On 29Oct2021, between 4:30pm-5pm, I reached Sri Raja Kempegowda Fuel Station IOC, at Nehru Nagar, Bangalore-560064. I asked for petrol of Rs 110 in my 2-wheeler. The petrol-guy abruptly stopped doling petrol within 3-4 seconds of having started, because the petrol was splashing out instead of going in. I asked the guy to fill the rest of the petrol, but he informed that Rs110 petrol has already been doled out. Since the time taken was way less than usual time in doling Rs110 petrol and petrol got wasted also, I asked the male manager/owner to compensate me for the loss. But he (the manager), refused, citing that full petrol has been given. In a rude way, he also said that I can get it physically verified. But when I agreed, he was furious. He now started detailing all this to other customers in Kannada language. When I objected, he raised his hand in a gesture to beat me and told me to move out, else "maarenge", by now all his employees were staring me threateningly. The manager removed 1 litre of petrol from my tank. When I again queued in line to get petrol, he refused to give me petrol. When i insisted that he cannot refuse me, he yelled at me and threatened me to move out else face consequence, and bring a bottle next time for petrol, else he won't sell petrol to me. I even told him that am a customer and he can't talk to me like this just because I asked for a physical check of petrol quantity, but he kept threatening me like a goon. It had started raining, and I had to walk to my home with my 2 wheeler, since much more petrol was taken out from my scooter than that doled-in.
This is a clear Gundaraaj (gangsterdom). As a predence to all petrol pump stations, I want you to cancel his license and ask him to give me a written apology. I also want that IOC compensates me for the actual loss that I had to suffer both monetarily and mentally (I suffer from severe hypertension).

Is it mandatory to inspect the domestic Gas connection by the agency official, is so then whether they are sufficiently trained to do so. What is the charges for that.

I had booked through Google pay upi but then cancelled for some reason but I did not get refund...pls help...in india oil app showing refunded money

I am vijay kumar living in potia gaon, jorhat, assam, 785101. We're not receiving any cylinder from gas agencies. But their workers are selling cylinders in black market to general store and other cylinders shops. Online booking get cancelled after 10 days even after generating invoices. There're old people alone in home who has to catch hold of gas vehicles whenever they pass. Even cylinder delivery person charge Rs. 100 more then invoiced amount. Please have a look.

With due respect it is to say that Harsh nagar, kanpur petrol pump fills 160/- per litre 100 octane petrol without taking consent of the customer.
Pump attendant speaks very fast about the petrol and without taking consent immediately fills the petrol.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

I went to refill my bike fuel.
A man you was saying that he is the manager there a turban guy starting abusing and pushing me is that behaviour IOC is conveying to there customers??
I am a responsible citizen of india and i have my respect if they are the employees who are mis behaving are of IOC so the company is responsible for the things.
I request IOC to kindly take strong steps against the employee or the pump, should inform owner about these things to avoid any further major dispute and strict measure should be taken against that guy who is manager there.

We are having an issue with our regulator. It has become very hard to remove and again fix it in a gas’s cylinder so request you to please change it.

I visited Indian oil petrol pump ( 218632) located near Bandel at Delhi road high way. After oil filling I asked regarding air filling but I was informed that this facility is not working since a month.
Requesting the authority to take a positive step as early as possible.

Dear Sirs,
I want to file a complaint against Tax Invoice No. :[protected] & Booking No. :[protected] both dated 25.10.2021, our gas delivery man was overcharged for delivery of cylinder. The actual price is Rs.926/- but he was forcefully overcharged the amount of Rs.966/- (926+40). It has happened several times. Please take necessary action ASAP....

I have a cng vehicle. I'm regularly using this for commercial purpose. For filling I am daily going to freedom CNG pump at kannur Kerala. First of all the timing is bad it's 7am to night 8pm only. That's main issue. This is one and only CNG pump is there in our town. I have to drive more than 15kms to this pump to refill the vehicle. Second thing is filling problem. It's not working properly. Always has compressor problem. They are not taking any initiative to resolve. Kindly accept this complaint and do the needful as soon as possible. My cylinder has been getting delivered at wrong address multiple times despite myself complaining multiple times personally at the branch no corrective action is taken. Its so disheartening for such a good brand not treating their faithful customers in right manner. Thanking in anticipation and requesting to update my address on paper as per my aadhar card.

I have booked refil cylinder on 21.10.2021 and paid money online. Today I got message saying cylinder is delivered but cylinder is yet to delivered.

It is usual practice of RAMJAY petrol pump, THIRUVERUMBUR, TRICHY, TN-620013. That they refuse to accept digital payment i.e. through debit card r any other mode... Similarly this petrol pump maximum times or usually keep their free air services shut down...when I and other staff complain regarding this, they tell give us some time.but in a month 25 days it is out of service s..
It is requested to take action against these petrol pump and issue guidelines to accept digital payment and to provide 24 hrs free air services..

On Vadodara kevadiya 22km milestone- petrol station outlet toilets for gents & ladies were highly dirty.

Dear Sir/Madam, i want to let you know that i was traveling from Gorakhpur to Lucknow by my car UP53 CS 1888 on 21st October 2021. At one of your Petrol Pump i stopped for using toilet, but it was locked and staff present there told me that it is only for owner. It was a terrible inconvenience. I request to you that please take necessary action so that the toilet available there become operational.

Complain-As I have booked my LPG cylinder in the month of July I haven't used it till now running October, as I am only single person to cook and busy also, yesterday when I checked my cylinder it's empty I don't know these kind of things also happened. May be I thought that seal is loose or one delievery person came to our house today and checked it and pull down the seal without permission and saying that it won't be return hows these possible it's illegal 1000/- rs I have to pay for these. I also attached the invoice receipt with cylinder photo.

Please check and verify with your deep humble and oblige.

On 19th October 2021 at 8Pm I paid Rs 500 at Bhamara Petrol Pump, CRP square, Bhubaneswar in cash and also didn't collect bill as I was in hurry for the night curfew. My vehicle was low on petrol . The delivery man fed Rs 500 in the system and the system went blank and came to call status for 3 to 4 times. Still the delivery man persistently tried inspite of the adjacent out let which was available to him. Finally he has shown me 0 reading and dispensed petrol of Rs 500 as per reading. After that when I was riding to my home 2 kms from there the vehicle was out of petrol. Then I realized that no petrol was dispensed. Hence the complaint. Please investigate. This could be fraud instead of malfunction.
