Hi,
I want to raise a complaint against for not receiving LPG
gas cylinder, which was booked on 23
rd
March 2015. I have received a gas delivery message on 31st
March 2015 but gas wasn’t delivered that day. I have not received till yet gas
against my booking. I have try contact many times to SONDHI GAS Agency’s
Manager ([protected]), most of time he did not pick the phone, once I get
connected he replied that delivery boy has move out for gas delivery, when I
contact to gas delivery boy Mr. Sarvesh
([protected]) he replied that “he is not
available on the site, He will deliver the gas on tomorrow”. I have tried many time to contact gas agency
but every time they did not pick the phone.

Hi, I have booked only two Gas Cylinders in last year. But I have checked it in Online it displayed I have booked -6 times in last year. The GAS Distributor has blacked my 4 Cylinders. Kindly take the Action about it. (I have attached Print screen)
