Respected Sir, I write few lines for your kind consideration and favourable action please. I am a Indane consumer last two years my consumer No- 55469 which was recently transfer on same state & new consumer number given by Indace Agency is CX8760205 which is not uploaded in Indane Website. Sir, I booked my gas cylinder on 07 May 14 IOCL NO- 386796 after that i visited many times to this gas agency which was situated in A-1/B-20, DD Mkt A Block, Janakpuri, New Delhi. After past 23 days i have not received this cylinder & i am also still waiting which is very poor service of Indane Gas Agency in west delhi.     This letter is to bring to your kind notice the inadequte supply of petrol at ladkat petroleum co. (Plot no-36, somwar peth, ladkat petroleum co, pune-411011petrol pumps petroleum products)
    . Emploees working at petrol pump supply insufficent petrol than amount paid by them by decieving consumers, when a consumer try to protect hhis intereast and question them the employee at the fueling pumps misbeaheave and also tend to use pfofanity to women. I have been the witnees of the same. On the eveing of 28 may7 2014 i found the employees suppling less petrol than i had paid, but when i questioned them the tend to misbeheave with me. Thery try ro decieve consumer by hiding the numbers(Showing price and quantity) of fuling meter at fueling machine in petrol pumps.They confuse consumer by diverting his attention and delivering less petrol than quoted. Then has been a frequnt conduct and consumers are exploiled. The owner and management of the pump have conmplete knowkedge of it and the encourage such conduct. I would like the concerned autority to take punitive action againt the petol pume

      Myself is getting lpg cylinder from manjot gas service, vijay nagar amritsar who often supplies the cylinder with inordinary delay.First of all he books the cylinder after 21 days, even after 21 days he supplies the cylinder after 10 to 15 days so we are getting the same after 30 to 35 days and next booking starts after delivery of the same at home.


      So please look into the matter at the earliest

        I have registered for a new gas connection at Sabha gas agency, cart track road, guindy. The agency forced us to get gas stove from them. But we have one already, which was purchased some months ago. So we returned the gas stove gave by them. They made a refund for us stating that new connection will be provided only after they verify at our house. A man came and inspected. We were using the cylinder of my mother in law at that time. Later the agency refused to give us the new gas connection as we were using a cylinder already. Even after I told him that the cylinder is not mine he said "as there is a cylinder already in use, we will not provide any other connection". The manager's response was very bad. We asked for a written statement on this, but he refused to give it. He could have checked if the name has been enrolled already. Kindly help me on this.

          I, Smt. Sanchayita Roy . have received a new Gas connection from INDANE distributor GAS AND NOVELITIES, Code-140411 ( Address-49/A, GHOSAL PARA, NAVGRAM, DIST-HOOGHLY, PIN-712201 WEST BENGAL ) on 10/05/2014 ( Consumer No.[protected][CX8965507] ) after depositing Rs.3050/-.I regret very much to say that inspite of depositing security money, another a Home Pack (Sulekha) of worth Rs.250/- has forcibly given me as a package kit.Actually I have no need this pack . If it is mandatory to accept this pack then why the amount of Rs.250 has not been mentioned in the Subscription voucher? I know that the consumer shall take on loan from the corporation only cylinder and pressure regulator after depositing requisite amount prescribed by IOC.The forcibly sale of this pack is against my legitimate right. If the Distributor did not follow the IOC (INDANE) rule then action should be taken against the Distributor . I am eagerly awaiting for a suitable reply.

            I am a resident of Shalimar Bagh AD block, i was cheated twice with the same practice, and i caught the staff the third time, when i noticed the same mod us opera die . I would usually ask to fil for 100 Rs of petrol to the filling staff and he would only fill it for 70 Rs and when i questioned he would say okay, i would fill it for 30 Rs more, this time he would only show Rs.30 in the meter and would actually not fill it . On the third instance i caught him and complained to there manager Mr/. Rajveer Yadav, he told me that you should be alert and this boys do such practices for quick money, and instructed the filling staff to refill for the balanced amount . I told him this is not the correct and professional practice and should have taken a strict action against the employee to stop such practices. i would like to file a complaint against the Manager and the employee of the filling station, so that such incidents are not repeated.               sushama gas service jaipur supplied gas cylinder on 12.02.2014 vide cash voucher no.[protected] dt.11.02.2014 for rs 1095/- against my consumer no T5439 Ram kishore ajmera. subsidy for the same cylinder not yet credited to my account . personally visited to agency but not satisfactory replay recived from them . please look into the matter and credit the subsidy amount immediately in my account.                 Hi Friends, Myself Anuj Rathi. I belongs to Muzaffarnagar, UP. Before 2 years, my father applied for new Indane Gas connection & they paid Rs. 4000/- to indane gas distributor. They got a gas cylinder & gas connection papers only. I didn't take gas stove & regulator. But in the papers, they mentioned the 2 cylinders with a regulator & they said that you will get your second cylinder after one year. Here I just want to say that my father is very kind & very simple person & they believed what distributor said. Now, when I went to gas agency to claim our second cylinder, they replied that we already gave you your second cylinder. If you want another cylinder, you should submit Rs 2200/- again. When I checked the cylinder price at Indane site, it only Rs 1450/-. Right now, distributor is charging Rs. 7500/- for a new connection. Please suggest me what should I do? Thanks, Anuj Rathi

                  I am an Indane Gas Customer . I have recently shifted my residence from Nirmala 4B, Flat no.11, Green Row, RabindraNagar, P.O.- Laskarpur, Kolkata-700153 to Shristi Abasan, 61 Udyan Pally, Sripur, Boral, Kolkata -700154. My new address falls under P L Gas Service, Lake Pally, Boral, Kol-154.Today (23/05/14) I visited P L Gas Service along with TTV/TSV no.[protected] dtd 22/05/14 and my KYC documents like PAN, Driving Licence, West Bengal state electricity card, Govt of India departmental photo ID card, possession letter of my builder of my new residence, sale deed of my new residence as advised by the customer care executive of Indane Gas for submission in connection of transfer of my LPG connection. But all my efforts end in smoke as the official of P L Gas Service refused to accept my transfer application without my ration card .When I tried to convince him that I already came to know from the customer care executive of Indane Gas that the submission of ration card is not mandatory then he asked to submit a letter from the customer care executive of Indane Gas to that effect. Otherwise I have to submit court affidavit. What is the remedy –begging? Begging before the court of law or elsewhere? A sharp reply is eagerlyawaited.

                    I have taken petrol today in morning at indian oil petrol pump at hunshamaranahalli, sh-7. I have totoltold him to fueled for 200 rupees!! But they cheated, metre showed its 200 but there is no petrol!! I was in.hurry so went from there but when I went 7 km ahead fuel indicator iindicates warning...ythen I again went to yelahanka petrol pump and this time fuel indicator indicates easily!! I went der again but they are not hearing! Please take action regarding this.

                      Agency Name: Deera Gas Services Agency code: 117513. Place : Perambra, Kozhikode district, Kerala State. This agency is not delivering the gas cylinders to my house properly. Today they have droped the filled cylinder on the middle of the road near by my house instead of delivering it to my house after accepting the cash.My old aged mother could not picked it to my house. She has to seek the help of other people to take the cylider to my house.I request you take steps deliver the gas cylinder to my house in future. my name : Suresh p customer no 18033 my mob. no.                             Respected Sir/ Madam, Myself Satish Kumar, i want to tell you that i had only one cylinder and gas stove without blue book because i purchased them from market not gas agency. I had to faced many problems to fill up my cylinder because i had not blue book. Then i went in M/s Jeet Gas Agency which is situated in Indri city and Karnal district (Haryana) for applying blue book and they demanded to me Rs.1500 only for blue book. I didn't know the actual price of that book and i paid Rs.1500 for that. But, in present some body told me that its cost is only Rs.35. As i told you that i had one cylinder only which i purchased from market. But now a days i went in gas agency for applying second cylinder and they told me that they can not give any cylinder because in your blue book two cylinders are already booked. I requested them to give me only one cylinder because i need two cylinders but they didn't give me. So Respected Sir/Madam, i want to make a complaint against them for charging extra charges Rs.1465 for blue book. I will be in wait for your prompt action taking against my complaint.                               Hi All, I am Pragalathan. I have requested for a new gas connection in Chennai at Ranie Enterprises in Madipakkam and they informed me that I need to pay 5600 rs for it, including a Gas stove. I informed them for getting a new connection it would not be more than 2000rs but they replied this is a only package they have for a new connection and it is mandatory to pay 5600rs. If you are interested you can pay it, else you can leave. Please take necessary actions against the distributor.

                                  I went to fill Fuel for my Two wheeler at Annapurna Inidan Oil Dealer, I have asked Fuel filling boy to fill fuel for 100 rs. While taking money from my pocket he has changed Around 20rs. to 60 rs.I have asked Fuel filling boy as well as manger of the pertrol pump to show the machine previous and present reading they are not ready to show the details. More over they are arguing that machine reading we wont get if you want we will give bill, if you want to complaint go and complaint how to deal we know. Very very bad customer response at that particular petrol pump. Please take some necessary action.

Although i have visited to nearest branch surajkund gas service fir the same more than 3-4 times but getting same response that new connections has stopped. By when will get the connection???                                         Dear Sir,
                                        During last 15 days I have booked two times cylinder for refilling but every time after generation of cash memo the booking will get automatically cancelled. When I had inquired about it from agency they are saying that due delay in delivery (within 72 hours) it getting cancelled.
                                        Due to this I am facing problems, please do need full as early as possible. Hoping for the strict action against the agency and better service in future.
