I am anwar ahmad . my all documents are with this name but on the gas SV paper there is a spelling mistake. On the paper spelling is ANVAR AHEMAD but the correct spelling is ANWAR AHMAD on the bank pass book. Distributor does not accept the pass book because of spelling mistake. So plz help me and guide me in that matter My consumer number is 19101

    Cus no. CX2151702... I booked gas on jan 2015 gas got delivered end of the month i got sms saying that susidy tranfer to a/c no ******* 497. Which was not my account... Again i contact agency they told me to contact IOC. Then i called IOC people they gave ref no.1990017 they rectify the problem within 15 days.but still now i dint get amount for old dues where as again i booked the gas in month of mar 2015 i got the amount but old is still pending. For that i am try to call customer care its says both [protected] &[protected]. So where i have to go?

        On[protected] i've booked gas via sms first time to rhe no [protected] and got replied my consumer no has been registered with ref no. Yestarday when i call IOC no for follow up i got to know that my registration has been cancelled but i dont know the reason. I want to know the reason and when i'll get my next gas. This is urgent.

          Sir i am M Asif residents of Tajganj, Agra just near Tajmahal. i am facing the problem o[censored]nderweight cylinder each time. they are providing 400 grams to 1kg of gas less in cylinder and whenever i call to the agency they simply forced me to take that underweight cylinder. Now tell me what to do.. even they misbehave. Details: consumer no. 157334, Distributer's name: Shatabdi gas service and their code: 153705. and they are providing service in 20 days.

            Dear Sir, Today at the time of gas delivery, the delivery boy refused to show the weight of new delivery cylinder(14.5 kg).And he told that he had no any weight machine.Whereas the indane authority says that the delivery boy should have weight machine with him. After the refusal from delivery boy side, i also didn't received the gas cylinder.Pls resolve the issue as early as possible.                       My registered consumer number is CX8844292, Rukmani Gas Agency, Raipur with land line number[protected]. I have already linked my Aadhar number with the bank and one subsidy has arrived. Now on second refill booking, I am asked to Aadhar link again, this is the message I got in mobile number. I do not understand why this problem. It is now more than a week gas supply has not arrived. Therefore, the problem is at your end. Your Toll free number[protected] seem to have been blocked, this is the reply I get when I try to call the Toll free number. Therefore, I request to kindly look in to the matter. Thank you. Dr P.                           I am Malay Sinha i have transferred from Tripura to Hazaribagh, jharkhand for that reason my domestic gas connection transferred from Tripura to Hazaribagh, Jharkhand . I have submitted all document to Tusher gas agency, hazaribagh, Jharkhand in the 1st week of feb-15.Till now i have not received gas connection from them . After chasing several time i told to agency staff to refund the paper, they are not taking any action. please guide me what can i do, i have only acknowledgement receipt.

Neither am I able to re-apply since the email id is now registered although no password or login details have been provided. There is no response on the customer care number. I need somebody to call/mail me to tell me what is the procedure request modification or redirection to the right distributor.

                                I have applied for new gas connection on 22nd of February'2015. My reference no. is : N[protected] KYC No. is : [protected] Wait List No. is : [protected] On 22.03.2015, I have visited M/s Kasna Indane Gas Service, Alpha-2, Greater Noida. Agency informed me that letter will reach with in seven days. Again I have visited on 4.4.15 & gas agency informed that pl come on Tuesday(7.4.15) with photo id & address proof, when my wife visited the agency, they have given two form and asked to come again with filled copy. I HAVE BOOKED MY CYLINDER ON 09.02.2015 AND IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED ON 11.03.2015 AND THE BOOKING NUMBER WAS 225958.BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CASH MEMO FROM THEM AND WHEN I ASKED FOR IT TO THE DELIVERY MAN HE TOLD ME THAT HE FORGOT TO BRING THE SLIP BUT HE WILL GIVE IT ON THE NEXT DAY . LATER I HAVE CALLED TO THE MAIN DISTRIBUTOR'S MOBILE NO. A LOT OF TIMES BUT EVERYTIME HE TOLD THAT "YOU WILL GET THE CASHMEMO TOMORROW OR DAY AFTER TOMORROW " .                                     Dear Sir, Sub : Transfer of connection due to death of SV Holder LPG ID is 3 [protected] With reference to SRN ( Service Request No.) is 2037041, As per your response quoted, my LPG ID is 3 [protected]. It is to intimate that all relevent documents relate to name change are already submitted to Padmaja Gas Agency, Guwahati, Assam and it is pending till now and not able to connect my connection to PAHAL DBTL scheme.                                       Dear Sir, i have a gas connection vide consumer No. [protected] through Barmer Gas, barmer (Rajasthan). the dealer charges extra 30 rs for delivering to home. on resisting the delivery man misbehaved badly with my wife and used many foul and abusive words. he also threatened that "agey se jab aapko khud lana padega toab pata chalega". kindly take appropriate action against the dealer so that these unfair practices may be curbed. regards, capt debo chakravartty (retd) [protected]

                                        We are one of the consumers of Indane gas cylinder and are registered with Rajender Gas Agency, Ambabri, Jaipur (Rajasthan). Invariably we are finding that the gas cylinder booked by us gets diverted by this gas agency in the black market. We are getting an SMS informing that the refill booked by us has been diverted to our residents but actually it is not so. On asking the concerned gas agency, we are informed that there has been a clerical mistake and thereby the refill could not be delivered to us on. On constant follow ups, somehow, it we get the refill but after a period of more than one month of our booking. This has happened for the last three/four years and as such we need you to get our complaint investigated and take a strict action against this gas agency. We, therefore, are interested to get our registration shifted to Niranjan Gas Agency and who we understand is not indulging in such unfair practice.
