Can i replace my regulator in online are offline what is the charge to be levied to replace new regulator what is the process

Today I fill up fuels in my two wheeler in iocl pump. 1.shakti fuels, Bowakalan shakti chowk dhanbad, 4ltrs price 386.48(96.62/ltr)
2.maa kamakhya fuels Aamtal raniroad dhanbad, 2ltrs price 193.76(96.88/Ltr)
So how it possible in same district price will vary. So please give feedback of this matter. Both matter are dhanbad district. Thanks

मै भूपेंद्र भूषण मकान नंबर 393 गली माता वाली तेलीवाड़ा दिल्ली 6 का निवासी हूं मेरे गैस कि उपभोक्ता संख्या नंबर 23649 एसोसियेट ट्रेडिंग कंपनी (अल.पी.जी -[protected]) प्रताप नगर (अंधा मुघल) दिल्ली 7 से सिलेंडर प्राप्त करता हूं मैंने मोदी सरकार के उज्वला युजना शुरू होने पर अपने सब्सिडी त्याग दी थी गैस सब्सिडी सिलेंडरों मै महीने की सिलेंडर संख्या निर्धारित नहीं की गई है मै एक आर.टी. आई. कार्यकर्ता हूं जो कि क्षेत्र के सामाजिक कल्याण मै संलिप्त हूं जिसके कारण मेरे कार्यालय मै लोगो की अवा जही लगी रहती है जब मैंने एजेंसी से 2 से अधिक सिलेंडरों कि आपूर्ति मांगी तो उन्होंने आपूर्ति देने से मना कर दिया मैंने उनको हवाला दिया के मेरा कनेक्शन गैस सब्सिडी का है जिससे उजवला योजना चल रहे है इसके लिए मुझे भारत सरकार से प्रशस्ति पत्र मिला परन्तु मुझे एक आर.टी.आईं. कार्यकर्ता का हवाला देना पड़ा उसमें 2 बड़े राजनेता ओवैसी जो कि राजनीति दल ए.आईं.आम.आईं.अम. के अध्यश है तथा पूर्व उप राषट्रपति हामिद अंसारी जो कि गैस सब्सिडी के 400 से 500 सिलेंडर लेते है जब मैंने इनका उदहारण देते हुए 8 से 10 सिलेंडर मागे तो उन्होंने देने मै अस्मार्था जताई तथा इंडियन ऑयल के बड़े अधिकारियों ने मेरे यहां ओचक निरिषण किया कहीं मै सिलेंडरों का उपयोग व्यासायिक कारणों से तो नहीं कर रहा सूचना के अधिकार के माध्यम से मेरी सिलेंडर संख्या निर्धारित की जाए यदि देने मै असमर्थ है तो दोनों राजनेताओं की सप्लाई बंद की जाए मोबाइल नंबर [protected]

I had made a payment from my HDFC BANK credit card to INDIANOIL ONE mobile app for cylinder fees, my amount has been deducted from my account but I didn’t received any confirmation from the INDIANOIL. Plz help me.

Employee of the petrol pump are missbeha, they don't have washroom, free air, water purifier

I have filled petrol of 110 rupees from Indian oil petrol pump ranip..which only last for 12 km...they have cheated me by giving less petrol

We are unabale to enter into the xsparsh app for pc
So we facing much problems we request you to solve our problem and set our new password so we can oparate the same.
For examplewhen we open the app they ask user id and password then the app open then after enter to the app ask us to enter the pin andwe have no pin no. So we have to resate the pin so pls help us to resate the pin.

i had booked cylinder with ref no.[protected]. And enquired delivery details with the distributor. They told me that the cylinder will be issued on24th july 2021. And i was waiting in front of my house with the empty cylinder suffering the heavy rain. I called the distributor and driver. They told that within half an hour the vehicle with cylinder will reach me.By 3 pm the vehicle passed before me. Then i called the driver. His phone was switched off. Then i called the distributor. Heared the phone ringing but nobody attended.
In my house we are only two members. I am 70 yrs (a cancer patient) my wife is 67 yrs. We are helpless in cooking without gas. Next delivery date is 28th july 2021. What we poor people will do if these fellows perform likewise?
so i humbly request you to take immediate action in this incident and give instructions to the distributor to deal old people with kindness and mercy.
I had such experience from these fellows previously also.

Wish to bring to your notice that though I am loyal to IOCL for quite so many years, the experience of going to IOCL bunks is not very conducive.

The main reason there are so many dispensers is to provide fast and efficient service, which is not the case in most bunks (they ask us to move the car before bill is settled even though there are other dispensers available), and most of them refuse to add xtrapoints saying network issues or some other reason. It looks like we are a begging bowl in front of them, as we are sarcastically brushed by reasoning which should not be the case.

They are also bold enough to say if needed we can complain, which indicates customers are taken for a ride nor respected.

I have enclosed one fuel bill for Diesel filled on my trip from Chennai to Coimbatore dt 17-Jul-2021, wherein the bunk refused adding points and was rude in their behaviour.(Please find enclosed copy of Bill)

My experience indicates why the hell I need to stick to IOCL to get these petty points when customer service is so low or without commitment.

This issue is related to a IOCL bunk (Kavitha Agencies), GST Road, Urapakkam, Chennai. Txn No:[protected], Invoice No: 376857 Amount Paid for Diesel Rs 2331.58

Also I had to return due to non availability of service early morning dt[protected] in three IOCL bunks, from chennai city (Alwarpet to Urapakkam) saying rates not revised, no pressure in pump etc. What is all this is not understandable.

Dear Sir,

As we are LPG customer we cannot able to fill GAS from the below addressed fuel filing station

Khan Petroleum
Wadakancherry Road, Vazhakode, Mullurkara,
Kayappanichi, Kozhikode, Kerala - 673505

Near to this fuel station there are many customer who are not able to fill LPG from this station for a long time, they are telling their machine is not working.
So, kindly take sutable action to solve this problem

I have honour to inform you that There is a Indian oil fuel pump in our place .The name of this fuel pump is - ALPA GANGA SERVICE. which is located in Town-sarthebari Dist-Barpeta state-Assam pin-781307.In this fuel station they are regularly mixing of K.Oil in Petrol and disel, sometimes garbage also come in their petrol and diesel.I have a question to Indian oil official why this fuel pump not sale extra premium? what is mystery behind it? i think there is a defect in their petrol and diesel tank.people said that they never purified their petrol and diesel tank. where as the costumer are paying the actual amount and geting low grade of fuel from this filling station, We request the concern department to inspect the filling station with regular interval of time and randomly.

This is second occurance I have experienced about gas cylinder found filled with water. The present cylinder is having half of the weight and not having gas pressure. When another fully filled gas cylinder is connected to the gas stove, it works perfectly.
Therefore, a note may be taken to attend and examine the gas cylinder to ascertain it. My consumer number is 17927 being controlled by Bindlesh Gas Services, Chandigarh.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that I have a gas connection with consumer id- CX1460644, Name- Nitu Kumari. I had booked cylinder under tatkal/preferred time delivery on dated 22nd July for delivery at 23rd July 21; 08:00 to 11:00 and for the same service I paid rs. 25/- extra. But now till 7 PM delivery is still not done.

I spoken to gas agency as well as delivery person but no support and as per delivery...

Sir/Madam, today at 8:00am, I went to one of your petrol pump on Bahraich- Lucknow road, Bahraich, UP- 271801, to get some petrol but i noticed something unusual there.
First of all, i don't know why, but he completed the whole process of petrol filling in two attempts. I demanded petrol of price 1, 500 but he first sets the pump at 496₹ then for 1, 004₹ and when asked he just blabbered something.
Second thing i noticed that he was not locking the pump handle but dripping the petrol, even after telling him to just lock the flow.
This is not the first time I'm dissatisfied from your service. Please take some action regarding this. Thank you.

Indane Gas delivery is getting cancelled by Costal gas agency quoting wrong reason . This is happening multiple times. Complaint was raised for the same issue earlier.

The gas was ordered on 19July 21 with indane Gas Order[protected] . Also received a message invoice generated on same day and delivery in 3 days. But on 21 July 21 received a message that order has been cancelled due to Returned Thrice. We were available at home and no delivery attempts were made.
Don't know where this cylinder has gone. There is no tracking available.
Now we have to book and wait again.

Please take appropriate action against cancelling gas quoting wrong reason.

This is Mrutyunjaya Bhure, I had filled Diesel in My BREEZA Car(TS08GM8111), on 10 July 2021 at M G Holkunde Filling Station Basavakalyan.
They had filled Diesel my car with water mixing, so the car had breakdown.
Car has repaired at Shiva motors Garage Bidar with a 33000/- cost
So provide me the garage cost from fuel pump.

I placed an order for Indane gas accidentally and paid 872/- online for it. Afterwards I cancelled the booking but after successful cancellation, I am not receiving my refund and when I tried to contact the support team, response is vague and nobody could track the progress of refund. Although it is showing refunded in my Indane gas app but I didn't receive the amount....

On 21/07/2021, at about 1015hrs my two vehicles with families for disel, There my I went to toilet for use of my family and seen that both the toilet locked. when I requested for toilet to open at office counter. but they misbehaved with arrogant behavious. Then I asked for complaint and feedback register they also refused and threatened. After that I complained to Dilip sahu who is looking after there, he also tolde me not to teach me. Further I Complained to SO of concerned area on phone, also turned the deaf ear. I faced lot of problems with my families with handicapped and old woman.

Booked on line a cylinder on July 17 and got following confirmation by sms:
“ Order for Cons no 28268 is registered — ref no[protected]. — expected delivery 1 day. —-“

SMS received on July 18: “ invoice generated for Rs 861. Share DAC 9396 on delivery.—-“

However sms received on July 20 when we were expecting delivery: “ —-your order no 2-[protected] has been cancelled due to Returned Thrice. iNDANE “.

Our house is within 150 yards of the agency and we are always at home. We are puzzled.

Kindly investigate and resolve. Why my booking cancelled with totally inaccurate comments from INDANE?
