Hello...I was travelling from Vijayapura to Miraj on 28 August 2021. I couldn't find a single washroom at 5 to 6 petrol pumps on state highway 12. Most of them were out of service. This is such a basic facility which must be provided by all petrol pumps.For me being a woman the trip was so uncomfortable. Shame on IOC !

It is intimate to you, that in our plant(IOC) LPG Plant, IDA Kondapalli-521228.
contract workers jobs selling in IOC plant. IOC employee Boravalli Ramu (emp code 23349) and Musuluri Srinivasa Rao (emo code 23346). They are sold some contract labor posts thier names Manimma 5 lacks, Swami Dasu 5 lacks, venkateswarlu 5 lacks, Eswar 5 lacks, budhra Naik 5.5 lacks, gouri Shanker 9 lacks Laksman 7 lacks yesobhu 8 lacks they are paid money to B Ramu and M Srinivasa Rao.
hug corruption is doing in this plant. please take action and enquiry immediately.

I am from tamilnadu. booked cylinder via my indane app. App is too bugggy and too worse. then made payment using UPI. That payment failed and cylinder got delivered by cash. After that contacted customer care for refund. the IVRS voice is too low cant able to hear clearly. selected tamil language but hindi person speaking then why they have tamil option. if the person speak in tamil means also slang is full of hindi cant able to communicate clearly.

Respected Sir, I Smti GEETA DAS of Banamali Road, Ward No-14, Karimganj, Assam consumer of M/S DAS GAS CONCERN[protected] vide consumer no-CX22528754 booked a refill vide Ref no[protected] on[protected] whereas I got a message from INDANE that my Invoice generated vide no[protected] and already delivered the cylinder at my home same day i.e.[protected] but the cylinder did not deliver till today.
So, I earnestly request you kindly to resolve the matter at your earliest convenience and thus oblige.

I have cheated 9th time every attendant fill petrol with doing zero...

Pump manager is not present on pump
And line wise filling of CNG is not suitable on pump
Filling man on pump is not behaving well with custmors
There are 4 nojels on pump of CNG but they are running only a one nojel so custmors facing problems on pump
Custmors whose are going to hospital near city sirsa who waited for CNG but filling man are not doing there job well and people are going to hospital being late for a serious patient.

I am an Indane Consumer for more than 3 decades ( Scan copy of latest LPG invoice attached ) and I had been receiving the Subsidy on the LPG refill cylinders receiving as per procedure regularly till February 2021 through Direct transfer to my Savings Bank Account No:[protected] with Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Ltd. However, due to closure of my said account,
I have not received the Subsidy amount for the subsequent ordered and received LPG refills. In this regard I had already intimated to IOCL to remit pending Subsidy amounts to my SB account No:[protected] with Canara Bank, Annanagar East, Chennai-600102 branch with which my Aadhar Card[protected]Copy attached) has already been linked.
On 01.07.21, vide my Complaint No:[protected] I had raised my request for release of all pending subsidy amounts for credit of my account with Canara Bank for which I received the reply stating that my Service Request has been closed.
However till date I have not received the pending subsidy amounts into my Canara bank account.
Kindly take up with IOCL and arrange for release all pending subsidy amounts for credit of my account No[protected] with Canara Bank immediately.

AUTO LPG supply gets interrupted 2-3 days every week in AMA Fuels, Muvattupuzha, Kerala for last 2 months. Whenever we call the local sales officer (his number is [protected]), he says some lame excuses. The nearest other AUTO LPG pump is 20 kms away and it is hard for us customers. Please take necessary action at earliest.

My self Kalpana Sahoo, Consumer No- [protected] Booking Ref No[protected] . I was booked a cylinder on 24-Aug through IOCL Mobile Application After Booking I got the option to pay online.so choose UPI Payment mode and paid the billed amount Rs 886/-. The payment was done successfully as per the google pay app even in banking applications also. But in the application says it pending acknowledgment even I was visited my distributor "Veer Sachi Indane" they also said the same thing that payment not received.

Yesterday also I have logged a complaint on this through the same application but still, it is in-process status. what will do in this situation kindly help to get this paid to the concerned distributor so that my invoice bill will be zero or else can return to my account.

We are ruined RO 336692. Vijayawada division, COCO Kondapalli. Last 6 Months. We have improve business 200 liters to 1000 liters for day.
Sales Officer Prabhu Sundher asked money. We denied to give Bribe. Due to this having internal.
He started create Problems for RO Sales.
I spent nearly 30 laks rupees. Still SAP account having Rs.6, 29, 349/-. Still Diesel Tank also having nearly 2500 liters petrol that means Rs.2, 40, 000/-. He stopped sales last 15 days.
whom to take responsibility to loss my money.

I have a gas booking and 3 times online amount paid. 2 times messages transaction failed. 1 time is successful paid. But my bank account debited 3 times. 2 times extra Rs 1772 is not refund me. So please resolved my problem and refund my amount

We are running COCO kondapalli RO. Vijayawada Division Dealer code 336692. Sales officer stopped Sales due to bribe. He is collection money all petrol bunks, his area. I have Video evidence. Voice record evidence.

We are usually used nitrogen air for the tyre instead of normal air, but this pump always tur off or complaint manipulately because I saw the machine repaired day and then very next day they said is not working kindly please do something because now we are petrol filling in Reliance pump because they have perfect nitro air.

After the product launch of xp95 when ever i going to fill fuel xp 95 the sales men are making excuses that the are not having xp95 or the machine is not working. Then what the use of lauching a new product.

My LPG distributor is Aroop Enterprise, Howrah. They are notorious in handling any complaint. Never receive the telephone and the delivery boys are rogue too. I received a faulty LPG cylinder about 2 month back-- they took it for replacement but yet to deliver.

PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.

I did my refill booking on 11.08.21 and after booking on 13.08, 16.08 and 17.08 three days sms come in my mobile with 03 different DAC numbers.I have got the invoice through soft copy.
The price of gas also increased inside this. But even today my gas refill was not delivered & this is not 1st time it is happens every time. while i did booking. The delivery man delayed it pre planned . Every time he demanding extra money for delivery the cylinder. Most of time we give extra money but also several times we denied to give extra money.. Would request to you please solved the problem.

6 day ago I cancelled my LPG booking but refund not received please help I want refund my money please resolve my issue
