Sir,
My job is transferable I transferred from Nagaon to Dibrugarh on 2007 the again in 2010 at Guwahati.This condition refrain me from regular booking of my gas service. I couldn't continue my consumption of domestic gas service from May 2011 onward,On March 2012 I sent my brother to book my gas, The authority of Hiya Gas Agency asked for the I.d proof. I sent my Driving License to my brother He then showed the same to them. The asked to show consumer Book and original Voucher. My brother handed over the same in original. The Manager of Hiya Gas Agency asked my brother over phone regarding my presence. I took leave and visited on 15th March 2012. The manager ignored and misbehaved me, Then I am regularly calling them over phone to solve the issue. Either they continue or let me transfer the connection to my present address i.e.Guwahati. But no body responding till today, I don't have any xerox copy of the same. Is there anybody to help me. Now I am in very difficulty to run my kitchen without Gas. I have my family at Guwahati.

    SIR,
    on 1st march, I had booked a cyllinder with M/S sunderam gas agencies, sudama nagar,indore.They gave me a regulator and pipe with a receipt of Rs.4100/-on blank paper saying that cylinder will be delivered within 15 days. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it,they said "abhi bhaiya nahi he kal aana/parso aana".many time i took leave for this purpose only from my office,but there is no positive sign seen yet.kindly look into the matter.

      Sir,

      We are residents of Greater Noida, Sector Gamma -2. We all are facing very difficulty to the very poor and bad service of the Kasna Indane Gas Service, Greater Noida. They are giving the cylinder after booking of 25 - 30 days. The most important matter is nobody is not response well and the phone is 24x7 busy and no phone of concerned officials for complaining this matter. Sir please help the residents of Greater Noida because we have only one gas agency here and nobody will not give their cylinder for helping the neighbour because the booking gas will reach after one month.

      this is to bring yo in notice that i had booked my cylinder on 20th of jan to k k enterprises iblur branch bangalore. my customer id is 60174. in the name of anchala sharma.

      firstly this agency opens at 4.30 pm in the evening . even if we call the agency they never respond to my calls infactthe phone line is either busy always or they never pick up the calls.
      i had put this matter to ur customer care people, nut what i can say is the customer care people are also hope less . they never talk properly. the lady sitting there did not talk to me properly over phone.

      sitting at the customer care centre and not responding to the customers sounds very poor. she kept the phone woithout completing the conversation.after repeteded calls they simply (the lady) picked up the hand set and kept it aside.

      . i really do noytunderstandhwre to put my complaints. i am in urgent need of a cylinder. we are a family of 6 person . my lpg lasts hardly in 25-26 days. evene if i book in 21 days they take their own sweet time to deliver he cylinder on time.

      pls do the needful.

      I am Consumer of Rajammal Gas Agency, Vepery, Chennai (My Consumer No.27122).
      I booked for Cylinder on 8th May 2009 today is 20th May 2009, I am yet to receive the
      Cylinder. We are having only one cylinder and all are working persons. Such delay
      causes irretation to us and we are using kerosene stove. Whenever we phoned them
      they are telling some reason that their godown is in Redhills, from there they have deliver,
      their lorry repair, delivery man is not available... (We are staying in Ayanavaram)
      And we also booking the gas once in 2 months only. Every time this is the problem.
      Please help us in this regard.

      respected sir,
      i am a subscribe of indane gas service. i have been using the service for 4 years. now i have shifted my residence thus my gas provided agency has been changed. The new gas agency named "TEENA GAS AGENCY" (SURAT)provide the cylinder after minimum 10 days of booking.

      sir, in this fast life it is not possible to collect the cylinder at there godown at every booking. so you are kindly requsted to do needful in my case. my own details are below.

      MY GAS CONNECTIN NO.32474 in the name of Radha at Jagan Enterprises this, Distributor never deliver the cylinder at my residence. SErvice of this gas distributor is very bad and always delayed for more than a week. Right Now I booked my gas on 11.5.2011 vide registeration no. 3845052 at 10. AM. Today is 16.5.2011 no supply has been receved till. Behavie or Jagan Enterpries emplyees is also very rude and uncivilsied.

      Better to cancel the distributorshio of this distributor.

        A bad distribution system. Needs to be more consumer friendly and more so for elderly 82 yrs consumers who need to arrange some one to book the cylinder. Wait for 45 day. Why?..keep a follow up. Then arrange to send someone to the main road to collect the filled cylinder and handover the empty cylinder. A money receipt is not given. Only details is entered in the consumer book. If there is no one to assist these elderly consumers then they have to get it collected from the depot. In spite of being an official consumer, you have to beg people, wait, pay and getting frustrated. If there is a rating for 0 I would have surely given it. DUE TO SOME LEAKAGE, MY FAMILY MEMBERS MANAGED FOR 4 DAYS.BUT ON 5TH DAY ONE OF MY FAMILY MEMBER HAD EXPERIENCED A DANGEROUS SITUATION AND WAS SAVED BY AN INCH.WHEN I INFORMED MY DISTRIBUTOR, THEY DEMANDED MONEY FOR FRESH CYLINDER IN EXCHANGE OF DEFECTIVE CYLINDER.BUT WHY WE CONSUMER WILL FACE SUCH HARRASMENT WHEREAS WE WERE COMPLETELY IGNORANT ABOUT THE TECHNICAL FAULT.NOBODY TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUPPLY OF DEFECTIVE CYLINDER,BUT DEMAND THE FRESH PAYMENT DUE TO LITTLE CONSUMED CYLINDER.             improper supply of gas cylinders

            THIS TIME IT SHOULD BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION SERIOUSLY?????
            My name is K.S. Rana s/o SH Babu Ram, House No 1471, Sector 13, Urban Estate Karnal, Haryana. I have gas connection from M/s Sun Gas Service, 214-C, Kalandari Gate, GT Road, Karnal (Haryana). Its distributor Code is Code No.[protected].
            I have been facing many problems with this company for the past few months that are as follows:---
            1. DELAY IN SUPPLY OF GAS CYLINDERS.
            2. NO RESPONSE ON PHONES.
            3. IMPROPER AND MIS-BEHAVIOR WHEN I APPROACHES TO THEIR OFFICE.
            Their is a delay of 20-22 days in supplying gas cylinders. Due to this we have to suffer a lot. Several other customers are facing the same problems with this distributor. Kindly do the needful in this matter as soon as possible.

            Indane Gas — Improper supply of gas

            I am Krishnaveni and my Customer No. is 39600. I am residing at 25, Rangasayee Street, Perambur, Chennai-11 for the past six months. There was no proper supply of LPG gas. Every month I face the same problem. Even though I have double cylinder through Prakash Gas Agency.

                I have a gas connection No D5878 issued by M/s Sunbeam Gas Services, Madanpuri, Saharanpur which was supposedly deactivated because of non-utlization. I had a transferrable job. Now, after retirement, I have submitted all the requisite papers on 4th Dec 2011 for activation of the connection but even after a lapse of 5 months, it is not activated. The stock reply of the agency is that the connection is yet to be activated by Noida office. This is despite the fact that gas connections are now freely available a request for which has also been declined by the agency on the pretext of activation of the connection. Thus, I feel harassed as every visit to the agency results in frustration for me and my family. The matter needs to be investigated. There are other several mal-practices which are being indulged in by the agency which the gullible consumers are made to follow. These can also be looked into.

                  1. Mental harrashment from Panaga gas agency & Indane gas (Indian Oil). 2. Auto transfer of my agency from JN Ent to Panaga (9623) without my knowledge/Info/concent. 3. Panaga not supplying gas at home, 4. Supplier guy shouts at me and asks me to come to 1km carrying gas cylender on my head and take the refill. 5. SEVERAL complaints with Indian Oil but NO SOLUTION, 6. Panaga everytime says will give delivery by today since last 20days still not delivered gas. 7. The Indian Oil customer feedback number the assosiates keep transfering the call to other person 9 times without giving background to the new person and i land up explaining the problem again and finaly lodge my isuue/compliant but still not results. Huge huge amount for mental trauma caused and i was not well for almost 4days after the call with Indian oil custoner care & Panaga gas agency people.
                  1. Need transfer back to JN Ent immediately - i will not run around for it;
                  2. Strict police/consumer court action against Panaga Gas agency & Indian Oil without fail with an apology to me;

                    I have booked gas on 09.04.2012. My Name is N. Sivasubramanian. Consumer No. is MG 51556. Distributor name is Mohan Gas Service, Jalahalli, Near BEL Circle, Bangalore. Near One month is over. Gas not delivered. I asked Mohan Gas Service, they told me that Delivery will take another 13 days. Last month,I have received Gas on 06.04.2012. My gas will be exhausted within 2 days. Please look into the matter and arrange gas...

                    I have an indane connection whose connection No.is 07903. Sometime Back when the dealer stopped accepting the Bookings and asked me to either book the cylinder online at Indane site or by registering my telephone no. directly with Indane, I managed to get my mobile no. registered with Indane.I even made one booking through their IVR (Intereactive Voice Response) of IOC.However next time when I tried to book my cylinder I discovered to my utter dismay that my cylinder was not being booked though prerecorded statements were being olayed by them.I repeated this a number of times without any result.

                    Further, when I tried to register myself in order to do online booking the site told me that they would send an email to my email id stating my registration number for online booking.However this email was never sent by them despite repeated efforts.Now I have no cylinder left and am totally desperate.If this is the way Indane is treating its consumers that too by installing systems which do not work and which are worse than the dealers whom they were supposed to check upon then god save this nation.

                      I, do hereby, want to complaint against the Indane Gas connection provider/Dealer.
                      This is against "Bedi Indane, B-43, Kartar Nagar, Main 3 1/2 Pusta,
                      Delhi-110053". Telephone No.[protected], 22946800 and [protected].
                      My Customer Number is 20885 and in the name of MRS. Kranti r/o E-2/12/11A, Gali No.11A, 5th Pusta Sonia Vihar, Delhi-94. I booked my Gas cylinder telephonically on 21.04.12, and Order Number is 8213, but they did not supply the Gas cylinder until 03.05.12. I asked to executive of Bedi Indane (Mob: No. [protected]) why did you not deliver my gas cylinder he assured me your gas would delivered within 2 days but still i did not receive the same on time. Now I would like to complaint against late supply of gas cylinder. If, such type of delay/black in supply occurs, there is no use of having additional cylinder. Kindly take necessary action against the Supplier. This is the problem of all the consumers against delay in supply of gas cylinder, which is being black marketed by the agency to the hotels & other LPG vehicle users for black.
                      Whenever I call them never picked up phone calls unfortunately, they picked up my call assure me that they will deliver within 2-3 days but not delivered by them. When I make call after 2-3 days they will again tell me the same thing. I would like to convey this complaint to INDIAN OIL OFFICERS to look into this matter, why these numbers are not picked up in a single chance, they are the only people who are busy, other agencies are also running and 90% public is booking their refills and calling them and they are entertained.
                      Please look into it and do some thing. This is happening for last many years, please cancelled his agency license immediately and mail me your immediate action against cancellation of above said dealer license.

                      Please note: Last two delivery Order No. 8001 dt.17.02.2012( 21 days) & 6411 dt. 22.03.2012(25 days), i received the shortage of Gas in both deliveries. - Please take the action against the same.

                      Your positive response shall be highly appreciated.

                      Bedi Indane — gas cylinder not delivered so far book on 26 july

                      I booked gas cyliender booking no ( 322 ) on 26 july through phone but i am still waiting for the delievery of the cylender..this is not first time they (Bedi indane) do the same every month.

                        I have Booked my cylinder refill two times now in 2 months .But i am unable to get the refill .
                        They say will get it on saturday , and now its been 3 sats already passed and Still no status of getting the
                        cylinder . Service provider is also poor in delivery ,where they donot respond to queries .and phone come always
                        busy .

                        Radhakrishna Indane Gas, wanowrie — New Connection

                        Hi
                        I had applied for the new gas connection through Radhakrishna Indane Gas, wanoworie, Pune on 4th April 2009. I was told that i will get a letter with in 15 days and i have to come back with that letter to the office. Then only new connection can be issued. But it has been 1 month and i had not received any such letter. Meanwhile i am in regular contact with the agency and everytime they say that you will receive the letter in next two days but unfortunately those two days never come.

                        Please can you do the needful.

                        The Radha Krishna Indane, Jambhulkar Chowk is a useless gas dealership agency. Consumer number 11150.

                        The Delivery boy came to deliver the cylinder yesterday at 10:50 am yesterday. I went to their office at 9:00 am in the morning. The Timing of their office was put up as 9 am -5 pm. I found no one there. one guy from their office told me to wait for some time who came in there at 9:10 am. The other three office personnel (LATE LATIFF's) came in there at 9:20 am. I informed to one of them on the counter telling him that I came to collect the cylinder that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. After 10 minutes of waiting there then he issued me a receipt and told me to collect the cylinder from their truck located 100 meters away from their office. I went to the Delivery boy there and asked for the cylinder. They told me that they are not going to provide me a cylinder on any case as their owner had told them not to issue a cylinder without his notice. I told him that i have a bill that was issued yesterday and they need to provide me the cylinder then.

                        He asked me to go back to the office and ask them about the same.
                        The Office boy spoke to me rudely and told me that i will have to wait for the cylinder.
                        Told them that i have WASTED an hour on this service.
                        He asked me to subscribe a weekend service.
                        told him that i am ready to pay extra as the cost of the cylinder was raised by the union government.

                        I called the INDANE customer complaint number [protected] and it unreachable !!!

                        Most IMPORTANT :--I saw a ton of certificates put up on the wall given by INDANE to this " RADHA KRISHNA INDANE " for outstanding service and work.

                          I am a resident of vivekananda road barasat. I find several sweet shops and restaurants in the locality use subsdised domestic LPG cylinders in preparing their foods. A few of them are Samrat Restaurant, Barnalee Sweets, Casio Restaurant. I think the person concerned will look into the matter which will help our nation in minimizing the subsidy alloted in the LPG.

                            I have received last supply on 17.03.12.
                            I was followup for my next supply since 23.04.12. but lot of phone calls & personnel contact to agency he has give me today a written(see attachment) as you will get next supply after two months.
                            How it is possible to manage one cylinder in two months? His employees was not given me satisfactory reason.
                            I have also faced such type of problem earlier.
                            I request you if he is not able to fulfill proper supply than please put another arrangement.Also pl. note he his not given home delivery and charge full amount.
                            I hope you will see my problem and give me proper solution as soon as possible.

                            I have an INDANE gas connection PRAKASH gas agency at fatwah, (patna)t.The
                            consumer number is 03237. The gas was booked on[protected] &[protected] and we
                            have received an sms confirming the booking vide no. [protected] and cash
                            memo generated vide no.[protected] but still the only one gas
                            delivered.

                            Also every time we are facing the problem of delivery of the cylinder on
                            a lower weight.

                              Dear sir,

                              I had booked my refilling my gas cylinder ,consumer( no.23180 ) on[protected] at GUHAN GAS SERVICE ,Behind Thonnal Devi Temple, pallippuram,Thiruvananthapuram . Till this day they were not ready to supply the cylinder they were reminded several time over phone.This agency never deliver the gas on time. Each time they are taking more than 40 days.
                              I came to know that the company rule for delivery of refilled cylinder maximum 25 days.
                              I request that necessary steps may kindly be taken and taken arrangements to get the cylinder refilled immediatly also to get the cylinder refilled at least 30 days in future

                              Dear Sir,
                              I have booked the refill over automated booking service provided by Indane gas Company in Phone No.[protected] on[protected], my Consumer no.30094. Till today I have not recieved the refill, my booking no is 238596 and when I check my status it says the Bill no.3461 and cleared and this message is being said over automated voice message from[protected] and till today[protected] I have not recieved the refill. I checked with my agency M/s.Shoba Gas Agencies Nungambakkam Chennai over phone no.[protected]/28250567 on[protected] the reply was that there are no person to deliver the refill in your area so it will be delivered on[protected] and till this hour 17-30hrs not recieved the refill. This particular agency is always a problem and I think they are not able to handle, I have been facing this problem since 1 year, I thought this automated booking will help but this is also of no use and we are not able to find the exact time of delivery of refill. Please do something on this and reslove the issue.

                                I have been using Indane Gas since 2000, last two years I am facing lot of problem in delivery every month.
                                Every time I am visiting our service agency for my delivery. Their regular answer is "You'll get in a week".
                                They are taking almost 35-45 days for delivery after getting our booking confirmation.
                                Last two months I am directly visiting the agency and collecting the cylinder myself.
                                Three months back I have given complaint in Indian Oil Corporation Limited Office, Teynampet.
                                I have booked on 30th March 2012. Today 30th April, I have visited the gas agency,
                                but they are giving wrong promise and saying again it will another one week for delivery.
                                I cannot run behind the gas agency people every month.

                                I am submitting this complaint with great heart felt incidents happening every month with my Agent/Distributor, M/s.VishwambaraEnterprises,
                                No.40/1, Assaye Road, Bangalore-560 042.not ready to take booking of refilling of gas even after 25 days of last supply. Their arrogant reply is that, booking would be taken only after 30th day.last supplied date.

                                Is the supply conmditions doesn`t permit? or They are adjusting the supply to some where else?

                                My, consumer No.is 27418, and having a single cylinder only. Despite several attempts and repeated calls to the above agent, every month, it has become routine problem to get the cylinder reilling booking no, eventhough I call them after 25 days of every month. Their reply was to book only after 30 days, and delivered after 2/3 days. Is booking of refilling cylinders terms and conditions are changed ? Or the agent is making fool of the customers ?

                                I am taking this opportunity to invite your intervention in this regard, and enlighten the public about the supply of refilled cylinders intervals, please.

                                I have booked for a refill (order no. 11953 dated. 30/05/09) but even after today Cylinder not deliverd, when i met personally to distributor office directly they said they will take another 10 days to deliver the refill cylinder.

                                I have Indian Oil Gas Connection in Ramanathapuram. Dealer name is Balaji Gas. My consumer number is 25603. My name is Vallivinayagam.I have booked before 20 dyas. When I asked, Mam what time it comes, she reply today sir, THe same answer repeated more than 10 days. But, it did not delivery till date (15.4.10). I am very fedup for your service. Pls. take action immediately.
                                I am a consumer of Indian Oil Corporatation's LPG Gas from Omkaram Gas Agencies, Oachira, Kollam District. My consumer Number is 759 and my address is Krishnabhavanam, Adinadu North PO, Karunagappally, Kollam District, PIN 690542.

                                I am facing a big problem with the Omkaram Gas Agencies, that is, the Refilled Cylinder is supplied after a long period (normally 55-60 days). First of all I would like to know that, why should this much time do they take for the delivery.

                                Secondly, whenever I try to call their office, once the lines are busy, otherwise the call is not taken.
                                As I am working abroad, and my wife is working in Government Service, we cannot approach the agency each month for this regards. If the call is taken they say regularly the same saying: "the load has not come"

                                I am having two cylinders in my account. I have booked for a refilled cylinder on August 21st, 2010. Today it is 19th October 2010. After this 60 days both my cylinders have been empty. Me and my wife continuously trying to call the agency from the morning today. But both the lines are busy all the times. And once it is ringing the phone will not be attended.

                                What should I do? Where should I approach for getting me a proper solution. Not only me, all the consumers under this Omkaram Agency are facing the same issues for years.

                                Some of my friends say that they were dealing with some other agent in Karunagappally. But once they tried to book for refilled cylinder they say, your account has been shifted to Omkaram Agency and contact them for further dealings. What is this? Without knowing the consumer they have been shifted. What should I call to this? Why this is going on here in India? The agency in Karunagappally is very sincere and they deliver refilled cylinder in maximum of 15 days.

                                So kindly do help me (not only me, but also all the consumers who are facing this problem from Omkaram Gas Agency).

                                  My name is Gulab Pasha, I'm posting this thread because of dis-satisfactory services of Indian Oil Corporation.

                                  Recently in my locality every one facing late delivery and asking customer to collect the cylinders on Road from Indian Oil Corporation (Gurukrupa Indian Distributor - JP Nagar 6th Phase Bangalore - 560 078).

                                  and They are charging Rs. 15 extra on each GAS Cylinder. I have captured some of the photos from my cell phone.
