Dear Sirs,
I want to file a complaint against Tax Invoice No. :[protected] & Booking No. :[protected] both dated 25.10.2021, our gas delivery man was overcharged for delivery of cylinder. The actual price is Rs.926/- but he was forcefully overcharged the amount of Rs.966/- (926+40). It has happened several times. Please take necessary action ASAP....

I have a cng vehicle. I'm regularly using this for commercial purpose. For filling I am daily going to freedom CNG pump at kannur Kerala. First of all the timing is bad it's 7am to night 8pm only. It is usual practice of RAMJAY petrol pump, THIRUVERUMBUR, TRICHY, TN-620013. That they refuse to accept digital payment i.e. through debit card r any other mode... Similarly this petrol pump maximum times or usually keep their free air services shut down...when I and other staff complain regarding this, they tell give us some time.but in a month 25 days it is out of service s..
It is requested to take action against these petrol pump...

Dear Sir/Madam, i want to let you know that i was traveling from Gorakhpur to Lucknow by my car UP53 CS 1888 on 21st October 2021. At one of your Petrol Pump i stopped for using toilet, but it was locked and staff present there told me that it is only for owner. It was a terrible inconvenience. I request to you that please take necessary action so that the toilet available there become operational.

On 19th October 2021 at 8Pm I paid Rs 500 at Bhamara Petrol Pump, CRP square, Bhubaneswar in cash and also didn't collect bill as I was in hurry for the night curfew. My vehicle was low on petrol . The delivery man fed Rs 500 in the system and the system went blank and came to call status for 3 to 4 times. Now a days gas cylinder regulator supply by Indane Agency is very Poor manufactured and working quality is not up to mark resulting risk of Gas leakage and bursting of safety shield of regulator. There is huge risk and there is hardly any response given by Indane Agency and Indian Oil company.This is very serious safety concern of people and property and should be concern people attend the complain immediately....

I have shifted from Ahmedabad to Varansi.i had received my indane gas transfer document in the end of January 2021 but have lost the same.

How can I get my document (duplicate) back??...

Sir am From Erumely, here IOC staff is not filling fuel with right quantity, before finishing the nozzle is removed, if we request the staff to be patient till it gets finish they are shouting in unpolite words and extremely rude behavior to all customers, the price is going up day by day if we not getting enough fuel for what we pay is the company is not taking necessary action, am kindly requesting you to look into the matter and take necessary...

Hello. I booked Indane gas on 14/10/2021 through paytm app and had paid same time rs 903.5 under paytm wallet payment mode successfully. Please note the problem carefully. After that i cancelled the booking and message comes from indane your booking cancelled refund initiated successfully. Note the point. I would like to bring in your knowledge that Bhardwaj filling station bypass road sirhind dist fatehgarh Sahib Punjab not working as per company policy.they have written that free air most of the time staff is not there or air compressor not working.
Toilet are not cleaned.
Construction work going on there are no sign board on filling station nor warning tape a fatal accidents can happened.
