M/s Devi Gas Service, Cuddalore are distributors of gas refills. They are used to make door delivery of refills and collect delivery charge from the cosumers. My consumer no.7358. One refill was delivered to me at the above address on 20.3.14 and Rs. 440 was collected (bill amount Rs.409+Rs.31) No receipt was issued for the collection of Rs.31/- My house is situated at the distance of 2 km from the distributor's place of business. The delivery charge of Rs.31/- collected is abnormal and off the record.The distributor sends more than 50 refills (cylinders) in a tempo and makes door delivery. The delivery is not single one. For the distance of 2 km the delivery charge claimed at Rs.31 each is unreasonable and not on par with market rate. A grape wine has it that the delivery boys collect higher amount without the knowledge of the distributor and misuse it. I therefore request that the delivery charge may be streamlined on the basis of delivery points Please don't mistake that this is a complaint against distributor/supplier.The intention is only to streamline the delivery charge.--Mangamma w/o Narayanasamy, 752, Teacher Nagar, Koothapakkam, Cuddalore-607002, Tamilnadu.

    we are having indane gas connection from L V Reddy gas service bowenpally secunderabad .Two days back we have got 2 cylinders but they are having leakage in them. we have refused to take the cylinders but the gas boy did not listened to us and went away leaving the cylinders. we have have called up the emergency no [protected] but this no is invalid and the distubuter office there is no response. our cust.no 439404

Is this the way consumer has to suffer for more than 20 days with no status updates.. very bad experience. Court has to take decisions on delivering the refill within 5 days at max.. or cancel the licenses if delays.

        Dear Concerned, I have applied 2nd time in last two years for a new connection but still have not received the response on any of them the latest ref no is N[protected] and last complaint nos was Ref:538272‏. Please state the reason of not providing the connection in writing. I want to highlight this to the higher management now. It is 20 days past after my application but no one is bothered to do the needful. All the nos provided by the distributor M/S Babarpur gas service are out of order for one or the other reasons, when i visit there the employee asked not to come again and again as his owner is not well. The no's provided were [protected] &[protected] & [protected], ([protected] Vishal Pandey said i have been transffered to some other department)

          I Ashok Kumar Mishra s/o Late Ayodhya Prashad R/o H. N. 101, Kotla Vihar Phase-2, Nangloi, Delhi-110041, holder of the Indane Gas Connection number C.N. 9089 and have booked LPG many times with the Distributor of Gas i.e. Nangloi Gas Service as in January 2014, on dated 13.02.2014 and on 28.02.2014 vide no. [protected] but the same has not been supplied till date i.e. 20.03.2014 and whenever the massage regarding to the booking is sent they ussually delete/cancel the same without any intimation even I and my family members visited to the office of the Nangloi Gas Service but they did not pay any heed towards the same kindly direct them to supply the LPG in time.

            Sir, I am consumer of Indian Oil Corporation (Indane gas) consumer no. 36728.But I observe that my gas distributor at Jodhpur (Rajasthan), Veer Shiv gas agency, Ratanada, does not supply the cylinder with the prescribed time limit. And this occurs at regular interval. Contacting or complaining does not results into solution.Recent example will make the things clear : Gas delivered on 28.01.2014. Booking through SMS:15.02.2014 booking reference no.452299 Cylinder not delivered. I request you to solve the problem at the earlist.

            I have been delivered the cylinder when I personally visited the Veer Shiv gas agency, Ratanada, Jodhpur.

              Transfer one agency to another agency My customer no.50655, I got a transfer from SE Muthu Agencies, Velachery, Chennai - 600 042.(code no.117435) to Rose gas Agency, Adambakkam, (code no.117562) Chennai - 600 088.To-day i have submitted the following Documents: 1) original transfer form in duplicate given by Muthu agency, Velachery, 2) KYC form with Photo, 3) Rental agreement for new address proof along-with EB copy 4) ID proof as pan card 5) used regulator for checking. After receiving all the documents they refused to give acknowledgement. They insisted to purchase either tube or stand or stove and when i refused to purchase secondly they insisted for documentation charges as Rs. 50. I would like to know whether it is an mandatory. Secondly, they indicated me there is no service for my area, then i told if there is no service to my area please give it in writing, i will take up the matter with the appropriate authority. My present house is very near that is 1.5 km from their place. Before getting transfer my ex agency i checked the feasibility with these people then only applied for transfer, now they are putting it in different manner. why it is like this. Their behavior with customers is not in a polite manner treating the customer in a rough and toff manner. Please give proper training to them. Please note that this agency refuse to give any acknowledgement for the documents submitted by me to-day. Please clarify my quires.

                I was taking the service of Indane Gas from last 14 years.Now I am working at Kalka (Punchukala) Haryana. So I have transfer my Gas connection "JO01165" ( Date[protected] from Joya to Kalka, But in transfer letter my name is SUREANDRA SINGH instead of SURENDRA SINGH. No boby from INDANE is helping me regarding this. My distributor also delaying the things to help me. The area manager of my circul is asking me to take the new connection, because its my mistake. How much days it will take to correct the name in database. [protected]

Jas)having an Indane Gas connection with consumer No. T02440 ( [protected])under the distributor, BLUE STAR, 43 G T ROAD, BHADRAKALI, HOOGHLY - 712232, My Register Mobile No. is [protected]. My name is Sachi Ranjan Jas, as per your records it is showing as S R Jas. As per my Addhar Card and Pan Card also my name is Sachi Ranjan Jas. When I pointed out few days back, they intimated me that required affidavit on stamp paper and other form for name correction. I carry out all the documents for correction but they intimated me that correction or modification will be done by the purchase of Gas Oven from Distributor as your Oven is Old and give you New Number. Please guide me how to submit my all documents through online.

                      Since 3 to 4 months we were receiving low weight cylinder. Intially I had doubt about this. But this month when I received cylinder i weigh it and it was 25.5 kg in weight. Please kindlly take action as soon as possible.

                        I sugyani acharya having consumer no 22725 with M/S BERHAMPUR INDANE SERVICES DIST GANJAM ODISHA booked a refil on 24.02.2014 vide their sl.no 05 but unfortunatly till date it is not delivered to me.. Today while I search the portal it is showing that there is no pending booking against my consumer no & total 7 nos of cylinder delivered to me but as per my record only 5 nos of cylinder delivered to me.                                 I have Consumer No. 16372 in Indane Gas. I have booked the GAS on 21.02.2014 vide order no [protected] and after
                                that I have lodged a complain on 10.03.2014 vide no 1320813 but till date I have not received GAS. Please take steps so that I can get the supply immediately otherwise I am facing problems with 05 family members. Auro gas service's land line no.[protected] always remain engaged/out of order. As we belong to village, we always suffer to get refill Gas after booking.

                                Till 14.03.2014 as per attached screen shot GAS BOOK ON 21.02.2014 the status showed that "in process but today i.e. on 15.03.2014 as per attached screen shot GAS UPDATE 15.03.2014 it is seen as delivered on 06.03.2014. I couldnot understand the mystery, please give clarifications regarding this. Also for your kind information till date I have not received GAS cylinder. Please help me.

                                    I booked gas on 26.2.14 with ref. no. 318837 for Consumer No. RP 09718, inquired on 10.3.14 in agency office they promised to deliver same day in 2nd supply but till date cylinder not supplied. Their land line nos.27156777/27156444 always remain engaged/out of order or once in a while replied. Personal no. of their Manager/Owner did not respond nor sms replied although the same was given to me. Frequently, their attitude towards supply is callous and indifferent. They should be counselled to remain quick towards delivery of cylinders. On personal visit their staff remain rude.

                                      Dear Sir/ Madam, I am having gas connection with Janak Gas service no-JD00107 in Agra (UP). Everytime when we get the delivery of cylinder, we found it under weight then after we call to hawker & he will replace after saying "aage se aisa nahi hoga". Now this time again we got the delivery of cylinder on 8 March 2014 & get it for weight measurement to nearest chakki, & found 3 Kg underwight & called hawker now he is saying aapko kya fark padega aap bade log ho. Also i complaint to dealer janak gas service, but taken no action. Please do the needful by taking appropriate action. Please find attached the scan copy of proofs

                                        Dear Sir, I am Rambir Singh, my LPG customer No. is 09610 and my gas agency is Dwarka Indane Service, Dwarka, New Delhi. I has booked a LPG gas cylinder on 19 Feb. 2014 by reference no. [protected], after six days agency cancelled my cylinder, again on 25 Feb. 2014 I book my cylinder by reference no. [protected] after some days they again cancelled my booking. On 7 March 2014 I again booked it vide reference no.
