Delay in delevery of refill gas cylinder (Consumer No 18636)

I booked refill of LPG cylinder under reference no 468627 on dated 11/4/2014. I got message today 16/4/2014 morning at 9.47 AM that cash memo no [protected] is generated and refill cylinder will be supplied shortly. I do not understand, what is the purpose of generating memo if they are not delivery the refill same day. Once memo is generated they must deliver refill immediately. There is no use of generating memo and delivering after 2 days....

i have problem to receive my gas cylinder on time at home.deliveryman misbehaviour is also a big issue.deliveryman has no salter scale for weight the cylinder.

My re-fill Cylinder booking not yet delivered after 18 days of booking. My second cylinder is almost empty.
No response from the KSFC agency on phone on repeated calls many times.
