 262 109 in name of my mother shashi kala and i was waiting for its delievery but it was not delivered to me i had call to customer care they told me that i should ask it to my area distributer. My area Distributors name is Malka gas service shadana bareilly I had go there he told me that he has cancelled my old booking due to subsidy reason and booked it in new date 26 march. Today is 13 april but my cylinder has not delievered to me. Is customer a fool? I was calling to customer care ([protected]) from last four day they connects phone line for customer to customer or put my call on hold for long time then call disconnects. My family is suffering. Kindly do needful immidietly. Thanks.
