I am taking Gas cylinders from M/s.Anand Gas Agencies, Palarivattam, by linking my Aadhar Card with South Indian Bank. But I have not received the subsidy for the last two times supply of cylinders.I have checked with our Bank and Gas Agency, but both of them are saying that your account is good for receiving the subsidy and they have done their linking correctly. But till date the same has not credited.. Please look into the matter.

Dear sir, I am a customer of sai indane gas agency chaubeypur Varanasi. My consumer no. 15450. I booked gas after generation of cash memo(25.03.2015) but deliveryman(lalu) not deliver to cylinder on till date, when I contact to him he told me you collect cylinder from my house when l told there is no any male person at my home, then he said to me your father come at my home for pick the cylinder but my father is 72yrs old. So you may think it, this is right way of saying, So please i want to your advice in this situation.

i am k.sarada, with consumer no, 3187 in anbu gas agencies, arumbakkam, chennai.my lpg id is3/7500/0000/1320/7348.i had booked a cylinder on 14.02.2015, it got automatically cancelled on 19.03.2015, after 35 days and again got booked on 19.3.15.till now, i have not received the cylindr.i have contacted the agency manager a number of times.i am assured of delivery the next day but the next day has never arrived.please take the required action and arrange for delivery of the cylinder at the earliest.i am very much put to a hardship

i rina roy is a customer of yours. my consumer no is t2424 under roy dutta distributers, 24 pgs(N), sodpur. i want change my address and my surname as i am married now. i also submited the documents proving that for several times.but they refused to do it.please help me out.

We brought a gas silider from Annani indane gas from tamilnadu coimbatore subject is we purchesed a gas it is in Wight loss we go an compilen to annai company they dont take responce so please take action for it and we want a new gas for it

Dear Sir I have also informed on 26 mar 15 ref no-2016918 regarding booking refill of 07 Feb not received. I have booked on 07 Feb 15 Ref No-513713 but till today I not received.Please help me positively.Your response given below-Reply from our Customer Feedback Officer is :- Your complaint regarding the delay in refill delivery has been taken up with the concerned distributor. Distributor has been advised to deliver refill on First In First Out (FIFO) basis.. Regards Kameshwar

I have booked the cylinder on 28th march but till now there is respond from the supreme gas agency Shahadara. I have gone yesterday to the dealer but he said that the cylinder will dilavered after 15 days He also said that I cannot do anything u can go and complain anywhere u want. Hi, My name is Shyam Ramakrishnan. I applied for new gas connection on 12th Jan 2015 in Ananth Gas Agencies, Behind HAL hospital. They are listed as authorized Indane Service Center. It has been close to 3 Months and still i have not received my gas connection. Every day morning i will be going there and will be getting a response like "we will deliver for you in the next 2 days".. I have paid 3500 (double cylinder). I dont know what to do now. Please help

Dear sir, I maneesh kumar having customer id 8123414, booked a cylinder for delivery to my home address on 08.03.2015. The booking no. is 293829. I have been contacted to the Bijnor Gas agency in this regard to deliver a cylinder, but even till today I cud not get, leading to many problems.

On 18.03.2015 we have received gas cylinder from Ram krishna gas enterprise. After that we connect to oven this cylinder. This cylinder was normal working for 3 hours. After 3 hours gas is empty. I have booked cylinder to M/S Beawar Gas Agency Beawar Rajasthan through consumer ID: 32179 on dated 8/01/2015 after certain time, Cylinder delivered against case memo No:-[protected] & LPG ID :[protected] to given addressed.
