Even then i have not received the subsidy. please expedite to reimburse the subsidiary for LPG cylinder. for which i paid the market price of Rs 1162/-.Gas cylinder has been delivered at 31 jan 2014 and subsidy transfer msm received in 13 feb 2014.

Indane LPG Company — Transfer of LPG connection

I am Hetal Bhatt, staying at ahmedabad. My current gas agency doesn't provide homedelivery to our place so everytime going there and take cylinder is very tedious process.
I want to transfere my connection to other agency which will give me home delivery. But my current agency want me to submit original pressure regulator which was given by them at time of opening account there. I have lost my that particulor regulator. I am ready to pay penelty but agency man want me to file FIR and submit to head office and then pay penelty. Then and then they will do transfer process . On going to police station and doing all these formality is very tedious. Can't i directly pay the penelty and shift my connection??

I booked one refill dated[protected] vide booking No. 470830 and the cylinder delivered to me on 06.03.2014. The cost of the Refill cylinder is Rs. 1118. My Adhar No. is[protected] and Bank A/C. is [protected] of SBI at Dalhousie Square, Kolkata - 700 001. I have not received any subsidy in my above mentioned Bank Account till today.       Sir, This is to inform you that here in Indra colony, vigyan nagar, kota.there is one shop where I saw large no of cylinders more than permessionable limit are available he is also blacking the cylinder, we as a consumer are not getting our cylinder because most of the cylinders are selled to him by gas agencies, so sir kindly take action regarding this complain..

        Consumer No. [protected](G00877) name: Prabhakar Soans Aadhar linked supply ECS IOC REF NO[protected] advance susidy received thru Canara Bank, Nagercoil (college road br.) Rs. 435/- Although cylinder supply made on 5.2.14 for Rs. 1194.50, the subsidy amount not yet transferred in bank account. On 24.02.2014 I received a sms stating" transfer of LPG subsidy amount failed with your bank account" On contacting the bank they say, since the advance subsidy has been successfully transferred, there is no chance of " transfer of LPG subsidy FAILING" Therefore kindly look into it and expedite the transfer of LPG subsidy.

          My consumer no (48945)is adhhar linked with my bank ie Bank of baroda ISRO Lay out which has been verified and found be allright. Against M/s Anusha indane gas company, Bangalore (Distributer) invoice no [protected], we have received refill & I paid full amont of Rs 1162 . But till this day subsidy has not been credited to my bank a/c . This has been the case with so many others. IOC should sort out this problem and credit my subsidy amount. .

            Dear Sir, I am a consumer of GHATAMPUR INDANE GAS SERVICE with my consumer NO.-G6350.I have booked for refilling LPG 4 month before today. After 21 days I enquired about getting gas. The owner of gas agency (Yaduveer Singh) has not supplied gas to me. I have used one 14kg cylinder for last 4 months. I strongly believe that the agency had supply gas to others (not booked persons for more higher rate) by using my consumer number and making me fool that gas vehicle has not come from long time. It is requested that the arrangements may be made to getting gas at the earliest and checking black-selling of cylinders .I will be be highly obliged to you. Thanks a lot.               Hello, I am mohd mujeeb and my consumer # is CX4588766, my indian gas subsidy amount is credit in different account whos name is pradip kumar moi and his last bank account number 15. I have complain to both twice or three times bank and gas agendcy and also on indian gas website free number 1800... both are telling that this is not their fault and back and gas peopel telling that my aadhar card and all details are correct, the amount credited by NPCI so please go and complain to them. Still the name is pradip kumar moi, if book the gas again the agency people telling that next subsidy also will go to Pradip kumar moi account. HOw can I get resolve this issue and get back my money and change the his name to my name. My contact number [protected].

                  Dear Team, I got adhaar card after 6 months. and as I got, I linked it with my lpg connection and with bank as well. I got a cylinder on 3rd feb 2014 but didn't get subsidy of it. When I visited Jain Gas Agency where I am having connection they said that I will not get subsidy for that cylinder and from that onwards adhaar card is linked with my connection I will get subsidy now. Pls look into it or let me know whom shall I contact. thankyou!
                  My bank account is linked with my LPG connection.My Adhaar is in process.I have received my booked cylinder on 10.01.2015.But till now gas subsidy is not credited in my account. I have tried many times to call customer care and distributor but the result is nothing.

                    With respect, I am Radheshyam Jaiswal and my connection no. is 61857 registered as "Radheshyam".I have booked the cylinder on 9/2/14, yet I haven't got my cylinder.Its been more then 22 days but there local consumer forum is not responding. So, as my LPG is almost got empty I want this to be clear out IMMEDIATELY and my cylinder as soon as possible. Thankyou.

                        Dear Sir/Ma'am, I Devender Partap Singh, Consumer# 3843616, approached my distributor for booking LPG gas yesterday, I was told that I need to give a 21 days period between my bookings. I am need of a cylinder as I had a function at home. I have lodged a complaint against the distributor on the Indian Oil Indane website. I have not received any reply from them in the last 11 days.                           Hi This is regarding the DBC, I had ordered a cylinder on 27Jan 2014 and got the delivery on 03 Feb 2014.. At the time of delivery I was not there at home, so the delivery man delivered the cylinder and my Mother did not checked the expiry date. When after a week I was replacing the cylinder, I found that the Cylinder was expired in the second quarter of 2012. I called the Sondhi Gas agency for the replacement but they assured me on phone, I called them more than 4 times but they are not entertaining us properly. This is very shocking to see How Indian GAs Agency is allowing to get such expired cylinder refilled. Non of the Indane toll free complain numbers are working, neither their complaint portal is working. Please look into the matter and get this resolved asp.

                                We the Residence people of Barado Avenue and Baishnabghata Kendua main road request to do proper investigation on dangerous illegal loading and unloading of Indane gas cylinder. Location map http://goo.gl/maps/NtTjN The Distributor Details BAGHAJATIN GAS SERVICE 31 BARODA AVENUECAL-84 From last 1 year or so, it has been observed that illegal gas loading and unloading been taken forward in E.M.Bypas road, just opposite of KK das college. There are about 20 labourers who are working from morning 8 a.m to 6 p.m. They are smocking cigarettes, bidis, blocking the road, eve teasing to woman's, doing toilets in government property, making nuisance in decent residential area. The situation is so worse that most of the times there are at least 3 huge trucks standing the main road (PWD central government road), local residence people even cannot walk properly and it is very dangerous as there is "NO FIRE SAFETY". Any day there is high possibility of accident and death for this non-sense activity. We have complaint to the FIRE Department manager and also to "Patuli fire station". Nothing is done so far. Moreover The local Police station (Patuli police thana) is been aware of the activity and are completely blind of this danger. We personally think we are living in educated society and we have all right to stay in a safe and secure locality without any fear of danger. We kindly request the INDANE Management to look up this matter very seriously and take necessary action Immediately. Thank you, Regards, Residents of Boroda Avenue/ Kendua Main Road. P.S. Just remember if there is any accident, INDANE will be in big problem and the brand name or the value will decrease.

                                  I am a senior citizen of Jadavpur area in Kolkata having Indane Gas connection vide consumer No. [protected](20542) under Mangal Deep distributor. I have received refilled cylinder on 03/02/14 against Cash Memo/Bill No. [protected]. But till today I have not got the subsidy amount in my Bank account. I have got my subsidy amount twice in my Bank account before this. I have registered a complaint through Indane's website and got Docket No. 1257075 and reply that the Distributor has been asked by them to resolve the matter. But this M/S Mangal Deep distributor neither resolved the case nor helping me in this regard. They (distributor) are not picking up telephones for the last three days. They (distributor's employees) even refused to talk with me as I went to their office after 4 o'clock, one computer operator guy and another employee ill behaved with me. I regret to say that many people have made complaint against them to Indane but Indane did nothing against them. Once again, I request to Indane Gas authority to redress my grievance by giving my subsidy amount to my Bank account as soon as possible and at least alert the distributor for such misbehaviour.                                     I am a customer of Indane Gas with connection No: 329433 and the Dealer is M/s. Brightening Gas Service, Malakpet, Hyderabad AP. Although I have submitted my Aadhar Card to the Gas Dealer and also got the same linked to my Bank Account long ago, the subsidy in respect of 3 Gas cylinders is yet to be credited to my Account maintained with State Bank of Hyderabad, Begumpet Branch, Hyderabad, A.P.

                                    When I personally visited the dealer, he told me that the subsidy amount was already sent to the Bank on 4th February, 2014 but so far the subsidy amount is not credited to my Bank Account. Further, I am working as Manager in the same Bank and there is no proper response from the Dealer. He simply says --"Complain to Indian Gas Company. We donot know when you will get the subsidy"

                                    Please look into the matter and see that the subsidy payable for 3 cylinders is credited to my Account without further loss of time.
                                    I have received my LPG Gas cylinder against order no. [protected] dt. 2.1.2015 from M/s. Parul Gas Service but till date I have not received subsidy amount till date. My Customer o. 23448 and LPG ID :[protected]. The status in net showing that my Adhar No[protected] is correctly linked with Indane and good for receiving subsidy amount but I have not received my subsidy amount till date.
                                    I am a regular customer of Indane Agency M/s. Parul Gas Service, Delhi-84 vide customer no. 23448 LPGID :[protected]. I had booked a LPG gas cylinder which has been delivered to my against my order no. [protected] dt. 21.2015. I have paid Rs. 708.50 against which I have to receive my subsidy amount in my bank account 'The Kangra Co-operative Bank Ltd., Sant Nagar Burari, Delhi-84. My Adhar number[protected] has been linked with Company-Indane which is also shown on Net that said adhar is linked sucessfully and good for receiving subsidy amount. But till date after 15 days have gone, I have not received the subsidy amount. Please book a complaint and return my subsidy amount.
                                    I have not received the subsidy amount so far on my refill of cylinder booked on 20/ 1 2015. Refill received on 01/02/2015 paid rs 737.consumer no 9265.lpg I'd[protected]. Bank acct no[protected] of sbi doorvaninagar Bangalore. Aadhaar[protected] already linked to my lpg.solicit early action.

                                      My name is Rajashree and i am the customer of Indane gas (Gajanana Enterprises) since 1991. I am facing lot of problem with the gas delivery boy Mr. Srinivas Reddy who delivers the cylinder for koramangala 7th block. The problem is he has not given the receipt against the delivery of the gas cylinder. Actually yesterday i had called up to 24hrs IVRS no. to know the status of the booked refill cylinder but i was surprised to know that my cylinder was already on monday and i was getting the information about the receipt no. that has been delivered. Regarding the same when i asked the delivery boy he said don't worry i will deliver the cylinder he said but the actual reason was he had already delivered the cylinder to somebody else the one which was booked in my name. But the cylinder was delivered today without receipt today 26/2/14 and when i asked him for the receipt to sign he said he will bring it tommorow, this is not the first time it is happening but this is 3rd time and regarding this i went to agency and complained but no necessary has been taken till know. They say we will take care about the matter complained but it is of no use. I think it is better to change the delivery boy itself. I think there is adjustment between the delivery boy and the agency manager. To lodge the complaint i tried calling agency but they never pick up the phone to respond. One more thing which i would like to bring to ur kind notice is the delivery boy sells the refill cylinder illegally to the people around 5o 6 10 cylinders everyday. Kindly take the necessary action towards the complaint lodged. regards rajashree

                                        Dear Sir/Madam My self Naveen Kumar Sharma is residing at H.No. 21 Vyomprastha Phase-I GMS Road Dehradun and having the Indan Gas connection from the Premier Gas Agency Add.-Vasant Market, Kawali Road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand - 248001 since last 1.5 years. My connection no. is 158209 with the name Naveen kumar sharma. I have only single cylinder. I had booked my gas on 14.01.14, but till date they have not deliver me refilled gas cylinder.I have called many time on the no. provided ([protected], [protected]), many time this no.is not picked by anyone after the numerous call. Once or more they have asked me, gas is short will deliver shortly . Now i would like to know that how much long man can wait. More than 40 days passed Gas is not delivered till now.                                         I have registered & book gas refilling through SMS vide R No.221661dated 26.12.2014 Gas agency code no.252582 Indane Singhai Gas Adhoc Gadarwara Distt Narsinghpur M.P. but the gas is not delivered till date..Kindly advice to him for delivery of gas.
