Dear SIr,
Am Praveen.D resident of Thopphil Veedu,Chembakamangalam,Korani P.O,Trivandrum-Kerala -695104,have applied for New Gas Connection through Online (Request reference number is N[protected]) with all required Document with ID Proof,Resident Proof and with an Affidafit(Rs.100+Rs.50/-stamp)with all those details(including Original and photocopy) which Indane Company ask for on 29/08/2013,they ask me to revisit on 05/09/2013,again revisit on 05/09/2013-but then again they asked me to visit after Onam celebration.
Is that Online booking takes such long time-its unbelievable,I felt because I made an request through Online dats y they are making me run like any thing.
I thing this is not fair-(I may be wrong-correct if am wrong).
Sir I would I would be visiting Attingal Gas-Attingal after Onam-Lets see-now when they would be asking me to revisit their office and how long it will take to get New connection.
Please advice-what next step should I approach for.

Dear Sir,
SUB: Non Delivery of refill cylinder (LPG-Gas) against Book Order No 756957
On 03.12.2013, I have booked for to get the refill cylinder (LPG-Gas) vide booking Order No: 756957. After booking, I received an SMS on 14.12.2013 informing that cash memo No. [protected] has been generated and cylinder shall be delivered shortly. But on 16.12.2013 I got another SMS informing that the above cash memo has been cancelled. After getting the SMS on 16.12.2013 I tried to contact the Distributor over telephone to know the correct position but both the numbers are not working. It is funny that despite having two numbers, the distributor could not be contacted. It is apprehended that the cylinder against the cash memo might have been sold or manipulated to any other.
Hence, I do hereby complaint to the esteem authority of the Grievance Cell that I did not get the refill cylinder (LPG-Gas) against my Book Order No. 756957. Pl take necessary action either against the Delivery man / or his Distributor Office to stop the manipulation and make “Good & Prompt Service” to the Indane Customers always.
