I am A Sathyan holding consumner No.184802 of Mini Gas Agency, Kundara. I have booked a cylinder on 12.06.2014 and the distributor delivered the cylinder on 14.7.2014. I want to book the next cylinder through online. But due to some error or some technical problem it is showing the status on the booked order on 12.06.2014 is 'in process, you will get the cylinder in the next 7 working days'. Kindly do the needful to book the cylinder at the earliest.

    Today I had my fourth experience in same IOC pump in Koramangala. I paid then 500rs to fill the petrol and the guy filled for 386 Rs and stopped filling and took the pump out of tank. Since I had previous experience, I checked the meter as soon as he stopped filling and did not give him a chance to put the pump back in to that machine and reset the meter and I caught him redhanded. This is how the whole incident panned out. The attendant invited my attention to notify me that the meter is set to zero before he started to fill fuel and set the meter to 500Rs. This, I think, is one of the brilliant tactics by them to impress us showing that they are transparent and is not going to cheat. This is where me make mistake, often, after such transparent behaviour initially the whole thing of cheating will not come to our mind. As I told earlier, he stopped filling fuel and told me that there are some offers and all something like that to deviate our attention. Since, I had previous experience, I checked the pump meter before giving him a chance to put back the pump and noticed that it was just 386Rs. I reported the same to manager and I have reported such incident before as well and no action has been taken and don't expect any action this time either. This time they said there are some offer but be they will ask if we have IOC card or asks if we need a card or ask about our vehicle and ask something that will deviate our attention and along side, they will stop filling the fuel and reset the meter cheat us

    yes AMV..these people always try to cheat..even I had similar kind of experience twice and am a bit sad to know that it keeps happening..I had complained to the manager of the IOC petrol bunk earlier, but he did not take any action against the staff...Its very frustrating to know that similar incidents are happening and nobody is really taking any measures to stop customers from getting cheated..hope someone will take necessary actions against those staffs who are trying to deceive us..

      I am Surendran P. My LPG consumer No. is 55508. My LPG supplier is M/s Baby Gas Service, Adoor. My complaint is that consumers gas stoves are not periodically serviced by licensed personnel. Hence The agency may be warned for getting it done and IOC has the responsibility to ensure it. Please don't play with the life of the people.

        M/S Nayek Gas Agency of Kalna in the district of Burdwan and under the Area Manager of Durgapur West Bengal has not yet introduced online refill booking that causes problem to many customers. My Refill booking Reference No: R[protected] Dated :25/06/2014 was not entertained and I am asked to book through IVRS/SMS system. But earlier the distributor responded to online refill booking. Though there is a provision of online refill booking of the company and distributors have been asked to follow the guidelines, M/S Nayek Gas Agency cocks a snook at the authority with impunity.

          The indane gas in india clynders are not properly, it is leeking, washer is not place properlly, clynter chekking and inspection perosons are not doing thair duty properly, who is responsabel the peopels deat in gas fiering, you are doing mony mood business, in humans dead, first you have to stop all, safty gas clynder make first, then filling, and supplying lost, dont lost, the familys life, ( one familys life lost in gas fire in gas producer and disteriputer is responsable in thair legalier,

            I booked a indane gas Re filled cylinder on 21/6/14 . but on repeated request, did not receive the cylinder . Many time since booking I received this type of message --"-Dear Indane Customer, Your refilled cylinder booking 379158will be shortly delivered cash memo no at different time is different, but booking no is same Today's(14/7/140 cash memo no [protected]. On 11/7/14 cashmemo no[protected] on 30/6/14 Cash memo no[protected] On 1/7/14 '' '' ''------[protected] on 7/7 /14, , '' ''----[protected]. many SMS also received having same booking no On 11/7 14 cancelled cash memo no[protected] On 11/7/14 cash memo no cancelled [protected]. I approached to your dealer but his tone is like he is PM of India.even the behaviour of delivery man is also very poor whenever i personally go to godown i am not getting cylinder .herein I request you to take immediate action against dealer to organize home delivery,

                  My consumer no. is 292691. Recently I opted double cylinder from single. For this I paid Rs. 3000 to Unity Gas agency, my distributor. Rs. 708 got credited to my bank ac. Rs. 1450 is deposited. Rs. 1130 is refill charge receipt I get from delivery. Now my concerns is that Around Rs. 450 I do not get eighter receipt or nothing else. For the same I approached to distributor, then he said please taken something like lighter, trolly, gas pipe etc. I took lighter of Rs. 125. So there are certain my complaints are these. 1. Is it necessary to take utility as mentioned above. 2. Please tell distributor to pay me back of Rs 450 immidiately. If this is not done I have no any other option except to file a suit against distributor and IOC.

                      Dear sir/madam my cosumer no is22804 which is located in Agra [U.P.] I booked my refill on 6 july with the refrence no 417359 then I got a messageon 11 july that my cash memo has generated with no [protected] and the delivery will be shortly then without delivering of my cylinder I got a message on13 july that my cylinder has been deliverd againts my booking.
                      I have not got any cylinder so pls take a legal action in this matter.

                        Dear Sir, I have taken the Indane gas agency At Nagod, Distt, -Satna (MP) There are Huge Irregularity has been done by Agency authority they are selling cylinder on black and earn huge profit. we are trying 6-7 days to get booked cylinder but as usual give me the date to do home delivery but then forget that what he told. the other part is that they are not weight the cylinder and if customer ask them then they said that weight machine is not working we have give for repair dear tell me the other way to sort out this problem because it's not happen with me but also every middle class family or lower middle class family.                             My name is Gaurav Gupta. Yesterday I have visited Mayur Vihar Phase-1 petrol pump. I have asked to fill the complete tank as I took new car same day. There was already 5-6 ltrs in the tank and Maruti Celerio capacity is 35 Ltrs. But their machine is showing that they have filled more than 36 Ltrs in the car. How is it possible that they can fill 36 Ltrs in the tank while its capacity is only of 35 Ltr and car already have 5-6 Ltr fuel already. They guys are totally cheating the peoples, Indian oil should cancel their license, but I know no body is going to do any thing against any dealer, because all the higher management persons are also cheaters.

                              I have booked for a refill gas cylinder 19 day back . Within 2 days got sms that your cylinder will be delivered soon against your booking 379158, cash memo no [protected] .Dated 7/7 14 . But on 3/7 14 with64 cancelled at 14. 08 34 a same booking no but cashmemo no[protected]. Similarly on 1/7/ 14 with same booking no but another cash memo no [protected].. on 30/6 14 with same booking no but with different cash memono [protected]. another sms on 1/7/14 w with same booking no but cancelled cash memo no[protected]. on telephone I fail to contact in dealer Fair deal 16/1 creek row kol-14. telephone is out of order/ no one raising the phone. calledthe mob no of the delevary manwho said that it will be delevered today but not delevered, . taday 9/7/14 is the same answer that it will be delevered today, . but delevered.

                                I am Saritha, residing at Nanganallur. I have been reaching the distributor (Sabha Indane adhoc located in Nanganallur) for nearly a month to update my phone numbers records for my new consumer id in regional office. Till now, the issue been not resolved. I have got a new consumer number since I requested for account transfer from my husband name to my name. Though the local system records have been updated with my new consumer number, I cannot book my refill. When i reached customer care, they suggested distributor to send an email to regional office.                                   Indane gas dealar named Veer Sachi in Bhubaneswar, Odisha has not delivered gas after three times booking in month of June-2014.My consumer no. CX3386121, VIM-713, Ist Floor, Salasri vihar, Bhubaneswar-751021.Take neccassary step to delivered gas.
                                  INDANE GAS DISTRIBUTER named SONARPUR GAS SERVICE in WEST BEBGAL KOLKATA150, MY CON SUMER NO 24648 has not deliverd gas after booking on 5JUNE 2014, after 4or 5 days i received a sms that my booking no652137 generated shortly, but after that I received several sms stating cancelled and again generated shortly, I have to move to and fro to my dealer office, everytime they convinced me to deliver the gas next day, but still I havenot received the gas. On 7JULY I receive a sms stated that my booking no 652137 stand cancelled. I DONT KNOW what I have to do now. PLEASE TAKE IMMIDIATE ACTION.
                                  my consumer no is 39006 consumer name is prabhavathi and using indane gas .
                                  distributor name is Sri Annai ARavind gas service. ph 2427047

                                  we booked the gas on 13.12.15 and the ref no is 663282 and till date it has not been
                                  delivered .when we call and ask them they said it takes another one week to come.


                                  We frequently face this problem.Kindly do the needful.

                                    Customer No- 49516 Booking Reference No- 853975 I have ordered for refilling of cylinder on 1st June On 3rd June Cash Memo generated [protected] & cancelled on 7th June On 7th June Cash Memo generated [protected] & cancelled on 11th June On 11th June Cash Memo generated [protected] & cancelled on 16th June On 16th June Cash Memo generated [protected] & cancelled on 20th June On 16th June Cash Memo generated [protected] & no update till now. Received one SMS yesterday that the booking reference is still cancelled. Again booked on 6th July against Booking Reference No- 876193. This is not the 1st time I have faced the err, the same issue occurred last time also. if you go through the history of Booking Reference No- 804475, you may find the same. I have migrated from one distributor to Uttarayan Gas few months later. I have never faced this types of problem with that dist. It would be better if you take immediate action for resolving the same as I have a single cylinder in which I have to manage. How could it be managed if you take more than 30 days delivering a cylinder.

                                        dhanalakshmi filling station, komarole, prakasam district pincode 523373 andhra pradesh please verify the pump and the dealer is not responding properly.our vehicles came to repair.They are mixing kerosene in diesel.If you solve the problem, solve it otherwise please inform me that we are helpless on this issue
