Dear Sir/Ma'am, I Devender Partap Singh, Consumer# 3843616, approached my distributor for booking LPG gas yesterday, I was told that I need to give a 21 days period between my bookings. I am need of a cylinder as I had a function at home. I have lodged a complaint against the distributor on the Indian Oil Indane website. I have not received any reply from them in the last 11 days. Please look into this lapse by the agency and resolve the issue asap. Thanks Regards, Devinder Partap Singh

    Hi This is regarding the DBC, I had ordered a cylinder on 27Jan 2014 and got the delivery on 03 Feb 2014.. At the time of delivery I was not there at home, so the delivery man delivered the cylinder and my Mother did not checked the expiry date. When after a week I was replacing the cylinder, I found that the Cylinder was expired in the second quarter of 2012. I called the Sondhi Gas agency for the replacement but they assured me on phone, I called them more than 4 times but they are not entertaining us properly. This is very shocking to see How Indian GAs Agency is allowing to get such expired cylinder refilled. Non of the Indane toll free complain numbers are working, neither their complaint portal is working. Please look into the matter and get this resolved asp.

          We the Residence people of Barado Avenue and Baishnabghata Kendua main road request to do proper investigation on dangerous illegal loading and unloading of Indane gas cylinder. Location map http://goo.gl/maps/NtTjN The Distributor Details BAGHAJATIN GAS SERVICE 31 BARODA AVENUECAL-84 From last 1 year or so, it has been observed that illegal gas loading and unloading been taken forward in E.M.Bypas road, just opposite of KK das college. There are about 20 labourers who are working from morning 8 a.m to 6 p.m. They are smocking cigarettes, bidis, blocking the road, eve teasing to woman's, doing toilets in government property, making nuisance in decent residential area. The situation is so worse that most of the times there are at least 3 huge trucks standing the main road (PWD central government road), local residence people even cannot walk properly and it is very dangerous as there is "NO FIRE SAFETY". Any day there is high possibility of accident and death for this non-sense activity. We have complaint to the FIRE Department manager and also to "Patuli fire station". Nothing is done so far. Moreover The local Police station (Patuli police thana) is been aware of the activity and are completely blind of this danger. We personally think we are living in educated society and we have all right to stay in a safe and secure locality without any fear of danger. We kindly request the INDANE Management to look up this matter very seriously and take necessary action Immediately. Thank you, Regards, Residents of Boroda Avenue/ Kendua Main Road. P.S.             I am a senior citizen of Jadavpur area in Kolkata having Indane Gas connection vide consumer No. [protected](20542) under Mangal Deep distributor. I have received refilled cylinder on 03/02/14 against Cash Memo/Bill No. [protected]. But till today I have not got the subsidy amount in my Bank account. I have got my subsidy amount twice in my Bank account before this. I have registered a complaint through Indane's website and got Docket No. 1257075 and reply that the Distributor has been asked by them to resolve the matter. But this M/S Mangal Deep distributor neither resolved the case nor helping me in this regard. They (distributor) are not picking up telephones for the last three days. They (distributor's employees) even refused to talk with me as I went to their office after 4 o'clock, one computer operator guy and another employee ill behaved with me. I regret to say that many people have made complaint against them to Indane but Indane did nothing against them. Once again, I request to Indane Gas authority to redress my grievance by giving my subsidy amount to my Bank account as soon as possible and at least alert the distributor for such misbehaviour.               I am a customer of Indane Gas with connection No: 329433 and the Dealer is M/s. Brightening Gas Service, Malakpet, Hyderabad AP. Although I have submitted my Aadhar Card to the Gas Dealer and also got the same linked to my Bank Account long ago, the subsidy in respect of 3 Gas cylinders is yet to be credited to my Account maintained with State Bank of Hyderabad, Begumpet Branch, Hyderabad, A.P.

              When I personally visited the dealer, he told me that the subsidy amount was already sent to the Bank on 4th February, 2014 but so far the subsidy amount is not credited to my Bank Account. Further, I am working as Manager in the same Bank and there is no proper response from the Dealer. He simply says --"Complain to Indian Gas Company. We donot know when you will get the subsidy"

              Please look into the matter and see that the subsidy payable for 3 cylinders is credited to my Account without further loss of time.
              I have received my LPG Gas cylinder against order no. [protected] dt. 2.1.2015 from M/s. Parul Gas Service but till date I have not received subsidy amount till date. My Customer o. 23448 and LPG ID :[protected]. The status in net showing that my Adhar No[protected] is correctly linked with Indane and good for receiving subsidy amount but I have not received my subsidy amount till date.
              I am a regular customer of Indane Agency M/s. Parul Gas Service, Delhi-84 vide customer no. 23448 LPGID :[protected]. I had booked a LPG gas cylinder which has been delivered to my against my order no. [protected] dt. 21.2015. I have paid Rs. 708.50 against which I have to receive my subsidy amount in my bank account 'The Kangra Co-operative Bank Ltd., Sant Nagar Burari, Delhi-84. My Adhar number[protected] has been linked with Company-Indane which is also shown on Net that said adhar is linked sucessfully and good for receiving subsidy amount. But till date after 15 days have gone, I have not received the subsidy amount. Please book a complaint and return my subsidy amount.
              I have not received the subsidy amount so far on my refill of cylinder booked on 20/ 1 2015. Refill received on 01/02/2015 paid rs 737.consumer no 9265.lpg I'd[protected]. Bank acct no[protected] of sbi doorvaninagar Bangalore. Aadhaar[protected] already linked to my lpg.solicit early action.

                My name is Rajashree and i am the customer of Indane gas (Gajanana Enterprises) since 1991. I am facing lot of problem with the gas delivery boy Mr. Srinivas Reddy who delivers the cylinder for koramangala 7th block. The problem is he has not given the receipt against the delivery of the gas cylinder. Actually yesterday i had called up to 24hrs IVRS no. to know the status of the booked refill cylinder but i was surprised to know that my cylinder was already on monday and i was getting the information about the receipt no. that has been delivered. Regarding the same when i asked the delivery boy he said don't worry i will deliver the cylinder he said but the actual reason was he had already delivered the cylinder to somebody else the one which was booked in my name. But the cylinder was delivered today without receipt today 26/2/14 and when i asked him for the receipt to sign he said he will bring it tommorow, this is not the first time it is happening but this is 3rd time and regarding this i went to agency and complained but no necessary has been taken till know. They say we will take care about the matter complained but it is of no use. I think it is better to change the delivery boy itself. I think there is adjustment between the delivery boy and the agency manager. To lodge the complaint i tried calling agency but they never pick up the phone to respond. One more thing which i would like to bring to ur kind notice is the delivery boy sells the refill cylinder illegally to the people around 5o 6 10 cylinders everyday. Kindly take the necessary action towards the complaint lodged. regards rajashree

I had booked my gas on 14.01.14, but till date they have not deliver me refilled gas cylinder.I have called many time on the no. provided ([protected], [protected]), many time this no.is not picked by anyone after the numerous call. Once or more they have asked me, gas is short will deliver shortly . Now i would like to know that how much long man can wait. More than 40 days passed Gas is not delivered till now.                     I am a customer of m/s the Indiane oil of dealer SHILPA GASE SERVICES, RAMA VIHAR DELHI-110086, PhONE NO[protected], 32225052, MOB-[protected], consumer no.692209.For the last few months i am getting the supply of gas in a very delayed manner.Recently i had booked refilling order date 04-FEB-2014 but till date i have not received gas cylinder.For the last 22 days staff of the distributor assures me everyday that the gas will be delivered by today itself on urgent basis whenever we contact over their telephone number[protected], 32225052 i am fed up with this harassing attitude of the distributors.The persons who have booked after my booking have already got the supply of gas therefore i request your good self to intervene the matter otherwise i will be compelled to refer the matter to consumer forum and take the decision to switch over to any other company available in the market for their services.which will also pain me a lot because i am a customer of your company indane . I am already complain customer care date 16/2/2014 but not support against customer care, again provide address branch office and branch no, but i am calling branch office,[protected], name Archna ji, but not responsible any query, again call, and massage to director of SHILPA GASE SERVICE mr, rajander, but not response any query, again call, shilp gase service but not response, I awaiting your early response.

                      Hi, myself Nikhil Kabra, I have connection of Indane Gas and my connection number is 5558305. My distributor Indore Indane called me to link my adhaar card number with my existing bank to avail benefit of subsidy.According to them I do not apply then I would not get subsidy and I need to pay full amount as it is compulsory. I have done the same but after 2 month I come to know that those who have not link their adhaar card are easily getting cylinder at the cost of Rs450 and for mine, I need to pay more than Rs 500 even after getting subsidy. Why I am paying Rs50 more for the same cylinder which others are getting at Rs450. Where these Rs 50 is going ?? I need an explanation for the same.Even in other cities Gas company directly charging Rs 450 from the client and for those who have link their adhaar need to pay earlier around Rs 1250 and after that around Rs 735 come in their account. This is fraud.

                        customer no12854 name of customer mr.p.veerapandian lives in old no7/3, new no:18/18, gandhiroad, mittanamalli,
                        avadi, chennai 55 .we recevied the gas cyclinder on dated 12/12/2012 as we replaced it now we found its leaking one so kept outside to avoid further problems and informed about it to the mjv indane gas agency in ambattur.but there is no response for past 3 days .immediate action to be taken against them to replace it as soon as possible, its not safe to have a leaky cyclinder here for a long period of time.

                          Dear Sir My self sudarshan singh, customer of Indane Gas under Udipti Indane(Mekhliganj ). Cust no.4081. I purchase one cylender from udipti Rs. 1233/-. Bill No.[protected]. My bank account number and Aadhar Card also activate in udipti. But now i am not getting back subsidy amount in my account. Many time i am knocking but Udipti not given proper feedback. Please Take action & Refund my exses amount as soon as possible.

                                I am a regular customer of IndaneGas Service in Kolkata. My Distributor's Name is "Amar Enterprises"located at 9, Sardar Sankar Road, Kolkata-700026.
                                My Customer No. is [protected](14433).
                                I have registered my gas connection for gas subsidy.I have submitted all required documents to my Indane Gas Distributor "Amar Enterprises" for linkage with my Adhaar Card.
                                I had booked for refill of gas cylinder on 01.02.2014. The Order No. is [protected] dated 01.02.2014. I had paid Rs. 1169/- vide Cash Memo no. [protected] dated 05.02.2014 towards there fill of my cylinder. Please note that I have not received any subsidy amount.The subsidy amount has not been credited to my Bank Account yet. More than one month and half month have passed. I had visited my Gas distributor but they did not provide any help regarding the refund of my subsidy. Request you to do the needful and kindly credit my balance subsidy amount for LPG at the earliest.

                                  I, Samir pal Indane LPG consumer ( No : 15086) booked gas cylinder to B.T.P.Employees Co-Opt.Stores Ltd of B.T.P.S Township, Tribeni, Hooghly on 03.02.2014 . The same was supplied on 9.2.2014 vide cash memo No : [protected] at cost of Rs. 1169/- and you have already transfer subisdy on 21.01.2014 Ref No : [protected] Rs. 435/- to my SB A/C No : [protected] but the balance amount of subisdy not transfered to said SB Account . [protected] still to day.Therefore I request to please deactive my Aadhaar ( Aadhar No :[protected] linking and it is not possible for me to purchase gas cylinder at High Price and please transfer the balance amount subsidy to my SB Account from your end. Your best co-operation is highly needed.

                                    Dear Sir/Ma’am,
                                    I am a customer of indane gas agency science 2004, under the distributor name M/s RAJLAXMI INDANE GAS SERVICE, address: 215, MAHEWA, PURAB PATTI, NAINI, ALLAHABAD. My consumer no. 2811. I have logged so many complaint about the gas stove repairing, when we turn on the ignition, a yellow flame keeps burns beneath the burner along with the blue flame -- this is a bif flame that bursts and really makes us nervous. I was complaining about this from last three months and several times I tried to talk to them but nobody picked the phone, then personally I went there (five times), and save us from unseen hazards, nobody has turned up to repair nor responding.
                                    1. Two days ago (21/02/14) one person came without any toolkit and he ask us for toolkit, we told him that we are have any toolkit. Finally he carry the gas stove with him for repairing purpose. He replaced the all parts of gas stove and came back with a service receipt, which was lake a 1 square inch written ”270 INR ”. We ask him why he replaced the all parts, why he is not having replaced parts of stove, why he didn’t try to repair it and why he is not having original service/payment receipt? He said we are giving receipt like this only..
                                    2. We are facing so many issues with the M/s RAJLAXMI INDANE GAS SERVICE. Still we are facing same problem with the gas stove (yellow flame).
                                    3. I will appreciate if you look after in to the matter and provide me positive outcome.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I applied for a new Indane Gas connection dated 18th Jan, 2014, through Online registration as per the company protocols, through their agency, DAGAR GAS SERVICE, ROHINI, DELHI

                                      The Ref number provided through my e mail was :N[protected]

                                      But till date there is no response from the company or the dealer and almost more than a month has passed

                                      On enquiring the dealer, i never got a clear and correct response

                                      Please help, as it is very difficult to cope up without a proper gas connection to run household activities

                                        Respected sir

                                        i have a INDANE GAS connection whose service is provided by Sanganer ges Agency, My gas Connection consumer no.is 153142 the name of yogendra kumar nagar
                                        booked my cylinder on date Bokking No.537841 but i dont have
                                        take my cylinder, Msg.recived my cash memo canceled .its not happend one times these condition happend regular three times so what is this i[censored] are not able to provide servise thane told me so thate i just going to for a suitable option and i want to rebate
                                        Please consider my complaint and try to give reach my cylinder to me in two days...
