This is regarding Indian Oil Service Center COCO IV petrol pump located at Adarsh Nagar, New Link Road, Andheri West, Mumbai. I had gone on 14th May 2012 at 21: 05 pm to fill up petrol worth Rs 100/-. The attendant showed the meter at zero value but within secs the meter jumped to 80.00 and then slowed down before stopping at 100.00. However there was no corresponding increase in the fuel level as per my bike's indicator. After asking for the reason for the same the manager suggested faults in my bike itself and showed a digital receipt of the amount paid (receipt no. 3059734). Since i regularly get petrol filled at the same pump, i could tell that the meter had been tampered with. The attendant and the manager seemed to be confident that no action would be taken by the company against them. I felt cheated for the money i paid and will never trust Indian Oil Service Station again. I would like a representative from the company to look into this matter and take action against such team who spoils the reputation that Indian Oil has built over the years. I am expecting a reply from the company at [protected]@hotmail.com within 7 days.

    I am, having domestic gas connection ( Customer No: 39093) with Shobha Gas Service, Nungambakkam, Chennai. I have got two cylinders. I booked a refill on 19.03.2012 and in response to that they have readied delivery of the reill and prepared cash bill dated 10.04.2012 but the delivery was made only on 23.04.2012 when both the cylinders were empty. I again booked a refill on 24.4.2012 and due to the above delay the refill supplied by them on 23.04.2012 is now exhaused. Now when I contact them to supply refill immediately, they say that they follow IVAC booking mode and nothing can be done. While I appreciate their perfection in procedure, do they not follow the same procedure in delivery of a reill. They never care to compensate me for the mental agony suffered by my family due to delay of 14 days in delivery of the refill. I expect that at least they can supply me with a refill to come over the crisis. Is this the real customer service they prophesise and exhibit through centralised booking system. Is it not a fit case to move through sonsumer forum?

    Indane Gas - Leakage — defective cylinder

    Customer No. 62907 with Ananth Gas Agencies, HAL, Bangalore-17
    Refill Bill No. 12182 dated November 23, 2007 delivered on November 25, 2007. Started using the cyclinder on 10th January 2008 after exhausing the first cylinder. Heavy leakage noticed and complaint was lodged with the agency. Complained also lodged with the emergency cell by dialing 41263305, [protected]. But only on 15th January 2008 the mechanic attended the complaint and broke open the seal and told that the cylinder would be replaced by the company the same day since we don't have another one. The refill booking was made on 7th January 2008 through 24 hours booking number but till now they have not delivered the cylinder and no action has been taken by the authorities to exchange the defective cylinder.
    Please do the needful to help me. because it is hazardous to keep leaked cylinder at home.

    Domestic Gas — NOT GETTING REFILL SERVICE PROPERLY

    My consumer no.is 703193, I am residing at Bhusawal Dist:- Jalgaon, Maharashtra Stae. Our distributors Code is 952600 & name is Bhusawal gas Agency, Jalgaon-Yawal Road, Bhusawal.
    Sir, I have registered for getting refill cylinder on 12/09/2008. But till date I have not get new cylinder. Some days ago A person visited to our house stating that, he is a employee of HP gas agency. And fullfil a form & demanded Rs.40/- as visit fee. this person not done any inspection nor checked any gas connection, then how he demanding Rs.40/-. I refused to give money since, there was any any defect in gas connection having consumer no.402941.
    Now, the dealer refuses to get me the delievery & pressing me to pay Rs.40/- So I request you, kindly look into the matter & let me to now for what purpose I have to pay the money? Also imstruct to the dealer to send the delievery as early as possible.

    Indane Gas — heavy gas leakage from cylinder

    Sir, I am lingaraj nahak a customer of indane gas. My consumer no is 31003. I received one full cylinder on 1st of oct' 2008.
    Yesterday night While I connect that cyl. with my Gas stove found heavy leakage is coming. immediately I stop the stove. disconnected the cyl. Today morning while I complaint to the agency over telephone on #[protected] at around 10.00 am the representative told me that no body is available at shop due to durga puja festival.
    who will take care of this ?
    Pls. look in to the matter & do the needful.

    Indane Refill Gas Cylinder — Delay in supply of gas

    Dear Sir,
    My consumer No. is R-08451
    I booked LPG Gas (Refilling) on 17.10.2008 in f/n. My booking was entered in the computer and receipt was made immediately. I was assured the gas to be delivered on Sat / Sunday (18/19.10.2008). (As have applied to get cylinder on Sat/Sundays/early morning or late evening only).

    The gas is not supplied to me resulting delay for another one week.

    Indane Gas Cylinder — Inordinate delay

    My name is V.B. Joshi. I have a gas connection with M/s. Jo Agencies, Irinjalakuda, Kerala. My cnumer No. J 34288(S.V. No.394211). My problem is we are not getting the delivery even
    after months passed. Last time I have booked on[protected]Booking No.2255). Till date we have not got the delivery. This is the situation prevail in this area. Help us to get the cylender delivered at least in a months time.

    gas cylinder — heavy Leakage

    Hello,
    yesterday Dwarka Gas Agenc has delivered a cylinder at my house in Dwarka pocket 7, sec - 12.
    that cylinder having heavy leackage and wieght is also less. I immedialtely complaint on the number given in Delivery receipt. but they told that if the cylinder is delivered today then please call tomorrow the aggency and request them to replace the same.
    I called the agency thrice a day but no body came to replace the faulty cylinder.
    I kept the cylinder outside my house, so that i will avoid any casualty. but agency people are not bothered about it. nad mor ethen 24 hrs are gone after filling a complaint

    Indane Domestic Gas Cylinder — Agency not responding

    I have a double cylinder gas connection from Indane subscried at Dwarka Gas Agency located at Dwarka. We have been trying to contact the agency over phone but it always given an engaged tone but surprisingly post the office hours (17:00 hrs) it starts ringing. This assures that the phone is kept off the hook and the employees working there are least bothered.

    Also this has been witnessed by one of my friends with bare eyes. It is not possible for us to go to the agency every time to log the request for cylinder.

    Shobha Gas Services — Delay in giving new connection

    Sir,

    I had registered for a new gas connection with Shoba Gas Services & after 40 days I have received allotement letter also. But its almost one month now after getting the allotment letter, still I have not been given the connection. As demanded by them I kept all the necessary documents like address proof, affidavit etc ready. Several times I went to the agency in person but negligence & poor response from the staff. Every time they will give a same reply "call us after 2 days". When I call after 2 days they will simply say "come to office" & they will disconnect the line. I heard it is mandatory to buy a new Gas Stove from the Agency, I even agreed to buy a new one even though I already have one. The initial payment is double the amount app 3500 Rs against 1700Rs which is specified in the allotment letter.

    I have no clue what is reason for this & to whom should I contact to escalate my concern.

    I would be grateful if you could guide me to proceed further.

    I, swagata Bhattacharya, consumer noBG1909, applied for change of name of the consumer, my husband late ArCmde Onkar Bhattacharya to mine.Necessary affidavit and papers are all complete and submitted.Iam told it will take a month for the papers to be ready following which only i can apply for the double cylinder.My local gas agency BaghaJatin Gas service, 31 Baroda Avenue, Kol84, could not provide me any explanation for this inordinate time taken.Can you?

    Delivery of Refill Cylinders — Supply of Gas Cylinders to customers

    My Consumer No. is 3082 and I am holding the Customership with your one of the agencies M/S Sree Raghavendra Gas Agencies, MTH Road, Avadi, Chennai - 54. I am the customer under this agency since 1985.
    It is found the service of the agency has become very very poor and it may also be noted that the administration towards the customer service has become with highly currepted and the issue of the refill cylinders are not delivered to the customers even they wait to the said period of the agency.
    The agency itself involved in helping to people those who are not comming in proper way and those who are having influence with the persons working in the agency. I am intend to say that the agency may go on help to their thin and thick without affecting the regular and loyal customers.
    Every time it seems that my refill gas is sold in black either by the delivery boys or the agency people itself giving the same to their friends or any one comes with influence.
    An immediate action over this agency is felt immportant and hence please advice them to work with justice.

    PL Gas Agency (Indane) of Boral, Kolkata repeatedly assures delivery of LPG cylinder (for domestic use) either on phone or when met at the office but does not deliver since 25th January, 2010.     Indane Consumer Gas — Defective Cylinder Supplied

    My Indane Gas consumer no is 23430 registered wth Karuna Gas Agency , Nagpur. I lodged a telephonic complain to the said delaer on 05.03.2010 at 11.00 AM regarding severe gas leakage from the cylinder , the complain was attended by the dealer at 04.30 PM knowing the seriouness of the complain which could have turned to be a serious accident.
    Now I would like to ask the manufacturer why I should not be given a repalcement cylinder as the cause of leakage was due to defective safety washer which made the cylinder full empty.
    It is very obviuus that the gas wiil not stop leaking from the cylinder to wait for Karuna Gas representative to attend the complain after 5.30 Hours
    This is to inform you that Iam your very old consumer since 1984 but sorry to inform you that regulator of my cylinder found defective . I went to my dealer M/S VIKRAM ENTERPRISES, SECTOR I, BOKARO.for changing of my defective regulator, after haracing me two days They have given me old regulator after charging Rs.25/- witout money reciept.
    This regulator is also not in proper condition kindly instruct to issue the new regulator to avoid the accedent.
    Kindly note that they are taking time 10 to 15 days to supply the gas cylinder after booking and also note that they are fixing the time for booking after 21 dayas of previos supply being having two cylinder.

    Indane Gas — Delay in supply of gas cylinder

    We had booked for gas cylinder on 23.09.2010 at the Thiruvanmiyur (Malaviya Avenue) cooking gas booking centre, Chennai-41. Our consumer no is 67409. On the booking day it was told that they will get the cylinder within 7days of booking...till now there is no response. even if we call them they are not responding properly....They make excuses and say it will come in a day or so.....Why is this delay in gas cylinder supply?...because of this we are facing great trouble. Kindly do the needful so that we get the cylinder as soon as possible.

    I am Indane Gas consumer and my Customer No. 20162, distributor is M/s Pattammal Gas Agency ( Adhoc Sri Graha Agencies).

    I booked a cylinder on 02 Dec 2010 and received it on 04 Jan 2011, that too when i went and approached them, then again i have booked a cylinder on 03 Jan 2011, till date i have not received gas cylinder. I have approached them twice and even gave a written complaint to the manage, till date we didnt get it.

    The agency is black marketing gas cylinders which was booked by its consumers, this was evident when, i checked the receipt it was dated 14 Dec 2010, whereas the delivery was done on 04 Jan 2011 after me approached the agency.

    Please help me out

    indane domestic refill cylinder — abnormal delay in refill supply

    Abnormal delay in refill supply of indane domestic gas cylinder by the Sneha Gas Service, 81/1, RAI MOHAN BANERJEE ROAD, KOLKATA108. Every time cylinders are delivered at least after a month since the date of booking even after lodging a omplaint. This time also I have booked on[protected] under reference no.R[protected] & order no.11807 thru online, the refill cylinder has not been delivered as yet. I think there is a serious corruption on the part of the said distributor. Pl. take any remedial action on this score.

      My name is brij lal card serial no. 16807 .I m residing at 73-a moon avenue lane no. 1 majitha road amritsar.sir, i have booked a gas cylinder on 30/4/[protected] but till now no gas cylinder delivery is given to me despite many requests.Always they say shortage of gas cylinder.sir,service of this dealer is very poor.They r not ready to hear anything from customer.when delivery boy came to home he demands more money for delivery also talk very rudely.This gas agency(GURVINDER GAS NEAR PETROL PUMP MAJITHA ROAD AMRITSAR CODE11046) We humbly request u take suitable action against them &make the delivery of gas cylinder smoothly. i shall be highly thankful to u.

        Indane Gas — not deliver gas in time

        I booked gas for home delivery on 25.10.07 but till today 01.11.07 not delivered. In this connection, number of times reminded to representative of said Gas Agency. They always say MAL NAHI HAI. This is not first time, we always have to remind while phone numbers always busy. This time my both cylender are empty and my family is in very much trouble. In this regard, you are requested to take necessary action against owner of Gas Agency and arrange to provede filled cylender at the earliest so that we could cook the food. I hope you shall take strong action and instruct to them for not repeating this type of mis-chief otherwise I shall be knowing the door of Court.

        LPG — LPG NOT DELIVER ON TIME

        I'm consumer of your company (my consumer No. 634164) and my distributor is at Mumbai (Colaba area) COLABA GAS .I had booked for refilling my cylinder on 25th August 2008 and they promise me to deliver the cylinder within 2 days, but after 1 week past they still not given me cylinder and today again I call their office.           Dear sir

          We are a middle class family in Ambattur,Chennai-53 and we rely only on cooking gas to make our daily meals. we have been using Indane connection for almost 15 years and in the recent years the delivery of cylinder has been delayed for more than a month prior after the booking. The gas agency responsible for the delivery does NOT even respond any calls made from us. Even if some of the staff they answer that "it will take a further more week for your delivery" and end the call and never responded again. How many weeks should we wait for getting a cylinder? The name of the gas agency is SRI BALAJI AGENCIES G1,G2-Fortune Classic Apartment, 29,Steadford Hospital Road,Ambattur,Chennai-600 053.           lindane — DELAY IN DELIVERY OF GAS

          I have a Indane gas connection at Yadu Indane Gas Service, Sahibabad Indl Area, Sahibabad. My consumer No, is 34884. There is a major problem with this distributor is he takes more than one week- two weeks to deliver the gas after booking. To my knowledge, no distributor takes this much time. He says there is no available. I have transferred my connection to this agency in May 08. Since then the agency has not delivered even a single cylinder in time. I had to keep on ringing up/enquire about the delivery of the cylinder.

          i have a gas connection with the company " SREE MA KIRUPA GAS AGENCIES" , SHOP NO : 11, R-30 "A" TNHB COMPLEX,SPARTAN NAGAR,ANNA NAGAR WESTERN EXTENSION,CHENNAI-600 101.My customer no: is 21370. i have booked for a gas cylinder during the last week of september (booking no:5904)
          .the dealers told that it will be provided within 10 days..but it was not delivered even after 15 days,i called and enquired once again for which they told that it will be delivered the very next day.but till date(it has almost been around 25 days after booking) it has not been delivered.

The attitude of the staff is also extremely unbecoming and disappointing to the extend of being outrightly rude. My last booking date was November 13 and yet it hasnr been delivered yet.             we have booked for re-filling of gas ON 05/05/2012 through SMS (Booking No.--1475) but they delivered cylinder having broken seal on 11/05/12 to the female member of the house when no male member is present.when i wanted to complaint, they did not pick up the phone.

              We are using Indane gas the Indane Gas Dealer Name is RANIE ENTERPRISE its in 2nd street perumal nagar, madipakkam, chennai 91, the refilling amount is 393 rupees but for every cylinder the delivery boys charging 420 rupees which means they are charging nearly 30 rupees extra for every deliver even if we give 400 rupees they are threatening us if you don't give 420 rupees we will not deliver cylinder for you next time even if the cylinder come we wont tell you they are telling like this we made a call to the dealer office and made a complaint they are not taking any action not only in this area i heard most of the places they are doing this particularly in indane gas nobody takes any action on this, these kind of things makes us to feel shame about the government.

                sir I went to APSCS CO.LTD for INDANE gas new connection, they told 4600/- for single cylinder with hot plate, only hot plate cost is 2000/- but out side the cost is only 1200/-, and they show only bill for 1450+2000(hotplate), remaing 1150/- there is no bill they told me it is like that, they are cheating the people sir, plese take action againest them

                  My job is transferable I transferred from Nagaon to Dibrugarh on 2007 the again in 2010 at Guwahati.This condition refrain me from regular booking of my gas service. I couldn't continue my consumption of domestic gas service from May 2011 onward,On March 2012 I sent my brother to book my gas, The authority of Hiya Gas Agency asked for the I.d proof. I sent my Driving License to my brother He then showed the same to them. The asked to show consumer Book and original Voucher. My brother handed over the same in original. The Manager of Hiya Gas Agency asked my brother over phone regarding my presence. I took leave and visited on 15th March 2012. The manager ignored and misbehaved me, Then I am regularly calling them over phone to solve the issue. Either they continue or let me transfer the connection to my present address i.e.Guwahati. But no body responding till today, I don't have any xerox copy of the same. Is there anybody to help me. Now I am in very difficulty to run my kitchen without Gas. I have my family at Guwahati.

                    on 1st march, I had booked a cyllinder with M/S sunderam gas agencies, sudama nagar,indore.They gave me a regulator and pipe with a receipt of Rs.4100/-on blank paper saying that cylinder will be delivered within 15 days. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it,they said "abhi bhaiya nahi he kal aana/parso aana".many time i took leave for this purpose only from my office,but there is no positive sign seen yet.kindly look into the matter.

                      We are residents of Greater Noida, Sector Gamma -2. We all are facing very difficulty to the very poor and bad service of the Kasna Indane Gas Service, Greater Noida. They are giving the cylinder after booking of 25 - 30 days. The most important matter is nobody is not response well and the phone is 24x7 busy and no phone of concerned officials for complaining this matter. Sir please help the residents of Greater Noida because we have only one gas agency here and nobody will not give their cylinder for helping the neighbour because the booking gas will reach after one month.

                      this is to bring yo in notice that i had booked my cylinder on 20th of jan to k k enterprises iblur branch bangalore. my customer id is 60174. in the name of anchala sharma.

                      firstly this agency opens at 4.30 pm in the evening . even if we call the agency they never respond to my calls infactthe phone line is either busy always or they never pick up the calls.
                      i had put this matter to ur customer care people, nut what i can say is the customer care people are also hope less . they never talk properly. the lady sitting there did not talk to me properly over phone.

                      sitting at the customer care centre and not responding to the customers sounds very poor. she kept the phone woithout completing the conversation.after repeteded calls they simply (the lady) picked up the hand set and kept it aside.

                      . i really do noytunderstandhwre to put my complaints. i am in urgent need of a cylinder. we are a family of 6 person . my lpg lasts hardly in 25-26 days. evene if i book in 21 days they take their own sweet time to deliver he cylinder on time.

                      pls do the needful.

                      I am Consumer of Rajammal Gas Agency, Vepery, Chennai (My Consumer No.27122).
                      I booked for Cylinder on 8th May 2009 today is 20th May 2009, I am yet to receive the
                      Cylinder. We are having only one cylinder and all are working persons. Such delay
                      causes irretation to us and we are using kerosene stove. Whenever we phoned them
                      they are telling some reason that their godown is in Redhills, from there they have deliver,
                      their lorry repair, delivery man is not available... (We are staying in Ayanavaram)
                      And we also booking the gas once in 2 months only. Every time this is the problem.
                      Please help us in this regard.

                      i am a subscribe of indane gas service. i have been using the service for 4 years. now i have shifted my residence thus my gas provided agency has been changed. The new gas agency named "TEENA GAS AGENCY" (SURAT)provide the cylinder after minimum 10 days of booking.

                      sir, in this fast life it is not possible to collect the cylinder at there godown at every booking. so you are kindly requsted to do needful in my case. my own details are below.

Today is 16.5.2011 no supply has been receved till. Behavie or Jagan Enterpries emplyees is also very rude and uncivilsied.

                      Better to cancel the distributorshio of this distributor.

                        A bad distribution system. Needs to be more consumer friendly and more so for elderly 82 yrs consumers who need to arrange some one to book the cylinder. Wait for 45 day. Why?..keep a follow up. Then arrange to send someone to the main road to collect the filled cylinder and handover the empty cylinder. A money receipt is not given. Only details is entered in the consumer book. If there is no one to assist these elderly consumers then they have to get it collected from the depot. In spite of being an official consumer, you have to beg people, wait, pay and getting frustrated. If there is a rating for 0 I would have surely given it.                             I have been facing many problems with this company for the past few months that are as follows:---
                            1. DELAY IN SUPPLY OF GAS CYLINDERS.
                            2. NO RESPONSE ON PHONES.
                            3. IMPROPER AND MIS-BEHAVIOR WHEN I APPROACHES TO THEIR OFFICE.
                            Their is a delay of 20-22 days in supplying gas cylinders. Due to this we have to suffer a lot. Several other customers are facing the same problems with this distributor. Kindly do the needful in this matter as soon as possible.

                            Indane Gas — Improper supply of gas

                                I have a gas connection No D5878 issued by M/s Sunbeam Gas Services, Madanpuri, Saharanpur which was supposedly deactivated because of non-utlization. I had a transferrable job. Now, after retirement, I have submitted all the requisite papers on 4th Dec 2011 for activation of the connection but even after a lapse of 5 months, it is not activated. The stock reply of the agency is that the connection is yet to be activated by Noida office. This is despite the fact that gas connections are now freely available a request for which has also been declined by the agency on the pretext of activation of the connection. Thus, I feel harassed as every visit to the agency results in frustration for me and my family. The matter needs to be investigated. There are other several mal-practices which are being indulged in by the agency which the gullible consumers are made to follow. These can also be looked into.

                                  1. Mental harrashment from Panaga gas agency & Indane gas (Indian Oil). 2. Auto transfer of my agency from JN Ent to Panaga (9623) without my knowledge/Info/concent. 3. Panaga not supplying gas at home, 4. Supplier guy shouts at me and asks me to come to 1km carrying gas cylender on my head and take the refill. 5. SEVERAL complaints with Indian Oil but NO SOLUTION, 6. Panaga everytime says will give delivery by today since last 20days still not delivered gas. 7. The Indian Oil customer feedback number the assosiates keep transfering the call to other person 9 times without giving background to the new person and i land up explaining the problem again and finaly lodge my isuue/compliant but still not results. Huge huge amount for mental trauma caused and i was not well for almost 4days after the call with Indian oil custoner care & Panaga gas agency people.
                                  1. Need transfer back to JN Ent immediately - i will not run around for it;
                                  2. Strict police/consumer court action against Panaga Gas agency & Indian Oil without fail with an apology to me;

Sometime Back when the dealer stopped accepting the Bookings and asked me to either book the cylinder online at Indane site or by registering my telephone no. directly with Indane, I managed to get my mobile no. registered with Indane.I even made one booking through their IVR (Intereactive Voice Response) of IOC.However next time when I tried to book my cylinder I discovered to my utter dismay that my cylinder was not being booked though prerecorded statements were being olayed by them.I repeated this a number of times without any result.

                                    Further, when I tried to register myself in order to do online booking the site told me that they would send an email to my email id stating my registration number for online booking.However this email was never sent by them despite repeated efforts.Now I have no cylinder left and am totally desperate.If this is the way Indane is treating its consumers that too by installing systems which do not work and which are worse than the dealers whom they were supposed to check upon then god save this nation.

                                      I, do hereby, want to complaint against the Indane Gas connection provider/Dealer.
                                      This is against "Bedi Indane, B-43, Kartar Nagar, Main 3 1/2 Pusta,
                                      Delhi-110053". Telephone No.[protected], 22946800 and [protected].
                                      My Customer Number is 20885 and in the name of MRS. Kranti r/o E-2/12/11A, Gali No.11A, 5th Pusta Sonia Vihar, Delhi-94. I booked my Gas cylinder telephonically on 21.04.12, and Order Number is 8213, but they did not supply the Gas cylinder until 03.05.12. I asked to executive of Bedi Indane (Mob: No. [protected]) why did you not deliver my gas cylinder he assured me your gas would delivered within 2 days but still i did not receive the same on time. Now I would like to complaint against late supply of gas cylinder. If, such type of delay/black in supply occurs, there is no use of having additional cylinder. Kindly take necessary action against the Supplier. This is the problem of all the consumers against delay in supply of gas cylinder, which is being black marketed by the agency to the hotels & other LPG vehicle users for black.
                                      Whenever I call them never picked up phone calls unfortunately, they picked up my call assure me that they will deliver within 2-3 days but not delivered by them. When I make call after 2-3 days they will again tell me the same thing. I would like to convey this complaint to INDIAN OIL OFFICERS to look into this matter, why these numbers are not picked up in a single chance, they are the only people who are busy, other agencies are also running and 90% public is booking their refills and calling them and they are entertained.
                                      Please look into it and do some thing. This is happening for last many years, please cancelled his agency license immediately and mail me your immediate action against cancellation of above said dealer license.

                                      Please note: Last two delivery Order No. 8001 dt.17.02.2012( 21 days) & 6411 dt. 22.03.2012(25 days), i received the shortage of Gas in both deliveries. - Please take the action against the same.

                                      Your positive response shall be highly appreciated.

                                      Bedi Indane — gas cylinder not delivered so far book on 26 july

                                      I booked gas cyliender booking no ( 322 ) on 26 july through phone but i am still waiting for the delievery of the cylender..this is not first time they (Bedi indane) do the same every month.
                                      pls take the right action against them.
