My consumer no.16305 which deactivated due to non-refill for 2 Yrs.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
As per instructions of agency I have completed the documents formalities for reactivation the connection. I have submitted the documents on7th Feb 2014 but regret to inform that till today (20.06.2014) Ihave not received the cylinder.
I have tried to contact on phone no [protected], [protected], [protected],[protected],[protected] and visited many times at Agency and AREAOFFICE but all are unable to provide the solution due to technical error inINDIAN OIL CORPORATION’S software. They also refused to provide the NEWCONNECTION.
Aftersubmit the required paper I went to their office 10 times in the last 130 days, but their executive did not respond properly and always make excuses i.e.Software not working, go to Area Office, and come after 15 days.
I amvery much upset and depressed due to their irresponsible responses.
Isthere anyone from the Indane Corporation who can help me out from thissituation???.
