I am Saritha, residing at Nanganallur.
I have been reaching the distributor (Sabha Indane adhoc located in Nanganallur) for nearly a month to update my phone numbers records for my new consumer id in regional office. Till now, the issue been not resolved.
I have got a new consumer number since I requested for account transfer from my husband name to my name. Though the local system records have been updated with my new consumer number, I cannot book my refill. When i reached customer care, they suggested distributor to send an email to regional office.
Being a reputed organisation, I hope Indane would look for an immediate resolution for this issue.
