I, do hereby, want to complaint against the Indane Gas connection provider/Dealer.
This is against "Bedi Indane, B-43, Kartar Nagar, Main 3 1/2 Pusta,
Delhi-110053". Telephone No.[protected], 22946800 and [protected].
My Customer Number is 20885 and in the name of MRS. Kranti r/o E-2/12/11A, Gali No.11A, 5th Pusta Sonia Vihar, Delhi-94. I booked my Gas cylinder telephonically on 21.04.12, and Order Number is 8213, but they did not supply the Gas cylinder until 03.05.12. I asked to executive of Bedi Indane (Mob: No. [protected]) why did you not deliver my gas cylinder he assured me your gas would delivered within 2 days but still i did not receive the same on time. Now I would like to complaint against late supply of gas cylinder. If, such type of delay/black in supply occurs, there is no use of having additional cylinder. Kindly take necessary action against the Supplier. This is the problem of all the consumers against delay in supply of gas cylinder, which is being black marketed by the agency to the hotels & other LPG vehicle users for black.
Whenever I call them never picked up phone calls unfortunately, they picked up my call assure me that they will deliver within 2-3 days but not delivered by them. When I make call after 2-3 days they will again tell me the same thing. I would like to convey this complaint to INDIAN OIL OFFICERS to look into this matter, why these numbers are not picked up in a single chance, they are the only people who are busy, other agencies are also running and 90% public is booking their refills and calling them and they are entertained.
Please look into it and do some thing. This is happening for last many years, please cancelled his agency license immediately and mail me your immediate action against cancellation of above said dealer license.
Please note: Last two delivery Order No. 8001 dt.17.02.2012( 21 days) & 6411 dt. 22.03.2012(25 days), i received the shortage of Gas in both deliveries. - Please take the action against the same.

Indane Gas - Leakage — defective cylinder
Customer No. 62907 with Ananth Gas Agencies, HAL, Bangalore-17Refill Bill No. 12182 dated November 23, 2007 delivered on November 25, 2007. Started using the cyclinder on 10th January 2008 after exhausing the first cylinder. Heavy leakage noticed and complaint was lodged with the agency. Complained also lodged with the emergency cell by dialing 41263305, [protected]. But only on 15th January 2008 the mechanic attended the complaint and broke open the seal and told that the cylinder would be replaced by the company the same day since we don't have another one. The refill booking was made on 7th January 2008 through 24 hours booking number but till now they have not delivered the cylinder and no action has been taken by the authorities to exchange the defective cylinder.
Please do the needful to help me. because it is hazardous to keep leaked cylinder at home.
