I have booked a cylinder on 13/03/2015 on mobile phone with booking no.387151.But till today the distributor did not supply me the cylinder..On 03/04/2015 I was informed on sms about a cash memo [protected] prior to the delivery of cylinder.But till today the cylinder was not been supplied to me.So many customers in this area have similar complaints.My lpg id is.[protected]..Consumer no. is25947.The distributing agency is BARUIPUR GAS SERVICE

    Hi, I want to raise a complaint against for not receiving LPG gas cylinder, which was booked on 23 rd March 2015. I have received a gas delivery message on 31st March 2015 but gas wasn’t delivered that day. I have not received till yet gas against my booking. I have try contact many times to SONDHI GAS Agency’s Manager ([protected]), most of time he did not pick the phone, once I get connected he replied that delivery boy has move out for gas delivery, when I contact to gas delivery boy Mr. Sarvesh ([protected]) he replied that “he is not available on the site, He will deliver the gas on tomorrow”. I have tried many time to contact gas agency but every time they did not pick the phone. Gas Booking No.:-[protected] Cash memo No.:-[protected] 1st April 2015 :-I have raised a complaint in IOCL costumer care center(complaint no[protected]. 2nd April 2015 :- I have received a message from SBI “LPG subsidy of Rs.192.18 credited on my account” Note: Why gas has not delivered and subsidy amount has been credited in my account.       I have booked a cylinder on 18/12/2014 on mobile phone with booking no.409911.But till today the distributor did not supply me the cylinder.I complained this matter online through feedback 2 weeks ago.On 25/03/2015 I was informed on sms about a cash memo [protected] prior to the delivery of cylinder.But till today the cylinder was not been supplied to me.So many customers in this area have similar complaints.My lpg id is.[protected]..Consumer no. is13561.The distributing agency is Thampurati Trivandrum

        I am consumer of Indane at Jhansi, Ram Raja Indane Gas Service. My booking was done through phone . On 21st March 2015 I received SMS stating that my Cash Memo No i [protected], & Booking No is 220127. It was informed that gas will be delivered with in short period. I am sorry to inform you that till today i.e.3rd April 2015 LPG has not been supplied to me. It appears there is some bungling going on. Please enquire the matter and take early action.           No response of my complaint: On 23/03/2015 I asked the operator to fill the tank with Rs. 200/- Operator started filling without asking to see ZERO reading, with continuous previous reading of Rs 40.37. I objected for this action the operator continue upto a reading of 240.15. After my objection and to give the explaination from the operator, one of the other operators caught my collar. For my safety I pushed the person away. Then the operatos beaten me. Immediately I had a contact with FIELD OFFICER Mr. Tarun Saxena on his mobile No. [protected] and asked for help. The Field Officer adviced me to lodge a complaint in the complaint book. I did the same wide complaint Sr. No. 44 dated 23/03/2015 with all details and happenings with me. On 24/03/2015 I got a message on my eMail ID ([protected]@gmail.com) that all the:- "This is a automated RO and all transaction done at any machine automatically get entered in computer and dealer has no control over that. I saw the transaction before your vehicle, it is Rs100/-. When one transaction gets complete, Machine will start from zero only. Hence as per automation you have been fuelled for Rs240.15 for 3.97lts of Petrol and you have been charged for same only". I have the cash memo of Rs 200/- of the same date then the unexpected statement of the Field Officer is totally false and is seems to save the Owner of the Indian Oil Filling Station. I am hurt and with the behaviour and investigation with negative statement of Field Officer. A positive and favourable action is expected from your side. Today status of booking is shown " Cancelled " . It was informed to my dealer who also confirmed me the fact but he expressed inability to say the cause of cancellation .                   Hello, Consumer Number:43560 I booked my gas on March 19th, 2015 but still not delivered. None of the customer care landline numbers are working, Its painful to visit their office direclty everytime for simple query. Executives are providing false information about delivery. Our family members were in Home on April 02nd, 2015 whole day. No one attempted to deliver the gas or no call from delivery person.But it was returned due to "Door lock". When i visited the Agency in person today, male executive who sitting there gave me phone number of delivery guy and asking me to check with him harshly.Very worst and rude behaviour from that male executive.. Is this the way to treat the customer. He is blackmailing me that will cancel my booking, so that it leads for me to wait next 15 to 20 days/ I will file a case legally if the cylinder not delivered to me in a day..

                          To M/s K-2 International Gas Service Kind Attn: Respective Mr.Duggle ji Sub: Complain for Subsidy Not Received (Consumer No.45407) R/Sir I was one gas cylinder Refill booking (Consumer No.45407) on 27.03.2015 at telephonic (Requested to Mr.Sanjay in your Employee) & Cyl Received on 28.03.2015 thro Mr.AmarpAl (Delevery man) than Mr.Amarpal not given Gas Bkng. Slip & I was talked 4 to 5 times Mr.Sanjay & Mr. Nitin, regarding Slip & Subsidy transfer in my A/c. But not respectfully response me.& till date not received Subsidy in my bank a/c. So please tell me why are not transfer subsidy in my bank A/c. & once again it is my humble request to you kindly look this matter please. & Mr.Sanjay knows all is history. Thanks & Regards,

                                My self Atul Sharma(+91-[protected]), I have booked gas on dtd 16 march'15, after 5 days received Indane gas sms, my cylinder has deliver at home but actual still we didn't get cylinder. I am trying to talk with customer care from last 10 days but it is always busy &amp; not reachable. I think Indane gas customer care is fake. Then I called to my gas agency but all phone are not in work&amp;amp; all no are also fake. Then I called to deliver person Mr. Sumit(+91-[protected]), He said to me that talk to agency & he can't do that. I am facing same problem in last two month, I didn't get cylinder from last two month but nobody is understanding my problem. I think deliver person Mr. Sumit(+91-[protected]) is giving my cylinder to other person. Please tell me, what's your system to resolve & control this type problem. Please delivery my cylinder asap.                                   It seems that the number [protected] which is supposed to be customer care number is there to have its own problems solved and not solve the problems of consumers. After long waits when it does connect the so called customer care representatives ask all your data and nature of the problem and then refuse to take the complaint on grounds that there computers are not working i.e the net is slow. This happened to me 3 times on different days. They brazenly and shamelessly say 'aapki puri sahaita kee jayegi' and then they say 'O computer is not working mam. Aap samajhiye..net slow to aapka bhi ho jata hoga'..on all days and on all times the net is slow! One even said that if your DBTL papers have not been forwarded by the distributor we can't help you. And that is exactly what my complaint is about.My consumer number is cx[protected] and distributor is KASNA INDANE GAS SERVICE. We did all the necessary formalities but the distributor has not uploaded the docs and so, even though the cylinder was delivered on 14 th March 2015, the subsidy has not reached the bank account. The fellow did not even give us a receipt and is perhaps trying to make a black deal out of a white one!
                                  Yes this number is playing truant with my friends also.

                                    My name is DEEPMALA d/o of Devraj v.p.o dhadiala TANDA hosiarpur. I am customer of indane gas and my agency is urmur TANDA gas service.my consumer num is 25801.agency manager refuse to booking my cylinder and said company deactivate ur connection from last four months.but in February I refill my last cylinder. Actually I came from uk last month after 4 years and I have no Aadhar card, but I attached bank details. I tell him many time to transfer this connection to my mother name but he said indane gas agency has no any rule to change or transfer name of connection.

                                        My consumer ID is 002985. I booked domestic cooking LPG Cylinder on 18/02/2015. My distribute is Bhattanagar Consumers Coperative, Bhattanagar, Liluah, Howrah, West Bengal. Upto 27/03/2015, computer voice shows that cylinder distributed upto 30/01/2015. But on 02/04/2015 morning, computer voice shows that cylinder delivered upto 22/02/2015. But I didn't get my cylinder yet. Moreover, I personaly know that who booked cylinder on 18/03/2015, get his cylinder on 27/03/2015. Even he books his another cylinder on 02/04/2015 i.e. today. So, I can say delivery on first cum first serve basis is not maintained by this distributor properly.Thus, transperancy is gone to null n void.
