Dear Sir, Sub : Transfer of connection due to death of SV Holder LPG ID is 3 [protected] With reference to SRN ( Service Request No.) is 2037041, As per your response quoted, my LPG ID is 3 [protected]. It is to intimate that all relevent documents relate to name change are already submitted to Padmaja Gas Agency, Guwahati, Assam and it is pending till now and not able to connect my connection to PAHAL DBTL scheme. Also my gas booking is cancelled. Kindly look into it urgently. I need one cylinder urgently. Awaiting for your kind response.

    Dear Sir, i have a gas connection vide consumer No. [protected] through Barmer Gas, barmer (Rajasthan). the dealer charges extra 30 rs for delivering to home. on resisting the delivery man misbehaved badly with my wife and used many foul and abusive words. he also threatened that "agey se jab aapko khud lana padega toab pata chalega". kindly take appropriate action against the dealer so that these unfair practices may be curbed. regards, capt debo chakravartty (retd) [protected]

      We are one of the consumers of Indane gas cylinder and are registered with Rajender Gas Agency, Ambabri, Jaipur (Rajasthan). Invariably we are finding that the gas cylinder booked by us gets diverted by this gas agency in the black market. We are getting an SMS informing that the refill booked by us has been diverted to our residents but actually it is not so. On asking the concerned gas agency, we are informed that there has been a clerical mistake and thereby the refill could not be delivered to us on. On constant follow ups, somehow, it we get the refill but after a period of more than one month of our booking. This has happened for the last three/four years and as such we need you to get our complaint investigated and take a strict action against this gas agency. We, therefore, are interested to get our registration shifted to Niranjan Gas Agency and who we understand is not indulging in such unfair practice.

        Dear Sir, I have submitted my Adhar No.[protected] to Punjab National Bank, Sultanwind Road, Amritsar and to my distributor M/s Seth Gass Service, I/s Sultanwind Road, Amritsar. My Adhar has already been linked to my account as per Bank confirmation. KYC details has also been submitted to Indian Oil/Distributor. Still Indian Oil website showing following status. KYC submitted Not submitted (Whereas the same has been submitted) Adhar Linked to LPG Yes Adhar linked to Bank No ( Whereas the same is already linked as per NPCI and bank ) Bank account linked to LPG No I have lodged complaint Nos 2004223 dt.20.3.2015, 2018614 dt.26.03.2015, 2022160 dated 28.03.2015, 2025695 dated 29.03.2015, 2031183 dated 31.03.2015 and 2044271 dated 07.04.2015 on OIC website. I have made repeated calls to Mr.Ravi, Distributors on his Cell No.[protected] for the timely supply of my refill which the Distributor is not at all supplying. This is not the fault of a genuine Customer. Against my refill booking No.305763 dated 27.03.2015 I have not yet received my subsidised cylinder whereas cash memos against the later bookings has been generated.I am suffering from the last three months and my valuable time go wasted on lodging complaints and phone calls. Please take the matter with IOCL for sending timely supply of my refill and Consumer should not suffer for any kind of errors/faults on the part of IOCL and Distributor.             Sir/Madam, Gas Agency: Kalli Mai Indane Gas Agency (Porsa) Consumer No. 1349, Ref No. is 267740 & Cash Mamo No. is [protected] This Is Anil Pachouri From Porsa I had booked my LPG refill (Subsidized) in last week of March 2015. On inquiring today the agency says that the order is cancelled and no reason was given. I am feeling harassed and suspect a foul play in this. I request you to look into the matter and get my subsidized cylinder of last month delivered at the earliest...
            Dear Sir,

            I had booked cylinder against consumer no is 32837 and booking ref no 720661 dated 27.06.2015., which is cancelled automatically on 14.07.2015.My agency name Modern Gas agency at Badamtala, Bally, Howrah, phone no is[protected].

            So, my question why it is cancelled and what reason. As per my current booking, if i cylinder not received with in 15 days, then i will take legal action.My registered mobile number [protected], i want valid reason as soon as possible.

              I am a Consumer of Indane ( C.No:5446) and I tried to lodge complaint through Toll Free Phone Number[protected] on 3rd & 4th April regarding non-delivery of cylinder Booked on[protected] even though cash memo was generated on[protected]. But in this Toll Free number I was continuously getting a reply as- "Your call cannot be processed ". Even yesterday & today again I tried but same reply I am getting. When this call centre is not useful to the Consumers what alternative phone number IOC has got for urgent lodgement of Complaints ? In IOC Website another short phone Number -155233 is also given for the convenience of the consumers of Indane. But when we call this number it goes to IRDA which deals only with the complaints of Insurance companies and not Domestic Gas Service. Moreover even though [protected] is called Toll FREE number, even when we just dial this number some amount is deducted from our Mobile currency. Then how it is called as TOLL FREE ?                 There is a leakage in my Indane gas cylinder. Light smell is coming from cylinder. Last three days I am trying to register complaint but unable to register. My gas agency is Agro Industrial Commodities Trading Company Pvt .ltd Kirti Nagar, New Delhi. Company is not picking the phone and I had tried several times to Indane gas customer care. No response from customer care. I registered complaint in IVRS in yesterday evening but no one is attending the complaint. I am very disappointed with companies this response. There is a 24 hour helpline number at Agro's slip but this person is saying my contract with company is expired. If any mishappening will held, who is responsible for that. Agro or Indane company.

                  I visited the Pump number 2 on 5th April ~ 5 pm at the above Indian Oil fuel station and requested Rs 500 worth fuel in my Bike but the attendant with an dishonest intent did not set the meter to ZERO and started from the point where he stopped for the previous customer (I guess Rs 200). My Bike gets full tank with 7.4 liter Petrol (Rs 500) but showed 3/4th full and when asked, the attendant was extremely blunt. Such dealers and attendants bring extreme bad name for Indian Oil and action is warranted. I have stopped using IOCL pumps after the incident and if no action is taken I will start spreading this incident to my friends & relatives so that they can also avoid IOCL in general and above dealer specifically. My Invoice number for above transaction is 3227; Rs 500.90; 7.40 ltr; Date 05/04/2015

                          IDNANE consumer No: 5446 with Nutan Enterprise, Mangalore. Refill booked on[protected] Booking No:252889, Cash Memo No:[protected] dtd:[protected]. But refill is not delivered till today[protected]. How can the Cash Memo once generated can be cancelled on the pretext of Year End, even though they had 3 days time in March itslef to deliver the Cylinder ? If booking is cancelled is it not the duty of the IOC to re-book the same on 1st April, or atleast inform the consumer through SMS that their booking is cancelled and same needs to be re-booked on 1st April as per their new Rule ??

                                  I have booked a refill and its been 6 days we are calling the distributor. The person on call sometimes say that he is coming to deliver and sometimes lie that he already came, now he is not picking up the call. Moreover these people don't have a sense of talking, they talk very rudely. Everytime after booking the refill this scenario happens. Please take some action.

                                    My Indane distributor is Shelly Gas Agency, Nettayam Trivandrum. My consumer number is TR 22247. I had booked my refill on[protected] booking.no- 464358, have not got refill yet. Today I checked the status through phone and came to know that the booking until[protected] has been cleared by distributor. The system allowed to book a refill today.Then why was my booking not delivered? I called the agency, they cut the call thrice and 4th time when I said I am recording the call, they are shouting at me. This has occurred before also, and I am not able to reach Indane complaints through toll free number also. Please help, is my booking cancelled? How can that happen? I need refill urgently.

                                      Dear Sir, I am Vinay Kumar Agarwal.I am a consumer of Kashipur Gas Service, Kashipur (Agency code-156524). My consumer Number is 32317. I applied for a DBC gas connection on February 29, 2014 and submitted all required document with my application.But still I did not get the DBC connection.Agency employees and Consumer complaint helpline associates did not give me the satisfactory answer regarding my DBC connection.So please solve my problem as soon as possible.
