Indane Gas — Not receive T V

I have an Indane connection at Rohtak Gas Service at Rohtak (Haryana). I collect TV of this connection since last one month but my new Gas agency at Gohana(Shahid Sukhbir Gas Service,Gohana(Sonipat), Haryana) says there is no stationary for new conection since last two month so we can't recieve TV till stationary is available. So, Ple solve my problem as soon as possible and oblige.

    I’m an Indane domestic customer with consumer no. 971 under the distributor ‘Kishor Krishna Indane’. I booked for refilling on 11/01/2013. I was notified on 31/01/2013 via SMS about the cancellation of the booking. Why is there so late to cancel the booking? Why is no cause shown in support of cancellation?

    The average time of delivery of a refill is 20 days here (Is not it amazing?). Thus I have already costs 20 days due to cancellation. Yesterday (31/01/2013) I have booked again with booking no. 395412. I’m afraid if it takes more than 7 days to be delivered! How can I manage?

    To my surprise, I came to know through Indane Customer Care, that my distributor (Kishor Krisna Indane) is suspended though Indane has not informed about it to their customers! What a business such guys are practising! Should there not be any administrative actions against it? I believe the website/forum is meant for that. My new distributor as I came to know, is P. L. Gas Services (Boral). Ph. [protected].

    I will feel that writing here is not a waste-of-time if the refill be delivered within 5 days.

      Hi,

      I am the customer of Indane Gas. My Consumer number is 62001.
      My Indane gas distributor Agency: Shree Chella Gas Agency Selaiyur.
      Last year on April month, when my wife went back to my home town for delivery, I was staying alone in my home and thus my gas consumption was
      comparatively very low.I am not using gas connection for past 7 months
      I got changed to new job at Puducherry on August month.
      Last month, when I contacted Gas dealer (Shree Chella Gas Agencies, Selaiyur) for transfer of gas connection
      they told me my connection was deactivated.
      I enquired at gas agency to reactivate and transfer my gas connection.

      They asked me to bring voucher, application form and photo copy of voucher to activate my connection.
      Next day when I went up there with voucher.
      But, they told to come after 15 days to reactivate and transfer the connection.
      Can you please guide me how I should approach the dealer
      to re-activate my gas connection and transfer to Puducherry?.

      Indane Gas — Regarding Transfer & Delivery

      Sir,

      My connection no 8611 is registered under CACTUS LILY has transfered my connection to SEHRAWAT GAS AGENCY but he has not accepeted my connection & told us not to delever my connection at my home place. and i am working in a pvt firm from where i can not go to take my gas every month.
      I have also vissited 02 other agencies in my area ie 01 Maheshwari Gas Agency 02 Jagan Enterprises. They had also ignored my request.

      Kindly take the appropriate action in my case as soon as possible.

      I have double cylinder but one useless due to late delivery.
      Last month, I had booked a cylinder with M/S MAA DURGA AGENCY, MURGASOL ASANSOL BURDWAN. My consumer number is 13714. Till date, the same is not delivered to me.They do this every month when we call to agency they said that they had shortage of delivery boy nor their delivey boys on holiday and its not possible for me to go and take the cylender every month.When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me.         Sir,
        I have been made a booking for the 2nd cylinder by Reg.# [protected] on 05th of March, 2012. But some bookers of end of the March and the following months have been allotted cylinders for them 3 weeks ago but in my case it is not matured yet.........I don't understand how the gas agency or IOC allotted to others without consider seniority of my booking. Is it not seniority based letme know please I am waiting for the 2nd cylinder since 11 months. I kindly request you to look out the matter urgently and take appropriate actions immediately to resolve the problem.

          The LPG gas (indane-- IOC ) connection is in the name of my mother who is 84 yrs old. during shifting of my residence due to transfers i am unable to make my aged mother to be physically present before the GAS agency which they claim to be mandatory for issuing transfer vouchers to prevent malpractice.now i want name transfer to avoid inconvencing my aged mother.i would like to know the procedure for the name transfer.

              One Indane gas distributor by name M/s RAJALAXSHMI GAS AGENCIES at Dharmapuri Town of Tamil Nadu is cheating the indanae customers in many ways. THE GAS AGENCY IS HAVING 05 PHONE NUMBERS[protected],260603,268886,262127 but none of these will respond to customer.They will be always engaged. I wish that so called indane Gas officers can themselves ring them and find the truth.The Indane gas Officers In charge for auditing the gas agencies are well treated in Rama Lodge by this unscrupulous agency and bribed for ignoring the customers needs and grievences.One million Anna Hazere and one billion Kejriwal can not pluck a single hair of these evil elements.Only god should take 11th Avatar to root out them and safeguard the people.

              Indane Gas Distributor — Distributor responce

              This is Chandra Sekhar with Indane gas connection on my wifes name Mamatha Consumer no. SAI 41531 and the agent code is 7598469. I trulely state that the responce from the said distributor is not proper they only did the mistake while writing the address on the original sheet we did not noticed at the time of issuing, when we booked the cylinder over phone they told that the house no. is 15-16 i explained it is not 15-16 it is 15-61 first cylinder we got very dificulty. when my wife wants to open the bank account they asked for the resident address proof we had produced the given gas connection certificate they regreated that the address is wrong, we approchad the distributor to correct the address as 15-61 but they were regreated (only one lady i dont know here name) and she is not resoponding to the customer, so many customers are complainting on that perticular lady but no action was taken by that management. Practically they are there for the cusotmer help and do the need full but they are not treating the costomer as a human beings and using very harsh language on costomer. Actually the mistake was done by them they has to correct on our request but why they are behaving like that we dont understand as a customer, please do need full to set right the problem what exactly with that perticular distribution station if at all this problem is sorted out the consumers who are taking service from that perticular station are very very happy.

              Indane Gas Distributor — tip each time

              If you check on the gas bill, you will find a mention of "rebate of Rs 8/- is available to Indane customers in case home delivery of refill cylinder is not effected by the distributor". This means that the distributor is earning Rs 8/- per cylinder, right. Then, each time the cylinder fellow comes, he demands a tip of Rs 10/-. Isn't this outright demand of bribe and when I refuse to pay, he gives me a warning that next time he won't deliver, if I don't pay him that extra Rs 10/-.

              *i am using indane gas from 8 years back in your gas distributer from keeranoor is very irrrugular supply to gandarvakottai.please take action immediately.

              * please give a separate distribution for gandarvakottai.in our area there are more 1500 customers .
              * your distributer customer satisfaction is very poor

              Indane Gas Distributor — NON-LIFTING OF ALL THE PHONE

              Dear Sir,

              Below mentioned Gas Agency/Distributor has been provided with 12 to 15 land line telephone numbers. Whenever we try to get the numbers, it always says that it is busy and try after some time. Even some times if it rang, the phone will not be lifted by the staff. We as a consumer of this Distributor, we are facing lot of problems in booking refill cylinders. Hence, kindly instruct properly not to disturb the consumers unnecessarily.

              I always observed that this agency always deliver there cyilinder late, they take more than 10 days to deliver a cylinder from booking date.
              so i requested to you, please look in to these matter and resolve these problem as soon as possible.

                After submitting all documents not received my LPG cylinder from K S B Enterprises.
                I have all ready complained 3 times to the customer care of IOC here is the complaint no - 786819 date[protected] my second complaint no is 794142 date[protected] and the 3rd complaint no is 801304 and the response still awaited.

                I am a senior citizen and extremely disappointed by the services of IOCL.

                Kindly provide me the solution for the same

                      When i went to a petrol pump of Indian oil and asked them to fill air in my vehicle,they said that there is no air filling facility and misbehaved with me.
                      They don't feel it their duty to fill air in the tiers of the vehicle.
                      Then why the hell there are air filling and checking machines....?????!!!!

                        Bulk checking of gas stove and it's components and charging Rs. 60 with customer. I got checked all my gas equipments 2 months earlier and paid Rs. 60 to the mechanic and now, today dated 24/01/2013, he came back to check for the same (To get Rs. 60 without any reason) and collected it from me.

                        I request to stop this. Otherwise, i will not hesitate to register a case-complaint of fraudation with customer in the court.

                            I am having Domestic Indane Gas connection, having Consumer No. 981841. As, I was out of station for 02 years, my connection gets deactivated. When , I went to local Indiane gas representative & also met India oil officials. Local Indian oil officials confirmed me that, there is no issue at all with reactivation & asked me to approach my local gas distributor, telling distributor will renew the connection. Once approaching the local distributor, I was told by him that, my connection is no more with him, it hot transferred to Nizampura agency. Now unfortunate thing is distributor in Nizampura also unable to track my consumer no. After running from pillar to popst, I am still in dark as to,with which local distributive agency my connection is. I request you to kindly assist me & reactivate my connection & inform the local distributoor of Indane.

                              Consumer No.11569. Please note that I have booked my gas on 27/11/12. They have generated the cashmemo. But they cancelled the same and did not give the delivery. When I personnaly meet them they ask for another booking and told me that the cylinder will deliver within 2 or 3 days. That day was 14/1/2013 and booking no is 473541.

                              I am from Ludhiana and consumer of Indane LPG at Kailash Gas agency, The agency out rightly refuses refills to be delivered at home as they cannot afford delivery man, This has been a perennial problem and has been repeatedly reported locally by many consumers. The agency was even shut down for some time. But reopened with the same attitude and simililar problem. The agency people are non cooperative and do not want to sort out the problem of home delivery

                              In spite of price hike etc, there is no provision for home delivery. A working individual has to take leave on a working day to obtain a cylinder.

                              Government and consumer forum should take note and do something.

                                    Complaints:-
                                    1. No one attends the call in their office, inspite of numerous trials regarding gas booking via telephone.
                                    2. Our Gas connection of 25 years and above was suddenly locked without any intimation. Hence had to go through hassels in booking a new cylinder and had to submit fresh kyc documents for id proof etc and only after that booking could be done.
                                    Hence plz look into the matter as its very unprofessional and not acceptable. Its an unwanted difficulty caused to customers who are aged. In this case its my parents who had faced this issue who are unwell and going through treatment from apollo hospital chennai. Due to all inconvenience caused, gas booking got delayed and then new docs had to be submitted and my mother had to arrange for alternative options of cooking which is highly inconvenient. How can all these hassels be compensated??

                                    Why is no one picking the call and why was there no intimation before locking the connection? Its a great inconvenience for people who are aged/sick/busy schedule, to everytime walk in to their office for booking. Also they need to intimate their customers before locking any connection, coz its absolutely incorrect taking such actions without even notifying the customers who had been a genuine and loyal customers for years!!

                                    IOC Indane Gas — Indane Gas Issue clarification

                                    Sir,

                                    Iam a resident of Kerala using Indane Gas for domestic use. My consumer card number is SF6776.
                                    Till 2 months back, it would normally take 21 days to get a new refilled gas cyllinder after booking from the distributor. But from last two months onwards the distributor has informed me that it will take 30 days to get the refilled gas cyllinder.
                                    I would like to know whether any new rule has been imposed by the company to change the issue the gas cyllinder from 21 days to 30 days??

                                    IOC Indane Gas — supply of underweight cylinder

                                    My consumer number is 10637 and is registered with Yadu Gas Agency Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. For the last six months the gas cylinderss supplied to me are underweight. I have informed the agency a number of times but their plea that the vendor should be retained while he comes for delivery is impractical. Earlier also the matter was reported to IOC and supply was normal for 2 -3 months.

                                    IOC — The Gas agencies are not working properly

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I am Varsha Gupta, consumer number 4439 and a customer of IOC's branch in Joshi Colony, Patparganj. Our gas vendor is M/S Verma gas . I wish to inform you that it is impossible to get gas booked through phone. The phone operators never pick phone, not only this even the emergency numbers are constatntly busy. We expect you to please look into the matter, as the situation fails to improve.

                                    I would also like to tell you about an incident that would act as an eye opener for all, our gas cylinder by the same agency developed a snag in its washer, we kept on calling and running for help but no help came for 14 hrs. Kindly, look into the matter as without the higher authorities interference this system would never work.

                                    IOC Indane Gas — not delivered properly

                                    I am a consumer of IOC gas at chennai my dealer Venkat gas agency at triplicane is not response properly.I have booked gas via phone and directly also,but was not delivered gas cylinder after several reminders.I had done the booking on 20.04.2010.On a previous occassion also I had same problem .This is not only happened to me but also happened to so many custyomers. I doubt they are selling the cylinders unauthorisedly in black market. Please look into my complaint and take necessary steps to make the delivery at the earliest .

                                    IOC Indane Gas — GAS Booking

                                    This is to complain against Messer Narsinh krupa Gas Agency,Near AKota Garden Vadodara. Although it has been widely published in the newspapers, dated 8th July 2010) that there is no restriction for booking a gas cylinder before 21 days, yet this agency denies to take any booking before the said time. His telephone lines are always busy and if you go personally to book in his office, you will be humiliated as if you are beggar at his mercy. . Indian Oil should atleast keep a tap on their agents who by the years have turned into , troubling the consumer . am scared to give my connection No. in fear of furthur harrassments from the agency.Also my earlier cylinder was weighing less and was completed before average usage by me.                                     I Jitendra Tripathy consumer no IR 4191 of sithu memorial gas agency Malda. Here is also a similiar problem in this agency . Maybe directed to agency totake care of customers.

                                    1. Online booking is not working.
                                    2. When online booking is done through telephone, they are telling the same comment that the gas is booked on 19th January.
                                    3. As i contacted the gas agency they said that booking is not done and there talking was quit rough.

                                    IOC Indane Gas — agency not responding properly

                                    I am subscriber ofMaruthi Indane gas agency Tirumangalam, Anna Nagar, Chennai, TN, India. the agency is not at all repoding properly for gas refill booking. They are not attending the calls, or if they attend, theya re not speaking, chatting their own stories. no proper reply for delay, and very worst customer service. Gas cylinder takes even 30 days to reach house. Lot of gas cylinders sold in black market. Delivery boys state a reason of customer not avaialble at home and sell the cylinders to clak market agents.

                                      There is an Indian Oil gas station located at Begumpet in Hyderabad. There are 2 Indian Oil stations in Begumpet, I am talking about the one between Shopper's Stop and the Old Airport. I fill petrol from this place like 2-3 times a week.
                                      Everytime I go and ask the guy to fill petrol for 500, he fills for a 100 and when I look at the reading and tell him I asked for 500 the guy innocently says he is sorry he only heard 100. Now he pretends to reset the meter and starts from 100 itself and fills upto 400 and stops. You would just think he filled 100 first and now 400 and 500 totally and I have been fooled like this a couple of times like 3 months ago.
                                      I started observing from then on and realized that this happens every single time I've gone for fuel at this gas station. Each time the guy is different but does the exact same thing. They definitely do this to many more people who may not notice.
                                      This happened to me again today morning and I confronted the guy. I asked him to show me his ID card. He immediately started apologizing and when I asked him where the manager is, he ran away. I looked around and could not find anybody who looked like a manager and was late for work myself, so just left.
                                      In a country like ours where most people make ends meet with a lot of hard work, if this kind of open corruption and cheating is not met with consequences then we as a country will never have a future.
                                      I request you to take up my complaint very seriously and if not take concrete action, atleast place some measures which prevent other people from being deceived in this manner.
