Respected Sir/madam Recently my LPG gas connection was suspended without any reason. I want to know the reason why they suspended my connection. Recently my LPG gas connection was suspended without any reason. I want to know the reason why they suspended my connection. When I asked them, they did not give any proper answer. Its been around 30 days now.

My both cylinder are empty now and I want to refill. I can not refill till my account get Active.

Please help me, its kind of a mental torture to me and urgent to prepare food.
We are 5 member family. We can not afford outside food every day.

    DearSir, <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I am consumer ofIndane Gas vide connection No.46316 and booked for cylinder on 19thFeb’14 through reference no 394556, now its more than 20 days left but still I haveneither received the booking slip nor the delivery of cylinder at my home. I amcontinuously following with the distributer but not getting any response fromthem and now they are trying to avoid my calls. You can understand that howmuch problems my family members are facing these days without gas cylinder atmy home. This is totally inhuman, what I can say. So you arerequested to kindly look into this matter seriously and take the necessaryaction in future for such type of behavior from your end. Hope forpositive response from your end. Rakesh Kumar

        I am consumer of Indane with consumer no CX-271287.My area is north west delhi and distributor name is PUNEET GAS AGENCY in Rohini sec-16 delhi.My add is G-5/82, 2nd floor sec-15 Rohini Delhi.Since july 2013 not even a single time they have delivered a gas cylinder automaticaly just after booking on your IVRS no [protected].I got message from indane about my booking no ; after that puneet gas agency neither pick any call nor giving any satisfactory reply on contacting in personnel.They are so irresponsible that they not picking call of their consumers.Their land line no [protected] and [protected] keep on ringing for the whole day.They r not delivering cylinder to my home and cancelling my booking themselves.On contacting their usual excuse is door was lock .My wife is housewife not going anywhere.She is in the home for the whole day and kept waiting for cylinder . Indane delivery man not find her even a single time since july 2013 and giving silly excuses.They are not coming to my home and keep on cancelling my booking.Pls look into the matter aand revert ASAP.           Hi, Recently( 2 months before) i have shifted my House, transfer from my old agency( Associate Traders, T nagar Chenai ) to new Agency Rane Enterprises ( Puzhuthivakkam), So far I booked 2 cylinders with them, They delivered leakage cylinders, On January 2014 we got first one, when fitting the same observed leakage then called Gas agency they gave a private agency number, the guy who came charged 100 Rs and putted extra one valve, Mar we received 2nd Cylinder, after 15 mins of cylinder delivery observing leakage, Really not sure why these guys are always doing like this also they are charging extra 40 rupees per delivery, In Earlier agency they charged 10 rupees even though it was on 3rd floor, also their good to my house is few kms away, but here my house is with a KM of their good town.           I have called Indane complain toll free for past 3 days, got update indane server is down finally today they have logged complained for the same (No133755), Meanwhile visited the Dealer Ranie Enterprises to replace the cylinder to avoid fire accident, The guy was very rude not giving any response, During that time Cylinder delivery guy was also there, he is abruptly saying we will charge 40 rupees, if you want on Bill Price go to good down and collect, they will not deliver

          As per Indane they suppose to do door delivery, if you help it will be helpful.

          Seems every customer under this agency are charged for extra money, no body was ready register complain because afraiding their delivery get impacted

            I am the consumer of Indane Gas bearing Consumer No. 16960, the supply of cylinder through Sai Sewa Enterprises Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. I had booked refilling order on 22 Feb 2014 which ref. no. is 405113 but till date i.e. 10th March 2014 I have not received gas cylinder. I am in trouble as my Second cylinder is also almost vacant. Kindly intervene the matter.

              Dear Sir, Our Gas connection number is 24639 in the name of R.Lakshmi. When we registered with Annai Saratha Gas Agency it was the same name and initial. For the past few months we are getting gas cylinder receipt as a S.Lakshmi. This initial mistake done by the Annai Saratha Gas Agency, Puthur, Tiruchy-17.Tamilnadu.India. This problem has accepted by the Gas Agency Owner and office staff members, Delivary man Mr.Saravanan also. Eventhough for the past 6 months I am approached the gas agency owner to correct the initial as per orginal record of gas book in our hand ie R.Lakshmi. She is refusing to change and not responding properly. Every time she is asking to wait some more time to correct this error. So I have approached N number of times to solve this problem. But till date we didn't get the solution.And also I have directly handed over Aadhar card and other details to the Gas Agency, But they are telling we are not recieved from me.I acknowledgement from the bank also.                 I have received a cylinder from Indane Gas(Madhavi Agency, Shaikpet nala, Tolichowki, Hyderabad) which does not have gas in it. It is having only Air filled. When I went to madhavi agency on Saturday around 10 AM, agency was locked and there were no person or at least a notice to state the reason for closure. After waiting for 3 hours, distributor came and said that IOCL has ordered not to deliver any cylinder until further information from. She also mentioned that it was because of price change. When few people who were waiting for cylinders for almost 1 month stopped her questioned she started scolding them and left the place. Disappointed with her behavior, people went to Golconda PS and lodge a complaint and also taken signature from consumers to lodge a complaint with Chief Rationofficer.TV 11 news channel has covered the news too. Today (10th march) also agency is closed and No stock was written on the gate. I have seen a full load was received on Saturday and today they are showing the NO STOCK board. This agency is running by a lady and when consumers raise their voice she threat them by saying that she is a close relative of ex-cm. Consumers are very frustrated and disappointed with the services of madhavi gas agency. We request concern authorities to at least act now and take some immediate action against madhavi agency and also keep an eye on their operations on regular intervals so that consumers should not get suffered.

                  sir, when I was started online gas booking I have facing many problems with distributor like mis behave, not give satisfaction answers, also also saying that your gas is not booked till date and say online gas is not happenes our point and saying come after 15 days. before this I was getting cylinder in next day because dealer was black marketing my left non subsidy cylinder s.my gas booking successful and process show in indane gas portals. Kindly resolved this problem ASAP

                  our agency ohm sakthe gas service chennai 600015. my cust no 53298 i booked the gas through on 17.10.2014, on 29.10.2014 i have received mesg that bill has been generated. on 03.11.2014 i have received mesg that cylinder has been delevered againt my refill booking no8722475with cas memo no[protected]. but i have not received the cylinder even after my persinol complaint on 15.11.2014. service peoples said that cylinder will be distributed on saterday itself. but this quiet unfortunate for me i yet to get the clinder. Eariler the service was goodbut now what haapen to them i donot know? please give direction to rectify their mistakes, and see that cylinder will deleverd to me as early as possible.BECAUSE AFTER DELEVERY OF CLINDER WE HAVE TO WAIGHT TO 20 DAYS TO BOOK THE ANOTHER CLINDER.

                    Indane LPG Company — Transfer of LPG connection

                    I am Hetal Bhatt, staying at ahmedabad. My current gas agency doesn't provide homedelivery to our place so everytime going there and take cylinder is very tedious process.
                    I want to transfere my connection to other agency which will give me home delivery. But my current agency want me to submit original pressure regulator which was given by them at time of opening account there. I have lost my that particulor regulator. I am ready to pay penelty but agency man want me to file FIR and submit to head office and then pay penelty. Then and then they will do transfer process . On going to police station and doing all these formality is very tedious. Can't i directly pay the penelty and shift my connection??

I booked one refill dated[protected] vide booking No. 470830 and the cylinder delivered to me on 06.03.2014. The cost of the Refill cylinder is Rs. 1118. My Adhar No. is[protected] and Bank A/C. is [protected] of SBI at Dalhousie Square, Kolkata - 700 001. I have not received any subsidy in my above mentioned Bank Account till today.                         Sir, This is to inform you that here in Indra colony, vigyan nagar, kota.there is one shop where I saw large no of cylinders more than permessionable limit are available he is also blacking the cylinder, we as a consumer are not getting our cylinder because most of the cylinders are selled to him by gas agencies, so sir kindly take action regarding this complain..

                          Consumer No. [protected](G00877) name: Prabhakar Soans Aadhar linked supply ECS IOC REF NO[protected] advance susidy received thru Canara Bank, Nagercoil (college road br.) Rs. 435/- Although cylinder supply made on 5.2.14 for Rs. 1194.50, the subsidy amount not yet transferred in bank account. On 24.02.2014 I received a sms stating" transfer of LPG subsidy amount failed with your bank account" On contacting the bank they say, since the advance subsidy has been successfully transferred, there is no chance of " transfer of LPG subsidy FAILING" Therefore kindly look into it and expedite the transfer of LPG subsidy.

                            My consumer no (48945)is adhhar linked with my bank ie Bank of baroda ISRO Lay out which has been verified and found be allright. Against M/s Anusha indane gas company, Bangalore (Distributer) invoice no [protected], we have received refill & I paid full amont of Rs 1162 . But till this day subsidy has not been credited to my bank a/c . This has been the case with so many others. IOC should sort out this problem and credit my subsidy amount. .

                              Dear Sir, I am a consumer of GHATAMPUR INDANE GAS SERVICE with my consumer NO.-G6350.I have booked for refilling LPG 4 month before today. After 21 days I enquired about getting gas. The owner of gas agency (Yaduveer Singh) has not supplied gas to me. I have used one 14kg cylinder for last 4 months. I strongly believe that the agency had supply gas to others (not booked persons for more higher rate) by using my consumer number and making me fool that gas vehicle has not come from long time. It is requested that the arrangements may be made to getting gas at the earliest and checking black-selling of cylinders .I will be be highly obliged to you. Thanks a lot.                                 Hello, I am mohd mujeeb and my consumer # is CX4588766, my indian gas subsidy amount is credit in different account whos name is pradip kumar moi and his last bank account number 15. I have complain to both twice or three times bank and gas agendcy and also on indian gas website free number 1800... both are telling that this is not their fault and back and gas peopel telling that my aadhar card and all details are correct, the amount credited by NPCI so please go and complain to them. Still the name is pradip kumar moi, if book the gas again the agency people telling that next subsidy also will go to Pradip kumar moi account. HOw can I get resolve this issue and get back my money and change the his name to my name. My contact number [protected].

                                    Dear Team, I got adhaar card after 6 months. and as I got, I linked it with my lpg connection and with bank as well. I got a cylinder on 3rd feb 2014 but didn't get subsidy of it. When I visited Jain Gas Agency where I am having connection they said that I will not get subsidy for that cylinder and from that onwards adhaar card is linked with my connection I will get subsidy now. Pls look into it or let me know whom shall I contact. thankyou!
                                    My bank account is linked with my LPG connection.My Adhaar is in process.I have received my booked cylinder on 10.01.2015.But till now gas subsidy is not credited in my account. I have tried many times to call customer care and distributor but the result is nothing.

                                    My consumer number is 877. I linked my SBI savings account [[protected]] for LPG gas cylinder subsidy transfer [LPG id :[protected]]. The cylinder was delivered on 29/01/15. Please look into the matter.

                                      With respect, I am Radheshyam Jaiswal and my connection no. is 61857 registered as "Radheshyam".I have booked the cylinder on 9/2/14, yet I haven't got my cylinder.Its been more then 22 days but there local consumer forum is not responding. So, as my LPG is almost got empty I want this to be clear out IMMEDIATELY and my cylinder as soon as possible. Thankyou.

                                        Dear Sir, I applied for gas refueling dated 13/02/14 at Indane. I got the massage back saying that you booking completed(Booking No. [protected]-391888).But i didn't get filled cylinder with on the stipulated time.than I complaint to Indian oil Corporation (dated 25/02/14) about the non delivery of the fill Cylinder.then I got a message dated 27/02/14 giving detail of my cash memo no.[protected] which 13 days late. and I'm still waiting for the cylinder to be delivered.
