    My name is SHASHI SAINI & my consumer no.222867. I had transferred my connection on 25.01.14 from Shyam Gas Service, Khatauli & i had submitted my all documents to Shri Darshan Gas Service, Pallav Puram, Meerut for trasnfer & running my connection. But till date my connection is not being transfer and i am in very trouble because i have no Gas Cylinder due to Cylinder surrendering to old Dealer.

    You are requested to please do the needful in my problem because Dealer is saying that your data is showing in our system.

      I had given my Aadhar card details and it was linked to my
      Consumer number. As well as it is linked with bank and processed from NPCI end.
      Though IOCL are generating non-subsidy bills. Hence subsidy amount is credit to
      my bank account. Since the past 6 months I have been facing this problem. LPG
      Details: IOCL, JAIN GAS AGENCY LPG, FARIDKOT PUNJAB-151203 Consumer number: GG13563
      Aadhaar number:[protected] To resolve this issue I contacted gas agency, bank
      and NPCI many times. Can some body resolve my issue.

          My Name is Ramesh B... I had and having still very bad experience with SARDHANA GAS AGENCY near vidhyapeetha in bangalore. I have applied for a new connection on 5th of Feb 2014 and they said within 1 hour we will delver. Later I said I have new gas stove with me so please i don't want a stove. Imminently they said ok sir write a latter saying if any problem happens, you are the responsible, so I said madam If any problem with my stove I am the responsible not for any other things and I wrote a letter. so after that they are making me irritate like they took exactly 8 day's for Inspection and they said from the date of inspection after 1 week you come and they said Sir. System is not working properly so come after 3day's. again i went after 3 day's and paid my amount. So again they said after 1 week cylinder will come. They dint give me the bill whatever I paid for a connection. From the same agency my friend got a connection with Stove today within 70 min's. What is this?

            Dear All I am consumer (SH36040) of INDANE LPG at TRIMURTI GAS SERVICE. The agency never delivers gas cylinder on time, when we call to them they never picks up the phone or the phone lines are continuous busy. I have booked gas cylinder via web booking on 30th jan 2014 but they booked it on 7th FEB 2014& Reference no : - R[protected], but till date they have not delivered the cylinder. I have tried to contact customer care no / Are In charge / state in charge. but i am sorry to say that no body is available for resolve customer Grievances At INDIAN OIL. I really regret & feel that Consumer is fool in view of IOCL & This is not first time but in every month i am facing same problem & the same was mailed to you. till now i had purchase 7 kg gas Rs. 120/k.g & i had paid for the same. who will compensate ?????????               I ma trying your customer care no from the last 10 days but its not responding, i am having a problem, my consumer no is 20995 dinesh cahnder tiwari form jatin gas kapashaera new delhi 110037.My cylinder deliverd from 10 days but that delivery boy has charged me rs 1140 and given me the slip as well .But i have checked from bank its not credites and jatin gas is saying its already being credited. I am actually fed up with your service and i will comliant to consumer court.I want feedback on this asap.

                I got my cylinder in this month of rs.1109/=.Due to i have joined my gas connection with aadhar yojana.My consumer no. Is 23704 from jodhpur gas service, shastri nagar, jodhpur.And my s/ac. No is [protected] in s.B.B.J. Jalori gate jodhpur.
                It would have been better if this aadhar card facility should be avoided from my consumer no.23704.Because of getting difficulty to get subsidy.

                  my name is kinkar das, consumer no-03486, under Tapabrata Gas Supply.I have Booked my refill quntity 1 on 14/01/2014.They (from the distributer) came to my home to deliver the refilled cyllinder and charged amt of RS 1280, though I have not linked my aadhar ID to the Gas Office still then .they returned back the cyllinder when I requested them to deliver me for Rs 435/ . Now my question I have no Bank Account linked to the Gas account to which the subsidy to be transferred.Then How can I have the subsidyzed cyllinder with same price as Before I paid ?Pls, take Action Immediately.

                    Dear Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your attention that today on 15th Feb'14 at 22;30 hrs. I went to fuel my two wheelers at Utkarsh Service Station IOC dealer, Karelibaug Main Road, Vadodara 390018, Gujarat. I had parked vehicle near the filling stations and requested him to fill the tank, since the Attendant and co-staffs was drunken they started misbehaving and ready to fight with me about the parking of the Vehicles apart from that they used the bad words also which we never expect from c ompany like IOCL. The on duty staffs were speaking arrogantly to distant. I also tried to contact the In- charge \ Manager of fuel stations to report the misbehaviour of their staffs but I have been told that nobody is available at this time. Moreover I also tried the IOCL complaint number to log my complaint but there was no response on complaint number too. Please take the some concrete action agent and their staff members since it upset me lot.                       I have got my LPG Gas refill from Shanti Indane Gas Company, Suth-West New Delhi-110045 on 06 Feb 2014. I have to pay Rs. 1134/- for the refill. I have been told by the gas agency that subsidy of Rs. 720/- will be transferred to my bank account which is linked to Aadhar. But till the date I have not received my subsidy yet. Please do the needful to transfer my LPG gas subsidy to my Aadhar linked bank account.                       This is the STATUS of the much hyped AADHAR facilities.

                      Every time u have to follow up um, teen time to get yo9ur subsidy to your bank and that too after prolonged time
                      '

                      Unless it is fully prepared to meet the requirement it should not be made compulsory. Even other wise there is no use of this card.

My booking no.348.But today date.13.02.2014 after 9 days "vidarbha gas & domestic applyances" 357, near la mata mandir, ganesh nagar, nagpur.Not deliver cylinder, and not give satisfy reply any time delay refill delivery.
                        So, please take proper action.

IT IS VERY SERIOUSLY BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE IS THAT THE LAST CYLINDER WAS ISSUED TO ME ON 21/01/2014 AND AFTER A WEEK I HAVE BOOKED FOR THE NEXT. TILL DATE NO CYLINDER HAS BEEN ISSUED. THREE TIMES CONTACTED THE AGENCY FOR THE REASON FIRST TIME THEY INFORMED THAT THERE IS A TECHNICAL PROBLEM IN SYSTEM AND IT WILL BE RECTIFIED IN FEW DAYS, IN MY SECOND CONTACT THEY INFORMED THAT MY REGISTRATION WAS CANCELLED AND MAKE A NEW BOOKING AND IT HAS BOOKED SO, IN THIRD TIME THEY INFORMED THAT THE DELIVERY PERSON IS ON LONG LEAVE AND IT WILL BE SUBSTITUED BY NEXT WEEK. AFTER THAT I HAVE CONTACTED THREE TIMES OVER TELEPHONE NOW THEY ARE MAKING FALSE MESSAGE THAT IT WILL BE ISSUED NEXT DAY AGAINST MY EVERY CALL.. RECENTLY IT WAS TRANSFERRED FROM M/S, POOJA GAS AFTER THAT EVERY SUPPLY WAS MADE ONLY ON MY REPEATED ENQUIRY AND FOLLOW UP. FROM MY EXPERIENCE THE AGENCY OR STAFF MAKING A MISTAKE. NOW MY TWO CYLINDERS ARE EMPTY AT HOME NOW ONE WAS TAKEN FROM MY FRIEND ON CONDITION ANOTHER FILLED ONE REPAID WITHIN TWO DAYS. KINDLY GO THROUGH THE MATTER SERIOUSLY AND ARRANGE TO SUPPLY TWO CYLINDERS WITHOUT DELAY CONSIDERING THE TIME GAP AND ELIGIBILITY OF CYLINDERS TILL DATE.

Booking reference is 203554. On 06.10.2014 I have been received message of generating cash memo against refill booking and making delivery shortly. On my personal enquiry with dealer on 07.10.14 I have been told that their is no stock available and will take 10-15 days for delivery. l come to know that delivery boy has pick up the refill which is not yet delivered. On 11.10.2014 I got message of cancellation of booking. I request you to probe the matter give me justice.

EVEN AFTER A LAPSE OF 50 DAYS NO CYLINDER RECEIVED YET NOW. AGENCY NEVER ATTEND PHONE CALLS. I HAVE PLACED COMPLAINT THROUOGH IOC WEBSITE VIDE COMPLAINT NO 1647459 ON 19TH NOVEMBER 2014. WHENEVER CONTACTED THEM FOR FEEDBACK, REPLY IS 'CYLINDER DELIVERED SHORTLY'
                        i booked a cylinder on 21st october 2014 and without delivering, they cancelled the booking on 28th november 2014 updating the status as door closed which is not possible as i have someone at home all 24 hours.

                        facing recurring problem of delayed delivery of LPG cylinder from our
                        distributor: M/s CHITTOORAPPAN INDANE
                        SERVICES, 1164/2, 1299 - 814, , CHERANELLOOR, ERNAKULAM, KOCHI, KERALA highlighting the latest case: Booking has
                        been made on 13th October 2014, vide booking No 497873. Even after a
                        lapse of 50 days, NO CYLINDER supplied them. As a result we were forced to buy
                        gas from the open market. In this regard
                        I have placed complaints in IOC portal vide complaint No 1647459 dated 18th
                        November 2014, and 1671700 dated 5th December 2014. This is a
                        recurring problem from this distributor unlike prompt and efficient service
                        from other distributors. Hope appropriate action is taken against the
                        distributor thereby providing relief to the customers.

                        On 22/12/14, I received a sms of gas booking(cash memo no.[protected] & the booking no.293156) and the further sms of delivery on 4/1/15.But unfortunately I made no booking on 22/12/14 at that time, though I generally book my gas through my registered mobile no.Still I have not received any cylinder despite such illegal booking made by anonymous on behalf of me.Please take grim steps to stop the ill attempt made by others. My consumer id is 24018 & my distributor is Neelkamal, Bsirhat, 24Pgs(N).My mob no.[protected], eamail id. [protected]@gmail.com
                        My Consumer number is 42587 of Bindu Gas Agencies, Aluva and my 17 digit ID is[protected]. After repeated enquiry at the distributors office they did not delivered the gas cylinder. They asked me that they had issued the bills to the deliveryman. I suspect that the deliveryman had sold it to somebody else for higher price. On Ist January I was in formed by the distributor that they will issue bill during that week or next week. Again I con tacted the distributor on 8th Jan. Then they informed me that they had issued the bill and will receive the cylinder immediately. On 9th again I contacted the distributor and they repeated the same answer. I knew from the online booking centre they they had delivered cylinder booked on 29th Nov.and booking for 14th Dec, . is pending. I had not received the cylinder as they informed. More over I had not booked on 14th Dec. as it was a Sunday and my office was closed on that day. Please enquire about this and take necessary action to deliver the cylinders correctly without fail from the deliveryman. He may be punished suitably for delaying the delivery unnecessary and making more funds with the cylinders delivering to some other people.

                        My consumer Number is 42587 of Bindu Gas Agencies, Aluva. I had booked refil on 1.12.2014. Bindu gas informed me that the bill has given to deliveryman. After repeated enquiry I did not receive the cylinder. Please enquire about this and take necessary action to deliver the cylinder immediately. If the deliveryman is earning money by giving to other persons for higher than the bill amount he may be suitably punished.
                        Hi, i have booked cylinder on 24th December 2014, but still i have not received the cylinder. i have sent several reminder to distributor but still i am waiting for cylinder. This is not the first time it's hapening, the distributor always send the cylinder very late. So kindly do the needful and take appropriate step.

I enquired in my agency, sir told that only one cylinder to be delivered for one month. Early i had booked on 9.12.2014 and cylinder was delivered on 08.01.2015. Please clarify this and make arrangements to deliver the cylinder.

                        to the dealers office on 06/02/2015 on assured of delivery next day but till

                        We have tried to lodge complaint on your complaint no. [protected] which showing line bury / busy
                        tone, kindly increase the line to enable to lodge the complaint. Kindly do the
                        needful.
                        My indane consumer no.is 103403.I booked a cylinder on 01 Feb 15 (Ref no.-607180). It showed the report of cash memo generation ([protected]) on08 Feb 15.Till date I didnt received my cylinder.I had the same experience during my previous booking, that was done in last December.That time cash memo was generated on 02 Jan15 and I got the cylinder on 04 Feb 15 after repeated knocking to the concerned distributor. The delivery boy dropped the cylinder and ran away without giving the cash memo during delivery.I dont know what is going on. Please take some suitable step in case of any corruption. My distributor is Roy & Dutta Enterprises, Sodepur, Kolkata.

                        I am having Indane gas customer number[protected] at Eureka Gas Service, Panditwari, Dehradun-248007 (Uttrakhand). I booked for refill on 08.03.2015 vide reference number 260584. It is almost three weeks and I have not received refill.

                        On 22.03.2015, I registered complaint through helpline number [protected] and was given complaint number 2008209. When I spoke them today, I am told to contact the gas agency.

                        I fail to understand this abnormal delay in supply of refill and even after three weeks, I am asked to contact the gas agency.

                        Request to look into the matter and send me immediately the refill cylinder.

I had been in constant touch with the delivery boy over the phone and this person by name Shankarappa is dodging me everyday everytime he says i will deliver it today 2 days back he said someone got expired in his family. I have to go out for work but because of this guy i am not able do my offcial job. I dont understand do we depend on such people and also these people demand 30-50 Rs tips.

                        Once called to agency its difficult to get the call thourgh and after this they also dont respond properly and say it would be delivered today. as a consumer i dont understand what to do.

                        I had booked a cylinder on the 22/03/2015 No 226548 for which I still have not got my delivery of cylinder. This has been a regular practice of my supplier. There when we go to enquire he speaks very rough as if we are begging. Now the limit has crossed. When I enquired about my delivery he told me that my delivery has been cancelled.If I want it urgently i have to pay him extra 300 for a cylinder. Previously I have been doing this since I have only one cylinder we have a big family .This is becoming a regular habit . He purposely slows the supply so that we buy from him at a premium rate. Please help us out.When I asked for the complaint book he refused to give.He says do whatever you want. You can ask others also about this problem. I am not the only one.

                          indane gas services website and the consumer care numbers given there do not work [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] do not work nor does their [protected] this is public harassment where no complain can be lodged and only online booking is available. Because if you are not able to deliver refills what is the use of booking them. Their distributor in kanpur sumita gas agency has number[protected] but when you call on the above customer care numbers this distributor is not registered under this number. i have a cylinder refill booking of 22/01/2014 and till 13/02/2014 i have not received my cylinder. How does indane plan on delivering 12 cylinders a year with this record and then they do not have updated status of their distributors as well. This public torture of gas companies should be looked into and a limited time period should be binding on distributors and gas companies also. And customer care phone numbers should work otherwise they do not provide any care.

                              My Consumer number is 9929196. I have booked my Refill on[protected] at 19:46. My booking reference number is 426235. I have received an SMS on[protected] at 8:52 that my refill has been billed wide cash memo [protected] and has been delivered. The Gas Agency Shone Indian Gas at Kongorpilly(Karingathuruth) has delivered the Refill to my nearby houses on[protected], but has not delivered the same to me. I have enquired the reason with the agency, but their response is very bad. They have given my refill to someone else and collected more money from them. This is their usual procedure and I have made complaints against this agency many times. So I humbly request you to make an enquiry against the malpractice and punish them.

                              I am not getting refills at home. Supply is not available at dealer office also. I have to physically chase the delivery vehicle after repeated phone calls to get the refill. If I can not chase and find the vehicle on the day of bill, next day the bill is cancelled giving more trouble in getting the refill. This has been given as complaint (Docket No. 1642904.). The response is that I have to get the cylinder in home. But nothing has happened. Still I am waiting for refill. Bill was prepared and being cancelled.
                              Dear sir delivery against my booking made on 19.03.2015 has not been received till date even after 15 days. The reference no if booking is 515723. Kindly direct the concerned to effect the delivery immediately.

                              In kodungallur, Indane gas distributor is unable to supply gas refill even two months after booking. The booking cleared as of today (19th May) is upto 28th Feb. If the distributor is unable to supply refills in time, IOC should make alternate arrangements as thousands of consumers are facing the hardship in Kodungallur (Thrissur District, kerala)
                              I have booked for Refill cylinder on 31.05.2015.My consumer No.is CX11593281 of Sri Vishnu Gas Agency, Bangalore. but the booking got canceled on 08.06.2015 with out any attempt of delivery.Please take necessary step so that we can receive the gas as soon as possible...I got my previous refill as well after multiple follow ups and phones calls even to the delivery boy, at the end of which he did not even provide me with a bill, how ever i could manage to get a refill.

                                I am Himanshu a consumer (29887) of IOCL Mithla Gas agency Shop No4 and 5, A73A, Sector 19 Noida,
                                First of all they hardly picked any call moreover i have booked or applied for DBC (double cylinder connection) on 14-Jan- 2014 Ref NO ( R[protected] ) and also submitted all relevant document as the agency asked for, but today ( 12 Feb 2014 ) and i still got no connection due to some of their server problem as i am told about.

                                The Agency gave me a Noida IOCL area office number ( [protected] ) and a lady sit over there and hardly picked any call but by god grace my phone got picked and the response and behaviour is so pathetic and poor the lady does not know how to talk and what to talk no manners at all.
                                Then i asked about head office number and both time the Agency and noida area office gave me the same number of same lady called Renuka Shukla ( [protected] ) and she never picked any call of mine she always let my phone ring or hung my call but never pick.

                                The so called IOCL Online feedback/complaint portal is the worst than IRCTC booking portal, after you clicked on complaints button the page never came back.
                                Now anyone if has some authentic number to sort out this problem and neglagance of IOCL towards its Customer.

                                  My agency use to check every year the hose, gas stove and related product for safety under the guidelines of IOC, but recently we were out of station and the agency personnel came to our area and without inspecting they collected Rs 75/- from each house and got the false signature from consumer and without our presence they collected money opposite of my house in the name of me and got my signature from them. This shows how agency follow the safety norms and this should be taken seriously by IOC and take necessary action
