    I am a regular customer of IndaneGas Service in Kolkata. My Distributor's Name is "Amar Enterprises"located at 9, Sardar Sankar Road, Kolkata-700026.
    My Customer No. is [protected](14433).
    I have registered my gas connection for gas subsidy.I have submitted all required documents to my Indane Gas Distributor "Amar Enterprises" for linkage with my Adhaar Card.
    I had booked for refill of gas cylinder on 01.02.2014. The Order No. is [protected] dated 01.02.2014. I had paid Rs. 1169/- vide Cash Memo no. [protected] dated 05.02.2014 towards there fill of my cylinder. Please note that I have not received any subsidy amount.The subsidy amount has not been credited to my Bank Account yet. More than one month and half month have passed. I had visited my Gas distributor but they did not provide any help regarding the refund of my subsidy. Request you to do the needful and kindly credit my balance subsidy amount for LPG at the earliest.

      Dear Sir,
      I, Samir pal Indane LPG consumer ( No : 15086) booked gas cylinder to B.T.P.Employees Co-Opt.Stores Ltd of B.T.P.S Township, Tribeni, Hooghly on 03.02.2014 . The same was supplied on 9.2.2014 vide cash memo No : [protected] at cost of Rs. 1169/- and you have already transfer subisdy on 21.01.2014 Ref No : [protected] Rs. 435/- to my SB A/C No : [protected] but the balance amount of subisdy not transfered to said SB Account . [protected] still to day.Therefore I request to please deactive my Aadhaar ( Aadhar No :[protected] linking and it is not possible for me to purchase gas cylinder at High Price and please transfer the balance amount subsidy to my SB Account from your end. Your best co-operation is highly needed.

        Dear Sir/Ma’am,
        I am a customer of indane gas agency science 2004, under the distributor name M/s RAJLAXMI INDANE GAS SERVICE, address: 215, MAHEWA, PURAB PATTI, NAINI, ALLAHABAD. My consumer no. 2811. I have logged so many complaint about the gas stove repairing, when we turn on the ignition, a yellow flame keeps burns beneath the burner along with the blue flame -- this is a bif flame that bursts and really makes us nervous. I was complaining about this from last three months and several times I tried to talk to them but nobody picked the phone, then personally I went there (five times), and save us from unseen hazards, nobody has turned up to repair nor responding.
        1. Two days ago (21/02/14) one person came without any toolkit and he ask us for toolkit, we told him that we are have any toolkit. Finally he carry the gas stove with him for repairing purpose. He replaced the all parts of gas stove and came back with a service receipt, which was lake a 1 square inch written ”270 INR ”. We ask him why he replaced the all parts, why he is not having replaced parts of stove, why he didn’t try to repair it and why he is not having original service/payment receipt? He said we are giving receipt like this only..
        2. We are facing so many issues with the M/s RAJLAXMI INDANE GAS SERVICE. Still we are facing same problem with the gas stove (yellow flame).
        3. I will appreciate if you look after in to the matter and provide me positive outcome.

          I applied for a new Indane Gas connection dated 18th Jan, 2014, through Online registration as per the company protocols, through their agency, DAGAR GAS SERVICE, ROHINI, DELHI

          The Ref number provided through my e mail was :N[protected]

          But till date there is no response from the company or the dealer and almost more than a month has passed

          On enquiring the dealer, i never got a clear and correct response

          Please help, as it is very difficult to cope up without a proper gas connection to run household activities

            booked my cylinder on date Bokking No.537841 but i dont have
            take my cylinder, Msg.recived my cash memo canceled .its not happend one times these condition happend regular three times so what is this i[censored] are not able to provide servise thane told me so thate i just going to for a suitable option and i want to rebate
            Please consider my complaint and try to give reach my cylinder to me in two days...

              I am an Indane Gas consumer and my consumer no is 27287. My gas supplier is Surya enterprises, West delhi-110058. I have complaint again two LPG deliveries delivered on[protected] and[protected] against a refill registration on[protected] and[protected] respectively. My subsidy no. is 3523379. I had paid amount of RS.1134. IT WAS MENTIONED IN CASH MEMO THAT AN AMOUNT OF RS.720.39 WILL BE CREDITED in MY BANK ACCOUNT. I ALREADY had SUBMITTED ALL CONCERNED details regarding subsidy. BUT SO FAR THE SUBSIDY AMOUNT IS NOT CREDITED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. MY ADHAR No. IS[protected].
              i am an Indane Gas consumer and my consumer no is10034 and 1357J . My gas supplier is Aggarwal gas service, sodal road, jalandhar city, 144001. I have complaint against two LPG deliveries delivered on[protected] and[protected] respectively against order no [protected] and [protected] respectively. My bill no. is [protected] and [protected] respectively. I had paid amount of RS.1313.50 and 1313.50 respectively. I ALREADY had SUBMITTED ALL CONCERNED details regarding subsidy. BUT SO FAR THE SUBSIDY AMOUNT IS NOT CREDITED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. MY ADHAR No. IS[protected] and[protected]. please consider my complaint otherwise i have to complaint to consumer court.

                But the subsidy amount has still not been transferred to my S.B Account No. [protected].

                  My SBI Account No. [protected] Bapatla Branch is not being linked with my Aadhaar Card no.[protected] and IOCL is not showing link with my account. Thus, subsidy refund amount is not coming to my account. When checked with the SBI bank, they tell that it is already linked with said Adhaar on 04 Jan 14 and I have really received a SMS confirmation on my mobile [protected] on same date. But after almost 42 days, IOCL tells that my SBI account is not linked with Aadhaar and therefore they are not able to transfer the subsidy amount for the LPG cylinder drawn on 10 Jan 14 vide cash mem no. [protected]. There is some problem either with IOCL or with SBI bank. IOCL website page and SBI mobile message photo is attached. Kindly look into it to solve my problem.

                      I booked LPG cylinder on 30.12.13 with Sainik Gas Service, Poothole, Thrissur (Dist.Code 117743). I was informed that cylinder had been dispatched for delivery on 13.02.14. My repeated phone calls are treated with disdain, and very casually. The Agency had the temerity to ask me to collect the cylinder from their godown after depositing the empty cylinder! Refill cylinder has not been delivered till 21.02.14.
                      Hi Sir/Madam,

                      I, Rabindra Nath Singh, am a consumer of "M/s Rashmi Rathi Enterprises (Indane Star Distributors), Kankarbagh, Patna, Bihar" and my customer ID is "U12936". I booked a LPG cylinder on 08/02/2015 with booking No: "621878", but I am still waiting for the cylinder to be delivered. The name of the vendor supplying the cylinders in my locality is "Vikash".

                      When I ask in the agency it always says the same repeated story that the vendor has been dispatched by the agency with the cylinders. Please look into the matter, as it has become a habit of this agency and the vendors to keep troubling the consumers.

                            My Consumer No is 33913 . I have booked on line gas refilling request on 12.02.2014 and got reference no 355940. Now 08 days are already over . But Till date the Cylinder has not been delivered . Gas Agency Name - M/s JAI JAWAN, Ramphal Chowk, Dwarka, DELHI. Tel No.[protected] Consumer Name : P K Choudhary, Q no 197, Sector -19, Dwarka, Delhi They are nohem delivering the cylinder on due time. After booking the same, you have to give a ring to them or contact their delivery man. Then, you would be in the position to receive the cylinder. Is it esiest procedure to get fill up your empty cylinder periodically .                               Sir, I have purchased indane gas cylinder by paying Rs.1176.50/- vide Bill No.[protected] dated 03/02/2014 from dealer Sri Chinthamani Ganapathy Gas suppliers, Pudukkottai 622001, Tamilnadu. My customer no No. is 39112. Even after 17 days I have not yet get my subsidy credit in my savings bank account. While customers not filing the adhar details get the cylinders at normal price, those who get registered with adhar details finds it is too difficult to get the subsidy. Is this is punishment for those who registered adhar? Please take necessary action in this regard to get my subsidy credit immediately.

                                I have purchased a Sr.No. 9 Gas cyclinder from Shresth Gas Service, West Delhi, amounting to Rs. 1134/- on 07/02/2014. Shresth Gas Agency told me that your subsidy Rs. 720/- will be transferred to your bank account ( link with aadhar Card) . Gas Cyclinder sili vide cash memo no. I want to new gas connection so i have paid Rs.8000 to our gas supplier Mr. Kamleshbhai Batalavala in Balol nagar, Ranip gam, Ahemdabad. i paid money to him 22 days ago but he doenst give me Receipt and Gas connection. when i call to Mr.Kamlesh he doesnt receive my phone. when i meet hi face to face his behiviour is very bad with me. Mr. Kamlesh sales Gas bottle in Black but doesnt give to his costomer so please take action and help to get my gas connection. please help me.                                       consumer no.17852 SRI SAI PRASANNA INDANE GAS AGENCY, BANGALORE booked 15 days back as 548805 and received sms as cash memo [protected] generated and cylinder shall be delivered shortly, but till now it is not delivered and when ever I call them, it will be delivered today..tomorrow. will you please instruct them to deliver the same immediately as our gas is finishing.                                       Gas cylinder was booked on 10th of june and cancelled on 14th of june.
                                      On contact with tge agency i was advised to get my gas connection transferred to other gas agency with a reason that they do not deliver the gas cylinder in the area i reside i.e. vivek vihar roorkee road meerut.
                                      My concern is that this information should have been conveyed to me prior b4 getting connection.
                                      I expect from you that Arrangement will be made so that i could get my gas cylinder at residence.

                                        Sir,
                                        I have paid Rs.1176.50/ for gas cylinder supplied on 03/02/2014. Even after two weeks iI have not yet receive my subsidy credit in my SB a/c. While people not register aadhar card and bank account details with indane gas dealers pay only normal amount, those customers who filed aadhar and bank a/c details find too hardship in getting subsidy. Is it a punishment for those who get registered with indane? Also, there is a toll free number given in transparancy portal. It is also too much hard to get connection with those people designated. Even it will take more than 5 - 6 hours after redial again and again. Please arrange more toll free numbers fo customers.

                                        Please do the needful to get my subsidy credit without delay further .

                                        Name Hariom, Consumer no. 15200 Air Force Gas agency Halwara Distt - Ludhiana (PB) My consumer no. is linked with my Aadhar No. (with IOCL and my bank A/C both) still I hv not received subsidy against the delivery of LPG cylinder on 17 JAN 2014.                                         I procured cylinder on 6.2.14 at then current market price. But no subsidy has yet been credited to my bank a/c yet. Incidentally I got subsidy in my bank a/c within 4 days of supply of my first cylinder after linking my Aadhar No. I lodge complaint with Indane's Transparency Portal but without any outcome. On phone call to the requested mobile No of Indane Officer, I only received a curt reply that every one in such position is experiencing delay. The contact helpline No. remains busy for indefinite time and will be beyond your time or patience. I wonder why on complying with Govt notification the consumers will be punished while others not registering their Aadhar No. are left free to get supply at subsidised price without hassle.
