:Sir I have been filling petrol at iocl petrol bunk Rajaji road salem 636007 and I have been regular customer.to day morning I wanted to fill petrol for rs 120/ then the female attendant perceptibly to my knowledge pushed the Nozzle and petrol overflowed much to my despair, and the attender had no concern about her recklessness and boldly said to complain manager at 9 pm, Iam a senior citizen and have no faith in petrol station acting on my complaint and this incident of petrol wastage has occurred several times previously.I request to take up my grievance and prevent in future such recklessness not imposed on customers.I would appreciate your response to me against my complaint

I have filled petrol from SRI SARADA ENTERPRISES Bellary road, Bangalore (Indian oil petrol pump). When I wanted to redeem my citibank reward points, they refused saying that CItibank EDM machine is not available and the points cannot be redeemed.
Request you to check on this since the very purpose o[censored]sing the Indianoil citibank card is lost if this facility is not provided in the pump.

Gas agency is collecting extra money for home delivery, if not gives money they behave very rude. They are looting With Each and every houses. If you asked bill for delivery charges they not ready to give the bills.

On 1st August LPG cylinder was delivered. This time it only lasted for 7 days. Generally it lasts for 35 days. But last few months we have seen it lasting time reduced to 25 days. But this month it was 7 days. Our consumption rate is same with only for 2 persons. We suspect the delivery boys might be delivering hal[censored]sed cylinders. We were not checking the weight of the cylinder during delivery

Suddenly the employee told I can't give the petrol i[censored] pay bye online payment because I can't go to office ask the scan amount credited to account I can't do that kind of job .I told him this is ur job u should go ask the office and give the petrol .I told him I don't have money I will pay by online. He not willing to give the product, then I come out my car and got to the office and clear the payment come back to the employee. I told him payment is Okey just fill my tank, then he start to shout this is not my job i[censored] want you got check money receive or not then come to inform me I can't do this .what kind off employee I don't know verry bad behavior. He is shouting in front crowd verry bad experience in my life, please just give to the employee training to how to behave, and his work and responsibilities, I didn't have any information about him I think he is anticaped. Dear Sir / Madam,

I'm from Coimbatore and I'm filling fuel for my vehicles from IndianOil fuel pumps mostly and I found in many fuel pumps (Except Shanthi Social Services fuel pump where they wait till last drop pf fuel is filed to our vehicle tank), every where people are forcing the guel gun trigger to close just before complete fuel is getting dispensed for Quantity / Price.. That is when the meter reads the set value, immediately they are stopping the trigger, this leads the stoppage of 100% fuel dispensing.

There exists +/- 0.1-0.2% error in dispensing system and there is no calibration date display on the pump available for ready view and finally the stoppage of trigger.. So by these above cumulative errors, we are loosing our fuel for the paid price. To give in short, we are not assured of Quantity from the fuel pumps..

I was encountering this issue almost 100% and if I'm trying to inform pump operator / fuel agency, they are not giving proper response and even getting threatening like calls..

This happens to the public and it is our commitment to honor the quantity for the amount paid.

By this, I request you to take a necessary step towards forced stopping of fuel gun trigger in your petrol pumps..

I have the fuel agency names but I'm not revealing it due to my security.

The pump had no indication of whether it is petrol or diesel and the pipe they filled diesel was green but it should be in blue colour .Employee of Indian oil petrol pump situated in velayudhampalayam, karur filled diesel in petrol car and we got stranded in middle of the road late afternoon and it took 3 hours for a tow truck to reach us . We had an emergency and was forced to stay in the city because of this incident, What if it was late night and something went wrong. Please reply ASAP or i will seek legal remedy.

Their staff cheat to us in Filling Fuel Petrol without entering figures. And Use smart tricks with manual. I request to staff for 15 Ltr, but they are not entered figure and use smart tricks to cheat and corrupt.

In our Society Indian oil Nagar, Site-1 & 2, Sec-55, Noida .We have got 198 new PNG connections right now, out of which 124 connections have been started, But from some days your new technician who is present does not give the JMR sheet due to which our Residents has problem in paying the IGL bill.please help us on this topic, I request you to do something on this topic.

Yesterday on 10thagust at about 4.10pm
I went to pump mad ask to fill 1000rupees diesel I was still siting in car and busy in some another work
During this filling boy cut the diesel and said sir hogya
I asked to come with paytm card fortunatlely I came out from car and seen the display where diesel was display only for 940rupees
I also complaint to manager
Please look into
However I given 940 as I seen that
But I cud not come out from car
Iam sure that would have paid 1000
It's not a fair trade

Let you know
That may be smart cheating and same cuold have done with so many people
Who cuould not seen like me
It's against the rsputation as well as against the principal of bussiness

You should take action against them and
If possible you should award my awareness, time devotion and mental stresss

Yesterday[protected] I went to nearby Indian oil petrol pump to fill petrol.
My issue is that this petrol pum called milan( place: anchalumoodu, state:kerala, dist: kollam) is not accepting rs50 through card payment. Pls help regarding this whether we need to pay rs100 while filling petrol and when payment is done through our debit card.
Please help regarding this.

I HAVE BOUGHT OF WORTH RS 200, I WAS IN HURRY, SO AFTER JUST 10 MINUTES I REALIZED LESS PETROL HAS BEEN GIVEN BY PETROL PUMP SO RETURNED BACK TO PUMP AND QUERY RAISED TO MR ALAM(MANAGER), HE GAVE ME 101 RS MORE PETROL AND REQUESTED TO NOT TO ACT OR SAY ANYONE REGARDING THIS INCIDENT.

AND SORRY TO SAY YOU THAT ITS THIRD TIME HAPPENING WITH ME, AND EVERY TIME HE DID THE SAME REQUEST AND ON THE HUMAN GROUND I SAID OK, but i realized that if its happening with me then it may be happening with others customers also and on the social ground i demand to resolve this issue ASAP otherwise i write to PMO and take proper action against this Dealer.

This is Pinak from Kolkata. I recently visited to Asansol. On 5th August, I have visit to the IOCL petrol pump name "Asansol Energy Fuel Station" beside NH2. My car's petrol capacity is 32 liters and almost 8 liters of petrol was in car tank when I went to refuel. But when I requested them to fill till autocut, they have filled almost 31 liters of petrol, which is totally not feasible. When I have requested them with the same, they behaved very rudely and denied the things and tell me raise a complaint in IOCL. I am surprised how they fill 7 liters extra petrol in my car and charged 800 bucks extra. Everytime I use IOCL petrol pumps for refueling but never faced such issues. I booked an Indane Gas LPG cylinder on 19th May 2021for Rs 835/- . My LPG ID [protected]. The cylinder got delivered on 20th May 2021. I was unwell and the gas was received my my maid. When I went to install the cylinder on 9th August 2021, I found that the cylinder was sealed but empty. When I went and complained to the distributor forum, they ignored my request and asked me to apply for a new cylinder, didn't even consider to listen to my request for refund.

Vailankanni petrol pump at gudi paroda goa is putting speed petrol purposely . And if asked they say i[censored] want u'll put or else leave. For some customers they put normal petro and for some speed. When asked about the same all the attendant comes to fight. This we have noticed many times...

I am writing this complaint after getting a bad experience from a staff of petrol pump [COCO PARUR KAVALA JAIHIND ADHOC] on 7th AUGUST 2021 at 9:30 pm . I have requested to fill the fuel using the card payment facility or any other cashless payment facility ( Google Pay, Phonepe, or any other) .They denied cashless payment . As a regular customer this was not my first experience facing the same issue (unavailability of cashless payments ) from the same IOCL Pump . As its being several times the same issue, this time I inquired about the same . But the staffs argued and a staff named VISHNU provoked and misbehaved in a very substandard way by using some local cultureless malayalam language ( MYRU… etc ) and he tried to assault me when i asked about his behavior towards a customer .When I tried to report this to manager, his contact details which was provided by the staffs was not reachable or switched off.
Since it was such an unpleasant experience I have never faced from any of the other pumps. I request you to find a remedy and take some stringent measures to improve the services and will never disappoint your customers.

On 31/7/21 i got tank TOP UP of our innova no DL10CN 6029 paid rs 1903 via credit card. i trust that the pumps tank had water and which came in the car's diesel tank. on reaching delhi when fuel level became low warning of water in fuel started coming. the vehicle was taken to toyota dealer and diesel was taken out and wasted, diesel filter changed diesel tank cleaned.
