    I got my gas booked on 23rd march through automatic booking system and got message on my mobile on 24th march that the gas cylinder has been deivered against cash memo no.[protected]with 17 digit LPG Id no.[protected]. But it has not been deliverd yet as on today i, e.on 29th march. It is to mention here that I got my aadhaar no. Linked with the indane gas distributor m/s Kuubera Indane, Dapodi, Pune on 20th Jan 2015 alongwith photocopy of my bank account.

      Hello, This mail is regarding a complaint that i am raising for not crediting to me the subsidy amount given by the Government Of India. I had submitted the signed bank proof to my agency since i do not have an Aadhar card. But the amount is getting credited to an ICICI bank account which is not mine. I went and checked with my agency and they told me to check with ICICI bank. When i went and checked with ICICI bank, they wanted to know the complete account details to check. But i dont have the account details since it is not my account. My agency is also saying that they don't know the details. Now its almost 3 months and am only checking with my agency and ICICI bank, but no use. Can you please check and take necessary action as early as possible since i am suffering by paying more amount (750 rupees).         Sir, I have booked gas through online portal and my booking number is 658594 on 23rd March it is showing delivered but till now we have not yet received the gas cylinder. Vendors of Gas Agency Punit Nayan Enterprises are used to of doing black marketing. Please intervene and stop this practices.

          Sir, I had booked for my indane lpg refill cylinder on 26.02.2015 through online portal. The booking number is 902463. My indane lpg consumer is CX1038752 and my indane lpg distributor is Sri Rama Agencies, Ramamurthynagar, Bangalore-560016. Even after one month of booking the refill lpg cylinder is not delivered and the booking status shows "Pending" and "In Process". So kindly arrange for the refill cylinder or cancel the booking and i will book the lpg cylinder again because the existing lpg cylinder is exhausted and we are facing severe hardship as we do not have any other alternate fuel for cooking purpose.             I am an IOC LPG Customer. My customer No is CX1308380 and LPG ID is[protected] and my Agency is Vaishnavi Enterprises, No2, 2nd Main, Surabhi Layout, Yelahanka Old Town, Banglore 560064.I have last issued LPG Cylinder on 01.03.2015 from the above agency. But till now no subsidy of the same cylinder received and booking not accepted . I have already completed all formalities of the Adhar No and Bank A/C No to the Agency and SBI bank also.I approached frequently to the above Gas Agency but, they did not give a satisfactory answer or solution of the booking problem.

              With reference to the above subject I would like to highlight to the concerned authority that the distributor named BHOLENATH INDANE (177218), Address: "At- Sangita Market. Near Co-operative Bank.P.O. Mosabani.Dist. - East Sin ghbhum Jharkhand Mosabani, SINGHBHUM EAST, JHARKHAND" is charging INR 9500 for the double gas cylinder connection which is not justified. I therefore request you to kindly look into the subject matter and take strict action against the wrong doer.

                Respected sir, I Tapas Kumar Kar a consumer of I.O.C.L. my Customer I.D. is 6384LPGID:[protected] & my Distributor is Moon Light Gas Service, Bhadreshwar, Hooghly I deposited my AADHAR to my distributor and to my bank. My bank linked my account with my aadhar accordingly. The bank name is State Bank of India-Bhadreshwar Branch. A/c no:[protected].But after delivery of LPG cylinders on 03-02-15 & 19-03-15, cash memo no: [protected] & [protected] respectively, I found that my subsidy amount has not been credited till 27-03-15, to my Bank Account. So I request you may please look into this matter urgently and credit the subsidised amount to my Bank. My mail ID is [protected]@rediffmail.com

                  Hello Im A Consumer Of "Priya Indane Service" My LPG ID[protected]. My Question Is The Amount Printed On The Invoice Include Delivery Charges? If Yes Why Are They Taking Extra? If There is Any Extra Delivery Charge To Be Paid Why It Is Not Written On The Invoice? I Said This To My Distributor They Are Saying "Why Are You Paying Extra?" When I Refused To Pay The Extra Money The Delivery Boy Is Saying "You Have To Pay Extra Or It Wont Be Delivered". What Should I Do?

                        Refund of money in my bank account.

                        My complain is against the customer no.[protected], order no. [protected]. I have the subsidy connection of indane gas thats why, i had been to pay Rs. 724.50 to bought a cylinder but a t&c is apllied for this connection is that a fixed money is refunded to the regarding bank account .But in my account there is only Rs. 274.50 is returned. So I am requested to resolve my problem fastly as much as possible ....

                        Dear web admn, This is Amar Nath Mishra resident of Mohalla Mirjapur, Post & District Darbhanga bearing Indane gas connection cosumer no.45277 cosumer ID [protected] with the distributor Nanak Enterprise Darbhanga. From 31st Jan 2015 whenever I book a cylinder online through Indian oil App then a msg comes that "booking ref no.is 900058 & booking date of that day" and same booking no.900058 comes when I book next day but this time date of booking changes to recent one. OR, if I book through IVRS using my mobile number [protected] it is not booked instead a msg is heard from the IVRS machine that my cylinder is already booked and the booking ref no.is 900058 and date of booking 30th Dec 1899 (ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY NINE). Ultimately booking is not done. I hv approached distributor also. They hv issued me a cylinder but booking problem persists. Kindly look into the matter. Regards a n mishra

                          My consumer id is 78522.. nd booked for a refill on 11 march 2015 and booking reference no is 323685.. not yet delivered the cylinder .. when enquiring with the agency they are not ready to reply properly and told to me that my booking is not accepted and they did not get any message related to my booking .. agency name is sri vinayak gas agency bangalore. ..

Cash memo generated on dated 19/03/2015 no is [protected]. On date 20/03/2015 I got booking message saying that your cylinder is delivered Sir, but did not get supply till date 27/03/2015 Kindly look in matter and resolve the problem of supply.

                              I was a consumer of domestic indane LPG under distributer ABHIJIT ENTERPRISE. With the above I have a login Id (username: ANIRVANCHATTOPADHYAY). Suddenly, I have been shifted by IOCL to another distributor SODEPUR INDANE. It was done without my consent and even without informing me. Now, I am trying for online registration as a consumer under distributorship of SODEPUR INDANE. It is restricted as the email Id I am furnishing is already within your database as username mentioned above. Moreover, it is not possible for me to enter into the former login Id even after having new password.                                     I had applied for PEHEL registration on 7th Feb 15 and has been registered successfully which i understand from your Indane web site. I have been following-up for the refill supply since 3rd march 15. However due to very poor communication and support from your dealer, I fail to understand even today the reason for why i have not been supplied with the refill cylinder. Everyday a very rude reply is being given to customers and customer approach is totally absent. As we do not find any responsible person in your dealer Maruthi, Indane distributor, Anna Nagar West, Chennai.We request intervention and support from Indane. Last November 2014 I transfer my gas connection from Siang Gas Agency, West- Siang, Arunachal Pradesh to Angam Gas Agency, Ukhrul, Manipur. But the Angam Gas Agency say that my Consumer number show invalid and till now they do not do anything to get my connection. Pl. do fix the problem.
