Indian oil petrol bunk at hydernagar near nizampet cross roads in hyderabad.

The staff of this petrol bunk are very rude and does not respond in a kind way. Even after informing the management about this a couple of times, no action has been taken.

The staff person asks us about the mode of payment just when they are about to fill in the petrol to divert the customer's attention and not to see the zero before starting. They continue from whatever is already delivered to the previous customer. This has happened couple of times and they still do the same thing inspite of complaining to the management.

This is really frustrating for the customer and i request you to please kindly look into this and take necessary action. Thanking you in advance.

      Recently i bring a cylinder of indane gas from the subh laxmi gas agency iti more chas bokaro Jharkhand
      after 8 day of installation gas flame is automatically stop to burn and when we checked the cylinder lots of water comes out
      by its nosel its showes cylinder is filled by water not to by lpg

      Indane Gas — Filled gas cylinder not supplied

      Dear Sir

      My consumer no.- GT15945, I have booked a complain to deliver a filled gas cylinder vide booking no.- WL/SL.NO.-5991 on 01/09/09 in M/S Stya gas Agency, Road no.- 16, Gardanibagh, Patna 800002.. till the date they not yet deliver. but in market openly they are salling on payment of Rs400/filled gas cylinder. Kindly take necessary action for black marking and instruction required to deliver filled gas cyliner.

      we had booked a indane gas cylinder on 6th mar,10 through mtnl 1260 the booking no. 51 but till date the cylinder is not delivered.We had booked gas to blossom's enterprises on 18th mar again which booking no.9378 but the cylinder is not delivered till date.they are saying that my first booking is not registered.however plz arange gas cylinder today....

          I'm a consumer in THANJAVUR.My ditributer is ARAVIND GAS for INDANE GAS.I have registered for cylinder on 22=03-2008.At that time i have given my consumer no. assigned by you, they said that cylinder will have to be suppplied within five days.Tilldate i have not received eventhough i have phoneed them every day regarding cylinter but they have replied only, they have not received cylider from regional office.Now my two cylinders are empty, i have suffered a lot in this aged life.
          Please arrange to gas cylinder, after only i got cylinder.

          (Booking No.3918 dtd 19/03/08).
          Till date i have not received the cylinder & irrespective of my numerous visits to the agencies, i am not getting proper reply from them.
          M/s Karuna Gas Agencies, Surendranagar, Nagpur is even not ready to acknoledge to my written complaint.
          It is also observed that the said agencies is indulged in corrupt practices & this is going on for a very long period.
          You are requested to look into the matter & help me to get my gas cylinder which is long overdue now.

          I am not receiving Gas cylinder in time. Last year I have received only 10 refil Cyclenders.
          This year on 26th February, 2008 booked the refil, on 13th March, 2008 I have received Gas Cylinder. Again I have booked refil on 1st April, 2008, They refused to book refil, they are telling that from date of deliver of last Gas Clyinder, from that date count 21 days means 13th March 2008+ 21 days. On 5th March, 2008 I gone for personally in the company and booked the refil on 5th March, 2008. Gas Agency's authority persons are telling that I will get Gas Clyinder after 20th April, 2008. becuase from 26th Feb., 2008 I have got Gas Clyinder on 13th March, 2008 means after 15 days deliver of Gas Clyinder. then counting 21 days from delivery of Gas Clyinder.Total days become 15+21+15=51 days. Means Every cusmter is getting refil after 50 days so it is not good for domestic Gas connection. Pl. help me and guide me how I will get gas clyinder within 25-35 days.

On dt. 16.09.08, they said ( after one month) that your cylinder is not booked in home delivery. sorry, we can not give you cylinder. You may book further. Sir, In my book they booked Home delivery and my no. is 206. They are not reponse properly. They are laughfed on me very bad manner.

          It is once again proving that the Government or undertakings are no good in public facility. There should be severe punishment on top beaurocracy and also minister for his inefficency in getting the things in proper manner. There is no facility to remind that the failure of cylender supply. Now it is more than a month I have been waiting for the gas cylender delivery.

          Since I am facing all hastles for lack of gas and it is purely mismanagement and I shall be paid compensation at the rate of Rs 100/- per day till the supply of cylender.
          It is pathetic that IOC had adopted a new methodology and it is utter failure; catvch the fellow who is responsible and penalise the person.

          Cooking gas is most essential item even this could not be handled properly by the authorities. Consumer shall be paid compensation for non delivery for such a long duration.

          Today, we are celebrating 61st c of India ( independence day ), but the consumer of indene gas agency in year of republic LUNKERNSAR, BIKANER (RAJ) are PRALISED with their fundamental rights of riffling gas facility, on account of distributors unfair practice of system by systemizing the telephone booking unoprated and moreover not booking the cylinder with one or the other pretext and otherwise supplying regular problem to the consumer, as the LUNKERNSAR GAS AGENCY, LUNKERNSAR, BIKANER (RAJ) . It reflect the systemize their connection target above Indian guide line moreover lunkernsar population increase of manifold also resulted and other cause of system obligating to the hotel, restaurant & black gas suppliers . ( sare villagers ko gas godawen se jaker gas cylinder lana parta h. home delivery nahin deti.)
          How the Indian inspiration and other staff of the indene gas company considering the public grievances, witch shows that indene gas company staff also obliging in the networking of riffling systemize unfair with hidden bargain exercise and to which might be the distt. Since then there is no confirmation of acceptance of the booking. When contacted to all the 3 given landline no's of Chahal Gas, either the phones are busy or not been picked. When raised the complaint to the delivery van of chahal gas who visited in Sector -70 today on 07.03.10, they misbehaved and refused to discuss the problem and providing the suitable solution. My gas connection is in the name of Gaurav Munjal , Connection No. 26658.

          Kindly provide the solution.

          Last month,I had booked a cylinder with M/S Mukund Enterprises, Barkatpura, Hyderabad. My consumer number is 34346. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When ever i call them they say they are sending today itself.The staff is worse and not even talk to consumers properly and cut off the phone. I request you to please look into the issue.

          I booked the gas on 2-9-2010, (Through tromo seva service , my booking number is 27), but till today the Dealer (i.e. M/S Sindhu Gas Enterprises, Dilshad Garden, New Delhi) did not deliver the Gas. Then I booked my compliant on helpling no. [protected] dated 23.9.2010 complaint no. is-77578, they told me that your gas will be delivered within two days but great surpirse, the dealer did not supply the gas. The firm also does not pick up the phones, Sir, please look into the matter and rectify the problem.

          Cylinder booked on[protected] but supply not given even after repeated request till[protected]. Here one M/S Mini Gas Agency and their service is very poor. All the customers are doing complaints against them
          I am consumer of kasna gas agency and my consumer no. 27356, Greater Noida . I have booked a gas cylinder on 8th March with Indane centralised booking and still I haven't received the Gas . so many times called up but no response on phone.
          Indane gas not supplied by Kasna Indane gas service despite repeated follow ups and visits to their office in Greater Noida.

          I informed to Indian Oil Sales Officer also, who committed to deliver the cylinder today evening, but I neither received any information and nor any gas cylinder.

          Indane Gas — Gas Dealer provide domestic Gas cylinder to the Hotel & restaurant owner.

          Gas Dealer of Herbertpur Provide domestic gas cylinders to the hotel owners and restaurants in the place of commercial cylinder. Due to this there is great shortage of domestic gas in this area. And gas cylinder is not provide at home of customers. So there is a very long queue to refill the cylinders for the customer.
          But for the hotel owner there is no queue because domestic cylinders provided at their place illegally.
          Please do some thing to save customer's time and money..

More than fifteen days have passed but they have not delivered cylinder in spite of repeated reminders.

            This is to inform you that I had applied and got Confirmation through the my Booking Number [protected] but later on one person has visited to my home for verification and Mentioned that LPG gas was lying with me which was not fact ...... when i Approached the agency and to told him to check the Membership in my Name if any kindly conform !!!! he denied and later on he sent a mail that your LPG connection has been cancelled

                I Jacob Jaison is a customer of your domestic gas service under the agency Dreams indane services Pannimattam Chingavanam,my consumer no: is 9235, i had received gas lastly on 16-7-10. eventhough i had booked for the gas on 27-08-10 with booking no 1967 i didnt got the delivery despite of my frequent requests.I went to the agency to collect the gas by hand but they didnt give. at the same time the gas is easily available in black market.I request you to seriously look into this issue ,because the agency is not only denieng the customers right but also indulge in un lawfull act of enhancing black market sales. hope u will do the needfull otherwise consumer court is the only option for me to get justice.

                i would like to draw attention on my gas agency that is located in kalanaur(rohtak).the agency name is chowdhary gas agency.whenever we go to the agency to book our gas they said to him the booking of gas time is 2 to 5p.m.they booked the gas after the one month from the last one issue gas. if you booked your gas on date of 23/3/2011 for home delievery. then send the gas 10 to 15 days to you after the date of book(23/3/2011).and one more thing to tell you that the home delievery vehicle not drop the cyllander near the house.the vehicle driver said to any one person to call the person which name is gas alloted to take the gas from here that is far away from house. even road is wide there that is enough for vehicle that carry gas.its humble request to you sir please take strict action towards that agency.one more thing is that only one gas agency is there in my town that is not enough for people.the owner of agency do monopoly.even some occasion he sold the gas in black as to earn more profit. that is not mine problem that is the problem of all people of my town.please take strict step

                I booked gas refil with tomogas service 24 hours on date 15.03.2011 at 12.46 p.m. vide booking no.74, till today the gas refil has not been refilled. It is very astonishing to note that every time I book through the same process and gas is not delivered untill unless we complain for the same. This process takes about 12 to 15 days always. Your gas agency distributor D.S.Gas Services, cycle delivery boys oblizes the street kisoks vendors like this burgerwala/chowmein wala/aamlet wala/tea stalls/chole bhutre/zalebiwala/or other etc . will this be the practise in future or else can we be assured of timely delivery without forwarding any complaints. Please look into the matter and do the needful. If actions are not taken immedaitely. we will be left with choice but to highlight the cause in electonic media.                     I consumer no (33279) of Kasna indane gas services had booked for refill online on 23.01.2013 and booking no was 7837862. I visited the shop on 1.2.2013 and I was told that the kasna agency had received the booking advice and that they would deliver the cylinder to us within a day or 2.But soon on 2.2.2013 we received an sms from 544111 that our booking no 7837862 has been cancelled.We were not told the reason of cancellation.We request you to please let us know the reason and step to be taken by us for such action. We have exhausted both cylinders due to inordinate delay in booking and getting the refilled cylinders.Please intimate us the website where rules for refilling of lpg cylinders can be known. Please treat this as renovation of my earlier booking and ensure delivery of a cylinder within a day.Our family members are always available at our flat since my guardians are always there due to retirement.On review of public complaints we observe similar complaints were already lodged earlier.Action should be taken promptly against the erring officials so that prompt service can be maintained at all times to our society.

                    I have a gas connection with ( Indane) Agnihotri Gas Service, Shop No 10,Godavari Complex in Sector 37, NOIDA, UP. Tele[protected]
                    (1)The delivery is usually delayed.
                    (2)They never intimate when the cylinder would be changed as is done in HP Gas.
                    (3)If one inquires, they say house was found locked so the booking is cancelled therefore book again.
                    My consumer No. is 40844 I had booked refill on 15 Feb'12 , till date no delivery has been done.The girl handling phone says since 22 Feb it will come daily but till now i have yet to receive it .I have telephonically filed a complain at the toll free Number they promised action within 48 hrs and complaint no was to be forwarded but no action has been taken yet nor has the complain no sent.
                    I have a humble request firstly they should not give misleading information and they should intimate the day cylinder is being delivered or tell customer to collect their cylinder same day if house found locked.and also inform that booking has been cancelled.
                    Request for favourable action please.

                      Now I am facing problem to getting a refill from Pitman Gas appliances- Adipur because my name is not showing in their records and Manju Indane Service-Gandhidham showing that my number is transferred in adipur brance.

                        I would like to put your kind concern on the service provided by Indane Gas (Distributor:DumDum Gas Supply Agency) residing at 213/3 DUM DUM ROADCALCUTTA 74, that we are having a connection in the name of my father (Late Debasis Mitra) & subsequently after my father death we was requested to submit a KYC form to transfer the same connection in favour of my mother (Mrs.Deepa Mitra) and for that we had already submitted the KYC form along with all the supporting documents on 18th of January 2013 and today seating at 3rd February 2013 my mother is still not able to book for a cylinder which is necessary for her for day to day use.

                        As an resident of India I would request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful for my mother as she is suffering from huge problem due to non-transfer of her husbands connection.

I collect TV of this connection since last one month but my new Gas agency at Gohana(Shahid Sukhbir Gas Service,Gohana(Sonipat), Haryana) says there is no stationary for new conection since last two month so we can't recieve TV till stationary is available.                               I’m an Indane domestic customer with consumer no. 971 under the distributor ‘Kishor Krishna Indane’. I booked for refilling on 11/01/2013. I was notified on 31/01/2013 via SMS about the cancellation of the booking. Why is there so late to cancel the booking? Why is no cause shown in support of cancellation?

                              The average time of delivery of a refill is 20 days here (Is not it amazing?). Thus I have already costs 20 days due to cancellation. Yesterday (31/01/2013) I have booked again with booking no. 395412. I’m afraid if it takes more than 7 days to be delivered! How can I manage?

                              To my surprise, I came to know through Indane Customer Care, that my distributor (Kishor Krisna Indane) is suspended though Indane has not informed about it to their customers! What a business such guys are practising! Should there not be any administrative actions against it? I believe the website/forum is meant for that. My new distributor as I came to know, is P. L. Gas Services (Boral). Ph. [protected].

                              I will feel that writing here is not a waste-of-time if the refill be delivered within 5 days.

                                I am the customer of Indane Gas. My Consumer number is 62001.
                                My Indane gas distributor Agency: Shree Chella Gas Agency Selaiyur.
                                Last year on April month, when my wife went back to my home town for delivery, I was staying alone in my home and thus my gas consumption was
                                comparatively very low.I am not using gas connection for past 7 months
                                I got changed to new job at Puducherry on August month.
                                Last month, when I contacted Gas dealer (Shree Chella Gas Agencies, Selaiyur) for transfer of gas connection
                                they told me my connection was deactivated.
                                I enquired at gas agency to reactivate and transfer my gas connection.

                                They asked me to bring voucher, application form and photo copy of voucher to activate my connection.
                                Next day when I went up there with voucher.
                                But, they told to come after 15 days to reactivate and transfer the connection.
                                Can you please guide me how I should approach the dealer
                                to re-activate my gas connection and transfer to Puducherry?.

                                Indane Gas — Regarding Transfer & Delivery

                                My connection no 8611 is registered under CACTUS LILY has transfered my connection to SEHRAWAT GAS AGENCY but he has not accepeted my connection & told us not to delever my connection at my home place. and i am working in a pvt firm from where i can not go to take my gas every month.
                                I have also vissited 02 other agencies in my area ie 01 Maheshwari Gas Agency 02 Jagan Enterprises. They had also ignored my request.

                                Kindly take the appropriate action in my case as soon as possible.

                                Last month, I had booked a cylinder with M/S MAA DURGA AGENCY, MURGASOL ASANSOL BURDWAN. My consumer number is 13714. Till date, the same is not delivered to me.They do this every month when we call to agency they said that they had shortage of delivery boy nor their delivey boys on holiday and its not possible for me to go and take the cylender every month.When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. But some bookers of end of the March and the following months have been allotted cylinders for them 3 weeks ago but in my case it is not matured yet.........I don't understand how the gas agency or IOC allotted to others without consider seniority of my booking. Is it not seniority based letme know please I am waiting for the 2nd cylinder since 11 months. I kindly request you to look out the matter urgently and take appropriate actions immediately to resolve the problem.

                                        Indane Gas Distributor — Distributor responce

                                        This is Chandra Sekhar with Indane gas connection on my wifes name Mamatha Consumer no. SAI 41531 and the agent code is 7598469. I trulely state that the responce from the said distributor is not proper they only did the mistake while writing the address on the original sheet we did not noticed at the time of issuing, when we booked the cylinder over phone they told that the house no. is 15-16 i explained it is not 15-16 it is 15-61 first cylinder we got very dificulty. when my wife wants to open the bank account they asked for the resident address proof we had produced the given gas connection certificate they regreated that the address is wrong, we approchad the distributor to correct the address as 15-61 but they were regreated (only one lady i dont know here name) and she is not resoponding to the customer, so many customers are complainting on that perticular lady but no action was taken by that management. Practically they are there for the cusotmer help and do the need full but they are not treating the costomer as a human beings and using very harsh language on costomer. Actually the mistake was done by them they has to correct on our request but why they are behaving like that we dont understand as a customer, please do need full to set right the problem what exactly with that perticular distribution station if at all this problem is sorted out the consumers who are taking service from that perticular station are very very happy.

                                        Indane Gas Distributor — tip each time

                                        If you check on the gas bill, you will find a mention of "rebate of Rs 8/- is available to Indane customers in case home delivery of refill cylinder is not effected by the distributor". This means that the distributor is earning Rs 8/- per cylinder, right. Then, each time the cylinder fellow comes, he demands a tip of Rs 10/-. Isn't this outright demand of bribe and when I refuse to pay, he gives me a warning that next time he won't deliver, if I don't pay him that extra Rs 10/-.

                                        Below mentioned Gas Agency/Distributor has been provided with 12 to 15 land line telephone numbers. Whenever we try to get the numbers, it always says that it is busy and try after some time. Even some times if it rang, the phone will not be lifted by the staff. We as a consumer of this Distributor, we are facing lot of problems in booking refill cylinders. Hence, kindly instruct properly not to disturb the consumers unnecessarily.

                                        Indane Gas Distributor — always late supply of gas cylinder

                                        my self Dayaram Gautam.

                                        I have gas connection of Indane gas from Neelkanth gas distributer having consumer no 5793.
                                        I booked my gas on 5th of Jan,2011,

                                        I always observed that this agency always deliver there cyilinder late, they take more than 10 days to deliver a cylinder from booking date.
                                        so i requested to you, please look in to these matter and resolve these problem as soon as possible.

                                        My gas cylinder was leaking at home. When I rushed to my Indane Gas Distributer in Bikramganj,Bihar to attend the complain, they refused it and on asking for complain book.
