Dear sir I am a coustomer of a indane company my consumer no is( CX1182572 ) and my distributor is KARCO DISTRIBUTOR ADDRESS 24/2 pottary road kolkata 7000 15 ( SAP CODE IS 140427) ther naver deliver gas in time and the person who deliver gas cylinder he dont have a weight machine to weight we ask him for a weight but he refuse and his reply was we always give u a wright weight u dont have to worry about that and u people giving so much advertisement in televesion for alla this but there are not follwing this so plz look after this matter seriously THANK YOU

      My name is Harit Sompura, I am using LPG cylinder (Consumer No.: 01542) which is in my mother-in -law shrimati Sushilaben Indukumar Acharya, my address is 6/61, Avani Appartment, Pragatinagar, Naranpura, Ahmedabad-380013. I am purchasing the LPG Cylinder from agency naming by M/s. Arjun Gas Agency, having address at : 4/157, Nidhi Apartment, Opp. Pragatinagar Bus Stop, Shastrinagar, Naranpura, Ahmedabad-38. On yesterday i.e. 06/12/2013 at about 10 PM I changed the cylinder at my home, but thereafter within half an hour i.e. at 10:28 PM suddenly there were a voice of gas lickge and immediately too much smell spread in the house. Without any delay I dialed 'emergency complaint about gas lickge - between 8:00 PM and 8:00AM on Mobile number given on bill [protected] at 10:31 PM from my mobile no. [protected] to register the complain and attain immediately before any accident occur, but the person who picked the phone has made an inquiry about my name, address, consumer no., agency name, its address etc. and thereafter he told me that "I am giving another number and you call to that number and register your complain", thereafter he gave me mobile number [protected]. After disconnecting him I immediately dialed [protected] at 10:34 PM, here, the person who picked up the phone had made the same inquiry from me and he also told me the same thing that "I am giving another number and you call to that number and register your complain", listing the same query and the same answer I was shocked and surprised I told to that person that "why all of you are not attaining the complain and one man giving the no. of another and another man giving the no. of some one else and so on, try to solve the complain by understanding your responsibility instead of giving numbers of others" after listing these words from me he disconnected my mobile. Today i.e 07/12/2013 at 09:06 AM I dialed another no. [protected], on bill it is written that dial this no. for gas lickeg complain - between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, but this no. is out of service. Thereafter, I think why should not I register my complaint about gas lickge to my dealer, so that he can send a man to resolve my gas lickge problem? So I dialed land line number of M/s. Arjun Gas Agency[protected], but here the phone is engaged, I tried after few minutes but again engaged, thereafter again I dialed but its ringing ringing and ringing only. No body was picking after two minutes again I dialed the same no. and this time also ring ring and ring only, no response. NOW, My complaint to you that cancel the dealer-ship of M/s. Arjun Gas Agency as it was not response the consumers about their complaint, false/wrong information and mobile numbers submitting to the customers on bill and also the employees hired by them are not working as per their duties and responsibilities. TODAY, I AM REQUESTING TO YOU TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE AGENCY M/S. ARJUN GAS AGENCY AND THEIR EMPLOYEES BY TERMINATING THE AGENCY WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF MY THIS COMPLAINT TO YOU. OTHERWISE, I WILL BE SO AGGRIEVE THAT I WILL NOT HESITATE TO FILE COMPLAINT AGAINST YOU AND M/S. ARJUN GAS AGENCY BEFORE CONSUMER FORUM. TREAT MY THIS LETTER AS NOTICE ALSO.         I am Indane Gas Consumer ( Consumer No.5092 ) and resides at B-189, Ground Floor, Sector 14, Noida-201301. My Gas agency's name is Mithala Gas Agency, Shop No.4 & 5, A-73A, Sector 19, Noida-201301. I booked for LPG Cooking Gas on 24th December'13.I did not received the Gas till 3rd Dec'13 hence I tried to know the status of Gas . I was shocked to know when got information that it has been delivered on 27th Dec'13. Whereas fact is this that Gas was at all delivered neither on 27th Dec'13 nor on any other day. I lodged a complaint. Today, I again rang up to know the status of my complaint but was told that my complaint could not be forwarded further due to server problem hence nothing has been done. I am shocked again to know that nothing has been done. Another important fact, Mr Agarwal, residing on 1st floor is witness to this fact that Gas was not delivered to us because we were not at home, whereas Gas delivery Boy visited the premises.           My consumer No. is 82543 with BP Agencies, Housing Board Bldg., Pandit Colony, Kowdiar, Trivandrum. I booked for a refill on 11th November, 2013 telephonically and was told that my booking has been registered. I ALSO GOT A TELEPHONIC SMS CONFIRMATION at 10.04 on 11th Nov. that the booking had bee done and that the booking number was 299981. When the supply did not come, on 6th Dec. 2013 I went to the agency for taking delivery of a cylinder. To my surprise, BP Agency told me that there was no booking in my account and that they could not issue a refill. FORTUNATELY, I HAD NOT DELETED THE MESSAGE AND SO I COULD SHOW THE IOC MESSAGE TO THE DEALER AND RELUCTNATLY HE ISSUED A REFILL. NOW, MY problem is: HOW WILL I KNOW, THE NEXT TIME I BOOK, WHETHER THE TELEPHONIC MESSAGE (RECORDER VOICE) AND THE SMS HAVE NO SANCTITY AND THAT MY BOOKING MAY NOT HAVE BEEN DONE ?

            Sub. : - profuse leekage in lpg gas cylinder and non - response of distributor in replacing the same, despite report of the service engineer called on emergency call at 8 pm on 02. 12. 2013. Consumer no. 12211. Details given in attachment.

            My indane lpg (Domestic) consumer no. Is 12211. Distributor is vijay rattan enterprises, (East delhi) . On dec. 2nd, 2013, we installed a fresh cylinder. It started leaking immediately. Instantly, called the emergency service at 8 pm. Person visited namely mr. Kanahiya at 9 pm. After thorough checking of cylinder, he established the profuse leakage - he stated pin of cylinder is faulty & he is unable to change it. He gave in writing vide complaint no. 25380 saying "cylinder's pin leaking - cylinder to be changed by the agency”. Since morning repeatedly calling the distributor / agency. After plenty of busy tones, no one picks up the phone while ringing

            Hence take notice for legal action for damages for criminal breach of trust, harassment, mental torture & also will be compelled to initiate consumer court for deficiency & refusal & failure to provide services in, with punitive costs. Immediate redressal & change of cylinder is urgently sought for, failing which action is liable to be initiated against indian oil corporation. And including its top officials, for the same.

              Hello, This is a complaint against Rose Agency workers (Adambakkam, Chennai) at the counter, behaves very rudely to all customers. All time when we approach for any enquiry, there is no proper response from the Agency. Co-workers also behave in the same manner Can anyone assist to take action or register a strong complaint against this agency. This is also observed they sale the cylinders to non-customers for the higher rate and add to the existing customer account. Regards, Prabhu kumar. R

                This is Madhu karichery, consumer no 16080.We had booked for a refill and recd a new cylinder on 28th Nov 2013 from m/s Sunshine Indane services, Kanhangad, in Kasargod dt of Kerala state.But to our shock;they wanted Rs1030 instead of normal price.We told them that we've not recd the Aadhar no and hence can't avail the subsidy later.But they said the over-price is due to exceeding the quota allotted to us.But the fact is we just consumed 7 cylinders so far.Interstingly;ithe bill was dated 26th nov nd amt mentioned is Rs 1004.50.We paid the amount as we din't have a choice.Earlier also we had bitter experience with this dealer.Kindly take action immdtly

I have given a copy of my Adhaar Card to RCB Gas Agencies, Konni and Federal bank to update / link with my Consumer Number (3018) and bank account number. Later Gas agency confirmed that both links have been updated on 15/07/13 and I am eligible to receive Gas subsidy through bank account.                       my consumer no is 23918 . my agency is chandra gas agency, ambattur. my cylinder booking ref no is 691939. dated 24.11.13. 1.02 pm cash memo 15479 generated on 29.11.13 9.12 am. but booking cancelled on 29.11.13 9.42 am only 30 min . booking cancelled not by me. I want to know who are the person for my cylinder cancellation. I went to my gas agency today (30.11.13), they were told, pl re book the cylinder.

                        Consumer Number : 27555 Booking Ref No: 321625 I have booked a refill for cylinder on October 8th 2013 from Indane distributor, Shelly gas agency, Trivandrum and the Cylinder not delivered even after 52 days. On enquiring the distributor tells every time that the bill is not generated. This is happening for the last 6 refill requests and they are not delivering on time. Every time I have to go to the distributor and argue with them and collect from there after so many days delay. I suspect some wrong doings from the distributor on the cost of genuine customers. Please enquire and do the needful so that Me and other fellow customers get the refilled cylinders on time.

                          This is to inform you that I Raja Bose, residing at santoshpur Govt colony, block—B, Maheshtala, 24parganas(south), West Bengal. I was an indane gas cosumer of p.k. music stores(distributor), consumer no—28574. Recently p.k.music stores could not delever my cylinder properly due to long distance From my house. Then p.k music stores transfer my connection to my nearest indane Gas distributor—GOPAL GAS SERVICE, situated at maheshtala.I was issued TTV(transfer termination voucher) but my nearest distributor Gopal Gas service do not accept my connection . TTV is generated By IOC system but why Gopal gas service do not accept my connection. I attached TTV copy in attached file.                             Dear Sir, Sub.: Gas Connection No.90442 - Captain Gas service, Ghaziabad, UP I have booked a cylinder 3rd November but till date, I did not get my cylinder. I am unable to contact any of their numbers. Either the phones are ringing or busy. 24 hour booking no. as well as the helpline nos. are also not responding. Agency contact no. In website of Indane is also wrong no. & not updated. This problem is repeating from when booked this connection. Please get my complaint solved immediately. The agency is not giving proper reply. Behavior & service of Agency employees is very worst. I have complained many times but not received any response. Our retailer is M/s ANIRBAN GAS AGENCY, 62, Sree Maa Sarani, Babupara (South), Siliguri; IOCL AOD [protected]. I booked my gas on 06.Nov.13, but till date I had not received my cylinder. Please look into the matter, as because it is learnt that the LPG cylinders are sold to marriage parties and other ceremonies at higher rate, causing benefit to a particular section of the people and harassing consumers.                                 complaint no. IO[protected] dt. 23.11.13 against booking no. 513888 dt. 08.11.13 has not yet been resolved inspite of passage of three clear working days after the complaint in the helpline. The status of delivery is not known and I am facing much hardship due to exhaustion of both the cylinders. May please look into for necessary redressal at the earliest.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked the LPG refilling through phone. Reference no. generated and bill no. also generated but when nobody came to give the cylinder after 5 days then I called to customer care . Customer Care person told we can't register the complaint till 7 days. After 7 days only we can register the complaint. 6th days one person called and asked me my address to give the LPG cylinder that person told he will reach after 3o minutes but he never reached. I again called him but did not picked my call. Next day Booking cancel message came. Immediately I again book throgh phone . When next day again called to customer care then he told we can't lodge the complaint regarding cancel because you again booked the cylinder. Again after 6 days one person called and told me I will give you cylinder tomorrow but I will sumbit your bill today and today you will get the cancel message. I denied after that he told I will again cancel the booking of cylinder. I am facing a problem from long time with K-2 International Distributer I would like to mention following things- (1) Distributor Perosn whoever is coming to give the cylinder is talking on phone very roughly and thregtening that I will cancel it. (2) Customer Care Phone No- [protected] . They are not lodging the complaint till 7th days or they are lodging the complaint if cancelled and immediate again booked it.

                                    First of all the phone numbers to the gas agencies are never attended to on time... I called Vasanth enterprises on 25th Nov 2013 to complain about the leakage from a gas cylinder. The lady who picked the call disconnected without taking the complaint.. we spend another 20 min to get connected and was informed that she has other customers to attend to in person... called back after another 15 min and talked to a man who gave the line man's (Suresh) number... multiple attempts to the lineman and he says that he is new and doesnt know the address (which i explained) Nagraj (another lineman) said he will come that evening and has not turned up till today (27th) I tried lodgind a complain on the Indane website and it throws an error... and while i am doing all this.. there is that cylinder sitting ouside my house!!! What a pathetic state of affairs we are in...
