I have applied for new connection as on 09/05/2012 still i didnt got my alloted no,letter,and the connection.Past 2 months i have been waiting for this connection.It is very difficult to run my family with out gas connection . So kindly understand my situation. kindly check this issue and do needful.kindly use the details below.

We are 2 senior citizens and do are own cooking .J.K.Gas Services refuses to weigh the gas cylinder in front o[censored]s the last cylinder lasted us only 10 days. It was delivered on 18/5/2012 and not weighed. I wrote on their slip that the cylinders has not been weighed. We are also threatened that if we do not pay 15rupees more they will not deliver the gas. I also spoke to the owner Mr. Nandi on his mobile [protected] and he has not done anything. Please do the needful.

Sir,
I have transfewrred my Gas connection to Siwan and approached M/S Shakultala Gas service Maharajganj for issue of SV. In reply theysais that ther is no GasRegulato available therfore SV can not ber issued. I am approaching to agency since last two month but they give thesame reply. Kindly direct them to issue my SV at aerliest

I have applied the number 1 or 2 week ago but till now there is no response on it ;
the service is so lazy that till now it cannot performed my request

I aplied for Indanae Gas connection vide application No:SL/69-[protected] dated[protected] at Jo Agency,
not yet provided the Gas connection till then, will you please look into and do the needful

The credit card which is Indian Oil and citibank- sponsered is useless at some of the Indian Oil outlets in NOIDA and Gaziabad and may be in many other districts.However more surperising is the difficulty in redemption of 'earned' TURBO POINTS.The citibank doesn't redeem when the bill is being paid NOR it will take responsibility of the earned TURBO POINTS.The other day the Indian Oil outlet at in Sector 41 ( Old Dadri Rd) did not entertain card and one m/s DOLLY MOTORS when enquired if it could fill up petrol in lieu of Turbo Points I had on the card , the attendant went and enquired from inside and confirmed in affirmative. Now I am surprised to have a bill of 2000/ on the date 29/6/2012 -ref no. [protected].On 8/7/2012 one fellow at Suman Petrolium Gaziabad sitting in the office of the Petrol Pump took the card and declined to entertain with the pretext that they do not have citibank a/c and they have a/c of some other bank!!!! When I asked for the manager of the pump he was not to be found.This is the state of affairs.The two so called giants 'Indian Oil' and the 'citibank' are cheating and fooling the public.

this is skv,this is not a complaint,one of the idea as a gas customer.we are having no idea about when will come the gas load,and that is not enough to all.so some people are facing many problem,so every gas stations could have a propper communication facility.and also this is better idea of inform to whoever had got empty them slinders making a registration to ur website,phone no,sms..and you give conformation and fixed date for getting gas.we are making a good facility and interactive between the customer, din't say never,no one can make a complaint,some reduced some problems. ok boy .

one month back i have shifted my house from lingampalli, Hyderabad to tolichowki. lingampalli distributor b.r. gas agency, i faced no problem, but after transferred to madhavi gas, one month later also i am unable to get a refill. after 15 days continuous follow up they simply cancelled my refill booking, by saying that there was a lock on the door, that's why we are unable to deliver. again i booked 6 days back, with continuous follow-up, they were telling daily we will deliver tomorrow. i don't know what to do now. my consumer no. is 108065 at madhavi gas agency.

Sir, My consumer No. for LPG Gas Connection (Indane) in Air Force Gas agency, jamnagar is 25317. I have been delivered a LPG cylinder on 16 Jul 12 for which the pressure testing was due on QE Dec 2009. When ask from the Gas agency, they replied that now a days this is normal thing and in supply this type of cylinder i.e without pressure test or already due for pressure test is being supplied. Is it not that the Indane company are not bothered about personnel safety of the consumer. Please look into this. Till date the replacement cylinder has also not been provided by the Gas agency. i have a indane single gas connections consumer no . 671867 and facing problem of cooking when it is empty so i have written application for double gas cylinder .as and when i go to agency to know the present position ALADIN INDANE gas agency told me you will come after 2 month or 3 month.

pls inform me how many days take for double gas cylinder and take necessary step that i get double cylinder.

Late father purusotam Rautray had a indane gas connection having serial no NI
1787 with Indane gas distributer Noble Indane At Bhubaneswar.Distrbuter wanted
death certificate,legal heir crtificate & original voucher for transfer of ownership to Rajalakhmi Debi my mother
.All documents have been submitted since one month.But no response till now.Meanwhile I have lodged a ccmplained through your toll free phone having no 55025 which was sopposed to be attended within 48 hours.But till 5 pm 16.7.2012 no resonse.There i request your intervention in the matter.

Dear Sir,
This to bring to your notice that there is a gas leakage in the Gas Cylinder this day. The leakage is with too much pressure. It's really pathetic that emergency customer quiries and phones related to Gas Leakage are not at all attended even after several phone calls.I have been trying the Emergency Number from early morning 5.30 AM and no one is providing correct information and most of the calls are unattended. I have 3 years old baby we could't provide him milk because of this reason. The baby was crying till 9.00 AM and I got some food from nearby hotel.

Even Tool free number also we tried and no response.

I want to ensure not to happen with any citizen of India. Please let us know what action need to be taken for this.

Our gas agency is TR Gas at Mattanur ( Kannur - Dist ) we regularly face problem in getting our booked refill cylinder.
This time we have booked for our REFILL Cylinder on May 2nd ( Booking number : 316 ) till date we have not received, Completed 73 days , We have been instructed to book for the second cylinder only after the first Cylinder is replaced, As instructed we did the booking, Till date we have not received the refill cylinder, we do repeated calls , but of no response.
Today our cylinder is empty and now we will have to depend on fire wood or electric appliance,
Why should we depend on the above when we have two cylinder's.

i am file a complaint to indian oil company.the honable indian oil company have alot a new petrol felling station in village-bela,teh.-chamkaur sahib ,distt-rupnagar (punjab).for this alotment the indian oil company give add a daily news papers. and many peoples file for this petrol stations. the indian oil company which add given in news papers in this add the company written properly need a land for petrol stations place from CHAMKAUR SAHIB to BELA on road.this add was given by indian oil company.

The has person apply for this petrol stations whose name is PARAMJEET SINGH LAKHEWAAL . this person was already onwer of old petrol stations land & this land is a disputed land. this old petrol station was many disputes created on past times. on this time this petrol station is closed by company & the repoation is this petrol station is not a good.the dispute on this land running countinousely but unfortunately for this add apply by PARAMJEET SINGH LAKHEWAAL and show same disputed land (old petrol satation site) show for new petrol station.the khasra number,khata number & masteel of this land is same. and this old petrol station land situated on RUPNAGAR - BELA - MACHIWARA road .but the indian oil company need a land for CHAMKAUR SAHIB - BELA on road.


MAIN FACT'S OF COMPLAINT

1) The person who apply for a new petrol station is already owner of old petrol station land which is disputed land & petrol station is closed by company for mutual dispute.
2) The person who apply for a new petrol station :-the old petrol station which is closed by company. same old petrol station disputed land is attached for a new petrol station.
3) dispute continousely running on this land.for this reason the company closed this petrol stations.
4)This disputed land situated on RUPNAGAR - BELA -MACHIWARA road .but company need a land on CHAMKAUR SAHIB - BELA on road. BOTH LAND ARE SAME
5)the khasra numbers of old petrol stations land and new petrol sation land are same.which petrol stations has alot by indian oil company.
6) disputed land owner old petrol station (which are closed by company )and new petrol station are same land ,which has aloted by indian oil
7) the reputation of old petrol station is very bad.then the company was close this petrol station for last 3-4 years.
8) on this same road KISSAN FILLING STATIONS (H.P) is closed by company in case of OIL MIXING
9) the land of old petrol station and new petrol stations land BOTH ARE SAME LAND
10) same khasra number and khata number of land.
11) which land has attached for new petrol stations is same for old petrol station land .
12)the name of old petrol station is BELA SERVISE STATIONS
13) RUPNAGAR - BELA - MACHIWARA road in this area with in 5 killo metter 5 to 6 petrol station before situated .
14) the old petrol station land onwer and the licence holder of petrol stations both are different.
15) the honable indian oil company has alot new petrol station on same land .

my motive is beware to indian oil company and also known to company for forgery and fraudable conduct of the party.

Cylinder not delivered

We book our cylinder for cooking Gas with Survey park gas service in kolkata on 2th July, 12 and my Booking No.366074 and my Con. No.02209Now if we phoned they are not taking the call secondly out of 2 phones one is always out of order. Please see in this matter. At home cooking gas is over. We have to get food from hotel

Three Indane LPG Connections with single person

Lalit Kumar Kansal, resident of 2, Prakriti-Vihar, D.M. Colony road, Bulandshahr (U.P.) is possessing three Indane LPG connections. Two of these connections are in the name of his late father Sh. Kedar Nath Kansal while the third LPG connection is in his own name. The father, Sh. Kedar Nath Kansal, has expired twenty years ago, in year 1992, but LPG connections in his name are still continuing.

All three LPG connections are of INDANE and issued by same Indane distributor, i.e., Tirupati Gas Service, Bulandshahr. Details are as follows:

NO ACTON HAS BEEN TAKEN AFTER LOTS OF COMPLAIN OF NOT GETTING THE GAS CYLINDER IN A PROPER TIME SCHEDULE.SO ITS MY KIND REQUEST TO TAKE AN ACTION AGAINST - "RADHA RAMAN GAS SERVICE 72, GANGAPURI, PURBA PUTIARY, KOLKATA - 700093. I ALSO LIKE TO KNOW YOU THAT HERE THE GAS DELIVERYMAN NAMED JAGANNATH IS DELIVERING THE GAS CYLINDER ILLEGALLY TO OTHER CUSTOMERS. PLEASE I AND OTHER CUSTOMERS LIKE ME SHOULD BE THANKFUL TO YOU IF YOU TAKE AN URGENT ACTION AGAINST THIS AND MAKE THE SERVICE COMFORTABLE.

We have booked a refill on 28th May' 2012 vide booking no. 317143, but till date did not receive the delivery.
When I check the status of my booking, I am given the cash memo no. 8622 and also that my Indane distributor has cleared delivery of bookings made upto 17 June'12.

Now it seems to be a joke. I have made booking much before 17th June'12 i.e. on 28 May'12; but have not received the delivery.

I had to purchase a refill @ Rs.800 (from that so called BLACK market) as I cannot wait for the delivery without cooking for my family.

Cylinder refills are not getting delivered, but are very easily available at just double price in BLACK market.

It is clear that the refills are being sold at higher prices in the market and the consumers are not delivered on time.

My husband had left a complaint at Indane website more than a week ago, but there is no response at all. Seems that the people from top to bottom are united in this BLACK business.

Can anybody help me?????????
