Unnecessary harassment to Senior Citizens. Customer ID A16325 RegNo. 1040512 Dealer: "Avtar Gas Service", 5AL Market, Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi-110088 - Dealer is not booking Indane Gas cylinder request. - On visiting their office we were informed that we are using the gas pipeline that is why it has been disconnected - This is not at all true becasue we never had or have any gas pipeline connection. - Till last month the gas cylinder was provided. - No action till date –Old Complaint No. 1039661 dtd 10/09/2013 and –Last Complaint No. 1047011 dtd 13/09/2013 and –New Complaint No. 1053744 dtd 19/09/2013 Can anybody help to resolve the issue.

A gas cylinder was delivered to our home today and from the same time onwards there is been profuse leak from the same. We tried to contact the Aravind gas agency but the number is not getting connected. Please revert on an urgent basis as it a matter of grave i portance.       To, General Manager (Customer grivience) Indane Gas, I.O.C Sir, I would like to record my Complaint against you Gas dealer, ie (M/S Kameshwar Gas Agencies) Bakshi Nagar, jammu. Inspite of Gas cylinder booking prior to twelve days back they do not deliver gas in our area, which is hardly at six kilometers distance from their outlet. When I personally went to them, they told me that it is not possible for them to deliver the gas at my residence as it is out of municipal limits.I would like to add here that during the past two times they delivered the cylinder at my home as can be seen by you through my bookings in March and June.Every body has to carry the cylinder on their own and bring new cylinder if available at their depot. They charge no less for the same. What about senior citizens like me who struggles for walking due to ailments and all? You can have independent inquiries in our area on your own through your sources, But please kindly Help us by appointing another agency or order them to supply at doorsteps.         I booked my indane gas refill on 13.09.2013 through IVRS NO. [protected]. My consumer no 07156 & booking reference no. 383363. The gas was delivered on 17.09.2013. But intimation for delivery was received on 17.09.2013 through SMS after gas cylinder was delivered. In earlier cases intimation was received well in advance so as to make arrangement for cash. Now one gas cylinder cost Rs. 420/ including the authorised commission.I am a old man and have to make arrangement for cash. Pl. do it in future. In the cash bill it was mentioned as ME;;DSC- 5 of QUOTA QTY ;;9. Pl. explain

          Indane Gas Consumer No: 53764 Distributor Name: Sree Shirdi Sai Indane Service Distributor Addresss: H.No.[protected]Plot No.68/A), Indra Nagar Colony, Vanasthalipuram, Hayathnagar, Hyderabad. The distributor has entered my aadhar number wrongly and linked the same with wrong bank account also. Later i observed that on my online account and communicated the same with distributor. Even though the distributor has changed my aadhar number with correct one, the subsidy amount is transferring to the person who is having the wrong aadhar number. i have discussed this issue with distributor, he told me that there is no solution because my Consumer number is linked with wrong aadhar number with wrong bank account also. so we can not do any thing. and he told me that better surrender or close the connection and take new connection with different name . but i dont want to close my existing connection. please tell me the process to get subsidy amount on my bank account only.

              Dear Sir,
              SUB: Non Delivery of refill cylinder (LPG-Gas) against Book Order No 14800


              On[protected], I have booked for to get the refill cylinder (LPG-Gas) vide booking Order No: 14800. After booking, I was approached to the distributor’s office in several times at that time and they replied the refill cylinder (LPG-Gas) was out of stock. So I was waited till arrive the stock at his office/ go down.
              In the Mean time, the Delivery man / or his Distributor Office has manipulated or sold to any other on[protected] vide Cash Memo No: 15143.
              Hence, I do here by complaint to the esteem authority of the Grievance Cell that I could not get the refill cylinder (LPG-Gas) against my Book Order No: 14800 but how it can be possible to “Delivered” on[protected] which is mentioned in status column of Online Refill Booking History.

              The “Delivered” item may be remove/ or cancel from Online Refill Booking History at an earliest possible. And take necessary action against the Delivery man / or his Distributor Office to stop the manipulation and make “Good & Prompt Service” to the Indane Customers always.

              On 03.12.2013, I have booked for to get the refill cylinder (LPG-Gas) vide booking Order No: 756957. After booking, I received an SMS on 14.12.2013 informing that cash memo No. [protected] has been generated and cylinder shall be delivered shortly. But on 16.12.2013 I got another SMS informing that the above cash memo has been cancelled. After getting the SMS on 16.12.2013 I tried to contact the Distributor over telephone to know the correct position but both the numbers are not working. It is funny that despite having two numbers, the distributor could not be contacted. It is apprehended that the cylinder against the cash memo might have been sold or manipulated to any other.

              Hence, I do hereby complaint to the esteem authority of the Grievance Cell that I did not get the refill cylinder (LPG-Gas) against my Book Order No. 756957. Pl take necessary action either against the Delivery man / or his Distributor Office to stop the manipulation and make “Good & Prompt Service” to the Indane Customers always.

              SUB: Non Delivery of refill cylinder (LPG-Gas) against Book Order No 205840 On 31.01.2014, I have booked to get the refill cylinder (LPG-Gas) vide booking Order No: 205840. After booking, I received an SMS on 09.02.2014 informing that cash memo No. [protected] has been generated and cylinder shall be delivered shortly. But on 11.02.2014 I got another SMS informing that the above cash memo has been cancelled. Again i had received another message on[protected] cash memo [protected] generated cylinder shall be delivered shortly . And surprisingly i had received another SMS message on[protected] that cylinder delivered against cash memo [protected].
              After getting the SMS I tried to contact the Distributor over telephone but till today we did not get the cylinder.

              Hence, I do hereby complaint to the esteem authority of the Grievance Cell that I did not get the refill cylinder (LPG-Gas) against my Book

                nobody lifts the phone. Either the phone is kept aside . Very difficult to book the gas .They donot fallow any working time.

                lindane — POOR SERVICE AND IRRESPONSIBLE ACTIVITIES

                I'm chinnammal from sankaramalaipatty, karur, tamilnadu.My customer number is 19672.I'm using the LPG service nearly for 2 years.The service provided by PARAMESHWARI AGENCIES, KARUR is very worst and fradulent activities are going on. As per the government rules, the customer may renew the LPG cylinder after 21 days.But the situation in our(Parameshwari agency) agency is the customer should register for renewal after 40 days(date:07 dec 2008). After the renewal, The consumer can get the cylinder after 20 days from the date of renewal(date:04 feb 2009)..I got the cylinder only after 60 days.how can I able to utilize the cylinder with a family having 5 members after 60 days.LPG cylinders are sold for tea shops and for cars. So I request you to take necessary actions on this issue.

                I am having gas connection with the company of SANTHARAM GAS SERVICE INDANE DISTRIBUTORS , cODE - 5580863, TIN-[protected], when i am trying to book the gas they are not giving proper response to the customer, they informed for booking gas please give a call make register and come but when we make a call they are not pick up the phone . I am staying close to pondicherry nearly 50km from my place to the gas agency up and down 100km. working in private concern i cant take a leave regularly so the solution is for the booking only by phone , They are treating us very cheaper thats makes me hurt. Gas is important but the approach is very very important for us Please take action for those things. I am getting cylinder after 60 days only
                All the gas agency peoples are give proper response to the customers
                one and one worst customer dealings in the world is TINDIVANAM SANTHARAM GAS SERVICE INDANE DISTRIBUTORS vary worst irresponsible
                distributors there is no word in the world to blame them.

                  To whomsoever it concerns, Indian Oil Kavya Petrol Park, Whitefield Bangalore is cheating with the customers. One person before me has filled the petrol of Rs. 100/- when I have asked to fill the petrol of Rs 450/- using my citibank card then the third guy has diverted my attention by giving a free magazine and in a time span of 2 seconds the meter started showing 2 ltrs already filled. I have complaint to the employee about less petrol but he was not at all listening to my complaint and arguing non-sense that my bike tank capacity is 12 ltrs that's why it is showing less petrol in the meter. I don't know how far this complaint will be helpful, but I thought I should complaint it someone where. Regards, Anandmation as possible...

                    Dear SIr,

                    Am Praveen.D resident of Thopphil Veedu,Chembakamangalam,Korani P.O,Trivandrum-Kerala -695104,have applied for New Gas Connection through Online (Request reference number is N[protected]) with all required Document with ID Proof,Resident Proof and with an Affidafit(Rs.100+Rs.50/-stamp)with all those details(including Original and photocopy) which Indane Company ask for on 29/08/2013,they ask me to revisit on 05/09/2013,again revisit on 05/09/2013-but then again they asked me to visit after Onam celebration.

                    Is that Online booking takes such long time-its unbelievable,I felt because I made an request through Online dats y they are making me run like any thing.

                    I thing this is not fair-(I may be wrong-correct if am wrong).

                    Sir I would I would be visiting Attingal Gas-Attingal after Onam-Lets see-now when they would be asking me to revisit their office and how long it will take to get New connection.

                    Please advice-what next step should I approach for.

                        Hi, Today morning I was went to IOC petrol pump near Banaswadi Fly over ( bangalore )near Railway station to fill petrol. I came out of my car and requested for petrol worth 1500 and attendant started filling . Meanwhile another tried to distract me asking for my credit card and telling that card was not going though and asked for another card . In the commotion I saw attendant pressing 1500 on the meter and when I asked him he told already he had filled 1500 . When I started arguing he relented and said only Rs 1158 worth of petrol actually went in but tried to convince me it happened due to power failure and so on. I went and complained to manager of the petrol pump who tried to act stupid and pretended not to understand what was going on .. Anyways I wanted to alert that these things happen and consumers need to be on the alert every time ! Thanks !

Today on 7-9-2013 Hawker Mr Hari Babu of Krishna Gas Service Agra delivered a Gas Cylinder against my refill Booking no. 312807, cash memo no. 712 that having Leakage . There is every danger of catching fire . I have tried my best to inform the dealer but all in vain No oirespondin to my phone. Agency office and its godown is closed.. What should I do ?

                            Please provide as much information as possible... During the financial year[protected], I have booked 1st cylinder on 16.04.2013 and delivery received on 25.04.2013. Thereafter, I have booked the 2nd cylinder on 04.06.2013 but the same has not been received. On repeated chasing, the office of the Distributor advised to book a fresh one and accordingly I booked one cylinder on 25.06.2013. On further chasing for the delivery of the 2nd cylinder, the office of the distributor informed that the same can not be sop after the fresh booking. You have to cancel then the booking. Accordingly the same was cancelled. Again on further enquiry/chasing and as there was gas for cooking and due to acute difficulties faced for cooking arrangements and as per advice of the office of the Distributor I again booked one cylinder on 17.07.2013 against which delivery was given on 22.07.2013 against cash Memo No. 11992 dated on 20.07.2013. But till date 2nd cylinder has not been delivered. Whereas from Transparency Portal of PL Gas Service, Kolkata against Consumer No. 19651 for the period from 01.04.2013 to 23.07.2013 shows that 3 cylinders have been delivered. The 2nd cylinder has been delivered on 08.06.2013. But it is reiterated that the 2nd cylinder has not been delivered physically to me on 08.06.2013. The cylinder which was delivered on 22.07.2013 has already been exhausted. I am going to book a fresh cylinder under protest reserving the right to get the 2nd cylinder which has not yet been delivered. In view of the above, necessary enquiry may be conducted at your end and arrange to supply the cylinder which was booked on 04.06.2013 at the earliest..                               Dear Sir, My consumer no. is 12140 & the Dealer is Marangburu Enterprises at Govindpur,Jamshedpur,East Singhbhum(Jharkhand).I had booked gas on 2nd August by SMS booking no.given was 252312 next day I got the cash memo receipt no.with the message that gas will be supplied to you shortly.After few days I got the message that your booking is cancelled.Again I booked on 16th Aug.booking no.255262 but I am yet to get the gas.For the last one week everyday I am talking to the dealer or to the delivery boy but of no result.I was looking for the area Manager's no & the no.I got was[protected].On contacting the lady gave me the e-mail address of Mr.Alok Sharma whom I sent one mail but of no result.I do not know whether Mr.Sharma got my mail or not.To day again I was looking for some phone no. to talk to them but seeing your details I am sending you this mail.I am 68+old man & stay alone so you can imagine my difficulties.I would like to bring to your kind notice that the culture here is as soon as the gas is finished they go to the dealer & bring the gas & all formalities of booking etc.are done on paper.Pl.look in to this & if someone can come for checking you may call me so that face to face I complain against the Dealer.

But the agency Pragati (adhoc) has been closed and all the customers are transferred to Sadguru Enterprises, Akola, a newly opened distributor. I have contacted the new distributor but he told me that my name in not included in the online data base of his computer and refuse to refill the cylinder. I am not getting refilled cylinder since last 6 months Kindly guide me in this matter and get my cylinder refilled as early as possible

                                    4 kg weight less

                                    This to inform you that i am the customer of Dixit gas agency,Khicharipur delhi 110091(Indane gas) . when ever i booked cylinder from them. every time i received 2 to 3 kg less in weight yesterday[protected]..my cylinder has delivered at my home with having 4 kg less weight. .I was not at home that time,only my grandmother were at home she collected the cylinder and also she argue with him regarding the less weight ..but the cylinder delivery...

                                    Dear Sir, I would like to share this that i had gone to Indian oil petrol pump sector-16, Panchkula for refilling petrol in my bike. First of all i told the pump employee to fill my bike worth Petrol of 200 Rs,He was so much busy in gossiping that he filled worth Rs 230,Instead of apologizing he started misbehaving k now u have to pay.Looking as if he was a poor man i told him to fill worth 250Rs.Now as i moved forward about 2km by bike's petrol meter was showing less petrol than it should.Generally with petrol worth 250Rs my bike needs refilling after 200Km but this time my tank got empty just after 100Km. Please ensure that the consumer get's value for money.And do carry the inspections as normal common man to catch the flaws and frauds.

                                    The Same thing happened with me also. On same petrol pump. They are feeling less petrol. I have checked this two times in two days. I have checked my bike also but no problem in my bike. They are feeling less petrol and behavior of worker is also not good.

                                    My office is 8 km away from this petrol pump and my bike giving average of 40-50 in local area. i have filled Rs100 petrol from Indian oil petrol pump, sector-16, Panchkula. After reaching at office my bike showing very less petrol. Next day i have filled again petrol wort rs100 from this petrol pump same thing happened again.
                                    i am with u.The Same thing happened with me also. On [censored]ing Mehra Moters sector 16 indian oil petrol pump. They are feeling less diesel. all the worker r bhan chod kute sale harami de oollad,

                                    PANCHKULA: Panchkula district court on Saturday awarded one-and-a-half year imprisonment to a Sector-10 resident in connection with cheque bounce case. Along with imprisonment, judicial magistrate Renu Rana also directed the accused to pay Rs 6 lakh compensation to the complainant.

                                    According to information, Sector-14 resident Dinesh Chugh had filed a complaint against Sector-10 resident Dinkar Mehra, whose father runs a petrol pump in Sector 16, stating that Mehra had obtained a loan of Rs 5 lakh from him in 2008. In July 2008, Mehra returned loan amount in form of a cheque but when complainant Chugh tried to encash the cheque it got bounced. Complainant contacted Mehra for the amount but to no avail. Thereafter, he had also served a legal notice and finally he lodged a complaint under Section 138 of negotiable instruments Act.

                                    In his defence, Mehra said that he had kept some of his signed cheques without filling the amount in the almirah of petrol pump. He further added that someone had stolen those cheques and had misused them.

                                    However, Mehra failed to produce any DDR or FIR before the court in connection with those cheques. tnn

                                      dear sir, It is a matter of great shame and concern that the staff of indian oil petrol pumps are mis-behaving, mis-guiding and harressing the customers. Today morning while I went to the pump for filling petrol in my bike, I saw que in one machine out of the three petrol machines. I stood near the other petrol machine for so long and then when no one came, I went to call the staff to fill petrol. As soon as i called him, he behaved so badly and insulted saying that petrol will be given through one machine only. I said I waited so long and after this much time how could u respond so badly, he said me to get lost and do what ever i wanted, but the petrol will be given through that one machine only.. The machine was in a working condition but still they all were resting and not working there. Is this the procedure to treat the customers. Their language was so hurting.. Every thing must be there in cctv which was presented in the petrol pump.. I demand and expect Severe action towards this.. thanking you
