I had booked Indane LPG cylinder on 08 Nov 2012. Booking number is 339140. On 05 Dec 2012, I go a SMS that cash memo 2037 was generated and the cylinder would be delivered shortly. But on very next day i.e. on 06 Dec 2012 at 4.58 PM, I got a message that my booking was cancelled. I was in the apartment without going out expecting the cylinder to be delivered. But the cylinder was not delivered on 06 Dec 2012. On enquiry, I was told that when the cylinder was brought to the apartment no one was available. This is totally false. Apartment security personnel also confirmed that there was no delivery from Indane on 06 Dec 2012. This type of incident is being repeated by the deliverer of the agency POOJA GAS for the third time in this year in my case.
Intention of the gas cylinder deliverer is not known, to make such false reports. It is possible that he could sell the cylinder to prospective buyers at a higher price, and get the profit.
I request you to kindly take appropriate action to solve this repeated failure of delivery of the cylinder to me.

    Hi,

    I went to Madhu Gas Agency on which supplies Indane LPG gas cylinders on 4th of September 2012. I applied for a new connection and they provided the application slip (tracking number: [protected]).

    But till now, 8th December 2012, I have not received any communication from either the agency or the company (IOL). Today I went to the agency and they said that they can't do anything about it and we just have to wait for a communication from the company to come. Then we called Indane customer care. They passed the buck to the dealer saying that the dealer would answer that query.

    I would like to know that why I am being kept in dark about the status of my connection for so long? As a consumer, why am I prohibited from accessing a necessity as basic as cooking gas.

      I am getting my Indian Gas Cylender from Bindu Gas Services Office at Safilgudda Hyderabad.

      As per new rule I know that I have to fill Form KYC that I am having only one Cylinder in my Name along with Photo ID and Proof Of Living Address.
      I belongs from very Middle Family and day by day Survival is very big on task ,now my Mother and Father staying with me and they are Having another Gas Connection using Seperatly for their day 2 day Requirement.
      While submitting Form your Dealer and IOCL advise that I have to Construct New Room and declare as Kitchen. Presently we are using this as kitchen in Balcony Covered as store.
      If i have to construct new Praticion as Kitchen than very difficult to leave in small Flat.

      I have also Submitting Declaration ,if you can understand with one Cylinder in Month very Difficult to Survive with 4 Member in Family all are almost Adult ( Wife F 41 + Son M 22+SonM 20+ My Self M 46)& My Father and Mother using their Own Cylinder for their Kitchen.

      For getting Self Declaration as notory I have Paid @Rs.130.00 Including Cost of Stamp Duty @Rs20.00 if this is Compulsary for all this is direct Corruption increasing by Govt of India,plz let me know for Total Gas Cyinder Consumer if this is mendatory to go and get notary from Lawyer ,your all Distributors & Agency how much Commission they may get if you calculate crossing Lacks of Rupees .

      I am writing this letter to Govt of India /Vigilence and Petroleum Ministry because of their Regulation many Poor People are suffering .

          SUB: CHEATING AT IOC PETROL BUNK, L.B.ROAD, INDIRA NAGAR, ADYAR, CHENNAI - 600020

          I have been a victim at this bunk for 4 times (All the 4 times I visited there). This means they are cheating every customers. My recent incident on 20.11.12 is as below.

          I went there for putting petrol for Rs.400/- as rewards for my credit card.

          The person started some unnecessary communication about my card to divert my attention.

          He first put petrol for Rs.100/- as he do not heared me properly.

          I told him again that I need to put for Rs.400/-

          He again put for Rs.300/-

          I am using Discover 150 CC, which will be tank full for Rs.400/-. I never run my bike in reserve mode.

          This time I noticed that the petrol has not reached the top of the tank. I suspected the fraud, but was not sure how to proceed with the guy on this issue. Left the place cursing myself for going there.

          I have a charector of collecting bill everytime I fill petrol and write down the metre reading at reserve. My bike gives a mileage of 49KML always. But this time I got only 37KML. Now I am very much of sure about the cheating that I had witnessed. I had the same experience 3 times earlier.

          Please take some action on these guys. Many of the people like me have no courage to fight with these kind of people (Roudies). Only law can do something.

            Purpose to write this email because since 18th nov there is no action
            taken on my complaint lodged on 18th Nov.

            Below are my details of complaint. please have a look on complaint and
            take a necessary action against dealer.

            I am the consumer of Engineers Gas Services,Benta Road, Laheriasarai,
            Darbhanga-Bihar(Local Distributor: Indane Customer Service Center,
            Paradih,Keoti-Darbhanga).
            My Consumer number 31007. I have booked refill cylinder (Empty
            cylinder depository mandatory for booking )vide booking Ref. No. 3491
            dt August 05, 2012 with my gas dealer Indane Customer Service Center,
            Paradih,Keoti-Darbhanga along with empty cylinder. My family used to
            follow up with them since 4 months for cylinder and they respond every
            time like shortly the gas will be available.
            Last delivery of my gas was May 10, 2012, then after they people are
            doing openly black-marketing give our cylinder to other on high rates.
            What to do whether we do our jobs or daily follow up for this and run
            behind the gas cylinder dealer. And finally I stunned to see on
            November 16, 2012 the gas cylinder distributing, then I went and ask
            for my cylinder and they said YOUR CONNECTION HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO
            SHANTINIKETAN Bypass Road, Laheriasarai-Dbg in month of February 2012.
            And take back your empty cylinder. Then I asked to distributor, how
            this happened without any information passed to consumer and why you
            kept my empty cylinder since 4 months if my connection has been
            transferred. Dealer said, this was automated process and either we do
            not know anything about transfer.
            On November 17, 2012, dealer did not agree to sign on my application
            written by me regarding above process and why empty cylinder kept 4
            months. Also I coordinate with local police station Keoti, Darbhanga
            but not good response. As discussed with distributor no complaint book
            available Indane Customer Service Center, Paradih, Keoti-Darbhanga

            MY CONCERN:
            1. Is there any process to transfer the connection form one
            place to other without consumer information?
            2. Is there any process to deposit empty cylinder at the time of
            booking for refill.
            3. Why Complaint book not provided to consumer if asked?
            4. Since 2006, I have only 15 times refilled of my cylinder and
            (according to rule it should be approx 72 cylinder) rest of all are
            with dealer..Mean black marketing.
            Always I used to follow up with them and they do not lift the phones
            and answer the customers properly. And I would for request for
            immediate action against Indane customer services center Paradih

            Myself Gulshan Kumar is complaining about false booking and false delivery of LPG cylinder by using my consumer number by my local distributor, Gas and Gadget, Mahanagar, Lucknow and my LPG gas cylinder consumer number is GG-14097A. As my phone number is registered with IOCL SMS service number 544111, on 30th of November I was surprised to receive a sms of LPG booking via number 342780, cash memo number 7602, even though neither I have booked the cylinder nor I received the cylinder. I complaint about the same on phone number [protected] and allotted the complaint number as 737175 and a response within 48 hours, but till today no response. And surprisingly again today I have received again a sms of sms, regarding booking of my gas cylinder via booking number 344149. Even today I have not booked any cylinder. Again today I complaint on phone number [protected] and now the complaint number is 743356. NOW I THINK THAT UNDER MY CONSUMER NUMBER SOMEONE IS BLACK MARKETING THE CYLINDER NUMBER AS THE NEW POLICIES RESTRICT THE NUMBER OF SUBSIDIZED CYLINDERS IN A YEAR. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.

              We had lost two consumer numbers. Is there any way to get these numbers with name. We had numbers on following names - Shri Bhagwan Solanki, Shri Om Solanki and Basant Khatri. Please help me to get their consumer numbers. I already tried getting their consumer numbers over the phone but didn't get response. Please do the needful.

                Sri Giridhar Gas Agency is not delivering the Domestic Gas to the customer.
                Gas is getting booked through mobile and I am receiving the message saying that your cylinder has been delivered. But in actual it is not delivered.

                When I try to contact them they are not lifting any calls.

                Indane gas Distributor M/s Gajanane Enterprise's koramangala, transformed our gas connection ( Consumer No 8396, S.V.No 767982 dt 15/02/99 ) Koramangala to Residency road without any information.We have booked gas on 27/11/2013 and received the gas transfer information on the month of January. So we have once again booked at Sri Giridher Agencies - distributor (Card No;041990) Booked Reg No 41511646 date on12/02/2014 and re booked on 17/02/2014 as per their instruction. Yet ( 04/03/2014) we did not received gas from Sri Giridher Agencies Kariyappa Bhavan Residency road Bangalore.So we missed the consumer gas from November-2013 to 04/03/2014 and using Electrical stove for cooking purpose. Please take necessary action immediately.
                This is really frustrating. That i booked gas from Sri Giridhar agency and did not receive it. it's a month now. They do not pick call even. If i go directly to agency near to MG road they say you will receive it tomorrow. And all i waited is too long with too many tomorrows. Really dont know when the tomorrow come for them. Please take action on this. I does not work like this.

                I took the gas connection on 9th of june and till now we have ordered thrice for refill and twice this gas agency hasnt delivered. Whenever we call them, they say that they will deliver today or tomorrow but they dont deliver. One of their numbers is always busy, another they never pick up. there is a third number which they do pick up sometimes but say that the refill will be delivered the same or the next day! Once i also got a text saying that the gas was delivered whereas i didnt get any! They sell our cylinders at higher cost in black! Bunch of idiots! There is no food to eat because there is no gas! Above that, We spend at least Rs. 1000/day to order food! whats happening in the country! now I want to leave this country! already frustrated! the hands are tied up! No gas, nothing!                 Worst service I have been faced so far, I had booked to refill cylinder on 23rd of Feb, It's been more than 10 days now and received message refilled request got cancelled due to door closed, will re attempt shortly.I never seen this fellows had come to my house though my family available at home.Simply sending this kind of message.
                This is not the first time last time I got the cylinder after 25 days that too I went to their office and fought.

                  My grandfather expired in 1997 now i wish to transfer his connection in my name (my father is already having one connection in his name and we live in same house but having separate kitchen) . My hp dealer says that my grand father's connection can be transferred only in the name of my father only and he is having connection in his name so we have to surrender that connection while hp norms says connection can be transferred in the name of any family member so what should i do? Is my information is correct that connection can be transferred in the name of any family member ?Please suggest.

                    Myself Ashok Kumar, I had LPG gas connection in Kharia gas agency, Loahrdaga(Jharkhand). In march 2012 i had given the request to Kharia gas agency. Lohardaga for change my connection to INDANE gas services, Japla (Jharkhand ). For this i had given the amount of Rs.1400 to Kharia gas agency.After that when i went to Indane Gas services Japla they are requesting extra amount of Rs.2200.Kindly help me out what is the process for change my connection.Indane are requesting those amount is this true?please revert me asap.

                    I shankar Vishakarma Rao,this is my big complaint regarding delevey of gas and asking more to delivery. At first when i booked a gas through online i got conformation,on 9th August but after waiting a lot of days i call them they are saying no body is at home that why they returned it i dont no how its possible we are living in flat if we not there the care taker will tell that no body is at home when i call them they my room has been locked.its totaly false. Any How agian he booked the gas and send it delivery man asking Rs 10/- to delivery each gas every time, i hope its not good so much poverty in our india those leading there life with so much struggle if they will do like this way what will happened in future. Everybody cant provide this much of money already gas price has been hike if they will charge to dlivery for 10rs then we people have to face a lot of problem.
                    so look at this matter to resolve it.

                      my indane gas cyclender issued on 5/11/2012, when hoker supplied cyclender that time i am not present at my home, only my wife was present there,so she cant weight this cyclender.when i reached home, then i shocked.when i have weight this cyclender i found less quantity of gas.Hoker came at my home without weight machine.I have call many time to hoker & i was waiting for change the cyclender. But till today no response.


                      pls help me & punish the defaulter.

                      Indane Gas — Gas Quantity Less

                      Dear Sir,

                      Our Indane Gas supplier name is ANNAPORNA AGENCY KANNAPURAM, we are not getting asper booked gas from the agency and whenever they delivered cylinder to home the seal we can remove easily and Gas quantity also always 3 to 5 ltrs LESS, please investigate the problem, please not in RAMANTHALI area you can ask anybody in this problem.

                      I am consumer of Gas cylender supplied by Yedu Gas Services, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. The gas cylenders supplied by this agency invariably contains less quantity of gas. This time I got the gas cylender on 6/10/2011. I checked it and found that the gas is less by 6 Kg. So, I asked the delivery boy to change cylender but he went back with the cylender and he did not give cylender at all. We are facing this problem for long time from Yadu Gas Service. Kindly take up the matter.

                      For past couple of months its seen that gas is less than the capacity.
                      Even delivery is very late.
                      Nothing has been done so far.
                      On line complain had been made on coy site but no one reverted.
                      In my family, one LPG cylinder runs atleast 50 to 55 days but recently I noticed that cylinder ended in just 33 days which is almost 20 days more or less as because less quantiy of gas. It is pertinent to mention that there is no opertunity to justify the weight of cylinder owing to weight machine.                         Indane Gas — Cylinder Leaking

                        I am an Indane Gas Consumer Pt 2749 r/o 5-D COURT ROAD , CIVIL LINES ,DELHI-110054 tel no 23911462.
                        My Gas Cylinder this morning (12th DECMBER2009) HAS STARTED LEAKING ..None of IOC's telephone no.s for round the clock emergency services shown on their web-site is responding .The gas dealer also has bneen non-responsive .I do not know what to do really . IOC should be more responsive and all what is hosted on the web-site is of no use to the consumer .

                          Indane Gas distributors desperately taking prices which is quite over the billing price. My consumer no is 524721. The delivery boy has rudely behaved with my family members while delivering against reference no 423584 at 12 noon. His name was D K Das and he was threatened my family members and forcefully taken an amount of Rs.430 against original amount Rs.412,50. Before that they have taken Rs.432 against the same.

                            Here is Gaurav Gas Agency in our Locality,but they never delivered the cylinder in time. I have booked the cylinder on 5th Nov. but still the delivery not made by the agency. I am Retired Central Govt Employee. Please take remedial action & request you to resolve soon & provide the cylinder. Also the agency is fail to deliver the cylinder at home. Many times we picked from road.

                            Indane Gas — Gas cylinder not delivered on time

                            I have booked for a gas cylinder with the name Mr. Nizamuddin, consumer no 20570 on 19th October' 09. They used to deliver the cylinder within 6 day of booking. Today is 5th November' 09 and we have not recieved the deliver yet. This is the case of every month. Every month we have to face this kind of problem. Please look into matter.

                            I booked my cylinder (KJT 2442) on 30th Sep, 2010 but i didn't get that till now.
                            Please try to deliver my cylinder as soon as possible...

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                I have applied for a new connection through Anubha Gas Agency on 29th Aug.2012.
                                I got a call letter on 16th Nov.2012.
                                A copy of Applied Application & Call Letter.
                                When i meet to the same distributor point with all required documents, the same distributor tried to convince me that the all applied applications has been cancelled by IOCL and they are unable to give me a subsidized connection, whether they are able to give me unsubsidized connection.
                                What is this ?, asked for any in written, they neglected me.
                                What can i do ?
                                My family facing more & more problem right now for last several months, I have not any connection with my given address.
                                Please do the needful in this regard for our sake.

                                  Kindly take a look in to this matter and advice me if you could do anything in this matter ,No response yet from INDIAN OIL /MINISTERY OF PETROLEUM (Authority handling PRAJYOTI ENTERPRISES) to provide the solution.
                                  I expect you will take this issue seriously and let the gas agencies know , for the benefit of consumers paying for such a costly gas cylinder.
                                  This is what faced by me and others who are dealing with PRAJYOTI ENTERPRISES.

                                  This is to bring your necessary attention towards the working of PRAJYOTI ENTERPRISES, KESHOPUR BRANCH,OPPOSITE VEGETABLE MARKET,NEW DELHI.
                                  Today i went to submit my KYC form for gas cylinder and when i asked the receipt for the documents i submitted.Both the madams sitting on recieving counter , of which one lady name i know is Geeta Rani accompnied by one another lady have said that no acknowledgement or receipt can be issued for these documents .
                                  I asked them why ? they said me clearly we cannot issue any receipt for this !Its not only me , people i saw standing there at PRAJYOTI have the same grevience or might be you too if you submit your KYC form over there and do not get any receipt for the same .
                                  I question the INDIA OIL ,Is this the service you are offering,in future if they question me back that i did not submit any KYC form with them , then who will be responsible for that.
                                  Either the KYC form is not mandatrory in the eyes of PRAJYOTI ENTERPRISES or they are not serious to work for people.As per the law every single paper submitted entitle the customer with acknowlegement.
                                  For what reason this is malfunctionig is happening openely in PRAJYOTI and giving handwritten reciept in the form of acknowledge of KYC (its lying with me , i can show you upon your requirement) which looks like a small piece of split paper and written with handwritten name and sign of your counter sitting staff !!thats it , is this acknowledgement??
                                  Why the laws are kept on stake?
                                  I did not get apology letter yet for the greviences i registed week before as mentioned below in berief :
                                  1) PRAJYOTI GAS door shutter was 65% open and 35% close on the working day ,to avoid dealing with customers by PRAJYOTI Staff sitting on the main table inside to handle queries??
                                  2) PRAJYOTI GAS delivers leaked cylinders where in the gas is not as per written on the cylinder weight , either the one who is writing is not writing the correct amount of gas in it , or some one is doing leakage in INDIA OIL LPG DIVISION , why ?
                                  3) PRAJYOTI GAS is not providing any kind of receipt or acknowledgement on the KYC form /any necessary documents submitted with them ,why ?
                                  Awaiting for the revert at the earliest , else i have to proceed ahead to get solution for my complaints registed with no response from your end.

                                  Ms Shikha Ahuja told me that it should not be less than 1% of the total weight i.e (14.2)kg of gas cylinder which is 142gm.
                                  On their own words they are not ready to stand , kindly advice where should i appeal or you like me to proceed ahead to get justice against cheating with the general public.

                                  After my complaint , Prajyoti Agency responsible for distribution of gas cylinder in my area as i mentioned below, one of their staff came to deliver me the KYC form at my form .I wont forget to mention he also bring the apology letter as per his requirement not as per my complaint.
                                  I also got call from Miss Shikha Ahuja ,some senior staff above Prajyoti Gas Agency ,Keshopur,New delhi (Opposite Vegetable Market).She told me Mr.Singh the cylinder weight is 14.2kg and as per the govt 1% of gas rebate can be given to the agency for these lpg gas cylinder division .
                                  I clearly agreed and accepted her offer and told her and Prajyoti gas agency staff also that 1% of 14.2kg is 142gm , and i permit your gas divisions to keep 200Gram per cylinder no issue , you can earn profit, but nothing less than that.
                                  On my this offer also madam Shikha ,Prajyoti Agency both are not agreed and says that is also not possible.
                                  I ask them then you tell me how much you can promise to send me ,out of 14.2kg , but i did not get any precise and honest reply uptill now.
                                  When a customer like me is ready to get loss of 200 Gram on his Gas cylinder , think about the people living below the poverty line ? How they will manage the cylinder of Rs 800 to Rs 1000 with the loss of more than 200 Gram of Gas leak out from their cylinder / hard earned money.
                                  No one can imagine , These agencies just thinks about to earn their own profits not about the poor people helplessness, how they will manage to cook their food with such inflation and gas leakages already done before the cylinder reaches to them.
                                  Only the wearer knows where the shoe pinches !!!
                                  My complaint was just for an apology letter regarding the working environment of Prajyoti Gas Agency,Keshopor ,New Delhi (Opposite Vegetable Market) along with a trust based promise written in the same letter mentioning me to agree and manage the leakage of maximum 200 Gram on each cylinder for which i can understand and agrees , let them earn also.Atleast they should do the justice with a normal person.Since i have noticed many times when the gas cylinder reached at my home and by mistake i got its weight checked and it was sometimes 500 gram sometimes 900 gram less than the amount written.
                                  What does their system thinks , people are fool and they won't question where this gas is going ??If i can write letter for your Vigilence and Inspection Department ,why cant this agency issue me one small letter.I request Petroleum and Natural Gas Division to get awake and active to find the fault to provide complete satisfation to their customers.
                                  Do appreciate if LPG cylinders are provided 14.2kg accurate or more than that instead of sending cylinders having less than 14.2kg everytime i recieve.
                                  Kindly do the needfull and arrange me the apology letter as per my requirement.

                                  I ask you , are the KYC forms coming on some trucks , that it is delayed and coming - might be tomorrow, no other way to print it online for the public?
                                  My sister in law came twice just to get the KYC form from your branch and same answer given to them also.Since they are not aware about their rights , they kept quiet.
                                  What do you think general public and MAD AND FOOL coming to your agency wasting their time and energy to expect a Simple Form , that even your branch cannot manage.
                                  Thats why public blame the government is corrupt and not working as per their satisfaction.Who will listen the complaints of people who cannot manage even to complain?
                                  I wasted my time and fuel just to reach you and get a form , and your staff are not fully sure they can print and copy it and get it available for the public , but your agency do not bother about the time of others.
                                  Many things are going wrong which i am sure about in INDANE GAS AGENCY IN KESHOPURAM , such as Gas Filling in Cylinders are not on precision based.Since i have checked the gas cylinders , always when i check the weight , gas is less than the written weight on cylinder.
                                  I question you ! who is paying for this costly cylinders , and still the accurate gas is not given to the customer.Dont you have quality maintainence department who can check these things from your end before the delivery?
                                  Your gas agency should be charged penalty + tax on every single complaint for less gas in cylinders or whenever the cylinder delivery boy comes back to your agency to replace the cylinder just to get the cylinder having right amount of gas in it and deliver it as many times he dont deliver the right amount of gas in it.
                                  Kindly tight your management for better customer satisfaction with honesty.
                                  As a vigilant citizen it is my duty to find the fault and let the governmetn know about it publicly / media.

                                    I am a consumer o[censored]MA INDANE DISTRIBUTORS, KINATHUKADAVU, Tamil Nadu. My Gas connection NO is: 16709. I book gas cylinder every time by telephone and their line is always busy. After longtime they pickup the call and do not speake properly.

                                    Even they did not respond properly after a long try, I booked refilling gas cylinder in that agency last month. After 20 to 25 days complete, they did not send any gas cylinder to my home. When I contacted them through phone they did not respond to me again. Then I went to that agency personally and enquired about my booking status. They said that the cylinder allotted to me was given to someone. They apologized to me and said that your booking cylinder had been wrongly sent to others.

                                    Problems with the agency:

                                    1. While booking gas cylinder through phone they did not pickup the phone call and did not respond to the customer.

                                    2. Cylinder is illegally sold to someone other than consumer.

                                    3. They do not keep the stock (gas cylidner) always. But they sold the cylinder with higher price.

                                    4. The cylinder filling place is 3km away in my city. They easily say to go and fill it your cylinder.

                                    I strongly condemn this type of malpractice please take necessary action to them and send reply to me. If you want any further enquiry Please contact me.

                                      dear Sir,
                                      I want to get transfer INDANE gas connection on my name. earlier this connection was on my father name. Since, My father got expired 2 months back, i want connection to get transfer on my name.

                                      I had approached gas agency ( Vikramadtiya Gas agency, Gaushala Market, Soron Katra, Shahganj, Agra, UP, Phone number[protected], 2553613) they told that it can only be transferred to my mother name. When i ask them that my mother has given NOC and had no objection to it they still denied it.

                                      I have checked the INDANE website and talk to IOCL customer care and got reply that connection can be transferred on my name based on NOC given by family member( legal heirs)

                                      Gas agency is not helping me in getting connection transfer on my name.
                                      My kind request to you is please take necessary action in this case and guide me what shall i do in this case.

Now i want to get transfer in the name of my mother. But the dealer M/S Pradeep Enterprises Jinsi Bhopal asking for original documents. I have the documents ( delivery challan and cash recipt) so he refused saying bring original papers. What can i do .
