I MAHESH KUMAR S/O HEM RAJ, I AM REGULAR CUSTOMER OF INDIAN GAS AGENCY. INDIAN GAS AGENCY OLD GRAIN MARKET SUNAM HAS NOT BEEN SUPPLY OF GAS CALENDER SINCE FROM ONE MONTH. WE HAVE ARRANGED GAS CALENDER FROM NEIGHBOR. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED FROM INDIAN GAS AGENCY . MY REGISTERED NO IS 9974....

OUR HP-INDANE CONSUMER NUMBER IS 10126.THIS DISTRIBUTOR DELAYS TOO MUCH OF CYLINDER DELIVERY DUE TO TOO MUCH SHORT SUPPLY OF CYLINDER FROM MADURAI REGION.MADURAI INDANE HEAD OFFICE IS JUST IGNORING SOUTH PEOPLE.THEY CAN SUPPLY ONLY 2-3 CYLINDERS YEARLY IN SUCH A SITUATION THAT WE DO NOT GET ANY OTHER SOURCES FOR COOKING...

MY DOMESTIC GAS CONSUMER NUMBE IS 12931 MY BOOKING IS DATED[protected] BUT M/S ENGINEER GAS SERVICE, BENTA, LAHERISARAI NOT DELIVERY IS MY GAS IS TILL DATE.

I HAVE MANY TIMES OF COMPLAIN IN OFFICE BUT NOT DELIVERY IN THE GAS SO PLEASE HELP ME THIS TOPICS....

Today a lady staff came from gas agency for verification, whether the cylinder use domestic purpose or other usages, She verified cylinder and additional cylinder, then she a form and getting signature from me. finally she is asking Rs.70/- (seventy only) for verification Charges. I denied that...

WAITING 12 YRS EACH WE GOT TWO LPG CONNECTIONS ONE IN MY WIFES NAME V.MYTHILI CONSUMER NO 16635 AND ONE IN MY NAME V.VENKATARAMANAN C.NO4961 . ONE FINE MORNING I WAS COMPULLED BY BHUVANESWARI INDANE AGENCY AMBASAMUDRAM TO SURRENDER ONE CONNECTION BY STOPPING REFILL ISSUE TO BOTH CONNECTIONS TILL SURRENDER OF ONE. A cylinder was booked against refill no. 33301(in the name of Seema W/o Rakesh). Confirmation vide no. 1388402 was received but couldn't get the cylinder till date. Telephonically complaint was lodged on 13th April 2012 vide complaint no. 411692 but of no use. Each time the the distributor M/s. Gandhi Nagar Gas Service told that he has not received any information in this regard.

Sangrur.I have booked my gas refill as on 14/04/2012 today is 23/04/2012 but till date i have not received my Gas refill by giving the many phone calls to the Local office of the agency and personally visit many times to the office .

I called up Ananth Gas Agency in HAL to book a new connection . They told me that everything is done online and we need to fill up the forms online to apply for the new connection . I took the pain to register my email-id , then filled up all the details required to finally receive an reference number . I took the reference number to the Gas Agency to take a connection and to my suprise , they asked me to take a print...

BASICALY ALL MONTH IS SAME PROBLEMS IN THIS DEALERS AND AFTER CONTACT THE MANAGER THIS FIRM NO ANY HELP...

I very much suspect that there is irregularities in the supply of Indane gas in Krishnancoil outlet, Nagercoil. Some people have received the Indane Gas cylinders within a month but some others have been asked to wait more than 60 days. They don't seem to follow seniority in booking basis. Will some concerned Govt Officials intervene? My family has been using firewood for the past 30 days after waiting patiently waiting for 60 days....

Complaint against indane gas. They provide a number [protected] on their phone support as well as online which i suppose is a toll free no. When i called it to register complaint against my gas agency. I was connected to an amature porn talking line. And as well as i was charged rs 20 each time as i tried 2 to 3 times guessing that it will get connected after the adverisement but it did not. The phone call ended.
Now where an i suppose...

My gas agency is Jagan Enterprises located in madangir. They are not delivering our gas booking to us on time but they do not forget to submitt false report to the IOCL. because of which we are not able to cook food in our home because the gas finishes sometimes within 15 days, i don't know the reason and in our family we are only four people and a pet dog.
The online status shows that the refill has been delivered but we don't...

My lpg gas agency name akp gas service,and i booked my gas on 09/04/2012,but i don't get my gas till today.
i inform you about this in my consumer office,but they told me that you'll get your booking after 5 days of gas booked.
So,can you please tell me why i'l get my gas so late.

I am a IOC LPG (Indane Gas) consumer.

My Cosumer No. is 22183.

The last cylinder delivered to me about a week ago is leaking. I ctried to complain at Customer care number mentioned in my customer card (Serial NO. 2K3-10728) at [protected]. They guided me to Toll Free No.[protected]. They guided me to two EMERGENCY numbers for Lucknow region [protected] & [protected].

I have a gas connection no.M14120 issued on 27 feb,1997 by Manjot Gas agency Batala road.The vendor has ceased the gas supply for he wanted to recheck thee documents.I provided my voter id,pan card for the same but he refused to accept all the legal and authenticated documents.What i am supposed to do now.and where can i complaint and to whom.Is there any agency for consumer grievances for Indane where we can seek redressal.....

I have booked my cylinder on 20.03.2012 & still not received, after contacting with the agency they said it has been delivered on 06.04.2012 , but i did not receive.

Also their delivery time is arround 15 days. & for new booking they want minimum 20 days delivery from the date of previous delivery.

How i will cook my food

I SUNIL KUMAR SHAW AND MY CONSUMER ID NO IS 36576. MY INDANE GAS BOOKING DISTRIBUTOR NAME IS HAPPY HOME IN LAKE TOWN. I BOOK MY GAS REFILL ON 17.03.12 BUT TILL NOW THEY HAVE NOT YET GIVEN ME THE CYLENDER .THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT THEY ARE DOING SO EVEN SOMETIME NOT RECIEVING THE PHONE CALL TO.
PLEASE DO THE NEEDFULL STEPS AGAINST DISTRIBUTOR....

This is to bring you notice I got cheated at Indian Oil petrol pump at Thermax Chowk, Near Rudra Hotel, Chinchwad, Pune.(17/04/2012 at 8:10am)
When I instructed attendant to refill the tank worth Rs.200, he tried to distract me for buying additives on the other side. (Another attendant was there) When I opened the fuel tank cap, By that time by immediately putting the nozzle in the tank first guy started filling...
