Dear Sir,
I took a connection in 1999 when I was posted in south India, In Year 2001 I Have been transferred so I transferred my connection at my Home Town Madhu bani, For Few years it was all right but suddenly my refills have been stopped.While asking the reason they replied that they had a report of missing of my connection documents.

I too support their words,It was happened few years ago which was reported to them but refill was never denied.Finally I got the Paper it was lying some where and I reported the same also.But suddenly For past 6 months they have again stopped the refill with same reason which was well reported.May be due to their carelessness they are not keeping/maintaining the record.

Now,at this stage again they are asking for documents.I am the main bread earner in my family have very limited time to enjoy my family at my Home town. But They want my presence in their office.Making this kind of reason they are actually harassing us.Where they already know that this person stays alone outside till then they can make money in their own way.....

Therefore requesting all the authorities to kindly resolve the issue & Oblige.

Indane Gas — Non receipt of gas

At jaya gas, valasaravakkam, or porur, booked gas in the name of Malliga Con.no.3083 are usually taking to deliver more than ten or Fifteen days where as sai chitra agency are sending with in four or five days. kindly see this anddo the needful Booked date 2.3.09
Its very easy to resolve all your issues within 30 days, please file RTI application (first call them saying that i am going to file RTI, if he challenge then definetly file RTI, once you file it he will die, Pls update me and also help to others, its your responsibility to aware other and get this country corruption free.), for more detail visit this site. Indane Gas — NON REFILL OF GAS

I have connection of Indane Gas and my agency is Manu Flames, Indane Distributors, VIII /368, Poorna Nagar, Aluva-1, EKM Dist, Kerala, Ph:[protected] with consumer no. 3932.

I had booked the refill on 13/2/2009 Booking No:4010 . Its almost 29 days now but I haven't received any refil Cylinder.

Kindly look into the matter urgently.

Indane Gas — NON RECEIPT OF GAS REFILL

Deas sir,

I am a user of indane gas, my Consumer no is 14786 I have booked the cylinder on 04.11.2009 with ASHA DEEP GAS SERVICE, 28, D. P. S. ROAD, KOLKATA - 700033 PH. NO is[protected]/4512 but till date I have not received the same. My booking no is 892, i am calling them regularly, they told me everyday they will deliver today but till date i have not received the same.

Kindly take the necessary action and inform me accordingly.

    I Manoj Kumar visited Sondhi Gas Agency J-3, CSC Market, Saket, New delhi 110017 on 03.12.2012 (Monday) and purchased/booked second new gas refill connection on my consumer No-34567 and paid Rs. 1905/- thereafter. The official of Sondhi Gas Agency promised to deliver new gas refill with in 2/3 days. But the same has not been delivered to my residential addressed till date.Today is 18.12.12. It's more than 15 days. I'm running short of gas in my only gas cylinder available at my resident and facing acute hardship. Please expedite for delivery of the same .Best regards.

      I am a customer(no:1612) and booking my cylinder on 7/11/2012. and booking no:421978 .and cash memo no:7280.I have not received my cylinder.then I complain indane gas customer care and they provided a complain no:749488 and assurance delivered my cylinder within a 6 days from complain day(9/12/2012).But i have not received my cylinder on time.Then i go to sonarpur indane gas service .They assurance that your gas cylinder reach in shortly.But I got a message on 17/12/2012 that your booking no:421978 is cancelled not showing any reason.
      I totally upset that kind of cruel behavior of sonarpur gas service.My senior citizen father requested repeatedly delivery men samir das and sonarpur gas service to get cylinder.My aged mother is unable to cooking without gas.please take immediate step.I want justice.

        Dear Sir,

        I have a Gas connection of Indane consumer No.1110290 on the name of Sanjay Kumar since year 1991 and residing at Railway colony 84A, Gandhidham. I have connection with ADITYA INDANE Shop No. 7 C, Ground Floor Green Park Complex and in receipt of best service from your end.

        Further I wish to highlight that during month of Oct-Nov 2012, I had changed Gas Rubber tube. At present a representative Mr. Abhishek Mishra from your ADITYA INDANE is approaching me now and then and forcing me to replace with new rubber tube.

        I am totally aware for safety of domestic appliances and at present is not advisable to replace the tube which will invite financial crises.

        Kindly intervene and instruct distributor/agency for not to compel
        once the parson has changed rubber tube ( may be ISI Mark), then why he should be compile.

          Dear Sir,
          Please accept my good wishes first. While drawing to your kind attention it is an immense pleasure for us (on behalf of Citizens of Shahapur Town) to write about the requirement of another Zonal wise Agency at our place, because of insufficient proper supply to the local citizens facing with hardships. This is not a complaint but it is a fact to state here under that in the interest of Indane Gas, you shall never keep this complaint in a cold storage, we all the residents of this area are badly in require of another Agency for supply of Gas which is a need of an hour. Your official record itself shall shows one agency supplying a good number of consumers; usually here lot of inconveniences causing by the public at large and no need to comment about other misuse, UN-authorized supplies etc..
          You are therefore requested to look into the matter personally and allot a Zone-wise Agency by notification or as according to rules in force; with immediate effect or otherwise another gas distributor should launch here if delayed in proper survey.
          Presently one & only Agency by name M/s Vijay Agency located at our Town at Ramakrishna Sadan, Near Bus Stand, Court Road, Shahapur 585223 Karnataka.
          Also further requested his go-down to be shifted at outskirt area according to provision, because it is hazardous and suppose if any untoward incidence caused shall harm the public at large and around good number of population with residential accommodation surrounding to present go-down is locate, so you are therefore requested to make proper survey without further delay; for which we are reporting the overall situation; seeking immediate action according to rules in force.
          Waiting for urgent action in the interest of Indane (Indian Oil) Company as well as public requirement (easy to receive supply) without causing harm or delay at larger interest.

          Indane Agency — New agency required

          There are no legal agency in bangalore at outer ring road(sarjapur,belendur,etc)
          Why IOCL is not looking into it..
          If any one from that please take necessary steps. to provide legal agency,
          Wwhere other brand agency are available like HP,Bharat gas...

            I would like to say that I Vinay kumar Bahoray want to complain against INDANE OIL CORPORATION Ltd. As the norms of KYC forms I completed all rules but without any information Gas and Gadgets Maha Nagar, Lucknow changed norms and because of this I am facing lots of problem.
            My issues was that my LPG connection was at the name of my father but now he is no more so i changed it , which is completed . But after when i got gas cylinder it was not accordingly subsidy norms . My old gas connection no was TG-6934 on the name of Mr. Omkar Nath Khatri. Now my new connection no is 15361 on the name of Vinay Bahoray .

            I just want to know that why i am not getting refilling of gas cylinder on subsidies rates . Its means that being a good citizen i follows the rules but i was debarred from getting subsidies cylinders as per norms.

            I am expecting valuable response towards your side.

                I have booked a gas cylinder on[protected] but cylinder not reached till now my consumer no is 18279 in the name of kusum srivastava 84/4 shakti nagar indira nagar lucknow

                INDIAN OIL GAS CYLINDER — no delivery of cyclinder even after 20 days

                That i booked my cyclinder on 17.11.2008 with Joyti gas Agency, Haveli Kalan road, Ropar vide request no 7277dated 17.11.2008 but till days they have not refilled my cyclinder. i have visited there office four times but they are saying that cyclinder is not available from the company itself but the persons who are paying little extra for the cyclinder are geting the same instantly. so i humbly request you to please look into the matter and if you can secure my delivery of cyclinder.

                  I am a consumer of Venus Gas Mannar, with consumer No. 1881 residing at chennnithala with in 5 kms form the gas office. I had registered a complaint of "Gas leakage from the regulator side" through tlelpohne on Monday (10/12/2012) morning to the office at Mannar and reminded on monday 10/12/2012 evening and today 11/12/2012 morning over phone. But unitl this moment no one came to check the case.The leakage of gas is a case which should be attended EMERGENCY and immediately but this ype of irresponsiblityis hard to accept. And I hereby stating that if any danger occur to my family or property one hundred percent the agency will be responsible. If this complaint is not attended immediately I will go for legal action.

                    Harassment of heart patient at the age of seventy-one years, living only with wife, by blocking connection no. 0000334K by Krishna Gas Agra. Not supplying even after KYC and demanding the other connection cylinder/ rupees 1753 which was theft about 20 years back and was informed to the agency since then the other no. was in operational. Only KYC was done for 0000334K. Proprietor neither available on phone provided by your regional manager nor physically available and made efforts not only once but so many times moving pillar to post at this age. Take necessary action.

                      Indane LPG Domestic Cylinder — extra charges.

                      I am regular customer of indane LPG cylinder and rgistered with yr distributor M/s. EMKAY GAS SERVICE-Anand, cusomer is no. 13973. On last 2nd and 3rd June I contacted the distributor on phone for relill cylinder and it was advised to me that their computor is out of order and requested me to try to book refill on next day. I contacted the distributor and succeeded in booking the refill on 4th June. As you must be aware that 4th was the date for price rise of petroleum products by the union government. Unfortunarely, the price of LPG cylinder rised by rs.50 per bottle and therefore I was expecting the delivery of the booked cylinder with bill of @ 360 (including rise of rs.50). Today I was surprised to receive the refill cylinder with bill having no.444 dt.4/6/2008 (computorised) and amount was rs.307.95 (old price). However, the delivery boy asked me to pay rs.359.50. I objected it and requested him to provide me the bill having amount of rs.359.50. He was reluctant to do so and therefore I contacted the distributor at it's office and it advised me to pay rs. 359.50 to the delivery boy and get corrected the bill from his office. strainge!!! What a fun!!! As I was having the contact no. of yr official Mr.Omprakash ([protected]) and informed him the situation. In the mean time I got the phone call from the distributor informing me to pay the revised charges otherwise return the refill and on my insistance it replied that i may get refill within next 2 days with new revised bill amount of 359.50. It followed by the the advised from Mr. Ompraksh, that he has made arrangements and distrinutor's official has left to my house with revised bill. To my further surprise, Mr. Vinu the distributor's man who angree with me like anything and to cut the matter short, he only corrected the old bill manually with stamp and collected.
                      Here I would like to know from yr good self what steps I should have taken in such situation and what @ the unbilled amount the distributoe charged to me. Do u need me to send the copy of the bill ? Pl let me have yr postal address for it.

                      Consumer No:FC062. Lodged verbal complain with local distributor M/S Freedom Service on 24.6.08, 48hours passed but no action taken yet . Pl help, accident can happen at any time.

                        I went to the Indian Oil Petrol bunk and asked to fill in my bike for 200rs. The person filling the petrol suddenly diverted my attention asking unwanted irrelevant stuff and diverted my attention and filled in the petrol only 150rs.


                        Note: when your filling in petrol never get distracted, always look at the screen. Sometimes the petrol filling person will try to distract you asking unnecessary questions just ignore them and answer his questions after the petrol filling is done successfully.

                        Indian Oil — Cheating the customers

                        Hi,

                        Saturday 30th Apr 2009. I visited one of your Petrol Pump in Indiranagar i had given Rs. 500 and told them to fill Rs.350 Diesel in a can and i parked my vehicle nearer to air filling place, after putting the diesel i ask them to give a bill and Mr. Shantha Raj collected the amount and given the bill. One more employee came there and he forced me to change the parking place, in that urgent i was not collected the change and after going to my company while submitting the bill I realised that i was not collected the change. imediately i went to the bunk i asked the same but Mr. Shantha Raj argued that he had given the change after i was spoken to one of the manager in the bunk he promised that after reconcilioation he will check the same and solve our problem. I told clearly that i am unable to come on Sunday i can Able to come only on 1st June 2009 Monday. They told ok for that. Today i went and asked the same but nobody responding for that I am regular customer for the same place but for your employees doesn't know how to behave with the customers and no one is willing to give the owner's Contact No. and Mail ID. Please do the needful for the same. I am not expecting the money back but treat the customer in a good manner then only they will come back again and they will refer the same. but their way of behaving i am totally dis appointed i never go to the Indian OIl at all and i will refer to my Friends too the same.

                        Ganesh Serivce Station(INIDAIN OIL), NH-9, hydernagar main road, kukatpally, hyderabad.They are filling less petrol than actual.They are cheating customers, please look in to this matter.
                        The petrol bunk is located on the Kodabakkam Main road near the bridge.

                          I had booked Indane LPG cylinder on 08 Nov 2012. Booking number is 339140. On 05 Dec 2012, I go a SMS that cash memo 2037 was generated and the cylinder would be delivered shortly. But on very next day i.e. on 06 Dec 2012 at 4.58 PM, I got a message that my booking was cancelled. I was in the apartment without going out expecting the cylinder to be delivered. But the cylinder was not delivered on 06 Dec 2012. On enquiry, I was told that when the cylinder was brought to the apartment no one was available. This is totally false. Apartment security personnel also confirmed that there was no delivery from Indane on 06 Dec 2012. This type of incident is being repeated by the deliverer of the agency POOJA GAS for the third time in this year in my case.
                          Intention of the gas cylinder deliverer is not known, to make such false reports. It is possible that he could sell the cylinder to prospective buyers at a higher price, and get the profit.
                          I request you to kindly take appropriate action to solve this repeated failure of delivery of the cylinder to me.

                            Hi,

                            I went to Madhu Gas Agency on which supplies Indane LPG gas cylinders on 4th of September 2012. I applied for a new connection and they provided the application slip (tracking number: [protected]).

                            But till now, 8th December 2012, I have not received any communication from either the agency or the company (IOL). Today I went to the agency and they said that they can't do anything about it and we just have to wait for a communication from the company to come. Then we called Indane customer care. They passed the buck to the dealer saying that the dealer would answer that query.

                            I would like to know that why I am being kept in dark about the status of my connection for so long? As a consumer, why am I prohibited from accessing a necessity as basic as cooking gas.

                              I am Mahesh Chandra Manav Male DOB 16.06.1965 Working in Pvt Company and Leaving in 1BHK Flat Address #203 Neeraj Appt Venkateswara Nagar Colony Sai Nathapuram Dr.A.S.Rao Nagar Hyderabad-500062.
                              I am getting my Indian Gas Cylender from Bindu Gas Services Office at Safilgudda Hyderabad.

                              As per new rule I know that I have to fill Form KYC that I am having only one Cylinder in my Name along with Photo ID and Proof Of Living Address.
                              I belongs from very Middle Family and day by day Survival is very big on task ,now my Mother and Father staying with me and they are Having another Gas Connection using Seperatly for their day 2 day Requirement.
                              While submitting Form your Dealer and IOCL advise that I have to Construct New Room and declare as Kitchen. Presently we are using this as kitchen in Balcony Covered as store.
                              If i have to construct new Praticion as Kitchen than very difficult to leave in small Flat.

                              I have also Submitting Declaration ,if you can understand with one Cylinder in Month very Difficult to Survive with 4 Member in Family all are almost Adult ( Wife F 41 + Son M 22+SonM 20+ My Self M 46)& My Father and Mother using their Own Cylinder for their Kitchen.

                              For getting Self Declaration as notory I have Paid @Rs.130.00 Including Cost of Stamp Duty @Rs20.00 if this is Compulsary for all this is direct Corruption increasing by Govt of India,plz let me know for Total Gas Cyinder Consumer if this is mendatory to go and get notary from Lawyer ,your all Distributors & Agency how much Commission they may get if you calculate crossing Lacks of Rupees .

                              I am writing this letter to Govt of India /Vigilence and Petroleum Ministry because of their Regulation many Poor People are suffering .

                                  SUB: CHEATING AT IOC PETROL BUNK, L.B.ROAD, INDIRA NAGAR, ADYAR, CHENNAI - 600020

                                  I have been a victim at this bunk for 4 times (All the 4 times I visited there). This means they are cheating every customers. My recent incident on 20.11.12 is as below.

                                  I went there for putting petrol for Rs.400/- as rewards for my credit card.

                                  The person started some unnecessary communication about my card to divert my attention.

                                  He first put petrol for Rs.100/- as he do not heared me properly.

                                  I told him again that I need to put for Rs.400/-

                                  He again put for Rs.300/-

                                  I am using Discover 150 CC, which will be tank full for Rs.400/-. I never run my bike in reserve mode.

                                  This time I noticed that the petrol has not reached the top of the tank. I suspected the fraud, but was not sure how to proceed with the guy on this issue. Left the place cursing myself for going there.

                                  I have a charector of collecting bill everytime I fill petrol and write down the metre reading at reserve. My bike gives a mileage of 49KML always. But this time I got only 37KML. Now I am very much of sure about the cheating that I had witnessed. I had the same experience 3 times earlier.

                                  Please take some action on these guys. Many of the people like me have no courage to fight with these kind of people (Roudies). Only law can do something.

                                    Purpose to write this email because since 18th nov there is no action
                                    taken on my complaint lodged on 18th Nov.

                                    Below are my details of complaint. please have a look on complaint and
                                    take a necessary action against dealer.

                                    I am the consumer of Engineers Gas Services,Benta Road, Laheriasarai,
                                    Darbhanga-Bihar(Local Distributor: Indane Customer Service Center,
                                    Paradih,Keoti-Darbhanga).
                                    My Consumer number 31007. I have booked refill cylinder (Empty
                                    cylinder depository mandatory for booking )vide booking Ref. No. 3491
                                    dt August 05, 2012 with my gas dealer Indane Customer Service Center,
                                    Paradih,Keoti-Darbhanga along with empty cylinder. My family used to
                                    follow up with them since 4 months for cylinder and they respond every
                                    time like shortly the gas will be available.
                                    Last delivery of my gas was May 10, 2012, then after they people are
                                    doing openly black-marketing give our cylinder to other on high rates.
                                    What to do whether we do our jobs or daily follow up for this and run
                                    behind the gas cylinder dealer. And finally I stunned to see on
                                    November 16, 2012 the gas cylinder distributing, then I went and ask
                                    for my cylinder and they said YOUR CONNECTION HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO
                                    SHANTINIKETAN Bypass Road, Laheriasarai-Dbg in month of February 2012.
                                    And take back your empty cylinder. Then I asked to distributor, how
                                    this happened without any information passed to consumer and why you
                                    kept my empty cylinder since 4 months if my connection has been
                                    transferred. Dealer said, this was automated process and either we do
                                    not know anything about transfer.
                                    On November 17, 2012, dealer did not agree to sign on my application
                                    written by me regarding above process and why empty cylinder kept 4
                                    months. Also I coordinate with local police station Keoti, Darbhanga
                                    but not good response. As discussed with distributor no complaint book
                                    available Indane Customer Service Center, Paradih, Keoti-Darbhanga

                                    MY CONCERN:
                                    1. Is there any process to transfer the connection form one
                                    place to other without consumer information?
                                    2. Is there any process to deposit empty cylinder at the time of
                                    booking for refill.
                                    3. Why Complaint book not provided to consumer if asked?
                                    4. Since 2006, I have only 15 times refilled of my cylinder and
                                    (according to rule it should be approx 72 cylinder) rest of all are
                                    with dealer..Mean black marketing.
                                    Always I used to follow up with them and they do not lift the phones
                                    and answer the customers properly. And I would for request for
                                    immediate action against Indane customer services center Paradih

                                    Myself Gulshan Kumar is complaining about false booking and false delivery of LPG cylinder by using my consumer number by my local distributor, Gas and Gadget, Mahanagar, Lucknow and my LPG gas cylinder consumer number is GG-14097A. As my phone number is registered with IOCL SMS service number 544111, on 30th of November I was surprised to receive a sms of LPG booking via number 342780, cash memo number 7602, even though neither I have booked the cylinder nor I received the cylinder. I complaint about the same on phone number [protected] and allotted the complaint number as 737175 and a response within 48 hours, but till today no response. And surprisingly again today I have received again a sms of sms, regarding booking of my gas cylinder via booking number 344149. Even today I have not booked any cylinder. Again today I complaint on phone number [protected] and now the complaint number is 743356. NOW I THINK THAT UNDER MY CONSUMER NUMBER SOMEONE IS BLACK MARKETING THE CYLINDER NUMBER AS THE NEW POLICIES RESTRICT THE NUMBER OF SUBSIDIZED CYLINDERS IN A YEAR. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.

                                      We had lost two consumer numbers. Is there any way to get these numbers with name. We had numbers on following names - Shri Bhagwan Solanki, Shri Om Solanki and Basant Khatri. Please help me to get their consumer numbers. I already tried getting their consumer numbers over the phone but didn't get response. Please do the needful.

                                        Sri Giridhar Gas Agency is not delivering the Domestic Gas to the customer.
                                        Gas is getting booked through mobile and I am receiving the message saying that your cylinder has been delivered. But in actual it is not delivered.

                                        When I try to contact them they are not lifting any calls.

                                        Request you to take the action Immediately.

                                        Indane gas Distributor M/s Gajanane Enterprise's koramangala, transformed our gas connection ( Consumer No 8396, S.V.No 767982 dt 15/02/99 ) Koramangala to Residency road without any information.We have booked gas on 27/11/2013 and received the gas transfer information on the month of January. So we have once again booked at Sri Giridher Agencies - distributor (Card No;041990) Booked Reg No 41511646 date on12/02/2014 and re booked on 17/02/2014 as per their instruction. Yet ( 04/03/2014) we did not received gas from Sri Giridher Agencies Kariyappa Bhavan Residency road Bangalore.So we missed the consumer gas from November-2013 to 04/03/2014 and using Electrical stove for cooking purpose. Please take necessary action immediately.
                                        This is really frustrating. That i booked gas from Sri Giridhar agency and did not receive it. it's a month now. They do not pick call even. If i go directly to agency near to MG road they say you will receive it tomorrow. And all i waited is too long with too many tomorrows. Really dont know when the tomorrow come for them. Please take action on this. I does not work like this.

                                        I took the gas connection on 9th of june and till now we have ordered thrice for refill and twice this gas agency hasnt delivered. Whenever we call them, they say that they will deliver today or tomorrow but they dont deliver. One of their numbers is always busy, another they never pick up. there is a third number which they do pick up sometimes but say that the refill will be delivered the same or the next day! Once i also got a text saying that the gas was delivered whereas i didnt get any! They sell our cylinders at higher cost in black! Bunch of idiots! There is no food to eat because there is no gas! Above that, We spend at least Rs. 1000/day to order food! whats happening in the country! now I want to leave this country! already frustrated! the hands are tied up! No gas, nothing!                                         Worst service I have been faced so far, I had booked to refill cylinder on 23rd of Feb, It's been more than 10 days now and received message refilled request got cancelled due to door closed, will re attempt shortly.I never seen this fellows had come to my house though my family available at home.Simply sending this kind of message.
                                        This is not the first time last time I got the cylinder after 25 days that too I went to their office and fought.

                                        Never and ever use this service
