I will do compilation last two months but not take any action for my complaint I was booked gas last two months but not give me gas by distributer last two month I am very suffering without gas my distibuter booked my gas every month but he was not give me my own booking gas he give this gas any other person please do somnting and solve it my contact no is[protected]

    Sir/Madam, Gas Agency: Payal Gas (East Delhi) Consumer No. 19702 I am a Senior Citizen (80+ years). I had booked my LPG refill (Subsidized) in last week of March 2015. On inquiring today the agency says that the order is cancelled and no reason was given. I am feeling harassed and suspect a foul play in this. I request you to look into the matter and get my subsidized cylinder of last month delivered at the earliest.

      I have booked a refill and its been 6 days we are calling the distributor. The person on call sometimes say that he is coming to deliver and sometimes lie that he already came, now he is not picking up the call. Moreover these people don't have a sense of talking, they talk very rudely. Everytime after booking the refill this scenario happens. Please take some action.

        My Indane distributor is Shelly Gas Agency, Nettayam Trivandrum. My consumer number is TR 22247. I had booked my refill on[protected] booking.no- 464358, have not got refill yet. Today I checked the status through phone and came to know that the booking until[protected] has been cleared by distributor. The system allowed to book a refill today.Then why was my booking not delivered? I called the agency, they cut the call thrice and 4th time when I said I am recording the call, they are shouting at me. This has occurred before also, and I am not able to reach Indane complaints through toll free number also. Please help, is my booking cancelled? How can that happen? I need refill urgently.

          Dear Sir, I am Vinay Kumar Agarwal.I am a consumer of Kashipur Gas Service, Kashipur (Agency code-156524). My consumer Number is 32317. I applied for a DBC gas connection on February 29, 2014 and submitted all required document with my application.But still I did not get the DBC connection.Agency employees and Consumer complaint helpline associates did not give me the satisfactory answer regarding my DBC connection.So please solve my problem as soon as possible.

NBX6507 TRANSFERRED FROM IOCL TO ADITI HP GAS ENTERPRISES KAPAN BIBHUTIPUR SAMASTIPUR ON[protected] BUT WHENEVER I GTO TO TAKE MY CONCERNED ANGENCY TURNS ME BACK WITH AFFRONT BEHAVIOUR AND TAKES TIME AFTER TIME. AND UNTIL NOW I HAVE NOT GOT MY RIGHTFUL CYLINDER AND CONSUMER CARD EITHER WHY SUCH TARDY? SHOULD I GO TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION REGARDING THIS MATTER.

Today the service person of the distributor side misbehaved tremendously. He try to convince to take an lick cylinder which may cause any fatal accident. Where should I complain about it, I couldn't find any way.

                On 30.03.2015, a delivery boy from Guhan Gas, my Indane agency came with the gas cylinder that i had booked two months back. When I a, 70 year widow went inside to take the book, he left with the cylinder. Repeated calls were made on 31.03.2015 with no response.My daughter in law went in person on 01.04.2015 with cylinder but assured that it would be delivered.But no delivery took place till date.On 03.03.2015, my son and daughter in law went again to the agency only to be told that the cylinder was given to some one else.It was also stated that my bill is dated 01.04 2015. The sms of cash memo was received on 30.03.2015 at 2.51 pm, the delivery boy came at 12.00 pm but the agency is saying that my bill is dated 01.04.2014 with a revised rate. Then what happened to my cylinder mentioned in cash memo of 30.03.2015. I presume deliberate misappropriation with ulterior motives. No cylinder delivered till date.Kindly take immediate action for delivery of cylinder. Action is also sought against the agency for misappropriation and inhuman treatment. T.                     Today morning while taking petrol from JOAQUIM PETROLEUM IOCL dealer at sion trombay road DEONAR we have noticed some discrepancy at this petrol pump. The petrol pump person was asked to fill the to petrol for rupees 1000 while he was charging the petrol the machine meter jumped from rupees 740 to directly rupees 1000. When we bought this to the notice of the person charging the petrol he reluctantly agreed to fill the balanced petrol. The IOCL people around the vehicle were trying to divert our attention not to see the meter. We are lodging this complaint to take a stringent action against this IOCL dealer so he should not repeat this kind of action against some innocent person taking petrol from IOCL dealers. Your system should be fool proof so the customer is not cheated.

                      My consumer id is cx7758038, there is only 7 cylinder has been used by me during the year 2014-15 but the distributor deny to allot subsidy saying that my quota of 12 cylinder has been completed. In my lpg book only 07 entry were made which were actully availed by me. I tried many to contact at customer care helpline no but there is no response from side...                         Dear sir my near gas agency name-Pitambra gas service Dibiyapur conection no-cx[protected] my booking date[protected] booking no-67/29 but not delivert from till date[protected] its problem continue so please my problem solve fast.
                        Gas Booking for Consumer number 22894(Bharat Gas Agency, Pratap Pura, Agra) is registered with reference number 748816 on date 09/03/2015 but not delevered yet. And agency is also cheating the same on every booking.Please take action.

                          Kolkata 34 A Nirmal Chandra Street Kolkata – 700013 Ph:[protected] Sir, Suddenly my gas connection was deactivated by the Distributor named “Green Indane” at Kaikhali Kolkata -52. But I was not able to book the same. As per the instruction I approached the gas agency, they informed me that I have to request to your IBP House office, the connection will be activated by them only. After visiting your office at Nirmal Chandra Street, PRA Mrs. Banerjee( Madam) told and informed me that you produce your KYC then the gas agency can activate the same. Where I will apply for the reactivation of my gas connection. Further I contacted the gas agency many times but I received the same reply from them. The gas connection has not been activated till date. I am helpless. If you are not helping me, I will go to consumer forum.

                            Hi, I booked gas cylinder on March 18th against consumer number CX11992035 registered with ref no.873086 and cylinder got delivered on March 31. But haven't received log subsidy Amt still. Cash memo [protected]. I already received subsidy amt once for cylinder booked on jan so not sit sure why there is an issue this time. Kindly look into it asap

                                Hi, I want to raise a complaint against for not receiving LPG gas cylinder, which was booked on 23 rd March 2015. I have received a gas delivery message on 31st March 2015 but gas wasn’t delivered that day. I have not received till yet gas against my booking. I have try contact many times to SONDHI GAS Agency’s Manager ([protected]), most of time he did not pick the phone, once I get connected he replied that delivery boy has move out for gas delivery, when I contact to gas delivery boy Mr. Sarvesh ([protected]) he replied that “he is not available on the site, He will deliver the gas on tomorrow”. I have tried many time to contact gas agency but every time they did not pick the phone. Gas Booking No.:-[protected] Cash memo No.:-[protected] 1st April 2015 :-I have raised a complaint in IOCL costumer care center(complaint no[protected]. 2nd April 2015 :- I have received a message from SBI “LPG subsidy of Rs.192.18 credited on my account” Note: Why gas has not delivered and subsidy amount has been credited in my account.                                     I am consumer of Indane at Jhansi, Ram Raja Indane Gas Service. My booking was done through phone . On 21st March 2015 I received SMS stating that my Cash Memo No i [protected], & Booking No is 220127. It was informed that gas will be delivered with in short period. I am sorry to inform you that till today i.e.3rd April 2015 LPG has not been supplied to me. It appears there is some bungling going on. Please enquire the matter and take early action.                                       No response of my complaint: On 23/03/2015 I asked the operator to fill the tank with Rs. 200/- Operator started filling without asking to see ZERO reading, with continuous previous reading of Rs 40.37. I objected for this action the operator continue upto a reading of 240.15. After my objection and to give the explaination from the operator, one of the other operators caught my collar. For my safety I pushed the person away. Then the operatos beaten me. Immediately I had a contact with FIELD OFFICER Mr. Tarun Saxena on his mobile No. [protected] and asked for help. The Field Officer adviced me to lodge a complaint in the complaint book. I did the same wide complaint Sr. No. 44 dated 23/03/2015 with all details and happenings with me. On 24/03/2015 I got a message on my eMail ID ([protected]@gmail.com) that all the:- "This is a automated RO and all transaction done at any machine automatically get entered in computer and dealer has no control over that. I saw the transaction before your vehicle, it is Rs100/-. When one transaction gets complete, Machine will start from zero only. Hence as per automation you have been fuelled for Rs240.15 for 3.97lts of Petrol and you have been charged for same only". I have the cash memo of Rs 200/- of the same date then the unexpected statement of the Field Officer is totally false and is seems to save the Owner of the Indian Oil Filling Station. I am hurt and with the behaviour and investigation with negative statement of Field Officer. A positive and favourable action is expected from your side.
