To M/s K-2 International Gas Service Kind Attn: Respective Mr.Duggle ji Sub: Complain for Subsidy Not Received (Consumer No.45407) R/Sir I was one gas cylinder Refill booking (Consumer No.45407) on 27.03.2015 at telephonic (Requested to Mr.Sanjay in your Employee) & Cyl Received on 28.03.2015 thro Mr.AmarpAl (Delevery man) than Mr.Amarpal not given Gas Bkng. Slip & I was talked 4 to 5 times Mr.Sanjay & Mr. Nitin, regarding Slip & Subsidy transfer in my A/c. But not respectfully response me.& till date not received Subsidy in my bank a/c. So please tell me why are not transfer subsidy in my bank A/c. & once again it is my humble request to you kindly look this matter please. & Mr.Sanjay knows all is history. Thanks & Regards,

    My consumer no.15251 .I have booked gas cylender on 27/03/2015 vide booking no.560250 and Cash Memo no-[protected] date -31/03/2015 on Iverson inquire on 02/04/2015 at ivrs they informed that cylinder has been delivered, but till today Ie. 03/04/2015. Plz look in to the matter and arrange the supply...

        My self Atul Sharma(+91-[protected]), I have booked gas on dtd 16 march'15, after 5 days received Indane gas sms, my cylinder has deliver at home but actual still we didn't get cylinder. I am trying to talk with customer care from last 10 days but it is always busy & not reachable. I think Indane gas customer care is fake. Then I called to my gas agency but all phone are not in work& all no are also fake. Then I called to deliver person Mr. Sumit(+91-[protected]), He said to me that talk to agency & he can't do that. I am facing same problem in last two month, I didn't get cylinder from last two month but nobody is understanding my problem. I think deliver person Mr. Sumit(+91-[protected]) is giving my cylinder to other person. Please tell me, what's your system to resolve & control this type problem. Please delivery my cylinder asap.           It seems that the number [protected] which is supposed to be customer care number is there to have its own problems solved and not solve the problems of consumers. After long waits when it does connect the so called customer care representatives ask all your data and nature of the problem and then refuse to take the complaint on grounds that there computers are not working i.e the net is slow. This happened to me 3 times on different days. They brazenly and shamelessly say 'aapki puri sahaita kee jayegi' and then they say 'O computer is not working mam. Aap samajhiye..net slow to aapka bhi ho jata hoga'..on all days and on all times the net is slow! One even said that if your DBTL papers have not been forwarded by the distributor we can't help you. And that is exactly what my complaint is about.My consumer number is cx[protected] and distributor is KASNA INDANE GAS SERVICE. We did all the necessary formalities but the distributor has not uploaded the docs and so, even though the cylinder was delivered on 14 th March 2015, the subsidy has not reached the bank account. The fellow did not even give us a receipt and is perhaps trying to make a black deal out of a white one!
          Yes this number is playing truant with my friends also.

            My name is DEEPMALA d/o of Devraj v.p.o dhadiala TANDA hosiarpur. I am customer of indane gas and my agency is urmur TANDA gas service.my consumer num is 25801.agency manager refuse to booking my cylinder and said company deactivate ur connection from last four months.but in February I refill my last cylinder. Actually I came from uk last month after 4 years and I have no Aadhar card, but I attached bank details. I tell him many time to transfer this connection to my mother name but he said indane gas agency has no any rule to change or transfer name of connection.

                My consumer ID is 002985. I booked domestic cooking LPG Cylinder on 18/02/2015. My distribute is Bhattanagar Consumers Coperative, Bhattanagar, Liluah, Howrah, West Bengal. Upto 27/03/2015, computer voice shows that cylinder distributed upto 30/01/2015. But on 02/04/2015 morning, computer voice shows that cylinder delivered upto 22/02/2015. But I didn't get my cylinder yet. Moreover, I personaly know that who booked cylinder on 18/03/2015, get his cylinder on 27/03/2015. Even he books his another cylinder on 02/04/2015 i.e. today. So, I can say delivery on first cum first serve basis is not maintained by this distributor properly.Thus, transperancy is gone to null n void.

                  I had transferred my existing connection to Kolkata from Orissa. I have deposited all the requested document and the desired amount to the nearest Indane gas distributor whose address I have mentioned below. VIKAS DISTRIBUTOR INDANE LPG DISTRIBUTOR Krishnapur, Newtown, Kolkata, 700102 I had deposited the amount on 26/02/2015 and all my document was also verified on the same day. They had promised me to get the cylinder handed over with in next 10 days. But till today I haven’t received the cylinder . Its already more than 33 days past but no response from the distributor. I have called them multiple times but there response is too bad . Can you please escalate this case and do the needful urgently . Thanks Manoranjan

                      I have book my sylinder on 25th of March 2015.and the referrence I'd is R[protected].but still m not receive my gas.i am trying to contact customer care no from last 2 days but it's not responding.i m not satisfy with Indane gas service.its really very bad service.every time every month I m facing gas delivery problem.working tat of gas delivery is 7days but today is 9th day.so please confirm me when I get cylinder otherwise i will go to consumer court for complaint.

                        Dear sir I am LPG gas consumer . I come under with R.S indane service Beur anisabad patna -2 my consumer no-4803934 my Problem is after booking they have not supply the gas . I have only one cylinder presently . I book the gas on 21/03/2015 my booking no is 662198 and challen Generated was 27/032015 but cylinder was not deliver yet at my home . I contect With vender as well as distributor office both of them said that your booking was cancel. You can book new Cylinder after that deliver for new year or new month .so i request you to please look in the matter and take Strong action against such type of agency and solve my problem.

                          i have booked a refill as consumer no.cx10091905 as on 15 march 2015 registered with ref no. 290718.on 26 th march i have received a message that my refill has been delivered against cash memo no. [protected]. but i haven't got the refill till 2nd april. and no one is picking the phone at distributor office. our distributor is desh bhagat gas service islamabad. i don't know what they do? plz. send e my refill. thanks.

                            Kalpana Agencies is Indane distributor for West Bangalore... they supplying Indane gas between 20 to 30 days after booking... that too after some remainder's... they will supply 3-4 days after bill generation... plz look on this ... this time we have booked almost 1 month back (8th Mar) bill generated on 30th Mar after our two visits to their office but still not delivered...

                              My Name is T.Kumudha devi, Consumer No.87693 Ref : LPG ID[protected] I have submitted the application form-2 for the linking of Adhar number with my LPG Consumer number in Jan-14 and subsequently I have linked the same in SBI/Kamarajapuram bank. But though the linking has been done properly by bank, it is not done by Indane. Again I have submitted the Form-2 with all the required copies to Chinthamani Co-Ope super market, Trichy on 30.03.2015. I have linked my Adhar numer via my mobile phone also. Still it is not linked properly. It is highly regretted that there is no proper answer from Chinthamani co-ope mark/Trichy and the reply is very lethargic. I have booked for gas refile in Jan-2015, Consumer No.87693, Booking No.260685 and Case Memo No.[protected]. How long I can wait for a refile cylinder and what is the problem in delivering the cylinder ? Is there any communication being given about the status of delivery ? Where I can have all these details ? I request you to act immediately and arrange for the supply of refile since we are suffering for the last three months. (T.Kumudha devi)

                                  I am taking Gas cylinders from M/s.Anand Gas Agencies, Palarivattam, by linking my Aadhar Card with South Indian Bank. But I have not received the subsidy for the last two times supply of cylinders.I have checked with our Bank and Gas Agency, but both of them are saying that your account is good for receiving the subsidy and they have done their linking correctly. But till date the same has not credited.. Please look into the matter.

                                    Dear sir, I am a customer of sai indane gas agency chaubeypur Varanasi. My consumer no. 15450. I booked gas after generation of cash memo(25.03.2015) but deliveryman(lalu) not deliver to cylinder on till date, when I contact to him he told me you collect cylinder from my house when l told there is no any male person at my home, then he said to me your father come at my home for pick the cylinder but my father is 72yrs old. So you may think it, this is right way of saying, So please i want to your advice in this situation.
                                    Hallo Sir,
                                    I booked LPG for refill on 2nd April but the cylinder did not delivered till now where as the delivery message is found on 24 April and again a booking of LPG cylinder message found on 14 may and its delivery message of cylinder is found on 19th may but till now i got no cylinder in my  home last two month i have no gas in my home i tried to contact distributor but they do not receive phone which is printed in their slip i called the manager and tell him details of the issue 3 days earlier and message him the details of booking message that i found in my mobile but till now i got no refill .
                                    kindly help me to delivery of LPG refill

                                      i am k.sarada, with consumer no, 3187 in anbu gas agencies, arumbakkam, chennai.my lpg id is3/7500/0000/1320/7348.i had booked a cylinder on 14.02.2015, it got automatically cancelled on 19.03.2015, after 35 days and again got booked on 19.3.15.till now, i have not received the cylindr.i have contacted the agency manager a number of times.i am assured of delivery the next day but the next day has never arrived.please take the required action and arrange for delivery of the cylinder at the earliest.i am very much put to a hardship
