I am writing this complaint to notify you that how your franchises are playing with customers. They don't bothered or care about the customers like us.

I have booked a cylinder refilling request on 31st Oct'21,

Since after I am calling to your franchises Eswar Agency ( ghatkesar branch) minimum twice a day but none of your agency staff is bothering to my request. Everyday they are giving fake commitment. Is this way we are dealing with customer? I believe after this complaint, you should take some stringent action.

Last 10 days we are struggling like anything because of such pathetic service by your franchise Eswar Agency.

I hereby like to inform you that, today (10.11.2021), in the morning a guy came representing himself from the gas cylinder distribution center for gas servicing, but when I asked for proof for the same, he was unable to do so. Moreover, I was not well and I was alone at home hence I requested him to come later, he said to show the last delivery receipt for this compensation. I did so, later on when I was trying to book my gas cylinder, continuously it showed that my gas booking is suspended. When I called the customer care toll free number they checked and said that my gas booking is suspended due to a complaint from the distributor. Besides, I was not provided any sort of notification or any kind of information. My consumer Id is: [protected] LPG ID[protected] and the registered mobile number is- [protected]. It is an earnest request to look after the issue and start my gas booking service immediately.

Today evening i hade gone to indian oil petrol pump to refil. The was no liquid cash with me so i have opt to pat via GPAY they have refused to accept the sum of 50 through gpay .Then what is the meaning of digital india. And the staff in that pumb misbenave to me also.This is a serious issue. I have filled petrol from bharat petroleum pump through gpay for this amount.

I have a gas connection with bee gas service Amritsar, They are not processing my refund. Dealer is not listening to me.

Kindly advise whats needs to be done.

I am from Gwalior, today (8/11/2021) i was taken 5L Petrol from Sarda Auto Fule Pump Bhind Road Gwalior M.P. that vendor is given me 5L Petrol at price 535 ([protected]@107) but the petrol price are reduced by government but he is not reduce the price, so I want to clarify this why the vendor is not reduce the price of petrol.

This is to report a fraud instance in PMS filling station located in Miyapur near alwyn x roads. i saw diesel leaking from the nozzle of fuel gun when employee is filling in the vehicle which is in front of me and when my turn came i got out of my car and asked him why is it leaking and he took me to a conversation and diverted my mind and completed him job in 3-4 seconds. and the answer he gave me is, the leakage will not impact me as it is only for 500.. if we take more diesel or full tank then only it will impact. i didnt get time to argue with that employee as i have guests in my car.

when i search in google about this fuel station, there are many such complaints and i dnt know why any action is not taken.
1. Equipment in the filling station should be repaired or changed.
2. Staff should get a proper lesson that they should fear to cheat people.
3. not resetting the meter to Zero and diverting customer focus.

Hello, I Anumpam raj Form Dasagram, sabang paschim medinipur. Are hereby launched a complain about the bad quality of petorl in my local Service station (Maa gouri Kisan Seva Kendra). I think amount of kerosene is gratert than petorl. As a result it should be damaged in our engine. In my experience bike milage reduced near about half from it's original. We request repeatedly but nothing important. So I request to you please check the petorl quality in this service station and remove local people worried. Thank you.

I ordered indane gas cylinder on 1/11/21, my consumer number- [protected], and received message that your order delivered same day but not received my order till now

Less petrol deliver by the delivery boy and misbehaving . When I askeed the manager he also starting misbehaving . Kindly take necessary action and make my loss recover for less dilivery of petrol .

I am a customer of yours who lives in Thalakulathur, Kozhikode district in Kerala .Today I got a gas cylinder from your agency, showing 908 rupees online but your executive bought it for 955 rupees and did not give the bill receipt and left without hanging the gas. It is hoped that appropriate action will be taken for this.

I was travelling by car from yamunanagar to jind via karnal on 01 November 2021 in morning around 8 am.
I was thinking to check air pressure of tyre and tried many Indian oil filling station on road damla (Yamunanagar), karnal and near asandh .
But all of them denied me to check air pressure and refill air.
You are providing free air at your filling stations, but I think services are only on paper not on ground.
Kindly do needful in the matter, otherwise Indian oil reputation will completely be destroyed.

On 29Oct2021, between 4:30pm-5pm, I reached Sri Raja Kempegowda Fuel Station IOC, at Nehru Nagar, Bangalore-560064. I asked for petrol of Rs 110 in my 2-wheeler. The petrol-guy abruptly stopped doling petrol within 3-4 seconds of having started, because the petrol was splashing out instead of going in. I asked the guy to fill the rest of the petrol, but he informed that Rs110 petrol has already been doled out. Since the time taken was way less than usual time in doling Rs110 petrol and petrol got wasted also, I asked the male manager/owner to compensate me for the loss. But he (the manager), refused, citing that full petrol has been given. In a rude way, he also said that I can get it physically verified. But when I agreed, he was furious. He now started detailing all this to other customers in Kannada language. When I objected, he raised his hand in a gesture to beat me and told me to move out, else "maarenge", by now all his employees were staring me threateningly. The manager removed 1 litre of petrol from my tank. When I again queued in line to get petrol, he refused to give me petrol. When i insisted that he cannot refuse me, he yelled at me and threatened me to move out else face consequence, and bring a bottle next time for petrol, else he won't sell petrol to me. I even told him that am a customer and he can't talk to me like this just because I asked for a physical check of petrol quantity, but he kept threatening me like a goon. It had started raining, and I had to walk to my home with my 2 wheeler, since much more petrol was taken out from my scooter than that doled-in.
This is a clear Gundaraaj (gangsterdom). As a predence to all petrol pump stations, I want you to cancel his license and ask him to give me a written apology. I also want that IOC compensates me for the actual loss that I had to suffer both monetarily and mentally (I suffer from severe hypertension).

Is it mandatory to inspect the domestic Gas connection by the agency official, is so then whether they are sufficiently trained to do so. What is the charges for that.

I had booked through Google pay upi but then cancelled for some reason but I did not get refund...pls help...in india oil app showing refunded money
