Dear Sir/Madam,
I have applied for a new connection through Anubha Gas Agency on 29th Aug.2012.
I got a call letter on 16th Nov.2012.
A copy of Applied Application & Call Letter.
When i meet to the same distributor point with all required documents, the same distributor tried to convince me that the all applied applications has been cancelled by IOCL and they are unable to give me a subsidized connection, whether they are able to give me unsubsidized connection.
What is this ?, asked for any in written, they neglected me.
What can i do ?
My family facing more & more problem right now for last several months, I have not any connection with my given address.
Please do the needful in this regard for our sake.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    Kindly take a look in to this matter and advice me if you could do anything in this matter ,No response yet from INDIAN OIL /MINISTERY OF PETROLEUM (Authority handling PRAJYOTI ENTERPRISES) to provide the solution.
    I expect you will take this issue seriously and let the gas agencies know , for the benefit of consumers paying for such a costly gas cylinder.
    This is what faced by me and others who are dealing with PRAJYOTI ENTERPRISES.

    This is to bring your necessary attention towards the working of PRAJYOTI ENTERPRISES, KESHOPUR BRANCH,OPPOSITE VEGETABLE MARKET,NEW DELHI.
    Today i went to submit my KYC form for gas cylinder and when i asked the receipt for the documents i submitted.Both the madams sitting on recieving counter , of which one lady name i know is Geeta Rani accompnied by one another lady have said that no acknowledgement or receipt can be issued for these documents .
    I asked them why ? they said me clearly we cannot issue any receipt for this !Its not only me , people i saw standing there at PRAJYOTI have the same grevience or might be you too if you submit your KYC form over there and do not get any receipt for the same .
    I question the INDIA OIL ,Is this the service you are offering,in future if they question me back that i did not submit any KYC form with them , then who will be responsible for that.
    Either the KYC form is not mandatrory in the eyes of PRAJYOTI ENTERPRISES or they are not serious to work for people.As per the law every single paper submitted entitle the customer with acknowlegement.
    For what reason this is malfunctionig is happening openely in PRAJYOTI and giving handwritten reciept in the form of acknowledge of KYC (its lying with me , i can show you upon your requirement) which looks like a small piece of split paper and written with handwritten name and sign of your counter sitting staff !!thats it , is this acknowledgement??
    Why the laws are kept on stake?
    I did not get apology letter yet for the greviences i registed week before as mentioned below in berief :
    1) PRAJYOTI GAS door shutter was 65% open and 35% close on the working day ,to avoid dealing with customers by PRAJYOTI Staff sitting on the main table inside to handle queries??
    2) PRAJYOTI GAS delivers leaked cylinders where in the gas is not as per written on the cylinder weight , either the one who is writing is not writing the correct amount of gas in it , or some one is doing leakage in INDIA OIL LPG DIVISION , why ?
    3) PRAJYOTI GAS is not providing any kind of receipt or acknowledgement on the KYC form /any necessary documents submitted with them ,why ?
    Awaiting for the revert at the earliest , else i have to proceed ahead to get solution for my complaints registed with no response from your end.

    No response recieve yet from any one from Either from Prajyoti Gas Agency , Keshopur ,New Delhi (Opposite Vegetable Market).
    They are not ready to apologise for their mistake of delivering less amoutn of gas / gas leakages done by them and eventually customer is suffering by paying 800 to 1000 per gas cylinders.
    Ms Shikha Ahuja told me that it should not be less than 1% of the total weight i.e (14.2)kg of gas cylinder which is 142gm.
    On their own words they are not ready to stand , kindly advice where should i appeal or you like me to proceed ahead to get justice against cheating with the general public.
    Kindly do respond me at the earliest.

    After my complaint , Prajyoti Agency responsible for distribution of gas cylinder in my area as i mentioned below, one of their staff came to deliver me the KYC form at my form .I wont forget to mention he also bring the apology letter as per his requirement not as per my complaint.
    I also got call from Miss Shikha Ahuja ,some senior staff above Prajyoti Gas Agency ,Keshopur,New delhi (Opposite Vegetable Market).She told me Mr.Singh the cylinder weight is 14.2kg and as per the govt 1% of gas rebate can be given to the agency for these lpg gas cylinder division .
    I clearly agreed and accepted her offer and told her and Prajyoti gas agency staff also that 1% of 14.2kg is 142gm , and i permit your gas divisions to keep 200Gram per cylinder no issue , you can earn profit, but nothing less than that.
    On my this offer also madam Shikha ,Prajyoti Agency both are not agreed and says that is also not possible.
    I ask them then you tell me how much you can promise to send me ,out of 14.2kg , but i did not get any precise and honest reply uptill now.
    When a customer like me is ready to get loss of 200 Gram on his Gas cylinder , think about the people living below the poverty line ? How they will manage the cylinder of Rs 800 to Rs 1000 with the loss of more than 200 Gram of Gas leak out from their cylinder / hard earned money.
    No one can imagine , These agencies just thinks about to earn their own profits not about the poor people helplessness, how they will manage to cook their food with such inflation and gas leakages already done before the cylinder reaches to them.
    Only the wearer knows where the shoe pinches !!!
    My complaint was just for an apology letter regarding the working environment of Prajyoti Gas Agency,Keshopor ,New Delhi (Opposite Vegetable Market) along with a trust based promise written in the same letter mentioning me to agree and manage the leakage of maximum 200 Gram on each cylinder for which i can understand and agrees , let them earn also.Atleast they should do the justice with a normal person.Since i have noticed many times when the gas cylinder reached at my home and by mistake i got its weight checked and it was sometimes 500 gram sometimes 900 gram less than the amount written.
    What does their system thinks , people are fool and they won't question where this gas is going ??If i can write letter for your Vigilence and Inspection Department ,why cant this agency issue me one small letter.I request Petroleum and Natural Gas Division to get awake and active to find the fault to provide complete satisfation to their customers.
    Do appreciate if LPG cylinders are provided 14.2kg accurate or more than that instead of sending cylinders having less than 14.2kg everytime i recieve.
    Kindly do the needfull and arrange me the apology letter as per my requirement.

    I ask you , are the KYC forms coming on some trucks , that it is delayed and coming - might be tomorrow, no other way to print it online for the public?
    My sister in law came twice just to get the KYC form from your branch and same answer given to them also.Since they are not aware about their rights , they kept quiet.
    What do you think general public and MAD AND FOOL coming to your agency wasting their time and energy to expect a Simple Form , that even your branch cannot manage.
    Thats why public blame the government is corrupt and not working as per their satisfaction.Who will listen the complaints of people who cannot manage even to complain?
    I wasted my time and fuel just to reach you and get a form , and your staff are not fully sure they can print and copy it and get it available for the public , but your agency do not bother about the time of others.
    Many things are going wrong which i am sure about in INDANE GAS AGENCY IN KESHOPURAM , such as Gas Filling in Cylinders are not on precision based.Since i have checked the gas cylinders , always when i check the weight , gas is less than the written weight on cylinder.
    I question you ! who is paying for this costly cylinders , and still the accurate gas is not given to the customer.Dont you have quality maintainence department who can check these things from your end before the delivery?
    Your gas agency should be charged penalty + tax on every single complaint for less gas in cylinders or whenever the cylinder delivery boy comes back to your agency to replace the cylinder just to get the cylinder having right amount of gas in it and deliver it as many times he dont deliver the right amount of gas in it.
    Kindly tight your management for better customer satisfaction with honesty.
    As a vigilant citizen it is my duty to find the fault and let the governmetn know about it publicly / media.
    I need apology letter from the INDANE MANAGEMENT ,HEAD OFFICE - DELHI for the inconvenience happened with me today.Else i have to proceed ahead .

      I am a consumer o[censored]MA INDANE DISTRIBUTORS, KINATHUKADAVU, Tamil Nadu. My Gas connection NO is: 16709. I book gas cylinder every time by telephone and their line is always busy. After longtime they pickup the call and do not speake properly.

      Even they did not respond properly after a long try, I booked refilling gas cylinder in that agency last month. After 20 to 25 days complete, they did not send any gas cylinder to my home. When I contacted them through phone they did not respond to me again. Then I went to that agency personally and enquired about my booking status. They said that the cylinder allotted to me was given to someone. They apologized to me and said that your booking cylinder had been wrongly sent to others.

      Problems with the agency:

      1. While booking gas cylinder through phone they did not pickup the phone call and did not respond to the customer.

      2. Cylinder is illegally sold to someone other than consumer.

      3. They do not keep the stock (gas cylidner) always. But they sold the cylinder with higher price.

      4. The cylinder filling place is 3km away in my city. They easily say to go and fill it your cylinder.

      I strongly condemn this type of malpractice please take necessary action to them and send reply to me. If you want any further enquiry Please contact me.

        dear Sir,
        I want to get transfer INDANE gas connection on my name. earlier this connection was on my father name. Since, My father got expired 2 months back, i want connection to get transfer on my name.

        I had approached gas agency ( Vikramadtiya Gas agency, Gaushala Market, Soron Katra, Shahganj, Agra, UP, Phone number[protected], 2553613) they told that it can only be transferred to my mother name. When i ask them that my mother has given NOC and had no objection to it they still denied it.

        I have checked the INDANE website and talk to IOCL customer care and got reply that connection can be transferred on my name based on NOC given by family member( legal heirs)

        Gas agency is not helping me in getting connection transfer on my name.
        My kind request to you is please take necessary action in this case and guide me what shall i do in this case.

          This is to inform you that I have a indane gas connection in the name of my father Mr. K.C.Mishra and consmuer no. is p10869 and it was purchased on 24/12/1970. Now i want to get transfer in the name of my mother. But the dealer M/S Pradeep Enterprises Jinsi Bhopal asking for original documents. I have the documents ( delivery challan and cash recipt) so he refused saying bring original papers. What can i do .

            Hi,

            I have booked the cylinder for my Indane Gas Connection.

            My connection belongs to Trilok Gas Agencies, Adyar.

            I Got ans SMS stating the receipt number generated and the guy came for delivery after a Week of time after the message received.

            There was some leakage problem and the delivery guy told he will come and deliver the next day. After that there is no response from him and even i am trying to call the number they are not answering the call.

            Kindly help.

                  Respected sir,
                  I am resident of Tara Nagar Delhi. When I was on way of Balaji Hopital to Dwarka , I got cheated at Aggarwal Motors Indian Oil petrol pump (formerly known as IBP Petrol Pump) at Meera Bagh, Outer Ring Road.(7/11/2012 ). I instructed attendant to refill the tank worth Rs.100. But I notice that my bike’s fueI indicator showing less petrol. I complained him, but he didn't agree. But I am damn sure about blunder.
                  You cannot see this kind of malpractice in BPCL & HP petrol pumps. Most of the people know this pump is malpracticing. Please take some strict action against them otherwise I am not gonna go to Indian oil petrol pump again.

                  Indian Oil - IBP — Less Petrol

                  Petrol Pump at Hennur road on May3, 2010 first filled 200Rs petrol when asked for 500. Then he filled another 300 Rs. But I see that I have got much lesser petrol than I get everytime. I went back to the pump and all the manager had to say was you should have not paid 200Rs and walked out. I think they are inentionally trying to cheat customers with less petrol. There is another petrol pump nearby which would only sell Premium petrol. I am amazed why they would not try to improve service quality.

                    Thanks for the indane for nice business creation and if you continue the same soon the customer may not be with you.

                    New connection - Service support Rs.200/- documentation charges (Cheating)
                    If new connection not available then open market cylinder sale Rs. 1050/-
                    If new connection not available then selling home appliance products Rs. 3,500/-

                    If any one want such business contact indane for such bribe business and not stoping till today and how indane auditor not controlling this.

                    Any one avoid and get the cylinder tell me. Why the new connection procedure still with distributors and why not Indane itself the network channel should be removed from distributor operate separately for new connection and transfers.

                      Sir, We are living in Andhrapradesh, chittoor district,Nagari Via, Vijayapuram mandal, Pannur village.
                      Sir My Indane gas connection given from government quota ( i.e. two female babies families quota.) we are received from MLA at our public meeting on five year back, But that time not give the cylinder number and connection cunsumer book,
                      we asked from our agency for the details, he isn't give the clear details. but we know my cunsumer book occupied in my village ration shop dealer. she is misuse my book and above 25 books occupied in my village she is with help of local panchayat contractor support. so i kindly requested please bring my book to me sir.

                      cylinder — misuse of cylinder connections

                      In our colony many of the consumers have number of connections for example House No.156, 157 & 158, Punjabi Colony, Narela, Delhi -40 have one family (and one kitchen) residing respectively, but they have at four to five connections (Indian + HP) . It is well known that they are blackmailing the same. Now, it is requested to please do the needful and save the energy and honesty.
                      please give the detail of the consumer and gas distributors as soon as possdible for action.please reply

                      Hi All,
                      Please reach out to Consumer court against the agency who is doing all manipulation of records and taken citizen right for granted. At the same time also inform the concerned company IOL/HP/BPCL etc that we are taking this matter legal if they dont respond in 2 weeks time and send again the reminder before you launch the complaint in court. I am sure concerned company will defiantly take action against and pleas keep the complaint number with you. DOnt send emails that doesnot work. Please use thier company website.

                        We hold a indane gas connection,S12529, on my mother's name, Paramjit Kaur, with Shalimar gas agency in Shalimar Bagh. As the last date of transparency forms is nearing, we reported to the gas agency with form and all relevant documents, since my mother is out of country at present and might not make it till 15th of November. The distributor declined to register our form saying she should be present herself and we cannot submit the form. He immediately cancelled the connection and refused to do anything. We called the indian oil to register a complaint /find a solution but got same response from them also. We were refused any new connection since we have a connection on my mother's name on same address and that has also been blocked since she is not present herself. So, what are we supposed to do?!!! I think its only a way to cancel connections so that consumers are forced to buy cylinders in black!! Kindly help.

                          hello sir my name is shams , maine indane ke automated online refill booking ke dawara apni gas [consumer no 26732] ki booking date 8/10/2012 ko booking karai thi jiski dilevery date 31/10/2012 hai par aaj tak mujhe gas nahi mili , jab mujhe gas mili hi nahi to uski delivery kaise ho gayi jab mai unke office gaya to unhone kaha ki aap ki gas cancel ho gayi hai aur aap dobara booking kariye , is tarah to meri ek gas jispar subsidy milti hai laps ho jayegi plz told them to send my gas immediately

                          LPG — misbehaving with customer

                          Sir/ Madam,
                          I am customer of single LPG connection from DWARKESH GAS AGENCY (ANAND) GUJARAT coustomer no.5753. I have taken the connection from him as on 28.5.08. there was always problem of delayed refill delivery. etc. tired of all this i wanted to shift my connection to other agency.I was asked for 50/- for the paper work and stationary for which i asked for the bill and thye lady NAME Sonal refused to give. then one Mr. Kanu Bhai came into the cabin and started pushing us out and asked to get out of the office. that person (kanu bhai) had hits me and also my brother in law who acompanied with me.there was no decency in taking, no manners to take to a lady.Finally he agreed to give the bill and sonal the lady over there said just issue the bill. and we shall see that they come back begging for the connection here. Sir, why should the customer be penilied for all small things we ask for. we can't ask for our rights, if done then we are the losers from all sides.

                          please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                          Indane/LPG — irregularity, misbehavin by the worker of distributor

                          Distributor-MAA DURGA GAS AGENCY ASANSOL.
                          CONSUMER NO -17088 .SV NO-369647.
                          The distributor has make a new low to distribute the cylinder among the customer ie, after receving a cylinder apply for the another cylinder after 15 days the prosidure for the applied cylinder will take another 15 days then what is the use of my second cylinder.
                          I have applied for my cylinder on 08-07-09 Sr no-2273 but not get the cylinder as till rite now.
                          The manner of the worker is not good with the customer.

                            sir, myself dr. navneet garg , i had apply for the new LPG connection of indane company at the TEJ ENTERPRISES, GOPALPURA BYPASS, TONK ROAD JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN on 15 oct.2012.
                            intially they were telling that they are not accepting applications for the new connection. when i told them that through the media i had heard that oil companies are providing the connection, then only they had accepted my application, and ask me to come afttter 15 days.

                            now on 2nov.2012, when i again visit , thy told me that they are not giving new connections. when i made the objection they provide me one mob. no. [protected] of RAKESH MEENA field manager. but the mob. no. either comming switch off or nobody responding .

                              My indane gas dealer is Moonlight gas service at bhedreshwar, hooghly, westbengal.
                              Services of gas delivery has been very poor that is why I am at 75, continuing disturbance on their delivery schdule. as example last i booked gas on 2.10.12 (gas recd 22.09.12) but till date not delivered gas and status on online record that delivered as on today is 13.09.12. I am not understand particularly this supplier is totally failure but on near location delivery has been made 15 -20 days after booking.
                              Please look into the matter is very serious.

                                My Consumer no K-19185.First I will give you thanks for Automatic Gas booking.Now I need not depend on mercy of Kasna Gas Agency.Still problem is not resolved fully according to me .Kasna Gas Agency is only agency who is providing Gas cylinder after 27 days . Other Gas Agency like Bhart as well as HP delivering cylinder in week time only. you can see the detail of mine Consumer No-K-19185 of kasna Gas Agency.Today When I have come to know about KYC form.When i have gone to deposit KYC Form with full document as per KYC Form. Mr Nitin of Kasna Gas Agency has refused to collect the form.when i have asked about it .Please Give me in writing . He Told me that I an Government Servant why i should give u in writing. He told me contact in side office .Office person told me I do not Know. Then I have contacted to Vandanage on Mobile .She has picked the my number thanks God .She told me that She likes to speak Mr Nitin but He has refused to talk to her owner, All Such Conversation has listen by Vandanage . I have tried to Contact to Renuka Shukla on her (mobile No [protected]) so many time since morning . In your Noida office (land line[protected] ) Lady Operator refused to give Email Id of Renuka Shukla. This is the condition Of Navratn Company of india in Delhi & NCR. I do not know What about Other Area.Today I am not in position to scan all the document because I am in Hospital.I request you Early action on this matter.I will be thankfull to you very much.                                   For your information Indan gas distributor and employees behavior is not good ,at the time of we reached there office they are give us abuse and say don’t come here again, we are not your servant, and about refill ,our due date is 25/10/2012 but its still pending, we make the queue from 05:00 am to 08:00am even after this there is no solution ,I am going for gas to distributor office from 25/10/2012 to till date but we don’t get the gas yet, and for blacker there is always gas available.
                                  So its request to you that please do something for us and guide me what should I do.

                                    I've a domestic gas connection of Indane Gas(with Dankuni Gas Distributor) and my connection number is T 08276, which is in the name of Dipankar Polley, and it is my nick name. My good name is Debasis Polley. Now i would like to change my name in gas distribution card, but the distributor has asked me to deposit money of amounting Rs.1195/-. Actually they have treated my case as deceased one. In this circumstances i really solicit your appreciation and kindly get me out from the problem.

                                      My Consumer No.3564 is attached with PRADEEP Gas Agencies, Thalayolaparambu,Vaikom( tel-no.[protected],[protected]) . Last time I got the Cylinder on 18.8.12. and I re-booked the same on 20.8.12.But till this time it is not supplied.When enquired the distributor is saying that there is no supply.I am also eager to know that, what is the time period for the supply ? ( I am having two cylinders).Every time I am getting the cylinder after two months from the date of booking. And also the responses from the distributor point is very bad and rude . ( most of the time they are not picking the phone).There is also doubt that, they are supplying the cylinders to other people( not the authorized customer of IOCL) at higher rates.please look into my complaint and do the needful.If possible pl. send the detail of action to [protected]@gmail.com.

                                        KASNA INDANE GAS SERVICES,GREATER NOIDA (DUSTRIBUTOR'S CODE[protected]

                                        I HAD BOOKED MY GAS CYLINDER OVER PHONE ON 03.10.2012 AND GOT BOOKING
                                        CONFIRMATION ON MOBILE VIDE NO.[protected] ON 04.10.2012.
                                        AFTER 21 DAYS I.E. 25.10.2012 I RECEIVED SMS CONFIRMATION ON MY MOBILE
                                        FROM NO.544111 THAT CASH MEMO NO. 13199 HAS BEEN GENERATED AND THE
                                        CYLINDER SHALL BE DELIVERED SHORTLY. THEREAFTER I PERSONALLY VISITED TO
                                        THE GAS AGENCY AND ENQUIRED OF DELIVERY OF MY GAS CYLINDER.
                                        ONE GENTLEMAN WAS SITTED IN THE AGENCY/OFFICE TOLD ME THAT THE CYLINDER
                                        WILL BE DELIVERED IN A DAY OR TWO. I WAS SHOCKED, ON 30.10.2012 AROUND
                                        1.15 PM WHEN I RECEIVED SMS ON MY MOBILE FROM 544111 THAT MY REFILL
                                        BOOKING NO.1437 HAS BEEN CANCELLED WITHOUT KNOWING ANY REASON/CAUSE
                                        WHEN I WAS REGULARLY FOLLOWING UP DELIVERY OF MY CLYINDER AFTER RECEIPT
                                        OF CASH MEMO GEMERATED SMS. IT HAS GIVEN ME MUCH MENTAL TROUBLE WHEN I
                                        RECEIVED THIS KIND OF SMS AFTER LAPSED OF ONE MONTH TIME FROM BOOKING
                                        OF GAS CYLINDER AND THE CYLINDER WAS NOT DELIVERED.

                                        YOU WILL APPRECIATE THAT IT IS NOT EASY TO GO FREQUENTLY AND DAILY
                                        TWICE/THRICE TO THE AGENCY.

                                        PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST MY COMPLAINT
                                        AND INSTRUCT THE GAS AGENCY TO ARRANGE DELIVERY OF THE GAS CYLINDER
                                        AT MY REGISTERED ADDRESS WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY, OTHERWISE I WILL
                                        BE COMPLLED TO TAKE HARD ACTION AGAINST THIS KIND OF HARRASEMENT TO
                                        THE RETAIL CUSTOMERS.
